与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:本环境监测用空气检测装置,具有以下好处:
1、通过高度调节单元可方便快速的调整空气检测器的高度,使使用者能根据房间的高度及时的将空气检测器调整至合适的高度进行检测,提高检测结果的准确性,通过移动单元可使空气检测器进行方便的移动。
2、通过推杆可方便的推动空气检测装置进行移动,通过橡胶套可增加握持推杆使的舒适度,通过限位杆和限位桶配合可增加升降板移动时的稳定性,防止升降板发生倾斜。
3、通过可触控显示器可方便的显示出检测的结果,并通过报警灯可在有 害气体超标时闪烁报警提醒人们,通过支撑板和轴承可对连接轴进行限位和支撑,提高凸轮转动时的稳定性。
4、通过支撑杆和支撑底板可在检测时对底板提供支撑,提高检测时的稳定性,通过滑杆可对支撑框进行限位,防止支撑框发生偏斜,通过弹簧可在凸轮转动时使支撑框能快速得移动至上侧使万向轮向上移动。

下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
请参阅图1-2,本实用新型提供一种技术方案:一种环境监测用空气检测装置,包括底板1、高度调节单元4和移动单元5;
底板1:上表面的右侧设有固定块2,底板1上表面的后侧设有固定板3;
高度调节单元4:包括升降板41、螺杆42、传动齿轮43、升降电机44、主动齿轮45和固定筒46,固定筒46设在底板1上表面的中部,传动齿轮43的下表面与固定筒46的上表面转动连接,螺杆42的上端与升降板41下表面 的中部固定连接,且螺杆42的下端穿过传动齿轮43上表面中部的螺孔,升降电机44设在固定板3后侧面的上侧,且升降电机44的输出轴穿过固定板3后侧面的上侧与主动齿轮45后侧面的中部固定连接,主动齿轮45与传动齿轮43啮合,升降板41上表面的中部设有空气检测器19;
移动单元5:包括支撑框51、万向轮52、连接轴53、凸轮54和移动单机55,万向轮52设有四个,四个万向轮52等距离的设置在支撑框51的下表面,且底板1的上表面设有四个与万向轮52对应的凹槽,连接轴53的两端与两个凸轮54相对侧面的下侧固定连接,且两个凸轮54的侧面与支撑框51的上表面接触,移动电机55设在固定块2的上表面,且移动电机55的输出轴与右侧的凸轮54右侧面的下侧固定连接;
其中:还包括单片机6,单片机6设在底板1的上表面,且单片机6的输入端与外部电源的输出端电连接,单片机6的输出端分别与升降电机44和移动电机55的输入端连接,空气检测器19的输出端与单片机6的输入端电连接,通过高度调节单元4可方便快速的调整空气检测器19的高度,使使用者能根据房间的高度及时的将空气检测器19调整至合适的高度进行检测,提高检测结果的准确性,通过移动单元5可使空气检测器19进行方便的移动。
其中:还包括推杆7和橡胶套8,推杆7为U型,且推杆7的下端与底板1上表面的右侧固定连接,橡胶套8的内侧面与推杆7上端的侧面固定连接,通过推杆7可方便的推动空气检测装置进行移动,通过橡胶套8可增加握持推杆7使的舒适度。
其中:还包括限位杆9和限位桶10,限位杆9设有四个,四个限位杆9等距离的设置在升降板41的下表面,限位桶10设有四个,四个限位桶10等距离的设置在底板1的上表面,且四个限位桶10上端的内侧面分别与四个限位杆9下端的侧面滑动连接,通过限位杆9和限位桶10配合可增加升降板41移动时的稳定性,防止升降板41发生倾斜。
其中:还包括可触控显示器11和报警器12,可触控显示器11设在支撑框51上表面的前侧,且可触控显示器11与单片机6之间双向电连接,报警器12设在升降板41的上表面,且报警器12的输入端与单片机6的输出端电连接,通过可触控显示器11可方便的显示出检测的结果,并通过报警灯12可在有害气体超标时闪烁报警提醒人们。
其中:还包括支撑板13和轴承14,支撑板13设在底板1上表面的前侧,轴承14的内圈与连接轴53中部的侧面固定连接,轴承14的外圈与支撑板13上端的侧面,通过支撑板13和轴承14可对连接轴53进行限位和支撑,提高凸轮54转动时的稳定性。
其中:还包括支撑杆15和支撑底板16,支撑杆15设有四个,四个支撑杆15等距离的设置在底板1的下表面,且四个支撑杆15的下端分别与四个支撑底板16的上表面固定连接,通过支撑杆15和支撑底板16可在检测时对底板1提供支撑,提高检测时的稳定性。
其中:还包括弹簧17和滑杆18,滑杆18设有两个,两个滑杆18分别设在底板1上表面的左右两侧,且两个滑杆18的上端穿过支撑框51下表面左右两侧的滑孔,弹簧17设有两个,两个弹簧17设有两个,两个弹簧17分别套接在两个滑杆18的外侧,且两个弹簧17的两端分别与底板1的上表面和支撑框51的下表面固定连接,通过滑杆18可对支撑框51进行限位,防止支撑框51发生偏斜,通过弹簧17可在凸轮54转动时使支撑框51能快速得移动至上侧使万向轮52向上移动。
在使用时:接通外部电源,通过单片机6控制移动电机55工作,使移动电机55的输出轴带动右侧凸轮54转动,并通过连接轴53使两个凸轮54同时转动,使凸轮54推动支撑框51移动,使支撑框51沿着滑杆17的方向向下移动,并压缩弹簧18,使万向轮52向下移动与地面接触,并使万向轮52将底板1支撑起来,即可握持推杆7推动空气检测器19移动至检测的位置, 通过单片机6控制升降电机44工作,使升降电机44的输出轴带动主动齿轮45转动,使主动齿轮45带动传动齿轮43转动,使螺杆42伸长或者缩短,从而使升降板41沿着限位杆9的方向向上或向下移动,使空气检测器19移动至合适的高度,即可通过空气检测器19对室内的有害气体进行检测,在室内有害气体超标时,单片机6会自动的控制报警灯12工作进行闪烁来提醒人们,并在在检测后将检测的数据通过可触控显示器11输出即可。
