Definitions
- the present invention relates to, for example, an information output device that provides toilet congestion information to toilet users.
- the toilet installation space is a specific space in an area where a plurality of private rooms are provided, which are divided into men's and women's spaces. Basically, one toilet is installed in each private room.
- toilet users If all the toilets in the toilet installation space are being used, the toilet user must wait until the private room becomes available. However, when there are a plurality of toilet installation spaces on one floor, even if one toilet installation space is crowded, another toilet installation space may be vacant. For this reason, toilet users have requested that if they can use the toilet quickly, they would like to go to another vacant toilet installation space even if it is a little far from their current location and use the toilet.
- Patent Document 1 As a technique for responding to such a request, the technique described in Patent Document 1 "provides to the user based on the acquisition unit that acquires the identification information held by the terminal of the user who uses the toilet and the identification information acquired by the acquisition unit.

For example, the control unit 37 causes the communication unit 35 to transmit the position information of the user terminal 22 detected by the position detection unit 31 to the information output device 10. Further, the control unit 37 causes the communication unit 35 to transmit the schedule information managed by the schedule management unit 32 to the information output device 10. Further, the control unit 37 makes a transmission request for toilet congestion information to the information output device 10, and this transmission request is transmitted from the communication unit 35 to the information output device 10. Further, the control unit 37 shapes the toilet congestion information received from the information output device 10 by the communication unit 35 into a screen form that can be displayed on the display unit 33.
- the user information related to this form includes the area available to the user and the priority specified by the user, which are input to the user terminal 22.
- the area reception unit 13 can set a priority designated by the user in the area that can be used by the user. At this time, the user registers in advance the area in which he or she normally stays and the high priority corresponding to this area. Therefore, the toilet congestion information of the pre-registered area is provided with priority over the area where the user rarely visits.
- the user information according to this form is schedule information in which the destination and stay time of the user are recorded, which is managed by the schedule management unit 32.
- the area reception unit 13 can refer to the user's schedule information and give priority to the output of the toilet congestion information in the area associated with the user's location information based on this schedule information.
- the area reception unit 13 transmits a schedule information acquisition request to the user terminal 22, and receives the schedule information managed by the schedule management unit 32 of the user terminal 22 from the user terminal 22. You can refer to the schedule information.
- the area reception unit 13 may access the external service site using the authentication information uniquely assigned to each user, take in the schedule information registered in the external service site, and refer to the schedule information. ..
- the schedule information is used in this way, for example, even in an area where a drawing room is provided that the user does not normally go to, if the drawing room is recorded in the schedule information, the time to go to the drawing room is reached. Then, a high priority is automatically set for this area according to the area visited by the user. Therefore, when the user who went to the drawing room wants to use the toilet 24, the toilet congestion information in the area where the drawing room is provided is preferentially displayed on the user terminal 22.
- the user information according to this form is position information indicating the position of the user terminal 22.
- the position information includes at least one of information indicating the planar position of the user terminal 22 in the facility 23 and the information indicating the three-dimensional position (including the number of floors) of the user terminal 22.
- the area reception unit 13 receives the position information of the user terminal 22 detected by the position detection unit 31 of the user terminal 22.
- the information output unit 15 preferentially transmits toilet congestion information in an area within a predetermined range from the position of the user terminal 22. For example, when a user moves a plurality of buildings in different locations or moves between a plurality of floors in one building, if an area is set in advance, the toilet congestion displayed on the user terminal 22 is displayed. The number of information areas will increase.
- the predetermined range from the position of the user terminal 22 includes not only a physical range but also a logical range.
- a predetermined range from the position of the user terminal 22 may be a physical range limited to the same building where the user terminal 22 is located and the same floor.
- a predetermined range from the position of the user terminal 22 is excluded from the area where the user is prohibited from entering and exiting even in the same building where the user terminal 22 is located and on the same floor. It may be a logical range.
- the user information according to this form is a user ID (an example of user identification information) that identifies a user who operates a user terminal 22.
- the area reception unit 13 identifies a tenant, which is an example of the organization to which the user belongs, based on the user ID.
- an area that can be used by the user is allocated in advance for each tenant.
