所述支撑架包括底板1以及支撑杆2,所述支撑杆2的数目为若干个,若干个所述支撑杆2等间距分布在底板1的顶部,所述支撑杆2的底端与底板1固定连接,所述支撑杆2的顶端与矩形壳体3的一侧壁固定连接;所述矩形壳体3的底部设置有下料斗5,所述下料斗5与支撑杆2的杆面固定连接;所述顶盖6的一侧通过铰链7与矩形壳体3的顶部一侧连接,所述顶盖6的另一侧与矩形壳体3的顶部另一侧通过搭扣锁8连接;所述传动箱10包括箱体1001、蜗轮1002、蜗杆1003和连接轴1004,所述箱体1001与矩形壳体3的外侧壁固定连接,所述蜗杆1003和所述连接轴1004均转动连接在箱体1001的内部,所述蜗轮1002与连接轴1004固定套接,所述蜗轮1002和蜗杆1003啮合连接,所述连接轴1004的一端与底盖9固定连接,所述蜗杆1003一端与摇杆11的一端固定连接;所述均匀出气板24包括矩形框2401、孔板2402和端口2403,所述矩形框2401上嵌合安装有两个孔板2402,所述矩形框2401的边沿处固定嵌合安装有端口2403;所述热风机13的出气口与第一直管14的中部固定连通安装,所述第一直管14上固定连通有多个第一分流管15,所述第一分流管15的末端与均匀出气板24的端口2403连接;所述进气管16的末端固定连通有进气罩17,所述进气罩17的一侧固定嵌合安装有活性炭过滤网18,所述进气罩17与矩形壳体3外壁固定连接;所述气泵12的进气口与第二直管22的中部固定连通安装,所述第二直管22上固定连通有多个第二分流管23,所述第二分流管23的末端与矩形壳体3的正面顶部连通安装;所述支撑杆2为7字型结构,所述支撑杆2的弯折处固定连接有连杆4。
本申请在使用时,本申请中出现的电器元件在使用时均外接连通电源和控制开关,上料,将物料从矩形壳体3顶部倒入,进行上料,上料后,关闭顶盖6,锁上搭扣锁8;
热风烘干,启动热风机13和气泵12,热风机13进行抽风,外界空气通过活性炭过滤网18过滤后,通过进气罩17和进气管16进入热风机13,进一步进入第一直管14,通过多个第一分流管15分流进入到均匀出气板24,通过孔板2402上的多孔结构进行吹出,从而可使热风直达到原料的内部,避免原料堆积造成内部难以干燥;
热风的再利用,热风通过原料后,从原料之间的间隙中,流出,通过第二分流管23进入到第二直管22,又受到气泵12的驱动,通过连接管20进入到套筒19中,从进气管16表面通过,为进气管16以及进气管16中的空气进行加热,从而实现预热,便于热量的利用,提高了使用的效果;
下料,干燥后,关闭热风机13和气泵12,转动摇杆11,通过蜗轮1002和蜗杆1003的传动,使得连接轴1004进行转动,从而实现底板1的打开,原料从矩形壳体3底部流出,通过下料斗5实现下料。
本申请的有益之处在于:
整个饲料加工用原料干燥装置用于饲料原料清洗后的干燥处理,与传统技术相比较,在进行干燥时,通过多个均匀出气板24进行饲料的分隔,通过热风机13产生热风时,通过导流,通过多个均匀出气板24进行流出,从而可使热风直达到原料的内部,避免原料堆积造成内部难以干燥。
同时干燥产生的热气不直接排出,通过气泵12进行导流,可通过连接管20和套筒19的导流,可从进气管16表面通过,为进气管16以及进气管16中的空气进行加热,从而实现预热,便于热量的利用,提高了使用的效果。
进一步便于进行下料操作,通过摇杆11、传动箱10的作用,便于进行底板1的转动,从而便于底板1与矩形壳体3进行分离,便于进行打开,便于物料的排出。
涉及到电路和电子元器件和模块均为现有技术,本领域技术人员完全可以实现,无需赘言,本申请保护的内容也不涉及对于软件和方法的改进。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种饲料加工用原料干燥装置,其特征在于:包括支撑架和矩形壳体(3),所述矩形壳体(3)固定安装在支撑架的顶部一侧,所述矩形壳体(3)的顶部开口处以及矩形壳体(3)的底部开口处分别设置有顶盖(6)和底盖(9),所述底盖(9)的一侧顶部设置有传动箱(10),所述传动箱(10)的输出端与底盖(9)的顶部表面固定连接,所述传动箱(10)固定安装在矩形壳体(3)的一侧壁上,所述传动箱(10)的输入端固定连接有摇杆(11);
