实施例一
参照图1-5,一种水产品快速冻结装置,包括壳体1,壳体1的底部内壁上开设有导料孔2,壳体1的一侧固定安装有进料斗3,进料斗3与导料孔2相连通,进料斗3的内壁上转动连接有第一转杆4,第一转杆4上固定安装有螺旋叶片6,进料斗3的一侧固定安装有电机5,电机5的输出轴与第一转 杆4固定连接,壳体1上转动连接有第二转杆11,第一转杆4与第二转杆11传动连接,壳体1的底部固定安装有四个对称设置的支撑腿,壳体1的底部设有水箱10,壳体1的内壁上固定安装有导水管12,导水管12上滑动连接有多个转接头14,转接头14的底部固定安装有连管16,连管16的底端固定安装有喷头24,壳体1的顶部内壁上固定安装有冷冻仓22,壳体1的两侧内壁上均固定安装有导气管23,导气管23上固定连接有连接管25,连接管25与冷冻仓22相连接。
本实施例中,第一转杆4上固定安装有第一皮带轮,第二转杆11上固定安装有第二皮带轮,第一皮带轮与第二皮带轮上传动连接有同一个皮带。
本实施例中,进料斗3的内壁上固定安装有导料板7,导料板7与导料孔2相配合。
本实施例中,导料孔2的底部内壁上开设有落水孔8,落水孔8的内壁上固定安装有过滤板9,落水孔8与水箱10相连通。
本实施例中,导水管12的底部内壁上开设有多个出水孔15,出水孔15与转接头14相配合。
本实施例中,转接头14的顶部固定安装有定位板17,定位板17上开设有活动孔19,第二转杆11上固定安装有多个转辊18,活动孔19与转辊18活动连接。
本实施例中,活动孔19的底部内壁上固定安装有定位块20,转辊18上开设有循环槽21,循环槽21与定位块20滑动连接。
本实施例中,壳体1的一侧内壁上开设有转动槽,转动槽的内壁上固定安装有轴承外圈,轴承的内圈与第二转杆11固定连接。
本实施例中,导气管23上固定安装有导气板26,导气板26与导料孔2相配合。
实施例二
参照图1-5,一种水产品快速冻结装置,包括壳体1,壳体1的底部内壁上开设有导料孔2,壳体1的一侧焊接有进料斗3,进料斗3与导料孔2相连通,进料斗3的内壁上转动连接有第一转杆4,第一转杆4上焊接有螺旋叶片6,进料斗3的一侧通过螺栓固定有电机5,电机5的输出轴与第一转杆4固定连接,壳体1上转动连接有第二转杆11,第一转杆4与第二转杆11传动连接,壳体1的底部焊接有四个对称设置的支撑腿,壳体1的底部设有水箱10,壳体1的内壁上焊接有导水管12,导水管12上滑动连接有多个转接头14,转接头14的底部焊接有连管16,连管16的底端焊接有喷头24,壳体1的顶部内壁上通过螺栓固定有冷冻仓22,壳体1的两侧内壁上均焊接有导气管23,导气管23上固定连接有连接管25,连接管25与冷冻仓22相连接。
本实施例中,第一转杆4上焊接有第一皮带轮,第二转杆11上焊接有第二皮带轮,第一皮带轮与第二皮带轮上传动连接有同一个皮带,转动的第一转杆4能够通过第一皮带轮、第二皮带轮和皮带的传动连接带动第二转杆11进行转动。
本实施例中,进料斗3的内壁上焊接有导料板7,导料板7与导料孔2相配合,导料板7能够对进料斗3内的的物料进行引导,从而能够通过螺旋叶片6进行移动。
本实施例中,导料孔2的底部内壁上开设有落水孔8,落水孔8的内壁上焊接有过滤板9,落水孔8与水箱10相连通,落水孔8能够对导料孔2内的水进行导出。
本实施例中,导水管12的底部内壁上开设有多个出水孔15,出水孔15与转接头14相配合,导水管12内的水能够通过出水孔15进入到转接头14进行喷头24内,从而对水产品进行喷水。
本实施例中,转接头14的顶部焊接有定位板17,定位板17上开设有活 动孔19,第二转杆11上焊接有多个转辊18,活动孔19与转辊18活动连接,活动孔19与转辊18的活动连接能够对定位板17进行定位。
本实施例中,活动孔19的底部内壁上焊接有定位块20,转辊18上开设有循环槽21,循环槽21与定位块20滑动连接,转动的第二转杆11能够通过循环槽21与定位块20的滑动连接带动定位板17来回移动。
本实施例中,壳体1的一侧内壁上开设有转动槽,转动槽的内壁上焊接有轴承外圈,轴承的内圈与第二转杆11固定连接,轴承能够稳定第二转杆11的转动状态。
本实施例中,导气管23上焊接有导气板26,导气板26与导料孔2相配合,导气板26能够对导气管23的冷气导入到导料孔2内,从而对导料孔2内的水产进行冷冻。
一种水产品快速冻结的方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:工作时,将水产品放置在进料斗3内,水产品通过导料板7的作用下集中到导料孔2内,并启动电机5开关,电机5的输出轴带动第一转杆4转动,第一转杆4带动螺旋叶片6进行转动,转动的螺旋叶片6通过与导料孔2的相互配合带动水产品进行传送;
S2:水箱10内的水能够通过软管13进入到导水管12内,并通过转接头14与喷头24对水产品进行喷水,同时第一转杆4带动第一皮带轮转动,第一皮带轮带动皮带转动,皮带带动第二皮带轮转动,第二皮带轮带动第二转杆11转动,第二转杆11带动多个转辊18转动,转辊18通过循环槽21与定位块20的滑动连接带动定位板17来回移动,定位板17通过转接头14与导水管12的滑动连接带动喷头24来回移动,从而对水产品进行来回喷水降温;
