Definitions
- the present invention relates to a bedding drying device for drying bedding such as futons.
- the bedding type dryer described in the following Patent Document 1 includes a box body in which a drying chamber is formed, and a placing member that can be pulled out and accommodated in the drying chamber to place bedding.
- a heater and a fan are arranged on the upper part of the box.
- the placing member is made of a material having air permeability.
- the heater and the fan work. Thereby, the outside air is taken in from the outside air intake port behind the heater, heated, turned into warm air, and flows into the drying chamber.
- the warm air passes through the bedding placed on the placing member in the drying chamber, flows into the interior space of the placing member, and then reaches the exhaust duct from the suction port in the lower part of the side wall of the drying chamber and is discharged to the outside of the machine. Drying of the bedding is facilitated by passing warm air through the bedding.
- Patent Document 1 Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-157795
- the bedding dryer of Patent Document 1 since the placing member is arranged in an inverted U shape, the bedding is placed on the placing member in a folded state. In order to improve the drying efficiency of the bedding, it is necessary to allow the warm air to flow into the inner space of the placing member from the drying chamber to pass through the bedding as much as possible. However, in the case of the bedding with a strong repulsion force, there is a risk that the bedding placed in the folded state of the placing member is suspended from the placing member as if the legs are spread, and a gap is generated between the bedding and the placing member. When a gap is generated between the bedding and the placing member, the warm air escapes to the gap without passing through the bedding, which makes it difficult to improve the drying efficiency of the bedding.
- the present invention has been accomplished on the basis of this background, and an object of the present invention is to provide a bedding drying apparatus capable of improving the operation efficiency of the bedding.
- the present invention is a bedding drying device, comprising: a device main body having: a drying room; and a supply part for supplying warm air to the drying room; A dry room, the trolley has: a setting part on which bedding is placed in a mountain-shaped folded state, a hollow part serving as a passage for warm air supplied from the supply part; and a surface part having a communication with the hollow part and a pressing member for pressing the bedding placed on the mounting portion in a mountain-shaped folded state against the surface portion.
- the present invention is characterized in that the trolley includes an urging member for urging the pressing member to the surface portion.

- the present invention is characterized in that the pressing member has an inflow port for allowing warm air to flow into the flow path, and the apparatus main body is provided with a supply port for the warm air from the second supply portion, and when the When the trolley is accommodated in the drying chamber, the inflow port is connected to the supply port.
- the present invention is characterized in that the pressing member is a heat generating body.
- the trolley in a state where the bedding in the mountain-shaped folded state is placed on the surface portion of the setting portion, the trolley is accommodated in the drying chamber of the apparatus main body, and when the supply portion supplies warm air, the warm air passes through The ventilation holes of the surface portion of the seating portion flow through the drying chamber and the hollow portion of the seating portion and through the bedding at this time. Thereby, the bedding can be dried.
- the pressing member provided on the trolley presses the bedding placed in the mounting portion in the mountain-shaped folded state against the surface portion of the mounting portion. Therefore, even the bedding with strong rebound force can prevent the bedding from hanging from the mounting portion and falling between the bedding and the mounting portion. gaps are created between the surfaces. As a result, the warm air flowing through the drying chamber and the hollow portion of the setting portion can reliably pass through the bedding without escaping into the gap, so that the bedding drying apparatus can improve the drying efficiency of the bedding.
- the pressing member since the urging member provided on the trolley urges the pressing member toward the surface portion of the seating portion, the pressing member can reliably press the bedding placed on the seating portion in the mountain-shaped folded state on the surface of the seating portion. department.
- the warm air flows through the flow path and flows out from the outlet to blow the bedding. Therefore, the bedding can be dried by using not only the warm air supplied from the supply unit to the drying room but also the warm air flowing out from the outlet of the pressing member, so that the drying efficiency of the bedding can be improved.
- the warm air supplied from the first supply part to the drying room can be used to dry bedding Therefore, it is possible to improve the drying efficiency of the bedding.
- the inflow port of the pressing member is connected to the supply port of the second supply portion, so that the flow of warm air from the second supply portion can be automatically supplied to the flow of the pressing member road.
- the pressing member is a heat generating body
- the portion near the pressing member in the bedding can be efficiently dried. Thereby, the drying efficiency of the bedding can be improved.
