本发明可选的实施例中提供了一种安全座椅,所述安全座椅包括:座椅结构及底座,所述座椅结构与所述底座转动连接,所述座椅结构包括连接座、调节组件及座椅本体,所述座椅本体安装在所述连接座上,所述调节组件安装在所述座椅本体上,并可选择性地与所述连接座连接,在所述调节组件与所述连接座脱离配合的情况下,所述座椅本体能够与所述连接座及所述底座脱离连接,调节所述座椅结构可相对于所述连接座的转动角度,并调节所述座椅本体相对于所述连接座的俯仰角度。
在本发明可选的实施例中,所述调节组件包括连接部、固定件及弹性件,所述弹性件一端与所述连接座连接,另一端与所述固定件连接,所述固定件固定在所述连接部上,所述固定件选择性地与所述连接座配合,所述连接部用于在外力作用下带动所述固定件远离所述连接座运动,使所述 固定件与所述连接座脱离配合,所述座椅本体可调节相对于所述连接座的俯仰角度及所述座椅结构相对于底座的转动角度,所述弹性件在外力撤销的情况下带动所述固定件靠近所述连接座运动,使所述固定件与所述连接座配合,所述座椅本体与所述连接座固定连接。
在本发明可选的实施例中,所述固定件包括第一固定部,所述连接座上设置有第二固定部,所述第一固定部与所述第二固定部选择性地配合,在所述连接部上施加外力的情况下,所述第一固定部与所述第二固定部脱离配合,在所述外力撤销的情况下,所述第一固定部与所述第二固定部配合。
在本发明可选的实施例中,所述固定件包括第一导向部,所述调节组件还包括连接壳,所述连接壳与所述连接座固定连接,所述连接壳上设置有第二导向部,所述第一导向部与所述第二导向部配合,在所述连接部上施加外力的情况下,所述第一导向部沿所述第二导向部的延伸方向上滑动,使所述第一固定部远离所述第二固定部运动,与所述第二固定部脱离配合。

本发明实施例的有益效果:安全座椅包括座椅结构及底座,座椅结构与底座转动连接,座椅结构包括连接座、调节组件及座椅本体,座椅本体安装在连接座上,调节组件安装在座椅本体上,并可选择性地与连接座连接,在调节组件与连接座脱离配合的情况下,座椅本体能够与连接座及底座脱离连接,调节所述座椅结构可相对于所述连接座的转动角度,并调节座椅本体相对于连接座的俯仰角度。
在本实施例中,在调节组件与连接座脱离配合的情况下,可以调节整个座椅结构相对于底座的转动角度,同时可以调节座椅本体相对于连接座的俯仰角度,在一次操作中可以同时调节转动角度及俯仰角度,提高了操作的便捷性,同时提高了小朋友使用的舒适度。

实施例
请参阅图1,本实施例提供了一种安全座椅100,本实施例提供的安全座椅100可以同时调节安全座椅100的俯仰角度及旋转角度,提高小朋友使用时的舒适度。
本实施例提供的安全座椅100主要用于主要安装在车上,小朋友坐车时,安全座椅100可以将小朋友固定在车上,提高小朋友坐车时的安全性能。
在本实施例中,安全座椅100包括:座椅结构及底座140,座椅结构与底座140转动连接,座椅结构包括连接座120、调节组件110、座椅本体130,座椅本体130安装在连接座120上,调节组件110安装在座椅本体130上,并可选择性地与连接座120连接,在调节组件110与连接座120脱离配合的情况下,座椅本体130能够与连接座120及底座140脱离连接,调节所述座椅结构可相对于所述连接座120的转动角度,并调节座椅本体130相对于连接座120的俯仰角度。在本实施例中,在调节组件110与连接座120脱离配合的情况下,可以调节整个座椅结构相对于底座140的转动角度,同时可以调节座椅本体130相对于连接座120的俯仰角度,在一次操作中可以同时调节转动角度及俯仰角度,提高了操作的便捷性,同时提高了小朋友使用的舒适度。
在本实施例中,调节组件110安装在座椅本体130上,并选择性地与 连接座120连接,调节组件110可与连接座120配合或者是脱离配合,当调节组件110在与连接座120脱离配合时,座椅本体130可调节相对于连接座120的俯仰角度,提高小朋友使用的舒适度。
在本实施例中,连接座120与底座140转动连接,连接座120可以带动座椅本体130转动,调节座椅本体130的转动俯仰角度,当小朋友坐在安全座椅100上时能够调节相对于其他位置的转动俯仰角度。
一般情况下,底座140安装在车辆的座凳上,小朋友一般坐在座椅本体130上,连接座120及底座140转动连接主要用于调节座椅本体130的转动角度,调节组件110主要用于调节座椅本体130相对于座凳的俯仰角度。当座椅本体130相对于连接座120调节到位后,调节组件110与连接座120配合,将座椅本体130固定在连接座120上。连接座120可以带动座椅本体130相对于底座140转动。也就是说,当座椅本体130在连接座120的任意俯仰角度上在连接座120的带动下可相对于底座140转动,提高了整个安全座椅100调节的便捷性。