- the area reception unit 13 sets the priority order for each area assigned in advance to the tenant. Therefore, the information output unit 15 outputs the toilet congestion information to the user terminal 22 in the priority order set for each tenant according to the user ID transmitted from the user terminal 22. For example, when there is only one tenant in one area, users belonging to this tenant often use the toilet 24 provided in one area. Therefore, even if the user does not set the priority individually, the toilet congestion information is provided to the user terminal 22 in the same priority to all the users belonging to the tenant.

- the tenant name for identifying the tenant for which the toilet congestion information is managed is stored.
- a tenant ID that can identify a tenant may be stored in the tenant field.
- a name such as a building name is stored as an example of a facility in which a tenant resides.
- the floor field the floor (number of floors) in which the area stored in the area field is installed is stored.
- the priority is stored in the priority field.
- the priority order is, for example, information referred to when the toilet congestion information is preferentially displayed for each user terminal 22. The higher the priority, the more the toilet congestion information of the toilet 24 in the area associated with this priority is displayed on the user terminal 22. This priority may be determined based on the position of the user terminal 22 or may be explicitly registered by the user.
- the priority defined in the area information table 17 is stored in the priority field of the user information table 18. However, when the user selects an area and a priority, the priority selected by the user is stored in the priority field of the user information table 18.
- the area information table 17 stores the priority order for each tenant. For example, when there are a plurality of toilet installation spaces available in one or more areas where a tenant is occupying, a high priority is often assigned to the toilet installation space near the entrance or exit of the tenant.
- the area information table 17 may be provided in the storage unit 36 in the user terminal 22.
- the user terminal 22 stores the priority of each area selected by the user in the storage unit 36.
- the information output device 10 transmits the toilet congestion information in the area associated with the tenant ID acquired by referring to the user master (not shown) to the user terminal 22 based on the received user ID.
- the user terminal 22 can display the toilet congestion information for each area received from the information output device 10 on the display unit 33 according to the priority order for each area read from the storage unit 36.
- FIG. 6 is a diagram showing a configuration example of the user information table 18.
- user information is defined for each user ID.
- the user information table 18 has fields for user information including tenants, facilities, floors, areas, types, and priorities.
- the user ID field stores a user ID that uniquely identifies the user.
- the user ID is associated with the user terminal 22, and the user who operates the user terminal 22 is specified.
- the priority in the area individually selected by the user is set.
- the information output device 10 may not be provided with the user information table 18 depending on the form of the toilet congestion information providing service. Further, it may be possible to set only the priority of the toilet for the gender of the user who is the same as the gender of the user stored in the user information table 18.
- the information output device 10 may dynamically change the priority order. For example, at the destination where the user having the user terminal 22 moves, the position detection unit 31 of the user terminal 22 receives a beacon signal or the like to detect the position, and the information output device 10 is connected to the user terminal 22. Send location information.
- the area reception unit 13 of the information output device 10 recognizes that the position where the user terminal 22 exists is an area that can be used by the user based on the position information of the user terminal 22, the priority of this area is prioritized. Is set high. Further, the area reception unit 13 assigns a high priority to an area having a toilet installation space where there are many vacant toilets 24 (low congestion degree) among the areas available to the user.
- the information output unit 15 outputs the toilet congestion information in the area selected according to the priority to the user terminal 22. Therefore, the user does not need to register the priority of the area in advance, but the toilet congestion information of the area selected according to the movement of the user is displayed on the display unit 33 of the user terminal 22. ..
- the information output device 10 may not include the user information table 18 and the priority field may be excluded from the area information table 17.
- the toilet congestion information edited by the editorial unit 12 is output to the user terminal 22 in the order of the areas with the most vacant toilets 24.
- the toilet congestion information of the area close to the user terminal 22 and the area where the toilet installation space has a lot of vacancy of the toilet 24 is output to the user terminal 22.
- the area reception unit 13 matches the location of the toilet installation space with the location information (three-dimensional location information including the building and the floor) of the user terminal 22. Then, the area reception unit 13 requests a toilet installation space with a lot of vacancy in the toilet 24 from the toilet usage status information collected by the monitor unit 11 among the toilet installation spaces near the user terminal 22.
