Abstract
本發明為一種手臂肌力訓練復健器材,其包含有一本體、一角度計、一手把、一力傳感裝置及一主控單元,該本體包含有一外殼及一可變式阻力裝置,該可變式阻力裝置設置於該外殼內,該角度計設於該可變式阻力裝置上,該手把可樞轉設置於該可變式阻力裝置上,且該手把包含一懸臂及一握把支架,該力傳感裝置設置於該手把的握把支架上,該主控單元與該可變式阻力裝置、該角度計及該力傳感裝置電連接,以接收該角度訊號及該力感測訊號,並依據該角度訊號及該力感測訊號控制該可變式阻力裝置的阻力大小;由於本發明將力傳感裝置設置在手把上,可避免測量時間延遲並提升測量精準度。
Description
本發明係關於一種肌力訓練器材,尤其是關於一種手臂肌力訓練復健器材。
傳統的肌力訓練器材或是復健器材,主要利用懸掛重物作為阻力的來源,而近年已發展出利用磁流變液技術的肌力訓練或復健器材,其可藉由電流大小來控制阻力輸出的大小,此一技術使得肌力訓練器材及復健器材的體積及整機重量減少許多。
當肌力訓練器材或復健器材已經可利用電流調整阻力時,其帶來的優點除了縮小體積與減少整機重量以外,亦可以利用自動重量控制的機制來減少使用者訓練或復健時造成的傷害,因此現有利用可變阻力來源的訓練器材或復健器材多會配設力傳感器來偵測使用者施力的狀況,並依據其施力狀況來控制阻力輸出,例如,現有一種手臂復健器材是以磁流變液作為阻力輸出裝置,且其於阻力輸出裝置上設置有力傳感器,用以偵測阻力輸出及使用者的操作狀況,並由主控器依力傳感器檢測到的數值調整磁流變液裝置的輸出阻力,如此即可配合各種不同的運用。
然而,由於現有手臂復健器材是將力傳感器設置於阻力輸出裝置,其測量到阻力輸出裝置的轉矩大小,並不一定等於使用者所施予拉動手臂復健器材手把的力量,因此於測量上有相當的誤差,精準度低,再
者,使用者施與手把拉力之後必須經過阻力器開始轉動才能被力傳感器測得數據,也有時間延遲的誤差,使其應用範圍大幅受限,除此之外,由於力傳感器設置於阻力輸出裝置上,加上其精準度較低,設備出廠時,需要拆開整機進行校準,使用一段時間之後的重新校準也需拆開整機,其校準及維護的工序複雜,因此,現有手臂復健器材仍須改良。
有鑒於現有手臂復健器材測量使用者施力有時間延遲、精準度較低且硬體校準不易的技術缺陷,本發明提出一種手臂肌力訓練復健器材,可避免時間延遲且提高測量精準度,並可提升硬體校準的便利性。
為達上述目的所採用的技術手段係令該手臂肌力訓練復健器材包含有:一本體,其包含有一外殼及一可變式阻力裝置,該可變式阻力裝置設置於該外殼內;一手把,其包含有一懸臂及一握把支架,該懸臂樞設於該可變式阻力裝置上;一角度計,係設於該可變式阻力裝置上,以檢測該手把相對可變式阻力裝置樞轉角度,並輸出一角度訊號;一力傳感裝置,其設置於該手把的握把支架上,並輸出一力感測訊號;一主控單元,其與該可變式阻力裝置、該角度計及該力傳感裝置電連接,以接收該角度訊號及該力感測訊號,並依據該角度訊號及該力感測訊號控制該可變式阻力裝置的阻力大小。
由於本發明手臂肌力訓練復健器材的力傳感裝置是設置在手把的握把支架上,直接檢測使用者手部施力,避免量測時間延遲的問題,
且直接測量使用者手部施力大小可提升精準度,而產品出廠校準時,可直接在手把調整力傳感裝置,不需拆裝整機,校準工作較為方便。
