实施例1
请参阅图1-4,本发明实施例中,一种电梯用可收缩安全座椅装置,包括底座1,所述底座1底面四角固定连接有具有刹车功能的万向轮2,所述底座1表面固定连接有箱体3,所述箱体3内部为中空结构,所述箱体3内部对称固定连接有伸缩组件,所述伸缩组件连接有支撑柱15,所述支撑柱15穿过箱体3延伸至箱体3外部,并固定连接有座板19,所述座板19侧面固定连接有调节组件,所述调节组件连接有椅背32,所述座板19表面通过魔术贴粘接有座垫32,所述椅背32表面通过魔术贴粘接有靠垫36,所述椅背32表面缝制有安全带37,所述安全带37上方设有与椅背32接触的头枕38,所述头枕38缝制有与椅背32接触的松紧带39。
在本发明的实施例中,使用者坐在座板19上,通过安全带37对使用者进行限位,保证使用者背部靠在椅背32上,头部靠在头枕38上,通过座垫32和靠垫36,来提高使用者使用时的舒适度,通过头枕38对头部进行保护,在伸缩组件作用下,带动支撑柱15沿着箱体3上下移动,进而对座板19进行升降,从而调节座椅的高度,满足不同人群使用者的需求,在调节组件作用下,来调节座板19和椅背32之间的角度,从而提高了使用者的舒适度,设置底座1,对装置进行固定、支撑,通过万向轮2对装置进行移动,从而实现装置的机动性,座垫32和靠垫36材质为海绵、泡沫等材质,起到缓冲作用,提高使用者的舒适度,设置松紧带39,从而保证头枕38与椅背32紧密接触,且方便对头枕38进行位置调节。
实施例2
请参阅图1-3,作为本发明的一种优选实施例,所述伸缩组件包括对称与箱体3内壁顶面固定连接的第一电机4,所述第一电机4输出轴固定连接有转轴5,所述转轴5外侧固定连接有蜗杆6,所述蜗杆6啮合有蜗轮7,所述蜗轮7中心处固定连接有第一固定轴8,所述第一固定轴8一端通过轴承座与箱体3固定连接,所述第一固定轴8另一端穿过蜗轮7并固定连接有第一连杆9,所述第一连杆9远离第一固定轴8一端铰接有第二连杆10,所述第二连杆10远离第一连杆9一端铰接有第三连杆11,所述第三连杆11远离第二连杆10一端固定连接有第二固定轴12,所述第二固定轴12一端通过轴承座与箱体3固定连接,所述第二固定轴12外侧固定连接有齿轮13,所述齿轮13啮合有圆柱齿条14,所述圆柱齿条14内侧与支撑柱15固定连接,所述支撑柱15滑动连接有与箱体3内壁固定连接的导向件16。
在本发明的实施例中,开启第一电机4,第一电机4输出轴带动转轴5和蜗杆6转动,蜗杆6带动蜗轮7转动,在第一连杆9、第二连杆10、第三连杆11、第二固定轴12、齿轮13和圆柱齿条14相互配合作用下,带动支撑柱15沿着箱体3上下移动,进而对座板19进行升降,从而调节座椅的高度,满足不同人群使用者的需求,设置第一固定轴8,对蜗轮7进行固定、支撑,保证其运动的稳定性,设置第二固定轴12,对齿轮13进行固定、支撑,保证其运动的稳定性,设置导向件16,起到导向作用,保证支撑柱15进行直线运动。
实施例3
请参阅图1,作为本发明的一种优选实施例,所述支撑柱15下端固定连接有支撑板17表面,所述支撑板17底面固定连接有与箱体3内壁底面固定连接的弹簧18,所述弹簧18沿着支撑板17底面呈均匀等距分布。
在本发明的实施例中,设置支撑板17和弹簧18,起到缓冲和减震作用,对伸缩组件作用时产生的振动力进行抵消,从而减少噪音。
实施例4
请参阅图1、4,作为本发明的一种优选实施例,所述调节组件包括与座板19侧面固定连接的第二电机20,所述第二电机20输出轴固定连接有螺纹杆21,所述螺纹杆21表面螺纹连接有与座板19侧面滑动连接的螺套22,所述螺套22表面铰接有第四连杆24,所述第四连杆24远离螺套22一端固定连接有销轴25,所述销轴25连接有与座板19侧面铰接的第五连杆27,所述第五连杆27设有与销轴25滑动连接的滑槽26,所述第五连杆27远离滑槽26一端铰接有第一三角板28一端,所述第一三角板28另一端铰接有与座板19侧面铰接的第二三角板29,所述第二三角板29铰接有与第六连杆30,所述第六连杆30远离第二三角板29一端铰接有与第一三角板28铰接的夹持件31,所述夹持件31与椅背32固定连接。
在本发明的实施例中,开启第二电机20,第二电机20输出轴带动螺纹杆21转动,进而带动螺套22沿着螺纹杆21进行移动,进而通过第四连杆24带动销轴25与第五连杆27内滑槽26滑动,在第一三角板28、第二三角板29、第六连杆30和夹持件31相互配合作用下,带动椅背32进行转动,调节座板19和椅背32之间的角度,从而提高了使用者的舒适度。
实施例5
请参阅图1,作为本发明的一种优选实施例,所述螺纹杆21端部固定连接有与座板19侧面固定连接的挡板23。
在本发明的实施例中,设置挡板23,起到限位作用,防止螺套22从螺纹杆21中脱落。
实施例6
请参阅图1,作为本发明的一种优选实施例,所述座板19两侧对称设有缓冲垫34,所述座板19两端对称固定连接有把手35。
在本发明的实施例中,设置缓冲垫34,起到缓冲作用,提高腿部的舒适度,设置把手35,为使用者提供着力点,方便使用者起身和躺下,为使用者提供便利。
实施例7
请参阅图1,作为本发明的一种优选实施例,所述安全带37数量为两个,两个所述安全带37通过卡扣相互匹配卡接,所述头枕38内部填充有泡沫和海绵。
在本发明的实施例中,设置两个安全带37,增大安全带37对使用者的保护功能,头枕38内部填充有泡沫和海绵,起到缓冲和减震作用,对使用者的头部进行保护。