请参阅图2、图3及图4,在本实施例中,调节组件110包括连接部112、固定件114及弹性件116,弹性件116一端与连接座120连接,另一端与固定件114连接,固定件114固定在连接部112上,固定件114选择性地与连接座120配合,连接部112用于在外力作用下带动固定件114远离连接座120运动,使固定件114与连接座120脱离配合,座椅本体130可调节相对于连接座120的俯仰角度,弹性件116在外力撤销的情况下带动固定件114靠近连接座120运动,使固定件114与连接座120配合,座椅本体130与连接座120固定连接。
在本实施例中,当需要调节座椅本体130相对于座凳的俯仰角度时,在连接部112上施加外力,连接部112带动固定件114向远离连接座120的方向运动,使固定件114与连接座120脱离配合,此时,连接座120与座椅本体130之间可以相对运动,用户可以需要调节座椅本体130相对于连接座120的俯仰角度及调节整个座椅结构相对于底座140的转动连接。当调节到位后,撤去外力,在弹性件116的回复力的作用下,固定件114向靠近连接座120的方向运动,使固定件114与连接座120相互配合,从 而将座椅本体130固定在连接座120上,保证车辆在行驶过程中,安全座椅100的安全性能。
在本实施例中,固定件114包括第一固定部1141,连接座120上设置有第二固定部122,第一固定部1141与第二固定部122选择性地配合,在连接部112上施加外力的情况下,第一固定部1141与第二固定部122脱离配合,在外力撤销的情况下,第一固定部1141与第二固定部122配合。
在本实施例中,第一固定部1141为固定柱,第二固定部122为设置在连接座120上的固定孔,当固定柱伸入至固定孔内时,连接座120与座椅本体130固定连接,当固定柱从固定孔内脱离时,连接座120与座椅本体130可相对运动。
同样的,第一固定部1141可以为固定孔,第二固定部122可以为设置在座椅本体130上的固定孔。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,第一固定部1141及第二固定部122通过固定柱与固定孔的方式相互配合,但是不限于此,在本发明的其他实施例中,第一固定部1141及第二固定部122可以采用卡扣的方式固定连接,或者是采用其他方式固定连接,与本实施例等同的方案,能够达到本实施例的效果的,均在本发明的保护范围内。
在本实施例中,固定件114包括第一导向部1143,调节组件110还包括连接壳118,连接壳118与连接座120固定连接,连接壳118上设置有第二导向部119,第一导向部1143与第二导向部119配合,在连接部112上施加外力的情况下,第一导向部1143沿第二导向部119的延伸方向上滑动,使第一固定部1141远离第二固定部122运动,与第二固定部122脱离配合。
在本实施例中,当在连接部112上施加外力时,连接部112相对于连接座120运动带动第一导向部1143沿着第二导向部119的延伸方向上滑动,使第一固定部1141逐渐向远离第二固定部122的方向运动,当外力撤销时,第一导向部1143同样在第二导向部119的延伸方向上运动,使第一固定部1141向靠近第二固定部122的方向上运动,直至与第二固定部122配合。
在本实施例中,第二导向部119为设置在连接壳118上的导向槽,第 一导向部1143容置在导向槽内,当在连接部112上施加外力时,第一导向部1143在导向槽的延伸方向上滑动,使第一固定部1141脱离第二固定部122。
在本实施例中,连接壳118大致呈矩形,当在连接部112上施加外力时,连接部112在连接壳118的长度方向上滑动,导向槽沿连接壳118的宽度方向设置,从而带动第一固定部1141在连接壳118的宽度方向上运动,使第一固定部1141与第二固定部122脱离配合。
在本实施例中,第二导向部119倾斜设置。第二导向部119具有相对设置的两端,第一端靠近第二固定部122设置,第二端远离第二固定部122设置,其中,第一端靠近连接部112设置,第二端远离连接部112设置。当在连接部112上施加外力时,连接部112在连接壳118的延伸方向上滑动,第一导向部1143与导向槽的内壁抵持,使第一固定部1141向远离第二固定部122的方向运动。
在本实施例中,第一固定部1141与第一导向部1143相互固定连接,连接部112与第一固定部1141及第一导向部1143中的任意一个固定连接即可。
请参阅图5及图6,在本实施例中,连接座120上设置有定位件124,座椅本体130上还设置有卡持件131,定位件124与卡持件131连接,卡持件131与底座140选择性地固定,在调节组件110与连接座120脱离配合的情况下,定位件124能够带动卡持件131相对于连接座120运动,使卡持件131与底座140脱离配合,使座椅结构可相对于底座140转动,并调节座椅本体130相对于连接座120的俯仰角度。