而在應用方面,主控單元可配合酌量減重程序,於力傳感裝置檢測使用者有施力,但角度計於一固定時間內不再增加時,即判斷使用者不堪負荷目前重量,進而控制該可變式阻力裝置減小阻力,另外,由於本發明手臂肌力訓練復健器材的力傳感器是設置在手把的握把支架上,故可用來直接作為檢測使用者握力的設備,可作為其他不同用途的復健器材,其應用範圍更為廣泛。

本發明利用力傳感裝置設於手把握把支架上的設計,可直接檢測使用者手部施力,得以避免量測時間延遲的問題,且直接測量使用者手部施力大小也可提升精準度,並且可以配合各種不同的施力量測,以下進一步說明。
以下僅進一步說明手把的詳細結構,請進一步參閱第5圖,為進一步提供手把20伸縮的功能,於本實施例中,該懸臂21包含一第一臂部211及一第二臂部212,該第一臂部211係設置於該可變式阻力裝置12上,該手把支架22形成於該第二臂部212上,該第二臂部212係滑設於該第一臂部
211之一端,並以一固定栓213固定該第一及第二臂部211、212,如此,即可藉由第一、二臂部的滑動調整該懸臂的長度,並以該固定栓相對固定該第一、第二臂部,達到調整懸臂長度的功能。
請進一步配合參閱第6圖,以下進一步說明上述力傳感裝置40之詳細結構,該力傳感裝置包含有一力傳感器41、一滑動桿42及一組蓋板43,該力傳感器41檢測受外部擠壓之力,並輸出該力感測訊號,該滑動桿42設置於該手把20的握把支架22內,並抵止於該力傳感器41,該組蓋板43蓋設於該滑動桿42外,於受到使用者施予推向滑動桿42之壓力後,推動該滑動桿42擠壓該力傳感器41,於本實施例中,該力傳感器具41有一壓力檢測桿411的壓力檢測桿411,該滑動桿42則抵止於力傳感器41的壓力檢測桿411上,但不以此為限,若所採用力傳感器以其他部件檢測壓力者,則該滑動桿抵止於力傳感器檢測外部壓力的構件上。
上述蓋板推動滑動桿的機構設計,於本實施例中,是於該滑動桿42上固設一滑動壓板421,該滑動壓板上形成有複數斜角塊4211,該組蓋板43對應該滑動壓板421處形成有對應的斜角塊431,並抵止於該滑動壓板421的斜角塊4211上,以於受到壓力後推動該滑動壓板421,使該滑動桿42擠壓該力傳感器41的壓力檢測桿411。
上述手把的力傳感裝置所測量到的外部施力,可分別測量使用者的握力及拉動手把的拉力:當使用者緊握該手把的握把支架22時,將如第7圖所示,直接將該組蓋板43向內擠壓,推動該滑動桿擠壓該力傳感器的壓力檢測桿,藉此,該力傳感器便可檢測到使用者手握手把的握力;而當使用者向上拉動該手把時,則如第6圖所示,該組蓋板43將會由下往上擠
壓該滑動桿42,使得滑動桿42擠壓力傳感器41的壓力檢測桿411,此時力傳感器41即測得使用者的拉力。
由於本發明手臂肌力訓練復健器材將力傳感裝置40設置於手把,加上上述可測量拉力及握力之設計,故具有較廣泛的應用範圍,當使用者不拉動該手把,而僅緊握該手把時,該力傳感裝置設置即可測得使用者握力,將本發明用於復健器材,可進一步用來量測、訓練使用者的握力,而測量拉力時,要避免握力影響測量精準度時,可如第8圖所示進一步於該手把外部套設一剛性材質之外套筒60,便可隔絕使用者緊握手把的握力,僅能透過拉動該手把,使外套筒擠壓該組蓋板,此時,即可專用於測量使用者拉動手把的拉力。
