技术领域
本申请属于力量器械领域,具体涉及一种力量训练机螺旋绕线装置及力量训练机。
背景技术
为了把力量训练器械小型化,很多力量训练器械采用电机或发条或摩擦轮作为阻力源,输出扭矩。如图1所示,在现有的力量训练器械中,通常包括电机A1、绕线轮A2和拉绳A3,所述绕线轮A2设于所述电机A1的输出轴上,所述拉绳A3缠绕于所述绕线轮A2上,使用者通过拉动拉绳A3,克服电机A1的输出扭矩,以达到力量训练的效果。为了获得更大训练行程同时避免拉绳A3收放时不发生错位缠绕,如图1所示,现有的力量训练器械大都采用拉绳A3在绕线轮A2上进行单排多圈绕线,拉动拉绳A3时,随着拉绳A3逐圈从绕线轮A2上松脱,拉绳A3的拉力半径随之增大,力矩增大,由于阻力源输出的扭矩一定,力矩增大,则使用者用较小的拉力即可克服阻力源的输出扭矩拉动拉绳A3,无法达到预期的训练效果。此外,拉绳A3拉力半径变化也会使拉绳A3出口角度产生变化,影响训练效果。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种力量训练机螺旋绕线装置,可使得使用者克服固定扭矩所需要的拉力恒定,从而达到预期训练效果。
本申请实施例是通过以下方案实现的:
一种力量训练机螺旋绕线装置,包括阻力源、绕线轮、柔性连接件和螺杆;
所述阻力源包括阻力源本体和输出轴,所述阻力源本体可通过所述输出轴输出扭矩;
所述绕线轮套设在所述输出轴上,所述绕线轮、所述螺杆与所述输出轴同轴;
所述柔性连接件逐圈缠绕于所述绕线轮上;
所述柔性连接件拉动所述绕线轮旋转并带动所述输出轴转动时,所述绕线轮沿着所述输出轴的轴向移动,使得在所述输出轴输出的扭矩固定的情况下,所述柔性连接件保持恒定的力矩。

下面结合附图和实施例对本申请实施例作进一步的详细说明。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释本申请实施例,而非对本申请实施例的限定。另外还需要说明的是,为了便于描述,附图中仅示出了与本申请实施例相关的部分而非全部结构。
此外,在说明书和权利要求书中的术语第一、第二、第三等仅用于区别相同技术特征的描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量,也不一定描述次序或时间顺序。在合适的情况下术语是可以互换的。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。
类似地,在说明书和权利要求书中同样使用术语“固定”、“连接”,不应理解为限于直接的连接。因此,表达“装置A与装置B连接”不应该限于装置或系统中装置A直接连接到装置B,其意思是装置A与装置B之间具有路径,这可以是包括其他装置或工具的路径。
如图2和图3所示,本申请其中一实施例提供一种力量训练机螺旋绕线装置B0,包括所述阻力源1、绕线轮2、柔性连接件3、螺杆4和安装架6。
所述阻力源1包括阻力源本体11和输出轴12,所述阻力源1通过输出轴12输出扭矩。
绕线轮2呈圆柱状,其侧面开设有凹槽21,凹槽21沿着绕线轮2的侧面呈螺 旋状排布。柔性连接件3一端固定于绕线轮2,且柔性连接件3容置于凹槽21中且沿凹槽21逐圈缠绕在绕线轮2上。绕线轮2的一端套设在输出轴12上,另一端与螺杆4固定连接,绕线轮2、螺杆4与输出轴12同轴。
安装架6开设有内螺纹孔,螺杆4穿入所述内螺纹孔与安装架6螺纹连接。
本申请实施例提供的力量训练机螺旋绕线装置,使用者向柔性连接件施加拉力,克服阻力源1的制动扭矩,拉动绕线轮2旋转并带动输出轴12转动,螺杆4和绕线轮2沿着输出轴12的轴向朝着所述内螺纹孔的方向移动,因此柔性连接件3在螺旋状的凹槽21上沿着绕线轮2移动的相反方向移动相同距离,使柔性连接件3相对于安装架6的出口位置保持不变,从而保持了恒定的力矩,使用者需要提供的拉力恒定,达到预期训练效果;同理,当停止使用力量训练机螺旋绕线装置,阻力源1通过输出轴12输出转矩,输出轴12转动带动绕线轮2转动,使柔性连接件3缠绕回绕线轮2的凹槽21,同时绕线轮2沿着输出轴12的轴向朝着输出轴12方向移动。
如图2和图3所示,安装架6形成可容置绕线轮2和螺杆4的容置空间。
安装架6还开设有第二通孔62,输出轴12穿过第二通孔62与绕线轮2连接,且第二通孔62小于绕线轮2的横截面。安装架6的容置空间用于容置绕线轮2和螺杆4,绕线轮2在安装架6的容置空间内移动,螺杆6随着绕线轮2移动时可穿出第一通孔61;当阻力源1将柔性连接件牵引缠绕回绕线轮2上时,绕线轮2沿着输出轴12的轴向朝着输出轴12的方向移动,绕线轮2的移动被限制在安装架6内,防止被阻力源1过度牵引。
