Claims (19)
- 적어도 하나 이상의 유입부, 적어도 하나 이상의 토출부 및 하나의 유입부와 하나 이상의 토출부를 연결하는 공간부를 갖는 본체; 및상기 공간부 내에 배치되며, 상기 유입부 및 상기 토출부를 연결하기 위한 연결채널이 형성된 하나 이상의 블록;을 포함하는, 화장료 주입용 노즐 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 하나의 유입부와 상기 하나의 토출부를 연결하는 상기 연결채널의 길이는 서로 동일하게 마련되는, 화장료 주입용 노즐 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 본체와 인접하게 마련되며 상기 본체의 온도를 측정하는 센서; 및상기 센서의 측정값에 따라 상기 본체의 온도를 조절하는 가열부를 포함하는, 화장료 주입용 노즐 조립체.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 가열부는,열전도 및 열복사를 통해 상기 연결채널 및 상기 토출부를 가열하도록 마련된, 화장료 주입용 노즐 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 본체는,상기 공간부 내에 배치되는 블록; 및상기 블록을 둘러싸도록 마련된 하우징을 포함하고,상기 블록은 상기 하우징의 내부에 하나 이상으로 마련되는, 화장료 주입용 노즐 조립체.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 하우징은,내부에 복수 개의 블록이 적층 배열되며, 적층 배열된 상기 복수 개의 블록을 둘러싸는 내측 하우징; 및상기내측 하우징이 삽입 결합되는 외측 하우징을 포함하는, 화장료 주입용 노즐 조립체.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 내측 하우징 및 상기 외측 하우징의 상부에는 하우징 커버가 마련되고,하우징 커버에는 적어도 하나 이상의 유입부가 형성되는, 화장료 주입용 노즐 조립체.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 토출부는,상기 유입부를 통해 공급받은 화장료를 외부로 토출하기 위한 적어도 하나 이상의 토출 노즐; 및상기 외측 하우징의 하단부에 결합되며 상기 토출 노즐이 장착되는 노즐 커버를 포함하는, 화장료 주입용 노즐 조립체.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 토출 노즐은 상기 외측 하우징의 하단부를 관통하도록 마련되고 그 일부분이 상기 외측 하우징의 하단부에 대해 돌출되며,상기 노즐 커버는 상기 외측 하우징의 하단부로부터 돌출된 상기 토출 노즐이 결합되는, 화장료 주입용 노즐 조립체.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 외측 하우징의 내부에는 상기 토출 노즐이 관통 결합되도록 하기 위한 적어도 하나 이상의 노즐 관통홈이 형성되는, 화장료 주입용 노즐 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 블록의 개수는 상기 유입부의 개수와 동일하게 구비되는, 화장료 주입용 노즐 조립체.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 블록이 3개로 마련될 때 상기 유입부도 3개로 마련되는, 화장료 주입용 노즐 조립체.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 3개의 유입부에는,서로 다른 색상 또는 이종의 화장료가 공급되도록 마련된, 화장료 주입용 노즐 조립체.
- 제3항에 따른 상기 노즐 조립체; 및상기 노즐 조립체로부터 화장료를 공급받기 위한 적어도 하나의 용기가 배치되는 용기 지지부를 포함하는, 화장품 제조 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 용기 지지부와 결합되며 상기 용기 지지부를 회전시키기 위한 제1 구동부를 더 포함하는, 화장품 제조 장치.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 용기 지지부에 배치되는 용기로 공급된 화장료를 휘저어주기 위한 적어도 하나의 블레이드; 및상기 블레이드와 결합되며 상기 블레이드를 피벗 회전시키기 위한 제2 구동부를 포함하는, 화장품 제조 장치.
- 제14항에 따른 상기 화장품 제조 장치를 이용한 화장품 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 가열부에 의해 상기 본체의 온도를 상승시키는 단계;상기 센서에 의해 상기 본체의 온도를 측정하는 단계;상기 적어도 하나 이상의 유입구로 화장료가 주입되는 단계; 및상기 적어도 하나 이상의 토출구를 통해 토출된 화장료가 용기에 공급되는 단계;를 포함하는, 화장품 제조 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 본체 온도 측정 단계에서,상기 센서는 상기 가열부가 작동되고 미리 정해진 시간이 경과된 이후에 상기 본체의 온도를 측정하며, 상기 본체의 온도가 가온 영역을 통과하였는지를 판단하는, 화장품 제조 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 화장료가 주입되는 단계에서,상기 적어도 하나 이상의 유입부를 통해 서로 다른 색상 또는 이종의 화장료가 공급되고,상기 화장료가 용기에 공급되는 단계에서,상기 적어도 하나의 토출구를 통해 서로 다른 색상 또는 이종의 화장료가 용기로 한 꺼번에 충전되도록 마련된, 화장품 제조 방법.