除測量拉力與握力以外,由於本發明手臂肌力訓練復健器材將力傳感裝置設計於手把上,又可作為指力復健的器材,使用上可配合以一拉條一端固定於手腕或手掌,另一端固定於食指(或任一隻手指),並以拉條鉤扣於手把的力傳感裝置40上,以手指拉勾條使勾條帶動蓋板43的方式測量指力,可用於手指復健。
由於本發明手臂肌力訓練復健器材可測量使用者拉動手把的拉力,以下進一步說明主動單元配合拉力測量可執行一減重程序,係供預設一標準時間及依標準角度,並於該主控單元50接收該力感測訊號及角度訊號後,開始計時該標準時間,若該角度計30輸出的角度訊號於該表準時間內未達到該標準角度,則判定為過重,由該主控單元自動減少該可變式阻力裝置12的阻力,例如,當本發明用於肌力訓練時,可設定標準時間為2秒,標準角度為N度,當使用者無法於2秒內使手把轉動至標準角度時,
則主控單元50減少該可變式阻力裝置12的阻力,如此可避免使用者於訓練過程中受傷。
前述實施力是利用套設剛性材質的外套筒60來選擇測量握力或拉力,使用時必須套上或取下該外套筒60,為進一步提升使用便利性,另一較佳實施例係如第9圖所示,套設一具有磁流變液的外套筒70,該外套筒70包含有一可旋轉的磁鐵片71、一磁鐵包覆層72、一磁流變液層73及一軟質包覆層74,該磁鐵包覆層72包覆該磁鐵片71,且具有一導磁部721及一隔磁部722,該導磁部721為高導磁性的材質,該隔磁部722為低導磁性的材質,該磁流變液層73包覆該磁鐵包覆層72及該力傳感裝置40的蓋板43,且材料為磁流變液材料,該軟質包覆層74包覆於該磁流變液層73外,當使用者要測量握力時,可旋轉該磁鐵片71,使磁極對準隔磁部722,此時,磁力線不通過該磁鐵包覆層72,該磁流變液層73將轉為軟性材質,使用者手握的握力即可直接傳導至該力傳感裝置40的該組蓋板43,而當使用者要測量拉力時,可旋轉該磁鐵片71,使磁極對準該磁鐵包覆層72的導磁部721,磁力線通過磁鐵包覆層72,使得磁流變液層73轉為剛性材質,握力無法傳導至該力傳感裝置40,即轉為量測拉力的模式。
上述磁流變液功能的外套筒係利用磁鐵片與具有隔磁及導磁功能的磁鐵包覆層控制磁流變液層軟化或硬化,亦可利用電磁鐵片或電磁線圈取代磁鐵片71及磁鐵包覆層72。
除上述實施例以外,再請進一步參閱第10圖,於本實施例中,該力傳感裝置80設置於握把支架22’上,且包含有一力傳感器81、一軟質握把82、一填充於軟質握把82內的磁流變液物質83及一組電磁線圈84,該
力傳感器81同樣具有一壓力檢測桿811,該力傳感器81及該軟質握把82設於該握把支架22,且軟質握把82內的磁流變液物質83與該力傳感器81的壓力檢測桿811接觸,該電磁線圈84設於該軟質握把82的內環壁,當電磁線圈通電流時,靠近電磁線圈的磁流變液物質83’變為剛性材質,可阻隔使用者手握軟質握把82的握力,而當使用者拉動手把20時,靠近電磁線圈84的剛硬磁流變液物質83’將擠壓內部軟性的磁流變液物質83,進而擠壓該力傳感器81的壓力檢測桿811,此時即為拉力檢測模式,而當電磁線圈不導電時,所有磁流變液物質83、83’轉變為軟性材質,使用者握軟質握把82的握力即可傳遞至該力傳感器81的壓力檢測桿811,此時為握力檢測模式。
上述僅針對手把上力傳感裝置的設計進行說明,為提升本發明手臂肌力訓練復健器材的使用便利性,亦可進一步增加以下設計。
進一步地,該外殼側壁可設置一手靠墊91,以供使用者放置手肘。
