本实用新型涉及植物纤维成型技术领域,具体是一种植物纤维环保餐具模压成型模具。
背景技术
随着社会的发展和技术的不断进步,植物纤维的利用越来越多,而利用植物纤维制成的餐具或者纸制品已基本实现产业化生产,这极大减少了塑料制品对环境的影响。
目前市面上的植物纤维环保餐具制作大部分是采用干法热压一次成型这种方式,但是这种方式在制作的过程中已成型的餐具很难第一时间从模具槽内部脱离出来,这样的话就会间接性的降低了制作效率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种植物纤维环保餐具模压成型模具,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题,但是这种方式在制作的过程中已成型的餐具很难第一时间从模具槽内部脱离出来,这样的话就会间接性的降低了制作效率。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种植物纤维环保餐具模压成型模具,包括模具台,所述模具台上设置有若干模具槽,所述模具槽内部两端设置有滑道,所述滑道内部与伸缩板两端滑动连接,所述伸缩板底部与限位板顶部固定连接,所述限位板底部与第一伸缩杆顶部固定连接,所述第一伸缩杆底部与模具槽底部相连接,所述模具台内部设置有电机,所述电机两端安装有第一转杆,所述第一转杆另一端与齿条一端转动连接,所述齿条另一端与转轴一端转动连接,所述转轴设置在模具台内侧两端,所述转轴另一端延伸出模具台内侧与第二转杆一端固定连接,所述第二转杆另一端与移动杆内部转动连接,所述移动杆安装在推块两端,所述推块顶部设置 有推板,所述推块底部两端设置有滑脚,所述滑脚底部与滑槽内部滑动连接,所述滑槽设置在底座上,所述底座顶部通过支撑柱与模具台底部相互固定连接。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:所述模具台顶部与第二伸缩杆固定连接,所述第二伸缩杆与伸缩装置内部滑动连接,所述伸缩装置设置在下压装置内部,所述下压装置底部安装有压板,这样就可以通过下压装置下压让压板将模具挤压进模具槽进行模压成型。
作为本实用新型再进一步的方案:所述第一伸缩杆上套有弹簧,这样第一伸缩杆就可以通过弹簧回弹来实现上下伸缩。
作为本实用新型再进一步的方案:所述第一转杆和转轴均与齿条两端相互啮合,这样第一转杆转动就可以通过齿条来带动转轴一起进行转动。
作为本实用新型再进一步的方案:所述推板的总宽度大于模具台上所有模具槽直径总和,这样就可以确保推板能够推到模具台上所有模具槽内部脱离出来的模具。
作为本实用新型再进一步的方案:所述压板的总面积大于模具台上所有模具槽面积总和,这样就可以确保压板下压至模具台顶面时能够将模具台上的模具压进所有的模具槽内。
作为本实用新型再进一步的方案:所述推板总长度大于模具台总长度,所述推块到模具台之间的距离大于推板总长度,这样就可以确保推块移动至模具台时推板能够将模具台顶面所有的模具推离模具台进行收集。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型中,通过下压装置下压使压板将植物纤维压进模具槽内部,实现将植物纤维模压成型,再通过模具槽内部的第一伸缩杆来实现伸缩板的上下伸缩回弹,再通过伸缩板的上下伸缩回弹来实现将已成型的模具顶出模具槽,再通过推板向前推动来实现将顶出模具槽的模具推离模具台,这样通过伸缩板与推板之间结构联动可以有效的使成型的模具第一时间从模具槽内部脱离出来进行收集,大大的提高了餐具生产制造的效率。

请参阅图1~3,本实用新型实施例中,一种植物纤维环保餐具模压成型模具,包括模具台1,模具台1上设置有若干模具槽2,模具槽2内部两端设置有滑道3,滑道3内部与伸缩板4两端滑动连接,伸缩板4底部与限位板5顶部固定连接,限位板5底部与第一伸缩杆6顶部固定连接,第一伸缩杆6底部与模具槽2底部相连接,模具台1内部设置有电机8,电机8两端安装有第一转杆9,第一转杆9另一端与齿条10一端转动连接,齿条10另一端与转轴11一端转动连接,转轴11设置在模具台1内侧两端,转轴11另一端延伸出模具台1内侧与第二转杆12一端固定连接,第二转杆12另一端与移动杆13内部转动连接,移动杆13安装在推块14两端,推块14顶部设置有推板15,推块14底部两端设置有滑脚16,滑脚16底部与滑槽17内部滑动连接,滑槽17设置在底座18上,底座18顶部通过支撑柱19与模具台1底部相互固定连接。
其中,模具台顶部与第二伸缩杆20固定连接,第二伸缩杆20与伸缩装 置21内部滑动连接,伸缩装置21设置在下压装置22内部,下压装置22底部安装有压板23,这样就可以通过下压装置22下压让压板23将模具挤压进模具槽2进行模压成型;第一伸缩杆6上套有弹簧7,这样第一伸缩杆6就可以通过弹簧7回弹来实现上下伸缩;第一转杆9和转轴11均与齿条10两端相互啮合,这样第一转杆9转动就可以通过齿条10来带动转轴11一起进行转动;推板15的总宽度大于模具台1上所有模具槽2直径总和,这样就可以确保推板15能够推到模具台1上所有模具槽2内部脱离出来的模具;压板23的总面积大于模具台1上所有模具槽2面积总和,这样就可以确保压板23下压至模具台1顶面时能够将模具台1上的模具压进所有的模具槽2内;推板15总长度大于模具台1总长度,推块14到模具台1之间的距离大于推板15总长度,这样就可以确保推块14移动至模具台1时推板15能够将模具台1顶面所有的模具推离模具台1进行收集。
本实用新型的工作原理是:该实用新型在使用时伸缩装置21向下伸缩,下压装置22通过第二伸缩杆20进行向下移动下压,下压至底部压板23将模具台1上的模具压入模具槽2内部再停止下压,同时模具压在伸缩板4上,伸缩板4受到压力进行向下移动下压,伸缩板4带动下方第一伸缩杆6进行下压,这时模具成型下压装置22上升,第一伸缩杆6没有受到压力通过弹簧7进行回弹上升,第一伸缩杆6上升顶起顶部伸缩板4进行上升,伸缩板4在将顶部的模具顶出模具槽2,同时模具台1内部电机8转动带动第一转杆9转动,第一转杆9通过齿条10带动转轴11转动,转轴11再次带动另一端固定连接的第二转杆12在移动杆13内部进行转动,移动杆13通过第二转杆12转动进行向前移动,移动杆13带动推块14进行向前移动,推块14带动推板15向前移动,推板15向前推动将模具台1上成型的模具推离模具台1进行进一步收集,这样通过伸缩板4与推板15之间的结构联动可以有效的使成型的模具第一时间从模具槽2内部脱离出来进行收集,大大的提高了餐具生产制造的效率。
