Abstract

为了满足用户对于皮肤清洁组合物的要求,提供一种洗涤剂组合物,洗涤剂除了用于清洁之外还具有如下的性能:良好的发泡能力,所产生的泡沫绵密浓稠;具有较好的皮肤相容性;产品状态稳定,易于保存。采用的技术方案如下:一种洗涤剂组合物包括以下的组分,组分a、组分b和组分c,其中组分a为脂肪酸盐、组分b为阴离子表面活性剂、组分c为两性离子表面活性剂,此外还包括pH调节剂、保湿剂、增稠剂、防腐剂以及水;其中脂肪酸盐与两性离子表面活性剂的比例按组合物总重量的0.5:1-2:1。

Description

一种皮肤清洁剂组合物及其应用 技术领域
本发明涉及生物技术领域,特别涉及一种皮肤清洁剂组合物及其应用领域。
背景技术
表面活性剂是一种常用的助剂物质,在加入量很少时,能大大降低溶剂的表面张力,改变体系的界面状态,从而产生湿润、乳化、起泡等一些列性质。
阴离子表面活性剂,是一种普遍使用的界面活性化合物,除了用于洗涤剂和清洁产品之外,还用于化妆品领域中各个方面的用途。特别是化妆品中常规阴离子表面活性剂是烷基醚硫酸盐。此类盐的特征在于发泡能力强,清洁力度高,对于硬度和油脂的敏感性低,并广泛应用于化妆品的生产,例如洗发水,沐浴露,以及餐具洗涤剂等。
对于目前的应用,除了良好的活性应用之外,用户还对阴离子表面活性剂提出了其他的要求。例如在化妆品领域,对于使用感,洗涤剂的发泡能力,以及接触感和洗涤剂与皮肤的相容性等。并且对于所制备的产品具有良好的环境效应。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了满足用户对于皮肤清洁产品的不同要求,提供一种洗涤剂组合物,所述洗涤剂除了用于清洁之外还具有如下的性能:良好的发泡能力,所产生的泡沫绵密浓稠;具有较好的皮肤相容性;产品状态稳定,易于保存。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种洗涤剂组合物包括以下所述的组分,组分a,组分b组分c,其中组分a为脂肪酸盐、组分b为阴离子表面活性剂、组分c为两性离子表面活性剂、此外还包括pH调节剂、保湿剂、增稠剂、防腐剂以及水;其中组分a脂肪酸盐与两性离子表面活性剂的比例按组合物总重量的0.5:1-2:1。
所述组分a中的脂肪酸盐的结构一般为脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐,月桂酸盐、异硬脂酸盐、肉豆蔻酸盐、棕榈酸盐、花生酸盐、油酸盐,这些之中,优选为选自月桂酸盐、肉豆蔻酸盐、棕榈酸盐、硬脂酸盐、油酸盐中的至少一种。
作为这些盐,可举出例如:钾盐等碱金属盐;铵盐;二乙醇胺盐、三乙醇胺盐等源自烷醇胺的铵盐;精氨酸盐、赖氨酸盐等碱性氨基酸盐等。
作为成分b阴离子表面活性剂,为除脂肪酸盐外的、且通常在皮肤上所使用的清洁物质,可举出例如月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯铵、月桂醇硫酸酯钠、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯月桂酰肌氨酸钠、月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠中的至少一种;烷基醚羧酸盐、烷基苯磺酸盐、烷磺酸盐、烯烃磺酸盐、甘油醚磺酸盐、α甲酯磺酸盐、磺基脂肪酸盐、烷基硫酸盐、脂肪醇醚硫酸盐、甘油醚硫酸盐、羟基混合醚硫酸盐、单烷基磺基琥酸盐、单烷基磺基琥珀酰胺酸盐、二烷基磺基琥珀酰胺酸盐、磺基三酸甘油酯、酰胺醚羧酸盐及其盐、脂肪酸羟乙基磺酸盐、脂肪酸肌氨酸盐、;酰基乳酸盐、酰基酒石酸盐、酰基天冬氨酸盐等的N-酰基氨基酸盐;蛋白质脂肪酸缩合物(基于小麦的植物产物)、烷基(醚)磷酸盐等。
成分C两性表面活性剂,只要是通常在皮肤清洁剂中使用的物质即可,可举成例如:十二烷基磺基甜菜碱、十二烷基乙氧基磺基甜菜碱、十二烷基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱、十二烷基磺丙基甜菜碱、十四烷酰胺丙基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱、癸烷基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱、十四烷基二羟乙基氧化胺、椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺等。
所述防腐剂选自甲基异噻唑啉酮、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮MCI、对羟基苯甲酸酯、苯氧乙醇、苯甲酸钠、乙基己基甘油、羟苯甲酯、1,2-己二醇中的至少一种。优选为苯氧乙醇、苯甲酸钠中的至少一种。
在一些实施方案中,所述组合的还包括助悬剂、pH调节剂、保湿剂、增稠剂、中的一种或多种。
pH调节剂,所述pH调节剂选自柠檬酸和柠檬酸钠、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾和三乙醇胺中的一种或几种,优选为柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠中的至少一种。
所述保湿剂选自:丙三醇、丁二醇、聚乙二醇、丙二醇、已二醇、木糖醇(Xylitol)、聚丙二醇、山梨糖醇、甲基葡糖聚醚、甲壳质衍生物、海藻糖、银耳多糖、透明质酸钠等中的至少一种。
所述增稠剂选自PEG-120甲基葡糖二油酸酯、羟丙基甲基纤维素、氯化钠、氯化铵、硫酸钠、硫酸锌、PEG-90M、PEG-14M、PEG-150二硬脂酸酯中的至少一种。优选为PEG-14M、PEG-150二硬脂酸酯、氯化钠中的至少一种。
所述助悬剂选自改性玉米淀粉、二(氢化牛脂基)邻苯二甲酸酰胺、卡波姆、黄原胶、丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物及其混合物中的至少一种。优 选为改性玉米淀粉。
有益效果:
根据本申请组合物制备的皮肤清洁组合物,具有一定的保湿力度,皮肤相容性较好。