安装架6还开设有第三通孔63,柔性连接件3的另一端穿出第三通孔63。
在另一种实施方式中,如图3所示,力量训练机螺旋绕线装置B0还包括一导向轮64,导向轮64穿过安装架6并与安装架6固定;导向轮64上开设有第三通孔63,柔性连接件2的另一端穿出第三通孔63。第三通孔63用于保证柔性连接件3在安装架6上的出口角度恒定,以保证使用者需要提供的拉力恒定。
在一种实施方式中,所述阻力源1为电机;可选地,所述阻力源1还可以为 发条或摩擦轮。输出轴12为花键轴,绕线轮2的一端开设有花键槽,通过花键槽与花键轴连接,有利于输出更大力矩,使绕线轮2沿着输出轴12的滑动更顺滑。绕线轮2的另一端开设有螺旋槽,通过该螺旋槽与螺杆4连接。
如图3所示,螺旋状的凹槽21的螺距d1与螺杆4的螺距相等,使柔性连接件3在绕线轮2上旋转一圈,螺杆4对应地在螺杆座5中旋转一圈,柔性连接件3的拉伸或收回与绕线轮2的位移一致。凹槽21与柔性连接件3的形状相适应,以保证绕线顺滑。在一种实施方式中,柔性连接件3为拉绳,所述凹槽21的横截面为圆弧状,与所述拉绳的形状相适应。
如图2和图3所示,安装架6包括螺纹座5和安装架本体66,所述内螺纹孔开设于螺纹座5;安装架本体66开设有第一通孔61,螺纹座5穿入第一通孔61并固定于安装架本体66。设置螺纹座5便于加工和安装。在一种具体的实施方式中,螺纹座5包括螺套51和固定座52,固定座52呈圆环形,螺套51与固定座52同轴固定。固定座52固定于安装架6本体上,螺套51开设有内螺纹孔,螺套51穿设于第一通孔61且套设于螺杆4上。将螺纹座5与安装架本体66固定,使螺杆4在绕线轮2带动下与螺纹座5相对运动。
如图2和图3所示,力量训练机螺旋绕线装置B0还包括限位罩7,限位罩7环绕罩设于绕线轮2的外部,且固定于安装架6上。在限位罩7上开设有缺口71,在一个具体实施方式中,在限位罩7上靠近第三通孔63的一端开设有缺口71,柔性连接件3穿过缺口71延伸至第三通孔63外。限位罩7与绕线轮2之间的间隙小于柔性连接件3的厚度,当柔性连接件3放松或所述阻力源1带动柔性连接件3缠绕回绕线轮2上时,柔性连接件3都不会从绕线轮2中脱出从而出现绕线错乱。
如图2和图3所示,力量训练机螺旋绕线装置B0还包括把手8,所述把手8与伸出第三通孔63的柔性连接件3固定连接。把手8用于方便使用者握紧并向柔性连接件3施加拉力。把手8包括把手扣81,柔性连接件3包括连接扣31,将把手扣81和连接扣31连接,从而将把手8与柔性连接件3固定连接。所述把手8还设有一通孔,方便使用者握紧把手8。
本申请另一实施例提供一种力量训练机,如图4所示,所述力量训练机包括底座C1、支撑架C2以及力量训练机螺旋绕线装置B0,底座C1与支撑架C2固定连接,力量训练机螺旋绕线装置B0固定于支撑架C2上。底座C1为支撑架C2提供支持力,使用者使用所述力量训练机时,站在支撑架C2上,向柔性连接件3施加拉力,得到锻炼。使用者克服阻力源1的制动扭矩,拉动绕线轮2旋转并带动输出轴12转动,螺杆4和绕线轮2沿着输出轴12的轴向朝着所述内螺纹孔的方向移动,因此柔性连接件3在螺旋状的凹槽21上沿着绕线轮2移动的相反方向移动相同距离,使柔性连接件3相对于安装架6的出口位置保持不变,从而保持了恒定的力矩,使用者需要提供的拉力恒定,达到预期训练效果;同理,当停止使用力量训练机螺旋绕线装置B0,阻力源1通过输出轴12输出转矩,输出轴12转动带动绕线轮2转动,使柔性连接件3缠绕回绕线轮2的凹槽21,同时绕线轮2沿着输出轴12的轴向朝着输出轴12方向移动。
如图5所示为所述力量训练机的另一具体实施方式,力量训练机螺旋绕线装置B0的数量为两个,对称固定于支撑架C2的两端。使用者可同时对两个柔性连接件3施加拉力,使锻炼更高效。
本申请实施例并不局限于上述实施方式,如果对本申请实施例的各种改动或变形不脱离本申请实施例的精神和范围,倘若这些改动和变形属于本申请实施例的权利要求和等同技术范围之内,则本申请实施例也意图包含这些改动和变形。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种力量训练机螺旋绕线装置,其特征在于:
    包括阻力源、绕线轮、柔性连接件和螺杆;
    所述阻力源包括阻力源本体和输出轴,所述阻力源本体可通过所述输出轴输出扭矩;
    所述绕线轮套设在所述输出轴上,所述绕线轮、所述螺杆与所述输出轴同轴;
    所述柔性连接件逐圈缠绕于所述绕线轮上;
