请参阅图1-4所示,一种饲料生产加工用粉碎装置,包括粉碎壳1、支撑座2、排出口101、下料板4、排出管5、进料壳6、粉碎机构、振动过滤机构以及接料机构;其中所述粉碎壳1底侧表面与所述支撑座2顶侧表面固定连接,所述粉碎壳1底侧内壁固定连接有下料板4,所述下料板4底侧表面固定连通有固定在粉碎壳1底侧的排出管5,所述粉碎壳1顶侧表面固定连通有进料壳6,所述粉碎壳1相对的两侧表面开设有排出口101;
所述粉碎机构包括粉碎电机7、粉碎轴8、粉碎刀9、连接壳11、固定板10以及筛选孔1101,所述粉碎电机7固定连接在所述粉碎壳1正侧表面,所述粉碎电机7输出端连接有所述粉碎轴8,所述粉碎轴8表面固定连接有若干个所述粉碎刀9,所述粉碎壳1顶侧内壁固定连接有固定板10,所述固定板10底侧表面与所述连接壳11顶端侧表面固定连接,所述连接壳11底侧表面开设有筛选孔1101;
所述振动过滤机构包括固定框3、振动电机14、导向杆21、弹簧15、连接框16以及过滤网17,所述固定框3固定连接在下料板4相对的两侧,所述固定框3固定连接在粉碎壳1底端内壁,所述固定框3内设有固定连接在粉碎壳1内的振动电机14,所述振动电机14输出端贴合有滑动连接在固定框3顶侧表面的导向杆21,所述导向杆21顶端与所述弹簧15底端表面固定连接,所述弹簧15顶端与所述连接框16底侧表面固定连接,所述连接框16内腔中固定连接有所述过滤网17;
所述接料机构包括密封塞12、把手13、斜板20、放置板18以及接料壳19,所述密封塞12滑动卡合连接在排出口101中,所述密封塞12一侧表面固定连接有把手13,所述把手13底侧设有固定连接在粉碎壳1侧表面的斜板20,所述粉碎壳1底端侧表面与所述放置板18一侧表面固定连接,所述放置板18顶侧放置有接料壳19,所述接料壳19顶侧滑动贴合在所述斜板20底侧。
所述支撑座2数目为四个,四个所述支撑座2位于粉碎壳1底侧四个拐角位置处,便于粉碎壳1的稳定支撑;所述粉碎刀9数目为若干个,若干个所述粉碎刀9在粉碎轴8表面环形均匀分布,便于粉碎刀9对饲料的粉碎效果;所述连接壳11正侧截面呈圆弧形结构,所述连接框16底侧表面均匀开设有若干个筛选孔1101,提高筛选效果;所述固定板10数目为两个,所述固定板10位于所述粉碎壳1内壁相对的两侧表面,两个所述固定板10底侧通过连接壳11固定连接,便于固定板10的使用;所述连接框16正侧截面呈V型结构,所述连接框16滑动连接在粉碎壳1内腔中,便于连接框16的操作;所述连接框16底侧处设有开设在粉碎壳1侧表面的排出口101,便于排料;所述导向杆21顶端滑动贯穿固定框3顶侧,所述导向杆21顶端通过弹簧15与所述连接框16底侧表面弹性连接,所述固定框3顶侧表面滑动连接有两个所述导向杆21,便于导向杆21沿着固定框3的表面滑动;所述下料板4截面板圆弧形结构,所述下料板4中部底侧固定连通有排出管5,便于排出;所述放置板18数目为两个,两个所述放置板18关于粉碎壳1对称分布,保障放置板18放置紧凑,便于操作。
本申请在使用时,本申请中出现的电器元件在使用时均外接连通电源和控制开关,将需要粉碎的饲料放置在粉碎壳1中,启动粉碎电机7,粉碎电机7驱动粉碎轴8带动粉碎刀9进行旋转,粉碎刀9进而对落在连接壳11中的饲料进行粉碎,同时振动电机14驱动导向杆21进行振动,导向杆21继而带动顶侧固定连接的弹簧15对连接框16进行振动,连接框16进而带动表面固定连接的过滤网17进行抖动,通过过滤网17对粉碎后筛选后的饲料进行过滤,便于的饲料通过下料板4以及排出管5进行排出,同时颗粒较大的杂质拦截在过滤网17顶侧,在过滤结束后,通过把手13带动密封塞12脱离排出口101,通过排出口101将过滤网17顶侧大颗粒排出,同时大颗粒的饲料通过斜板20排至接料壳19中,便于处理,方便工作者进行操作。
本申请的有益之处在于:
1.该种饲料生产加工用粉碎装置设计新颖、结构简单、便于通过粉碎刀9对连接壳11中的饲料进行粉碎,便于对粉碎后的饲料进行筛选过滤,提高对饲料的粉碎均匀效果,满足工作者的使用需求,便于操作。
2.在使用时,通过设置的振动过滤机构的作用下,便于连接框16进行振动,便于连接框16固定连接的过滤网17顶侧的粉碎饲料进行过滤,提高饲料的过滤效果,提高过滤振动效果,便于饲料的筛选,满足饲料的筛选需求。
3.在使用时,通过设置的接料机构的作用下,便于将过滤网17拦截后的大颗粒饲料进行排出,便于大颗粒饲料进行收集存储,方便工作者对收集的饲料进行整理,具有良好的市场价值,适合推广使用。
涉及到电路和电子元器件和模块均为现有技术,本领域技术人员完全可以实现,无需赘言,本申请保护的内容也不涉及对于软件和方法的改进。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种饲料生产加工用粉碎装置,其特征在于:包括粉碎壳(1)、支撑座(2)、排出口(101)、下料板(4)、排出管(5)、进料壳(6)、粉碎机构、振动过滤机构以及接料机构;其中所述粉碎壳(1)底侧表面与所述支撑座(2)顶侧表面固定连接,所述粉碎壳(1)底侧内壁固定连接有下料板(4),所述下料板(4)底侧表面固定连通有固定在粉碎壳(1)底侧的排出管(5),所述粉碎壳(1)顶侧表面固定连通有进料壳(6),所述粉碎壳(1)相对的两侧表面开设有排出口(101);