在本实施例中,当调节组件110与连接座120脱离配合后,拉动调节组件110,座椅本体130可相对于连接座120滑动,在滑动的过程中,定位件124可使卡持件131向远离底座140的方向运动,使卡持件131与底座140脱离固定,此时整个座椅结构即可相对于底座140旋转,从而调节整个座椅结构体相对于连接座120的转动角度。同时在座椅本体130相对于连接座120滑动的过程中,同时座椅本体130可调节相对于连接座120的俯 仰角度。
在本实施例中,当调节组件110与连接座120脱离配合后,在座椅本体130相对于连接座120滑动的过程中在调节相对于连接座120的俯仰角度的同时整个座椅结构相对于底座140转动,同时调节整个座椅结构相对于底座140的转动角度。
请参阅图7,在本实施例中,卡持件131包括定位部132及卡持部133,底座140上还设置有卡持槽142,定位部132与定位件124配合,定位部132与卡持部133固定连接,定位件124能够通过定位部132带动卡持部133向靠近或远离卡持槽142的方向运动,使卡持部133与卡持槽142配合或脱离配合。
在本实施例中,定位件124安装在连接座120上,当座椅本体130相对于连接座120滑动的过程中,定位件124抵持定位部132,使定位部132带动卡持部133向远离卡持槽142的方向运动,当卡持部133与卡持槽142脱离连接后,整个座椅结构可相对于底座140转动,调节座椅结构相对于底座140的转动角度。
请参阅图8及图9,在本实施例中,定位件124包括固定板127及多个间隔设置在固定板127上的止挡部126,相邻的两个止挡部126之间形成定位槽,在卡持件131与止挡部126抵持的情况下,卡持件131与连接座120脱离连接,在卡持件131与定位槽配合的情况下,卡持件131与底座140配合。
在本实施例中,在座椅本体130相对于连接座120滑动的过程中,当定位部132滑动至与止挡部126抵持时,此时卡持部133与卡持槽142脱离连接,当前整个座椅结构可相对于底座140转动,当定位部132滑动至与定位槽配合时,此时卡持部133与卡持槽142固定连接,从而使整个座椅结构与底座140固定连接。
在本实施例中,在座椅本体130相对于连接座120滑动的过程中,定位部132滑动至任意一个定位槽内,可与任意一个定位槽固定。当定位部132滑动至与止挡部126抵持时,说明当前卡持部133与卡持槽142脱离连 接,可调节整个座椅结构相对于底座140的转动角度。也可以理解为在调节俯仰角度的同时可以调节转动角度,其中一个定位槽对应座椅本体130相对于连接座120的一个俯仰角度,也就是说,止挡部126的数量越多,座椅本体130可调节的俯仰角度越多。
在本实施例中,卡持槽142的数量与定位槽的数量相等,并卡持槽142与定位槽一一对应设置,也就是当定位部132卡入至定位槽内时,卡持部133也卡入至卡持槽142内。
在本实施例中,止挡部126具有倾斜设置有导向面128,导向面128延伸至定位槽的底壁。
在本实施例中,当在调节座椅本体130相对于连接座120的俯仰角度时,当定位部132可一个定位槽滑动至另一个定位槽中,导向面128可对定位件124起到导向作用,减少定位件124从卡持件131内部滑动出来的阻力,提高座椅本体130的俯仰角度调节的便捷程度。
在本实施例中,定位部132包括弹性部134及抵持部136,弹性部134一端与卡持部133连接,另一端与抵持部136连接,抵持部136与卡持件131配合。
在本实施例中,定位部132包括弹性部134及抵持部136,弹性部134一端与座椅本体130连接,另一端与抵持部136连接,抵持部136与定位件124配合。
在本实施例中,当在调节座椅本体130相对于连接座120的俯仰角度时,当抵持部136从一个定位槽滑动至另一个定位槽过程中,当抵持部136滑动至止挡部126上,凸设的止挡部126的顶面与抵持部136相对抵持,使弹性部134收缩。当抵持部136滑动至凹设的定位槽上时,在弹性部134的回复力的作用下快速将抵持部136卡入至定位槽内部,提高抵持部136与定位槽的定位效果。
本实施例提供的安全座椅100的工作原理:在本实施例中,当需要调节座椅本体130的俯仰角度或者是整个座椅结构相对于底座140的转动角度时,在连接部112上施加外力,连接部112相对于连接座120运动带动 第一导向部1143沿着第二导向部119的延伸方向上滑动,使第一固定部1141逐渐向远离第二固定部122的方向运动,第一固定部1141与第二固定部122脱离配合。推动座椅本体130,使卡持件131相对于定位件124滑动,当抵持部136滑动至与止挡部126的顶面抵持时,此时可调节整个座椅结构相对于底座140的转动角度,当俯仰角度和转动角度调节到位后,抵持部136卡入至与该俯仰角度对应的定位槽内,实现对座椅本体130的定位。