- the area reception unit 13 is set to, for example, "1" in an area having a toilet installation space with a lot of vacancy, and "2" is set in an area with a toilet installation space with a little vacancy. Then, the information output unit 15 may output the toilet congestion information in the area where the toilet installation space has a lot of vacancy in the toilet 24 edited by the editorial unit 12 to the user terminal 22. In such a form, it is not necessary to store the priority in the table.
- FIG. 7 is a diagram showing a configuration example of the congestion information table 19.
- the congestion information table 19 information indicating the availability of the toilet 24 (vacancy of the private room) is stored for each of the men's, women's, and multipurpose rooms.
- the congestion information table 19 has facilities, floors, areas, vacant rooms (male), vacant rooms (female), and vacant rooms (multipurpose). If the number of vacant rooms is 0, all the private rooms or multipurpose rooms in the toilet installation space are in use.
- the contents of the facility, the floor, and the area field are as described in the area information table 17.
- the vacant room (male) field the number of vacant private rooms available in the men's toilet installation space is stored for each area. If there is no space for men's toilets, hyphens will be stored in this field.
- the vacant room (female) field stores the number of vacant private rooms that can be used in the women's toilet installation space provided in the area. If there is no space for women's toilets, hyphens will be stored in this field.
- the vacant room (multipurpose) field stores the number of vacant multipurpose rooms that can be used in the toilet installation space provided in the area. If there is no multipurpose room, this field will contain hyphens.
- the number of toilets 24 installed in each toilet installation space may be stored in the vacant room (male) field, the vacant room (female) field, and the vacant room (multipurpose) field.
- FIG. 8 is a sequence diagram showing an example of processing when the user operates the user terminal 22 at the time of area registration.
- the user activates the application program provided by the toilet congestion information providing service installed on the user terminal 22 and displays the login screen. Then, the user inputs identification information such as a user ID and a password on the login screen to log in to the specific site of the toilet congestion information providing service (S11). In this login operation, information such as a user ID associated with the user terminal 22 and a tenant ID that identifies a tenant that can be used by the user is transmitted to the information output device 10.
- the information output unit 15 of the information output device 10 outputs an area selection screen to the user terminal 22 (S1).
- the area information table 17 of FIG. 5 the range of the building, the number of floors, the area, etc. from which the user can acquire the toilet congestion information is determined for each tenant. This is because the toilet congestion information in the area that cannot be used by the user is not useful even if it is displayed on the user terminal 22. Therefore, the information output unit 15 outputs the area selection screen generated based on the user ID of the user logged in in step S11 to the user terminal 22.
- This area selection screen includes a list showing the range in which the user can select the toilet congestion information.
- one tenant may move into multiple buildings.
- the toilet congestion information of a building without a user is displayed on the user terminal 22, it becomes unnecessary information for the user.
- unnecessary information is mixed, it takes time to obtain information on toilet congestion in the area required by the user. Therefore, the user performs an operation of preliminarily selecting an area for which toilet congestion information is to be acquired through the area selection screen. After this operation, the information of the selected area is transmitted from the user terminal 22 to the information output device 10 (S12).
- the area reception unit 13 of the information output device 10 registers the information of the area received from the user terminal 22 in the user information table 18, and notifies the user terminal 22 of the information of the available area (S2). End the process.

- the user terminal 22 may transmit the position information of the place where the user has moved detected by the position detection unit 31 to the information output device 10.
- the information output unit 15 of the information output device 10 may generate an area selection screen based on the position information received from the user terminal 22 and output the area selection screen to the user terminal 22.
- step S12 when the information output device 10 automatically registers the range of the toilet congestion information provided to the user terminal 22 based on the place where the user can move, instead of the information of the tenant to which the user belongs, step S12. The operation of selecting an area by the user shown in (1) and transmitting can be omitted.
- the process of registering an area by a user shown in FIG. 8 is necessary in the above-mentioned "(1) a form in which a user registers an area and a priority" and "(4) a form in which an area is set for each tenant". Become. In the other forms shown in (2) and (3), the area is automatically set, so that the user does not have to perform the process of registering the area. However, even in the form shown in (2) and (3), the user may perform the process of registering the area.