值得注意的是,本实施例中所使用的升降电机44和移动电机55建议选用徐州圣诺动力传动机械有限公司的减速电机,具体型号为CH/CV,单片机6建议选用深圳市华升微电子有限公司的可兼容单片机,具体型号为SH88F2051AL,单片机6控制升降电机44、移动电机55和报警灯12工作采用现有技术中常用的方法。
尽管已经示出和描述了本实用新型的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本实用新型的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本实用新型的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种环境监测用空气检测装置,其特征在于:包括底板(1)、高度调节单元(4)和移动单元(5);
    底板(1):上表面的右侧设有固定块(2),所述底板(1)上表面的后侧设有固定板(3);
    高度调节单元(4):包括升降板(41)、螺杆(42)、传动齿轮(43)、升降电机(44)、主动齿轮(45)和固定筒(46),所述固定筒(46)设在底板(1)上表面的中部,所述传动齿轮(43)的下表面与固定筒(46)的上表面转动连接,所述螺杆(42)的上端与升降板(41)下表面的中部固定连接,且螺杆(42)的下端穿过传动齿轮(43)上表面中部的螺孔,所述升降电机(44)设在固定板(3)后侧面的上侧,且升降电机(44)的输出轴穿过固定板(3)后侧面的上侧与主动齿轮(45)后侧面的中部固定连接,所述主动齿轮(45)与传动齿轮(43)啮合,所述升降板(41)上表面的中部设有空气检测器(19);
    移动单元(5):包括支撑框(51)、万向轮(52)、连接轴(53)、凸轮(54)和移动单机(55),所述万向轮(52)设有四个,四个万向轮(52)等距离的设置在支撑框(51)的下表面,且底板(1)的上表面设有四个与万向轮(52)对应的凹槽,所述连接轴(53)的两端与两个凸轮(54)相对侧面的下侧固定连接,且两个凸轮(54)的侧面与支撑框(51)的上表面接触,所述移动电机(55)设在固定块(2)的上表面,且移动电机(55)的输出轴与右侧的凸轮(54)右侧面的下侧固定连接;
    其中:还包括单片机(6),所述单片机(6)设在底板(1)的上表面,且单片机(6)的输入端与外部电源的输出端电连接,所述单片机(6)的输出端分别与升降电机(44)和移动电机(55)的输入端连接,所述空气检测器(19)的输出端与单片机(6)的输入端电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环境监测用空气检测装置,其特征在于: 还包括推杆(7)和橡胶套(8),所述推杆(7)为U型,且推杆(7)的下端与底板(1)上表面的右侧固定连接,所述橡胶套(8)的内侧面与推杆(7)上端的侧面固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环境监测用空气检测装置,其特征在于:还包括限位杆(9)和限位桶(10),所述限位杆(9)设有四个,四个限位杆(9)等距离的设置在升降板(41)的下表面,所述限位桶(10)设有四个,四个限位桶(10)等距离的设置在底板(1)的上表面,且四个限位桶(10)上端的内侧面分别与四个限位杆(9)下端的侧面滑动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环境监测用空气检测装置,其特征在于:还包括可触控显示器(11)和报警器(12),所述可触控显示器(11)设在支撑框(51)上表面的前侧,且可触控显示器(11)与单片机(6)之间双向电连接,所述报警器(12)设在升降板(41)的上表面,且报警器(12)的输入端与单片机(6)的输出端电连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环境监测用空气检测装置,其特征在于:还包括支撑板(13)和轴承(14),所述支撑板(13)设在底板(1)上表面的前侧,所述轴承(14)的内圈与连接轴(53)中部的侧面固定连接,轴承(14)的外圈与支撑板(13)上端的侧面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环境监测用空气检测装置,其特征在于:还包括支撑杆(15)和支撑底板(16),所述支撑杆(15)设有四个,四个支撑杆(15)等距离的设置在底板(1)的下表面,且四个支撑杆(15)的下端分别与四个支撑底板(16)的上表面固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环境监测用空气检测装置,其特征在于:还包括弹簧(17)和滑杆(18),所述滑杆(18)设有两个,两个滑杆(18)分别设在底板(1)上表面的左右两侧,且两个滑杆(18)的上端穿过支撑框(51)下表面左右两侧的滑孔,所述弹簧(17)设有两个,两个弹簧(17) 设有两个,两个弹簧(17)分别套接在两个滑杆(18)的外侧,且两个弹簧(17)的两端分别与底板(1)的上表面和支撑框(51)的下表面固定连接。