    所述矩形壳体(3)的内部等间距固定连接有多个均匀出气板(24),所述矩形壳体(3)的内部通过均匀出气板(24)分隔成多个腔室;
    所述矩形壳体(3)的正面固定安装有热风机(13)和气泵(12),所述热风机(13)的出气口与多个均匀出气板(24)连通安装,所述热风机(13)的进气口连接有进气管(16),所述进气管(16)上固定套设有套筒(19),所述套筒(19)的一侧顶部通过连接管(20)与气泵(12)的出气口连接,所述套筒(19)的另一侧底部固定连通有排气口(21),所述气泵(12)的进气口与矩形壳体(3)的正面顶部连通安装。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料加工用原料干燥装置,其特征在于:所述支撑架包括底板(1)以及支撑杆(2),所述支撑杆(2)的数目为若干个,若干个所述支撑杆(2)等间距分布在底板(1)的顶部,所述支撑杆(2)的底端与底板(1)固定连接,所述支撑杆(2)的顶端与矩形壳体(3)的一侧壁固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料加工用原料干燥装置,其特征在于:所述矩形壳体(3)的底部设置有下料斗(5),所述下料斗(5)与支撑杆(2)的杆面固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料加工用原料干燥装置,其特征在于:所述顶盖(6)的一侧通过铰链(7)与矩形壳体(3)的顶部一侧连接,所述顶盖(6)的另一侧与矩形壳体(3)的顶部另一侧通过搭扣锁(8)连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料加工用原料干燥装置,其特征在于:所述传动箱(10)包括箱体(1001)、蜗轮(1002)、蜗杆(1003)和连接轴(1004),所述箱体(1001)与矩形壳体(3)的外侧壁固定连接,所述蜗杆(1003)和所述连接轴(1004)均转动连接在箱体(1001)的内部,所述蜗轮(1002)与连接轴(1004)固定套接,所述蜗轮(1002)和蜗杆(1003)啮合连接,所述连接轴(1004)的一端与底盖(9)固定连接,所述蜗杆(1003)一端与摇杆(11)的一端固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料加工用原料干燥装置,其特征在于:所述均匀出气板(24)包括矩形框(2401)、孔板(2402)和端口(2403),所述矩形框(2401)上嵌合安装有两个孔板(2402),所述矩形框(2401)的边沿处固定嵌合安装有端口(2403)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料加工用原料干燥装置,其特征在于:所述热风机(13)的出气口与第一直管(14)的中部固定连通安装,所述第一直管(14)上固定连通有多个第一分流管(15),所述第一分流管(15)的末端与均匀出气板(24)的端口(2403)连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料加工用原料干燥装置,其特征在于:所述进气管(16)的末端固定连通有进气罩(17),所述进气罩(17)的一侧固定嵌合安装有活性炭过滤网(18),所述进气罩(17)与矩形壳体(3)外壁固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料加工用原料干燥装置,其特征在于:所述气泵(12)的进气口与第二直管(22)的中部固定连通安装,所述第二直管(22)上固定连通有多个第二分流管(23),所述第二分流管(23)的末端与矩形壳体(3)的正面顶部连通安装。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料加工用原料干燥装置,其特征在于:所述支撑杆(2)为7字型结构,所述支撑杆(2)的弯折处固定连接有连杆(4)。
