进一步,移动框架设有固定槽,固定框设于固定槽中,固定框设有连接片。连接片和移动框架螺栓连接,方便固定框的拆卸和安装。
本发明由于采用了上述技术方案,具有以下有益效果:
本发明在使用时,先将移动框架推至需要搬运的物料边,之后水平电机启动,驱动水平丝杆转动,卡爪组件移动至物料的上方,之后竖直移动电机启动,,带动竖直丝杆转动,连接块下移,带动卡爪下移,然后两侧的卡紧电机启动,使卡爪卡紧物料,之后竖直移动电机启动将物料提起,水平移动电机启动,将物料带动固定框上方,之后卡爪下移,将物料平稳放置,卡爪松开并开始下一步物料搬运。本发明能够便于固定物料和物料的长距离运输,方便上下料,减轻操作人员的劳动强度,同时搬运机构搬运效率高,搬运效果好。

具体实施方式
如图1至图12所示,为本发明一种纺织物料搬运装置,包括移动框架1和搬运机构2,搬运机构2设于移动框架1上,移动框架1设有脚轮3,搬运机构2包括水平移动组件4和卡爪组件5,水平移动组件4包括移动框、水平丝杆7、水平移动电机8和滑套9,水平丝杆7设于移动框上,水平丝杆7与移动框6转动连接,水平移动电机8设于移动框6上,水平移动电机8驱动水平丝杆7转动,滑套9设于水平丝杆7上,滑套9与水平丝杆7螺纹连接,移动框6设有 滑轨10,滑套9设有滑块11,滑块11设于滑轨10上,滑块11与滑轨10滑动连接,卡爪组件5包括支撑框12、固定板13和卡爪14,支撑框12设于滑套9上,固定板13设于支撑框12上,卡爪14设于固定板13上。移动框架1便于固定物料和物料的长距离运输,搬运机构2则方便上下料,减轻操作人员的劳动强度,同时搬运机构2搬运效率高,搬运效果好。水平移动组件4采用水平丝杆7、滑套9的移动方式,移动方便。滑轨10和滑块11的组合能够减少卡爪14组件5移动时的摩擦力,同时能够在卡爪14组件5移动时起到导向作用,保证卡爪14组件5移动时的精度,减轻了丝杆在移动过程中的磨损,提高了水平移动组件4的寿命。
支撑框12设有竖直丝杆15和竖直移动电机16,竖直丝杆15与支撑框12转动连接,竖直移动电机16驱动竖直丝杆15转动,支撑框12设有连接块17,连接块17与支撑框12滑动连接,连接块17设于竖直丝杆15上,连接块17与竖直丝杆15螺纹连接,连接块17的数量为两块,两块连接块17之间设有两根卡紧丝杆18,卡紧丝杆18与连接块17之间转动连接,两块连接块17上各设有一个卡紧电机19,一个卡紧电机19与一根卡紧丝杆18相连接,另一个卡紧电机19与另一个卡紧丝杆18相连接,卡紧电机19驱动卡紧丝杆18转动,固定板13的数量为两块,固定板13设有两个连接套20,连接套20套设于卡紧丝杆18上并与丝杆螺纹连接,一个连接套20与固定板13转动连接,另一个连接套20与固定板13固定连接,两个固定板13的设置呈中心对称设置。竖直丝杆15和竖直移动电机16的组合,实现了卡爪14的上下移动,能够方便卡爪14搬运物料,卡爪14卡紧时的卡紧施力点也能够调节,使得卡爪14能够更轻松的搬运物料,卡爪14能够搬运高度不同的物料。卡爪14的运动模式采用一根丝杆控制一个卡爪14的运动,同时两根丝杆的控制不会相互影响,控制精度高,卡紧丝杆18控制卡爪14移动时,卡紧丝杆18转动,从而使得卡紧丝杆18上的固定连接的连接套20移动,带动卡紧丝杆18移动,而在移动过程中,另一个连接套20转动,从而使得另一个卡紧丝杆18不会转动,即一个卡紧丝杆18转动带动卡爪14移动时不会影响另一个卡紧丝杆18和另一个卡爪14,使得卡爪 14的移动方便,使用效果好。卡爪14套在两根卡紧丝杆18上,导向效果好,卡爪14的运行精度好,便于卡爪14的卡紧。通过卡紧丝杆18、固定板13和连接套20的设置,不仅能够实现卡爪14的移动卡紧,同时能够使得两个卡爪14单独控制,提高卡爪14的灵活性,便于各种情况下的物料搬运,固定板13穿过两根丝杆提高了对固定板13的移动精度,减小了固定板13在移动时的晃动,两根卡紧丝杆18支撑提高了卡爪14能够抓起的重量上限,使得丝杆在使用过程中避免受力弯曲变形,提高了卡紧丝杆18的使用寿命。
固定板13设有定位凸起部21和定位螺纹杆22,定位螺纹杆22与固定板13转动连接,卡爪14设有定位孔和定位螺纹套,定位螺纹杆22和定位螺纹套螺纹连接,定位凸起部21设于定位孔中。定位螺纹杆22和定位螺纹套的配合能够实现固定板13和卡爪14之间的拆卸,方便了卡爪14的更换和维修,同时定位凸起部21和定位孔的配合起到定位作用,防止卡爪14在固定板13上的偏移,提高卡爪14的固定效果。