俯仰角度及转动角度调节完成后,外力撤销,第一导向部1143同样在第二导向部119的延伸方向上运动,使第一固定部1141向靠近第二固定部122的方向上运动,直至与第二固定部122配合,将座椅本体130固定在连接座120上。
综上所述,本实施例提供的安全座椅100,在本实施例中,在调节组件110与连接座120脱离配合的情况下,可以调节整个座椅结构相对于底座140的转动角度,同时可以调节座椅本体130相对于连接座120的俯仰角度,在一次操作中可以同时调节转动角度及俯仰角度,提高了操作的便捷性,同时提高了小朋友使用的舒适度。

  1. 一种安全座椅,其特征在于,包括:座椅结构及底座(140),所述座椅结构与所述底座(140)转动连接,所述座椅结构包括连接座(120)、调节组件(110)及座椅本体(130),所述座椅本体(130)安装在所述连接座(120)上,所述调节组件(110)安装在所述座椅本体(130)上,并可选择性地与所述连接座(120)连接,在所述调节组件(110)与所述连接座(120)脱离配合的情况下,所述座椅本体(130)能够与所述连接座(120)及所述底座(140)脱离连接,调节所述座椅结构可相对于所述连接座(120)的转动角度,并调节所述座椅本体(130)相对于所述连接座(120)的俯仰角度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的安全座椅,其特征在于,所述调节组件(110)包括连接部(112)、固定件(114)及弹性件(116),所述弹性件(116)一端与所述连接座(120)连接,另一端与所述固定件(114)连接,所述固定件(114)固定在所述连接部(112)上,所述固定件(114)选择性地与所述连接座(120)配合,所述连接部(112)用于在外力作用下带动所述固定件(114)远离所述连接座(120)运动,使所述固定件(114)与所述连接座(120)脱离配合,所述座椅本体(130)可调节相对于所述连接座(120)的俯仰角度及所述座椅结构相对于底座(140)的转动角度,所述弹性件(116)在外力撤销的情况下带动所述固定件(114)靠近所述连接座(120)运动,使所述固定件(114)与所述连接座(120)配合,所述座椅本体(130)与所述连接座(120)固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的安全座椅,其特征在于,所述固定件(114)包括第一固定部(1141),所述连接座(120)上设置有第二固定部(122),所述第一固定部(1141)与所述第二固定部(122)选择性地配合,在所述连接部(112)上施加外力的情况下,所述第一固定部(1141)与所述第二固定部(122)脱离配合,在所述外力撤销的情况下,所述第一固定部(1141)与所述第二固定部(122)配合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的安全座椅,其特征在于,所述固定件(114) 包括第一导向部(1143),所述调节组件(110)还包括连接壳(118),所述连接壳(118)与所述连接座(120)固定连接,所述连接壳(118)上设置有第二导向部(119),所述第一导向部(1143)与所述第二导向部(119)配合,在所述连接部(112)上施加外力的情况下,所述第一导向部(1143)沿所述第二导向部(119)的延伸方向上滑动,使所述第一固定部(1141)远离所述第二固定部(122)运动,与所述第二固定部(122)脱离配合。

  6. 根据权利要求1所述的安全座椅,其特征在于,所述连接座(120)上设置有定位件(124),所述座椅本体(130)上还设置有卡持件(131),所述定位件(124)与所述卡持件(131)连接,所述卡持件(131)与所述底座(140)选择性地固定,在所述调节组件(110)与所述连接座(120)脱离配合的情况下,所述定位件(124)能够带动所述卡持件(131)相对于所述连接座(120)运动,使所述卡持件(131)与所述底座(140)脱离配合,使所述座椅结构可相对于所述底座(140)转动,并调节所述座椅本体(130)相对于所述连接座(120)的俯仰角度。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的安全座椅,其特征在于,所述卡持件(131)包括定位部(132)及卡持部(133),所述底座(140)上还设置有卡持槽(142),所述定位部(132)与所述定位件(124)配合,所述定位部(132)与所述卡持部(133)固定连接,所述定位件(124)能够通过所述定位部(132)带动所述卡持部(133)向靠近或远离所述卡持槽(142)的方向运动,使所述卡持部(133)与所述卡持槽(142)配合或脱离配合。