    所述柔性连接件拉动所述绕线轮旋转并带动所述输出轴转动时,所述绕线轮沿着所述输出轴的轴向移动,使得在所述输出轴输出的扭矩固定的情况下,所述柔性连接件保持恒定的力矩。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的力量训练机螺旋绕线装置,其特征在于:所述绕线轮与所述螺杆固定连接;
    所述力量训练机螺旋绕线装置包括安装架,所述安装架开设有内螺纹孔,所述螺杆穿入所述内螺纹孔与所述安装架螺纹连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的力量训练机螺旋绕线装置,其特征在于:
    所述绕线轮呈圆柱状,其侧面开设有凹槽,所述凹槽沿着所述绕线轴的侧面呈螺旋状分布;
    所述柔性连接件一端固定于所述绕线轮,所述柔性连接件容置于所述凹槽中且沿所述凹槽逐圈缠绕于所述绕线轮上;
    所述绕线轮的一端套设在所述输出轴上,另一端与所述螺杆固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的力量训练机螺旋绕线装置,其特征在于:
    所述凹槽的螺距与所述螺杆的螺距相等。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的力量训练机螺旋绕线装置,其特征在于:
    所述凹槽的形状与所述柔性连接件的形状相适应。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的力量训练机螺旋绕线装置,其特征在于:
    所述安装架包括螺纹座和安装架本体,所述内螺纹孔开设于所述螺纹座;
    所述安装架本体开设有第一通孔,所述螺纹座穿入所述第一通孔并固定于所述安装架本体。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的力量训练机螺旋绕线装置,其特征在于:
    所述螺纹座包括螺套和固定座,所述固定座呈圆环形,所述螺套与所述固定座同轴固定;
    所述固定座固定于所述安装架本体上,所述螺套具有所述内螺纹孔,所述螺套穿设于所述第一通孔且套设于所述螺杆上。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的力量训练机螺旋绕线装置,其特征在于:
    所述安装架还开设有第二通孔,所述输出轴穿过所述第二通孔与所述绕线轮连接,且所述第二通孔小于所述绕线轮的横截面。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的力量训练机螺旋绕线装置,其特征在于:
    所述安装架还开设有第三通孔,所述柔性连接件的另一端穿出所述第三通孔;
    或,还包括一导向轮,所述导向轮穿过所述安装架并与所述安装架固定;
    所述导向轮上开设有第三通孔,所述柔性连接件的另一端穿出所述第三通孔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的力量训练机螺旋绕线装置,其特征在于:
    还包括把手,所述把手与伸出所述第三通孔的所述柔性连接件固定连接。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的力量训练机螺旋绕线装置,其特征在于:
    还包括限位罩,所述限位罩环绕罩设于所述绕线轮的外部,且固定于所述安装架上;
    所述限位罩上开设有缺口,所述柔性连接件穿过所述缺口延伸至所述第三通孔外;
    所述限位罩与所述绕线轮之间的间隙小于所述柔性连接件的厚度。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的力量训练机螺旋绕线装置,其特征在于:
    所述阻力源为电机,所述输出轴为花键轴;
    所述绕线轮的一端开设有花键槽,所述花键轴与所述花键槽连接。
  13. 一种力量训练机,其特征在于:
    包括底座、支撑架以及权利要求1-12任一项所述的力量训练机螺旋绕线装置;所述底座与所述支撑架固定连接,所述力量训练机螺旋绕线装置固定于所述支撑架上。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的力量训练机,其特征在于:
    所述力量训练机螺旋绕线装置的数量为两个,两个所述力量训练机螺旋绕线装置分别对称固定于所述支撑架的两端。