- FIG. 9 is a sequence diagram showing an example of a process of displaying toilet congestion information on the user terminal 22.
- each toilet usage status detection unit 26 detects a change in the usage status of the toilet 24 in a plurality of areas provided in the building (S21). Then, when the toilet usage status detection unit 26 detects that the toilet 24 is being used, the toilet usage status detection unit 26 wirelessly transmits the detection result of the change in the usage status to the gateway device 27. When the gateway device 27 wirelessly receives the detection result of the change in the usage status for each private room, the gateway device 27 transmits the detection result to the information output device 10 via the network N as information indicating the usage status of the toilet 24 in the toilet installation space. (S22). The processes of steps S21 and S22 may be executed every time the toilet usage status detection unit 26 detects a change in the usage status, or may be executed at predetermined time intervals. Further, the processing of steps S21 and S22 is completed outside the business hours of the building.
- the monitor unit 11 of the information output device 10 receives the information indicating the usage status transmitted from the gateway device 27 (S31). Then, the monitor unit 11 passes information indicating the usage status to the editorial unit 12. The process of receiving the information indicating the usage status by the monitor unit 11 is performed at regular intervals, for example, every minute. However, the monitor unit 11 may collect the toilet usage status information when the usage status of the toilet 24 changes.
- the editorial department 12 creates congestion information based on the information indicating the usage status.
- the editorial unit 12 creates toilet congestion information at predetermined time intervals. Therefore, the editorial unit 12 updates the previously created congestion information with the congestion information created this time (S32).
- the control unit 37 of the user terminal 22 causes the information output device 10 to transmit a transmission request for toilet congestion information to the communication unit 35 at an arbitrary timing when the user wants to obtain toilet congestion information (S41).
- the transmission request receiving unit 14 of the information output device 10 accepts the transmission request of the toilet congestion information.
- the information output unit 15 transmits toilet congestion information to the user terminal 22 based on the priority of the area registered in advance in the area information table 17 by the process shown in FIG. 8 (S33).
- the toilet congestion information transmitted to the user terminal 22 is information that the editorial unit 12 has completed editing when the transmission request receiving unit 14 receives the transmission request for the toilet information.
- the processes of steps S31 to S33 are performed at regular intervals as described above, and the processes are completed in a time zone (midnight, etc.) when the user terminal 22 does not request congestion information.
- the display unit 33 of the user terminal 22 displays the congestion information received from the information output device 10 (S42), and ends this process.
- the user can confirm the displayed congestion information and take measures to go to the area where the vacant toilet 24 is located.
- FIG. 10 is a diagram showing a display example of the management screen W1 displayed on the administrator terminal 21.

- the floor (number of floors) in which the toilet installation space is provided is stored in the floor W13.
- the gender W14 stores the gender of the user who can use the toilet 24.
- the private room No. W15 stores a private room No. that identifies the private room in which the toilet 24 is installed.
- the usage status of the toilet 24 is stored for each private room No.
- the usage status of the toilet 24 can be identified by a pattern of either "in use” or "vacant” shown at the bottom of the usage status display area W10.
- the information output device 10 cooperates with the area reception unit 13, the transmission request reception unit 14, the information output unit 15, and the congestion information table 19 that configure the API (Application Programming Interface).
- the current status of each private room at the time of selecting the update button W2 is updated and displayed.
- the hourly usage status W17 indicates how much the toilet 24 has been used every hour (every hour and every 10 minutes). For example, the number of times the sticking door is opened and closed is stored in each cell every 10 minutes.
- the download W18 is a button for downloading data indicating the usage status of the toilet 24 for each area displayed in the usage status display area W10.
- the selection menu W3 provided on the left side of the management screen W1 is a menu for the administrator to select the display form of the congestion information displayed on the management screen W1.
- the display mode shown in FIG. 10 is displayed by selecting monitoring from the selection menu W3.
- the congestion information edited by the editorial unit 12 is displayed on the management screen W1 in a display form such as a report, monthly ranking, and system management.
