请参阅图1-4所示,一种饲料加工用粉碎混合装置,包括支架19、混合20、搅拌机构和粉碎筛选机构,所述混合20两侧底部均连接支架19,所述支架19和混合20连接处设有垫板22,所述支架19顶端开设安装槽4,所述安装槽4内腔一侧固接弹簧18,所述弹簧18因此而固接压板3,所述压板3一侧固接活动杆17,所述活动杆17贯穿处安装槽4固接混合20侧壁,所述支架19底部固接在固定板1顶部中央,所述固定板1顶部两侧均匀分布若干固定螺栓2;
所述搅拌机构包括驱动盒11、第二转动杆10和电机壳24,所述混合20顶部中央固接驱动盒11,所述驱动盒11内腔顶端设有滑杆23,所述滑杆23表面套有移动板25,所述移动板25底部固接在电机壳24顶部,所述移动板25一侧固接电动推杆27,所述电动推杆27一侧固接驱动盒11内壁,所述电机壳24内腔底部安装第三电机26,所述第三电机26底部输出端固接第二转动杆10,所述第二转动杆10底端延伸至混合20内腔;
所述粉碎筛选机构包括粉碎箱12、筛选箱14和套管6,所述混合20顶部对称固接两个粉碎箱12,所述粉碎箱12顶部中央安装第二电机9,所述第二电机9底部输出端贯穿粉碎箱12固接第一转动杆8,所述第一转动杆8底部通过轴承7连接第三转动杆13,所述混合20内腔顶部两侧均转动连接筛选箱14,所述筛选箱14底部中央固接套管6,所述混合20内腔两侧顶部均固接第一电机5,所述第一电机5底部固接同步轴16,所述同步轴16通过同步带15连接套管6,所述套管6内腔中央安装筛网28。
两个所述粉碎箱12相背一侧顶部均安装入料口;所述混合20顶部开设送料口,送料口位于粉碎箱12和筛选箱14之间;所述套管6内部为空心结构,所述筛网28通过卡槽安装在筛网28内部;所述驱动盒11和混合20连接处开设缺口,所述滑杆23与电机壳24滑动连接;所述第一转动杆8表面均匀分布若干切割刀,所述第三转动杆13和第二转动杆10表面均匀分部若干搅拌叶;所述混合20底部中央安装喇叭状的出料口21,所述出料口21和混合20连接处设有阀门;所述固定螺栓2底端贯穿固定板1,且固定螺栓2和固定板1通过螺纹连接;所述压板3切面宽度大于安装槽4一侧缺口宽度;所述垫板22切面为L形结构,所述支架19一端底部设有连接螺栓,连接螺栓依次贯穿支架19和垫板22连接混合20。
本申请在使用时,本申请中出现的电器元件在使用时均外接连通电源和控制开关,将制作饲料的原料通过粉碎箱12一侧的入料口倒入粉碎箱12内部,然后通过第二电机9带动第一转动杆8转动,当第一转动杆8转动时可以通过表面的切割刀对饲料原料进行粉碎,粉碎的原料通过送料口进入筛选箱14内腔,第三转动杆13通过轴承7与第一转动杆8连接,可以跟随第一转动杆8一起转动,便于筛网28在进行筛选饲料时可以提高筛选效率,然后通过第一电机5运作带动同步轴16转动,当同步轴16转动时可以提高同步带15带动套管6转动,套管6可以带动筛选箱14一起旋转,当筛选箱14和套管6转动时可以提高筛选速率,通过电机壳24内部的第三电机26可以带动第二转动杆10转动,筛选后的原料通过混合20内部斜面可以堆积在一起的,第二转动杆10转动时通过表面的搅拌叶可以对饲料进行混合,当第二转动杆10在进行混合搅拌时可以通过电动推杆27进伸缩带动电机壳24移动,当电机壳24在滑杆23表面移动时,可以调整第二转动杆10的搅拌位置,便于提高搅拌效率,还可以保证饲料混合均匀,混合后的饲料可以通过混合20底部的阀门和出料口取出,在进行加工饲料时,可以通过固定板1顶部的若干固定螺栓2连接地面,便于保证稳定性,而且压板3、安装槽4、活动杆17和弹簧18可以保证在对饲料进行粉碎和混合的过程中保持稳定,避免左右晃动导致出现侧翻的情况,甚至影响各个零部之间连接的牢固性。
本申请的有益之处在于:
1.通过第二电机、粉碎箱和第一转动杆可以在加工饲料之前可以进行粉碎,然后通过第三转动杆、轴承、第一电机、套管、第三转动杆、筛选箱、同步带、同步轴和筛网可以对粉碎后的饲料进行筛选,将一些较大的颗粒筛除,可以提高混合效果以及成品的质量;
2.通过驱动盒、滑杆、电机壳、第三电机、移动板和电动推杆可以控制第二转动杆的搅拌位置,当第二转动杆在进行混合时还可以来回移动可以提高对饲料的搅拌效果,保证饲料混合均匀;
3.通过垫板、固定板、固定螺栓、压板、安装槽、活动杆和弹簧可以保证在对饲料进行粉碎和混合的过程中保持稳定,避免左右晃动导致出现侧翻的情况,甚至影响各个零部之间连接的牢固性。
第一电机5、第二电机9和第三电机26均采用的是台州朗博电机有限公司生产的y2-225M型号及其相关的配套电源和电路。
电动推杆27采用的是东莞市基诺克机电制品厂生产的GRA-D3型号及其相关的配套电源和电路。
涉及到电路和电子元器件和模块均为现有技术,本领域技术人员完全可以实现,无需赘言,本申请保护的内容也不涉及对于软件和方法的改进。