卡爪14设有缓冲卡板25,缓冲卡板25与卡爪14滑动连接,缓冲卡板25与卡爪14之间设有缓冲弹簧26,卡爪14设有限位杆27,缓冲卡板25设有限位滑槽,限位杆27设于限位滑槽中。缓冲卡板25能够起到一定的缓冲效果,在使用时能够避免卡爪14直接卡紧导致物料被压坏,也能保证卡紧力适中,保证良好的卡紧效果。限位杆27对卡爪14起到限位作用,
还包括卡筒组件,卡筒组件包括卡筒块28、第一卡环29、第二卡环30和第三卡环31,第一卡环29设于卡筒块28中,第一卡环29与卡筒块28滑动连接,第二卡环30设于第一卡环29中,第二卡环30与第一卡环29滑动连接,第三卡环31设于第二卡环30中,第三卡环31与第二卡环30滑动连接,第一卡环29与卡筒块28之间设有第一弹簧32,第二卡环30与卡筒块28之间设有第二弹簧33,第三卡环31与卡筒块28之间设有第三弹簧34,卡筒块28设有定位孔和定位螺纹套。利用三组大小不等的卡环,能够对不同筒径的的卷布筒进行卡紧,方便纺织物的搬运。第一卡环29、第二卡环30和第三卡环31通过下压调节,使得需要使用的、合适尺寸的卡环露出,方便了卡紧搬运,提高了 对不同筒径的布筒的适应,提高了泛用性。
卡筒块28设有同步卡紧组件,同步卡紧组件包括第一卡块35、第二卡块36、第一齿条37、第二齿条38和同步齿轮39,第一卡块35与第一齿条37相连接,第二卡块36与第二齿条38相连接,同步齿轮39与第一齿条37相啮合,同步齿轮39与第二齿条38相啮合,第一卡环29、第二卡环30和第三卡环31均设有卡槽,卡槽与第一卡块35相匹配,卡槽与第二卡块36相匹配。同步卡紧组件能够在卡入一端的卡块时实现两端的卡块同时移动卡紧,卡紧方便,便于操作卡紧卡环。第一卡块35和第二卡块36卡入卡槽,则能够使得卡环不被压入卡筒块28中,能够方便使用,提高卡紧搬运效果,避免搬运过程中布筒掉落。
移动框架1设有固定框41,固定框41包括底板42、侧板43和调整板44,底板42与侧板43固定连接,调整板44设有滑杆45,底板42设有滑槽,滑杆45设于滑槽中,滑杆45与滑槽滑动连接,底板42设有电动推杆47,电动推杆47与滑杆45相连接,电动推杆47驱动滑杆45在滑槽中滑动。固定框41能够对物料起到一定的固定限位,避免在运输过程中物料冲移动框架1中掉落。固定框41通过滑杆45和滑槽的连接方式,实现了固定框41的调整,能够根据搬运物料的数量调整固定框41的大小,便于物料的搬运。电动推杆47作为驱动源,使得固定框41调整方便。
调整板44与滑杆45之间设有转轴48,调整板44与滑杆45转动连接,滑杆45设有转动电机49,转动电机49与调整板44相连接。在搬运大件物料时,由于物料体积过大,调整板44则会造成一定的阻挡,不便于物料搬运至固定框41中,通过翻转设置的调整板44,能够使得调整板44平放,便于物料搬运固定,在物料搬运外城以后,翻转竖直,保证对物料的限位固定作用。
移动框架1设有固定槽50,固定框41设于固定槽50中,固定框41设有连接片51。连接片51和移动框架1螺栓连接,方便固定框41的拆卸和安装。
本发明在使用时,先将移动框架1推至需要搬运的物料边,之后水平电机启动,驱动水平丝杆7转动,卡爪14组件5移动至物料的上方,之后竖直移动 电机16启动,,带动竖直丝杆15转动,连接块17下移,带动卡爪14下移,然后两侧的卡紧电机19启动,使卡爪14卡紧物料,之后竖直移动电机16启动将物料提起,水平移动电机8启动,将物料带动固定框41上方,之后卡爪14下移,将物料平稳放置,卡爪14松开并开始下一步物料搬运。本发明能够便于固定物料和物料的长距离运输,方便上下料,减轻操作人员的劳动强度,同时搬运机构2搬运效率高,搬运效果好。