- the frequently used toilet 24 is easily soiled. Therefore, the manager can appropriately allocate the cleaning staff by increasing or decreasing the number of cleanings according to the usage status of the toilet 24. Further, if the toilet 24 is frequently used, consumables such as toilet paper and disinfectants are quickly eliminated. Therefore, the manager can arrange consumables in advance by grasping an appropriate amount and an appropriate time.
- Toilet installation consulting the manager can grasp the usage status of the toilet 24 according to the user's attributes such as the gender ratio of employees belonging to the tenant and customers visiting the building. For this reason, it can be useful for toilet installation consulting such as proposing an appropriate number of toilets 24 based on the attributes of users for each area to businesses such as buildings where toilets are newly installed. ..
- FIG. 11 is a diagram showing a display example of the usage status screen W20 displayed on the user terminal 22.
- the usage status screen W20 displays a list of congestion information of the toilet 24 in the area available to the user. For example, when the user operates the user terminal 22 and logs in to the specific site through the congestion information providing application, the usage status screen W20 showing the usage status of the toilet 24 at the time of login is displayed on the user terminal 22.
- the usage status screen W20 includes an area selection unit W21 and an area-specific congestion information display unit W22.
- the area selection unit W21 selects when the area (for example, 3F) that the user wants to display is different from the area (for example, 4F) currently displayed on the area-specific congestion information display unit W22. It is an item to instruct. When the user selects an item on the 3rd floor, the congestion information on the 3rd floor is displayed on the area-specific congestion information display unit W22.
- the area-specific congestion information display unit W22 displays the congestion information of the toilet 24 in the area available to the user by area.
- the 4th floor south area and the 4th floor north area which are shown as examples of areas in the figure, are areas in which the user preferentially displays the congestion information of the toilet 24. Therefore, when the user logs in to the specific site through the congestion information providing application, the congestion information of the 4th floor south side area and the 4th floor north side area is displayed.
- the congestion information display unit W22 for each area it is displayed by an icon and a numerical value that two of the four toilets 24 in the men's toilet installation space in the south side area on the 4th floor are used. Similarly, among the four toilets 24 in the men's toilet installation space in the north area on the 4th floor, three toilets 24 are displayed by icons and numerical values. Therefore, the user can choose to go to the area where the number of vacant toilets 24 is large among the two available areas.
- the congestion information is displayed by the number of toilets used / the number of available toilets in the toilet installation space x 100, which is the degree of congestion [%]. It may be represented by.
- the area may be color-coded such as blue if the toilet installation space is vacant, yellow if it starts to get crowded, and red if all rooms are used.
- the congestion information of the toilet 24 in the area available to the user is provided to the user terminal 22. Therefore, since only the toilet congestion information of the toilet 24 in the area that can be used by the user is displayed on the user terminal 22, it becomes easy to grasp the usage status of the toilet 24 that the user wants to use.
- the user frequently browses the toilet congestion information in the toilet installation space in the frequently used area. Therefore, the congestion information indicating the usage status of the toilet 24 in the area frequently used by the user is preferentially provided to the user terminal 22, so that the user activates the user terminal 22 and the toilet congestion information providing service. You can get information on toilet congestion in the target area just by accessing.
- the user can request the acquisition of toilet congestion information in another area that can be used by the user. Then, the information output device 10 provides the user terminal 22 with information on toilet congestion in other areas. Therefore, the user can check the usage status of the toilet 24 in another area and can choose to go to another area in some cases. Further, by registering the gender (type) of the user in the user information table 18, the toilet congestion information displayed on the user terminal 22 can be changed to the toilet for the same user as the gender registered in the user information table 18. It is possible to use congestion information or to display only toilet congestion information for users having the same gender as registered in the user information table 18. Since these display methods depend on the use of the facility 23 in which the toilet 24 is installed and the policy of the administrator, the administrator may be able to change the setting of the display method on the administrator terminal 21.
- the administrator can check the usage status of the toilets 24 installed in each area from a bird's-eye view through the management screen W1. Then, the manager can acquire objective data regarding the usage status of the toilet 24. For this reason, if a certain toilet 24 is used for a long time, the user of the toilet 24 is alerted, and consulting is provided according to the usage status of the toilet 24 according to the gender ratio of the employees belonging to the tenant. Can be done.

Abstract