進一步地,該外殼上可設置一顯示螢幕92,該顯示螢幕92與該主控單元50電連接,以顯示使用者拉動次數、力度、操作模式及各種警告標語等。
進一步地,該外殼底部可設置一固定器93,以將手臂肌力訓練復健器材固定於桌面上。
進一步地,該可變式阻力裝置12可設置一組減速齒輪組13,以供將該手把20及該角度計30設置於該減速齒輪組13上,減速齒輪組之使用與否,可視上述可變式阻力裝置12輸出阻力大小而定,若所採用的可變式阻力裝置12輸出阻力較小,則可利用該減速齒輪組13來增加阻力,若所採用
的可變式阻力裝置12輸出阻力較大,則可不需使用減速齒輪組,直接將手把20及該角度計30設置於可變式阻力裝置12的轉軸上即可。
再請進一步配合參閱第11圖,於本實施例中,該手把20包含有二個懸臂21及二個握把支架22,該二懸臂21係與該角度計30一併樞設於該可變式阻力裝置12上,如此可提供使用者以雙手拉動該手把20,提供雙手臂訓練及復健的功能,或該二懸臂21可一者與角度計一併樞設於該可變式阻力裝置12上,另一懸臂21樞設於外殼11(或於可變式阻力裝置12上設置一固定軸心,使該懸臂設置於固定軸心上)上,如此可簡化可變式阻力裝置12與外部結構連結的結構設計,亦可使二懸臂21穩固固定於本體10上。
上述針對本發明手臂肌力訓練復健器材主要機構進行說明,以下僅進一步以第3圖說明本發明的電路,其中,該主控單元50包含有:
一數據收集模組51,係與該角度計30、該力傳感裝置41的力傳感器411及該顯示螢幕92電連接,並將接收的角度訊號及力感測訊號數位化;
一伺服器52,係與該數據收集模組51連接,並接收數位化後的角度訊號及力感測訊號後輸出一阻力控制訊號,於本實施例中,是以電腦主機作為該伺服器52,並以通用序列匯流排(USB)接頭連接該電腦主機,或可利用筆記型電腦、手機或智慧型裝置,並利用通用或專屬的連接線連接該些裝置,亦可利用其他可程式化控制晶片,使整機設置於手臂肌力訓練復健器材內;及
一可程式化電流控制模組53,係與該伺服器52及該可變式阻力裝置12電連接,並依據該阻力控制訊號輸出電流,以控制該可變式阻力裝置12之阻力大小。
進一步地,上述伺服器52可具有wifi或藍芽傳輸的功能,以
與外部智慧型裝置、電腦主機或其他通訊設備進行資料傳輸或遙控控制等。
進一步地,上述可變式阻力裝置可為定扭力輸出的伺服馬達,磁粉式或磁流變液阻力裝置,或可為其他輸出阻力可受到該可程式化電流控制模組輸出電流控制的可變式阻力裝置。
上述本發明手臂肌力訓練復健器材,其直接於手把的握把支架上量測握力及拉力的方式,可提升量測精準度並且避免時間延遲的誤差,且出廠校正及後續維修校正不需拆開整機,減少校準工序,除此之外,本發明亦提供可在手臂肌力訓練或復健的儀器上進一步提供測量手握力、手拉力的功能,並提出實施力配合握力及拉力量測後的減重機制,使得後續可配合其他軟硬體的設計,使肌力訓練及復健訓練具有更廣泛的發展空間。
Claims (14)
- 一種手臂肌力訓練復健器材,其包含有:一本體,其包含有一外殼及一可變式阻力裝置,該可變式阻力裝置設置於該外殼內;一角度計,係設於該可變式阻力裝置上,並輸出一角度訊號;一手把,其包含有一懸臂及一握把支架,該懸臂樞設於該可變式阻力裝置上;一角度計,係設於該可變式阻力裝置上,以檢測該手把相對可變式阻力裝置樞轉角度,並輸出一角度訊號;一力傳感裝置,其設置於該手把的握把支架上,並輸出一力感測訊號;及一主控單元,其與該可變式阻力裝置、該角度計及該力傳感裝置電連接,以接收該角度訊號及該力感測訊號,並依據該角度訊號及該力感測訊號控制該可變式阻力裝置的阻力大小。