具体制备方法如下:
A)取适量纯化水,然后按比例依次加入,脂肪酸盐,阴离子表面活性剂,两性离子表面活性剂在60℃的条件下搅拌15-20分钟,混合均匀使之完全溶解;
B)之后加入本发明组合物中的保湿剂和增稠剂,防腐剂,补足纯化水,继续搅拌10-15分钟使之完全溶解;
对制备所的清洁产品进行表征,测定值得产品的性能。
实施例1
考察pH稳定性,用Brookfeild粘度计,pH计配比1~配比3考察ph稳定性,结果参见表1

根据实验结果可以看出,pH范围5~8内,清洁剂组合物的透光率和粘度无明显变化,pH稳定性较佳。
实施例2考察产品的起泡性以及泡沫免密程度。
利用配比1的产品1ml加入100ml水测量起泡时间以及一定时间能泡沫的体积,表征泡沫的稳定性。

从实验结果可以看出,本配比的产品,起泡较快,且在所检测的5min之内泡沫体积变化不大。即本产品起泡性优异且有一定持久性。

考察产品室温下保存的稳定性

考察产品的湿度,评估本申请的清洁产品的皮肤相容性。

根据对比结果可以看出,本申请组合物有一定的保湿力度,皮肤相容性较好。
本发明的皮肤清洁组合物,泡沫良多,产生泡沫较快并且持久。同时自不同pH条件下形状稳定,在不同温度下清洁组合物的形状也无明显变化较为稳定。因此适用于洁面产品,洗手液,沐浴露,清洁泡沫等。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种皮肤清洁组合物,其特征在于,包括以下所述的组分:
    脂肪酸盐;
    阴离子表面活性剂,并且所述阴离子表面活性剂为除脂肪酸盐外的、且通常在皮肤上所使用的清洁物质;
    两性离子表面活性剂;
    此外还包括pH调节剂、保湿剂、增稠剂、防腐剂以及水;其中,所述脂肪酸盐与所述两性离子表面活性剂的比例按组合物总重量的0.5:1-2:1。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的,一种皮肤清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述脂肪酸盐的结构一般为脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐,月桂酸盐、异硬脂酸盐、肉豆蔻酸盐、棕榈酸盐、花生酸盐、油酸盐中的至少一种。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的,一种皮肤清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂,可为月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯铵、月桂醇硫酸酯钠、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯月桂酰肌氨酸钠、月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠、α甲酯磺酸盐、磺基脂肪酸盐、烷基硫酸盐、脂肪醇醚硫酸盐、单烷基磺基琥珀酰胺酸盐、二烷基磺基琥珀酰胺酸盐、磺基三酸甘油酯、酰胺醚羧酸盐及其盐、脂肪酸羟乙基磺酸盐、脂肪酸肌氨酸盐、;酰基乳酸盐、酰基酒石酸盐、烷基(醚)磷酸盐中的至少一种。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的,一种皮肤清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述两性表面活性剂,为十二烷基磺基甜菜碱、十二烷基乙氧基磺基甜菜碱、十二烷基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱、十二烷基磺丙基甜菜碱、十四烷酰胺丙基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱、癸烷基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱、十四烷基 二羟乙基氧化胺、椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺中的至少一种。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的,一种皮肤清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述防腐剂选自甲基异噻唑啉酮、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮MCI、对羟基苯甲酸酯、苯氧乙醇、苯甲酸钠、乙基己基甘油、羟苯甲酯、1,2-己二醇中的至少一种。优选为苯氧乙醇、苯甲酸钠中的至少一种。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的,一种皮肤清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述组合的还可以包括助悬剂、pH调节剂、保湿剂、增稠剂中的一种或多种。
  7. 根据权利要求7所述的,一种皮肤清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂选自柠檬酸和柠檬酸钠、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾和三乙醇胺中的一种或几种。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的,一种皮肤清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述保湿剂选自:丙三醇、丁二醇、聚乙二醇、丙二醇、已二醇、木糖醇、聚丙二醇、山梨糖醇、甲基葡糖聚醚、甲壳质衍生物、海藻糖、银耳多糖、透明质酸钠中的至少一种。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的,一种皮肤清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述增稠剂选自PEG-120甲基葡糖二油酸酯、羟丙基甲基纤维素、氯化钠、氯化铵、硫酸钠、硫酸锌、PEG-90M、PEG-14M、PEG-150二硬脂酸酯中的至少一种。优选为PEG-14M、PEG-150二硬脂酸酯、氯化钠中的至少一种。
  10. 一种将权利要求1所述的皮肤清洁组合物在制备洁面产品,洗手液,沐浴露,清洁泡沫中的应用。