以上所述仅为本申请的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本申请,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本申请可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本申请的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种饲料加工用粉碎混合装置,其特征在于:包括支架(19)、混合(20)、搅拌机构和粉碎筛选机构,所述混合(20)两侧底部均连接支架(19),所述支架(19)和混合(20)连接处设有垫板(22),所述支架(19)顶端开设安装槽(4),所述安装槽(4)内腔一侧固接弹簧(18),所述弹簧(18)因此而固接压板(3),所述压板(3)一侧固接活动杆(17),所述活动杆(17)贯穿处安装槽(4)固接混合(20)侧壁,所述支架(19)底部固接在固定板(1)顶部中央,所述固定板(1)顶部两侧均匀分布若干固定螺栓(2);
    所述搅拌机构包括驱动盒(11)、第二转动杆(10)和电机壳(24),所述混合(20)顶部中央固接驱动盒(11),所述驱动盒(11)内腔顶端设有滑杆(23),所述滑杆(23)表面套有移动板(25),所述移动板(25)底部固接在电机壳(24)顶部,所述移动板(25)一侧固接电动推杆(27),所述电动推杆(27)一侧固接驱动盒(11)内壁,所述电机壳(24)内腔底部安装第三电机(26),所述第三电机(26)底部输出端固接第二转动杆(10),所述第二转动杆(10)底端延伸至混合(20)内腔;
    所述粉碎筛选机构包括粉碎箱(12)、筛选箱(14)和套管(6),所述混合(20)顶部对称固接两个粉碎箱(12),所述粉碎箱(12)顶部中央安装第二电机(9),所述第二电机(9)底部输出端贯穿粉碎箱(12)固接第一转动杆(8),所述第一转动杆(8)底部通过轴承(7)连接第三转动杆(13),所述混合(20)内腔顶部两侧均转动连接筛选箱(14),所述筛选箱(14)底部中央固接套管(6),所述混合(20)内腔两侧顶部均固接第一电机(5),所述第一电机(5)底部固接同步轴(16),所述同步轴(16)通过同步带(15)连接套管(6),所述套管(6)内腔中央安装筛网(28)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料加工用粉碎混合装置,其特征在于:两个所述粉碎箱(12)相背一侧顶部均安装入料口。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料加工用粉碎混合装置,其特征在于:所述混合(20)顶部开设送料口,送料口位于粉碎箱(12)和筛选箱(14)之间。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料加工用粉碎混合装置,其特征在于:所述套管(6)内部为空心结构,所述筛网(28)通过卡槽安装在筛网(28)内部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料加工用粉碎混合装置,其特征在于:所述驱动盒(11)和混合(20)连接处开设缺口,所述滑杆(23)与电机壳(24)滑动连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料加工用粉碎混合装置,其特征在于:所述第一转动杆(8)表面均匀分布若干切割刀,所述第三转动杆(13)和第二转动杆(10)表面均匀分部若干搅拌叶。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料加工用粉碎混合装置,其特征在于:所述混合(20)底部中央安装喇叭状的出料口(21),所述出料口(21)和混合(20)连接处设有阀门。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料加工用粉碎混合装置,其特征在于:所述固定螺栓(2)底端贯穿固定板(1),且固定螺栓(2)和固定板(1)通过螺纹连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料加工用粉碎混合装置,其特征在于:所述压板(3)切面宽度大于安装槽(4)一侧缺口宽度。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料加工用粉碎混合装置,其特征在于:所述垫板(22)切面为L形结构,所述支架(19)一端底部设有连接螺栓,连接螺栓依次贯穿支架(19)和垫板(22)连接混合(20)。