- 如請求項1所述的手臂肌力訓練復健器材,該力傳感裝置包含有:一力傳感器,其設置於手把的握把支架內,以檢測受外部擠壓之力,並輸出該力感測訊號;一滑動桿,其設置於該手把的握把支架內,並抵止於該力傳感器上;及一組蓋板,其蓋設於該滑動桿外,以推動該滑動桿擠壓該力傳感器。
- 如請求項2所述的手臂肌力訓練復健器材,該滑動桿上固設有一滑動壓板,該滑動壓板上具有複數斜角塊,該組蓋板對應該滑動壓板處形成有對應的斜角塊,並抵止於該滑動壓板的斜角塊上,以於受到壓力後推動該滑動壓板,使該滑動桿擠壓該力傳感器。
- 如請求項3所述的手臂肌力訓練復健器材,該組蓋板與該手把的握把支架之間設置有彈性壓條。
- 如請求項2至4中任一項所述的手臂肌力訓練復健器材,該力傳感裝置的蓋板外進一步套設有一外套筒,該外套筒為剛性材質。
- 如請求項2至4中任一項所述的手臂肌力訓練復健器材,該力傳感裝置的蓋板外進一步套設有一外套筒,該外套筒包含有:一可旋轉的磁鐵片;一磁鐵包覆層,其包覆該磁鐵片,且具有一導磁部及一隔磁部;一磁流變液層,其包覆該磁鐵包覆層及該力傳感裝置的蓋板,且材料為磁流變液材料;及一軟質包覆層,其包覆於該磁流變液層外。
- 如請求項2至4中任一項所述的手臂肌力訓練復健器材,該力傳感裝置的蓋板外進一步套設有一外套筒,該外套筒包含有:一電磁鐵片;一磁流變液層,其包覆該電磁鐵片及該力傳感裝置的蓋板,且材料為磁流變液材料;及一軟質包覆層,其包覆於該磁流變液層外。
- 如請求項1所述的手臂肌力訓練復健器材,該力傳感裝置包含有:一力傳感器,其設於手把的握把支架內;一軟質握把,設於該握把支架上;一磁流變液物質,其填充於軟質握把內,並與該力傳感器接觸;及一組電磁線圈,其設於該軟質握把的內環壁。
- 如請求項1至4中任一項所述的手臂肌力訓練復健器材,該外殼側壁面進一步設置有一手靠墊。
- 如請求項1至4中任一項所述的手臂肌力訓練復健器材,該外殼上設置有一顯示螢幕,該顯示螢幕與該主控單元電連接。
- 如請求項1至4中任一項所述的手臂肌力訓練復健器材,該可變式阻力裝置設有一組減速齒輪組,該手把係設置於該減速齒輪組上,該角度計設置於可變式阻力裝置的減速齒輪組上。
- 如請求項1至4中任一項所述的手臂肌力訓練復健器材,該懸臂包含一第一臂部及一第二臂部,該第一臂部係設置於該可變式阻力裝置上,該握把支架形成於該第二臂部上,該第二臂部係滑設於該第一臂部之一端,並以一固定栓固定該第一及第二臂部。
- 如請求項10所述的手臂肌力訓練復健器材,該主控單元包含有:一數據收集模組,係與該角度計、該力傳感裝置及該顯示螢幕電連接,並將接收的角度訊號及力感測訊號數位化;一伺服器,係與該數據收集模組連接,並接收數位化後的角度訊號及力感測訊號後輸出一阻力控制訊號;及一可程式化電流控制模組,係與該伺服器及該可變式阻力裝置電連接,並依據該阻力控制訊號輸出電流,以控制該可變式阻力裝置之阻力大小。
- 如請求項1至4中任一項所述的手臂肌力訓練復健器材,該手把包含有二個懸臂及二個握把支架,該二懸臂係可樞轉設置於該可變式阻力裝置上。