以上仅为本发明的具体实施例,但本发明的技术特征并不局限于此。任何以本发明为基础,为解决基本相同的技术问题,实现基本相同的技术效果,所作出的简单变化、等同替换或者修饰等,皆涵盖于本发明的保护范围之中。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种纺织物料搬运装置,其特征在于:包括移动框架和搬运机构,所述搬运机构设于所述移动框架上,所述移动框架设有脚轮,所述搬运机构包括水平移动组件和卡爪组件,所述水平移动组件包括移动框、水平丝杆、水平移动电机和滑套,所述水平丝杆设于所述移动框上,所述水平丝杆与所述移动框转动连接,所述水平移动电机设于所述移动框上,所述水平移动电机驱动所述水平丝杆转动,所述滑套设于所述水平丝杆上,所述滑套与所述水平丝杆螺纹连接,所述移动框设有滑轨,所述滑套设有滑块,所述滑块设于所述滑轨上,所述滑块与所述滑轨滑动连接,所述卡爪组件包括支撑框、固定板和卡爪,所述支撑框设于所述滑套上,所述固定板设于所述支撑框上,所述卡爪设于所述固定板上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织物料搬运装置,其特征在于:所述支撑框设有竖直丝杆和竖直移动电机,所述竖直丝杆与所述支撑框转动连接,所述竖直移动电机驱动所述竖直丝杆转动,所述支撑框设有连接块,所述连接块与所述支撑框滑动连接,所述连接块设于所述竖直丝杆上,所述连接块与所述竖直丝杆螺纹连接,所述连接块的数量为两块,两块所述连接块之间设有两根卡紧丝杆,所述卡紧丝杆与所述连接块之间转动连接,两块所述连接块上各设有一个卡紧电机,一个所述卡紧电机与一根所述卡紧丝杆相连接,另一个所述卡紧电机与另一个所述卡紧丝杆相连接,所述卡紧电机驱动所述卡紧丝杆转动,所述固定板的数量为两块,所述固定板设有两个连接套,所述连接套套设于所述卡紧丝杆上并与所述丝杆螺纹连接,一个连接套与所述固定板转动连接,另一个连接套与所述固定板固定连接,两个所述固定板的设置呈中心对称设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种纺织物料搬运装置,其特征在于:所述固定板设有定位凸起部和定位螺纹杆,所述定位螺纹杆与所述固定板转动连接,所述卡爪设有定位孔和定位螺纹套,所述定位螺纹杆和所述定位螺纹套螺 纹连接,所述定位凸起部设于所述定位孔中。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种纺织物料搬运装置,其特征在于:所述卡爪设有缓冲卡板,所述缓冲卡板与所述卡爪滑动连接,所述缓冲卡板与所述卡爪之间设有缓冲弹簧,所述卡爪设有限位杆,所述缓冲卡板设有限位滑槽,所述限位杆设于所述限位滑槽中。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种纺织物料搬运装置,其特征在于:还包括卡筒组件,所述卡筒组件包括卡筒块、第一卡环、第二卡环和第三卡环,所述第一卡环设于所述卡筒块中,所述第一卡环与所述卡筒块滑动连接,所述第二卡环设于所述第一卡环中,所述第二卡环与所述第一卡环滑动连接,所述第三卡环设于所述第二卡环中,所述第三卡环与所述第二卡环滑动连接,所述第一卡环与所述卡筒块之间设有第一弹簧,所述第二卡环与所述卡筒块之间设有第二弹簧,所述第三卡环与所述卡筒块之间设有第三弹簧,所述卡筒块设有所述定位孔和所述定位螺纹套。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种纺织物料搬运装置,其特征在于:所述卡筒块设有同步卡紧组件,所述同步卡紧组件包括第一卡块、第二卡块、第一齿条、第二齿条和同步齿轮,所述第一卡块与所述第一齿条相连接,所述第二卡块与所述第二齿条相连接,所述同步齿轮与所述第一齿条相啮合,所述同步齿轮与所述第二齿条相啮合,所述第一卡环、第二卡环和所述第三卡环均设有卡槽,所述卡槽与所述第一卡块相匹配,所述卡槽与所述第二卡块相匹配。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织物料搬运装置,其特征在于:所述移动框架设有固定框,所述固定框包括底板、侧板和调整板,所述底板与所述侧板固定连接,所述调整板设有滑杆,所述底板设有滑槽,所述滑杆设于所述滑槽中,所述滑杆与所述滑槽滑动连接,所述底板设有电动推杆,所述 电动推杆与所述滑杆相连接,所述电动推杆驱动所述滑杆在所述滑槽中滑动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种纺织物料搬运装置,其特征在于:所述调整板与所述滑杆之间设有转轴,所述调整板与所述滑杆转动连接,所述滑杆设有转动电机,所述转动电机与所述调整板相连接。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种纺织物料搬运装置,其特征在于:所述移动框架设有固定槽,所述固定框设于所述固定槽中,所述固定框设有连接片。