    所述粉碎机构包括粉碎电机(7)、粉碎轴(8)、粉碎刀(9)、连接壳(11)、固定板(10)以及筛选孔(1101),所述粉碎电机(7)固定连接在所述粉碎壳(1)正侧表面,所述粉碎电机(7)输出端连接有所述粉碎轴(8),所述粉碎轴(8)表面固定连接有若干个所述粉碎刀(9),所述粉碎壳(1)顶侧内壁固定连接有固定板(10),所述固定板(10)底侧表面与所述连接壳(11)顶端侧表面固定连接,所述连接壳(11)底侧表面开设有筛选孔(1101);
    所述振动过滤机构包括固定框(3)、振动电机(14)、导向杆(21)、弹簧(15)、连接框(16)以及过滤网(17),所述固定框(3)固定连接在下料板(4)相对的两侧,所述固定框(3)固定连接在粉碎壳(1)底端内壁,所述固定框(3)内设有固定连接在粉碎壳(1)内的振动电机(14),所述振动电机(14)输出端贴合有滑动连接在固定框(3)顶侧表面的导向杆(21),所述导向杆(21)顶端与所述弹簧(15)底端表面固定连接,所述弹簧(15)顶端与所述连接框(16)底侧表面固定连接,所述连接框(16)内腔中固定连接有所述过滤网(17);
    所述接料机构包括密封塞(12)、把手(13)、斜板(20)、放置板(18)以及接料壳(19),所述密封塞(12)滑动卡合连接在排出口(101)中,所述密封塞(12)一侧表面固定连接有把手(13),所述把手(13)底侧设有固定连接在粉碎壳(1)侧表面的斜板(20),所述粉碎壳(1)底端侧表面与所述放置板(18)一侧表面固定连接,所述放置板(18)顶侧放置有接料壳(19),所述接料壳(19)顶侧滑动贴合在所述斜板(20)底侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料生产加工用粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述支撑座(2)数目为四个,四个所述支撑座(2)位于粉碎壳(1)底侧四个拐角位置处。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料生产加工用粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述粉碎刀(9)数目为若干个,若干个所述粉碎刀(9)在粉碎轴(8)表面环形均匀分布。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料生产加工用粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述连接壳(11)正侧截面呈圆弧形结构,所述连接框(16)底侧表面均匀开设有若干个筛选孔(1101)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料生产加工用粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述固定板(10)数目为两个,所述固定板(10)位于所述粉碎壳(1)内壁相对的两侧表面,两个所述固定板(10)底侧通过连接壳(11)固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料生产加工用粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述连接框(16)正侧截面呈V型结构,所述连接框(16)滑动连接在粉碎壳(1)内腔中。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料生产加工用粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述连接框(16)底侧处设有开设在粉碎壳(1)侧表面的排出口(101)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料生产加工用粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述导向杆(21)顶端滑动贯穿固定框(3)顶侧,所述导向杆(21)顶端通过弹簧(15)与所述连接框(16)底侧表面弹性连接,所述固定框(3)顶侧表面滑动连接有两个所述导向杆(21)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料生产加工用粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述下料板(4)截面板圆弧形结构,所述下料板(4)中部底侧固定连通有排出管(5)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料生产加工用粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述放置板(18)数目为两个,两个所述放置板(18)关于粉碎壳(1)对称分布。