本发明的工作原理是:使用者坐在座板19上,通过安全带37对使用者进行限位,保证使用者背部靠在椅背32上,头部靠在头枕38上,通过座垫32和靠垫36,来提高使用者使用时的舒适度,通过头枕38对头部进行保护,开启第一电机4,第一电机4输出轴带动转轴5和蜗杆6转动,蜗杆6带动蜗轮7转动,在第一连杆9、第二连杆10、第三连杆11、第二固定轴12、齿轮13和圆柱齿条14相互配合作用下,带动支撑柱15沿着箱体3上下移动,进而对座板19进行升降,从而调节座椅的高度,满足不同人群使用者的需求,开启第二电机20,第二电机20输出轴带动螺纹杆21转动,进而带动螺套22沿着螺纹杆21进行移动,进而通过第四连杆24带动销轴25与第五连杆27内滑槽26滑动,在第一三角板28、第二三角板29、第六连杆30和夹持件31相互配合作用下,带动椅背32进行转动,调节座板19和椅背32之间的角度,从而提高了使用者的舒适度。
以上的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以作出若干变形和改进,这些也应该视为本发明的保护范围,这些都不会影响本发明实施的效果和专利的实用性。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种电梯用可收缩安全座椅装置,包括底座(1),所述底座(1)底面四角固定连接有具有刹车功能的万向轮(2),所述底座(1)表面固定连接有箱体(3),所述箱体(3)内部为中空结构,其特征在于,所述箱体(3)内部对称固定连接有伸缩组件,所述伸缩组件连接有支撑柱(15),所述支撑柱(15)穿过箱体(3)延伸至箱体(3)外部,并固定连接有座板(19),所述座板(19)侧面固定连接有调节组件,所述调节组件连接有椅背(32),所述座板(19)表面通过魔术贴粘接有座垫(32),所述椅背(32)表面通过魔术贴粘接有靠垫(36),所述椅背(32)表面缝制有安全带(37),所述安全带(37)上方设有与椅背(32)接触的头枕(38),所述头枕(38)缝制有与椅背(32)接触的松紧带(39)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电梯用可收缩安全座椅装置,其特征在于,所述伸缩组件包括对称与箱体(3)内壁顶面固定连接的第一电机(4),所述第一电机(4)输出轴固定连接有转轴(5),所述转轴(5)外侧固定连接有蜗杆(6),所述蜗杆(6)啮合有蜗轮(7),所述蜗轮(7)中心处固定连接有第一固定轴(8),所述第一固定轴(8)一端通过轴承座与箱体(3)固定连接,所述第一固定轴(8)另一端穿过蜗轮(7)并固定连接有第一连杆(9),所述第一连杆(9)远离第一固定轴(8)一端铰接有第二连杆(10),所述第二连杆(10)远离第一连杆(9)一端铰接有第三连杆(11),所述第三连杆(11)远离第二连杆(10)一端固定连接有第二固定轴(12),所述第二固定轴(12)一端通过轴承座与箱体(3)固定连接,所述第二固定轴(12)外侧固定连接有齿轮(13),所述齿轮(13)啮合有圆柱齿条(14),所述圆柱齿条(14)内侧与支撑柱(15)固定连接,所述支撑柱(15)滑动连接有与箱体(3)内壁固定连接的导向件(16)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电梯用可收缩安全座椅装置,其特征在于,所述支撑柱(15)下端固定连接有支撑板(17)表面,所述支撑板(17)底面固定连接有与箱体(3)内壁底面固定连接的弹簧(18),所述弹簧(18)沿着支撑板(17)底面呈均匀等距分布。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电梯用可收缩安全座椅装置,其特征在于,所述调节组件包括与座板(19)侧面固定连接的第二电机(20),所述第二电机(20)输出轴固定连接有螺纹杆(21),所述螺纹杆(21)表面螺纹连接有与座板(19)侧面滑动连接的螺套(22),所述螺套(22)表面铰接有第四连杆(24),所述第四连杆(24)远离螺套(22)一端固定连接有销轴(25),所述销轴(25)连接有与座板(19)侧面铰接的第五连杆(27),所述第五连杆(27)设有与销轴(25)滑动连接的滑槽(26),所述第五连杆(27)远离滑槽(26)一端铰接有第一三角板(28)一端,所述第一三角板(28)另一端铰接有与座板(19)侧面铰接的第二三角板(29),所述第二三角板(29)铰接有与第六连杆(30),所述第六连杆(30)远离第二三角板(29)一端铰接有与第一三角板(28)铰接的夹持件(31),所述夹持件(31)与椅背(32)固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电梯用可收缩安全座椅装置,其特征在于,所述螺纹杆(21)端部固定连接有与座板(19)侧面固定连接的挡板(23)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电梯用可收缩安全座椅装置,其特征在于,所述座板(19)两侧对称设有缓冲垫(34),所述座板(19)两端对称固定连接有把手(35)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电梯用可收缩安全座椅装置,其特征在于,所述安全带(37)数量为两个,两个所述安全带(37)通过卡扣相互匹配卡接,所述头枕(38)内部填充有泡沫和海绵。