S3:同时冷冻仓22内的冷气通过导气管23与导气板26对导气孔2内的水产品进行冷冻,从而在水产品进行传送时持续冷冻,便于人们使用。

  1. 一种水产品快速冻结装置,包括壳体(1),其特征在于,所述壳体(1)的底部内壁上开设有导料孔(2),所述壳体(1)的一侧固定安装有进料斗(3),进料斗(3)与导料孔(2)相连通,所述进料斗(3)的内壁上转动连接有第一转杆(4),第一转杆(4)上固定安装有螺旋叶片(6),所述进料斗(3)的一侧固定安装有电机(5),电机(5)的输出轴与第一转杆(4)固定连接,所述壳体(1)上转动连接有第二转杆(11),第一转杆(4)与第二转杆(11)传动连接,所述壳体(1)的底部固定安装有四个对称设置的支撑腿,壳体(1)的底部设有水箱(10),所述壳体(1)的内壁上固定安装有导水管(12),导水管(12)上滑动连接有多个转接头(14),转接头(14)的底部固定安装有连管(16),连管(16)的底端固定安装有喷头(24),所述壳体(1)的顶部内壁上固定安装有冷冻仓(22),壳体(1)的两侧内壁上均固定安装有导气管(23),导气管(23)上固定连接有连接管(25),连接管(25)与冷冻仓(22)相连接,所述水箱(10)的两侧内壁上均固定安装有软管(13),软管(13)的一端与导水管(12)固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种水产品快速冻结装置,其特征在于,所述第一转杆(4)上固定安装有第一皮带轮,第二转杆(11)上固定安装有第二皮带轮,第一皮带轮与第二皮带轮上传动连接有同一个皮带。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种水产品快速冻结装置,其特征在于,所述进料斗(3)的内壁上固定安装有导料板(7),导料板(7)与导料孔(2)相配合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种水产品快速冻结装置,其特征在于,所述导料孔(2)的底部内壁上开设有落水孔(8),落水孔(8)的内壁上固定安装有过滤板(9),落水孔(8)与水箱(10)相连通。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种水产品快速冻结装置,其特征在于,所述 导水管(12)的底部内壁上开设有多个出水孔(15),出水孔(15)与转接头(14)相配合。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种水产品快速冻结装置,其特征在于,所述转接头(14)的顶部固定安装有定位板(17),定位板(17)上开设有活动孔(19),第二转杆(11)上固定安装有多个转辊(18),活动孔(19)与转辊(18)活动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种水产品快速冻结装置,其特征在于,所述活动孔(19)的底部内壁上固定安装有定位块(20),转辊(18)上开设有循环槽(21),循环槽(21)与定位块(20)滑动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种水产品快速冻结装置,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)的一侧内壁上开设有转动槽,转动槽的内壁上固定安装有轴承外圈,轴承的内圈与第二转杆(11)固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种水产品快速冻结装置,其特征在于,所述导气管(23)上固定安装有导气板(26),导气板(26)与导料孔(2)相配合。
  10. 一种水产品快速冻结的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S1:工作时,将水产品放置在进料斗(3)内,水产品通过导料板(7)的作用下集中到导料孔(2)内,并启动电机(5)开关,电机(5)的输出轴带动第一转杆(4)转动,第一转杆(4)带动螺旋叶片(6)进行转动,转动的螺旋叶片(6)通过与导料孔(2)的相互配合带动水产品进行传送;
    S2:水箱(10)内的水能够通过软管(13)进入到导水管(12)内,并通过转接头(14)与喷头(24)对水产品进行喷水,同时第一转杆(4)带动第一皮带轮转动,第一皮带轮带动皮带转动,皮带带动第二皮带轮转动,第二皮带轮带动第二转杆(11)转动,第二转杆(11)带动多个转辊(18)转动,转辊(18)通过循环槽(21)与定位块(20)的滑动连接带动定位板(17) 来回移动,定位板(17)通过转接头(14)与导水管(12)的滑动连接带动喷头(24)来回移动,从而对水产品进行来回喷水降温;
    S3:同时冷冻仓(22)内的冷气通过导气管(23)与导气板(26)对导气孔(2)内的水产品进行冷冻,从而在水产品进行传送时持续冷冻,便于人们使用。
