背景技术
现有的雾化装置一般都是储液仓自带有液体,而且基本在出液端没有设置密封,使得在长时间储存、运输过程或高压环境等情况下,经常会出现漏油的现象。并且,储液仓内的液体长时间与空气接触,容易使得液体发生变质,影响使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种防漏型雾化装置和雾化设备。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种防漏型雾化装置,包括油杯,设于油杯内的雾化组件;所述油杯形成有储油腔;所述储油腔的出油端与雾化组件的进油端设有隔油套,并且隔油套活动连接,以使储油腔的出油端与雾化组件的进油端连通或断开。
其进一步技术方案为:所述隔油套与设有的连接杆连接,以控制隔油套的运动。
其进一步技术方案为:所述油杯设有出气孔;所述连接杆穿管出气孔与隔油套螺纹连接。

优选的,所述发热体22固定于设有的安装架23,使得安装较为方便。安装架23与支架21内壁之间具有一定的间隙,使得发热体22对油液雾化更加充分。其中,安装架23设于支架21内侧,并且安装架与底座17固定连接。
优选的,请参阅图6,发热体22为网状发热体,具有发热均匀、口感更好、烟雾更大等优点。
其中,所述油杯10内壁、安装管14及底座17之间形成有所述的储油腔11。
一种蒸汽设备,请参阅图1至6,包括上述的防漏型雾化装置Q,及与雾化组件20电性连接的电源组件30。防漏型雾化装置Q与电源组件30固定连接或可拆卸式连接。
电源组件30设有与防漏型雾化装置Q进气端连通的进气通道301。进气通道301设有气道调节阀31。气道调节阀31可以控制进气通道301的进气量。通过气道调节阀31,改变进气孔的大小,从而实现匹配不同使用者的进气量。具体的进气和出气的原理如图4的虚线所示。
电源组件30包括外壳32,设于外壳32内的电池33及电路板34。油杯10与外壳32固定连接或可拆卸式连接。气道调节阀31与电路板34电性连接。电路板34与电池33之间设有第六密封件35,增强密封性。电路板34与发热体22电性连接,以方便控制发热体22。
外壳32设有底盖36。底盖36设有与进气通道301连通的通气口。底盖36设有导光片37。
与现有技术相比,本发明储油腔11与雾化组件20之间设置有可以活动的隔油套12,以使储油腔11的出油端与雾化组件20的进油端连通或断开,防止漏油。
本发明实现了储油腔12完全密封的形态,避免了长时间储存、运输过程中或高空高压的环境下的漏油的现象,从而使得避免与外面空气接触,防止液体变质、变味或挥发。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种防漏型雾化装置,其特征在于,包括油杯,设于油杯内的雾化组件;所述油杯形成有储油腔;所述储油腔的出油端与雾化组件的进油端设有隔油套,并且隔油套活动连接,以使储油腔的出油端与雾化组件的进油端连通或隔开。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防漏型雾化装置,其特征在于,所述隔油套与设有的连接杆连接,以控制隔油套的运动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种防漏型雾化装置,其特征在于,所述油杯设有出气孔;所述连接杆穿管出气孔与隔油套螺纹连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种防漏型雾化装置,其特征在于,所述油杯设有安装管,并且安装管与出气孔连通;所述雾化组件设于安装管内;所述隔油套设于雾化组件与安装管内壁之间,并且隔油套于安装管内轴向运动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种防漏型雾化装置,其特征在于,所述安装管与储油腔连通的出油孔;所述雾化组件设有与出油孔相对的进油孔;所述隔油套设于出油孔与进油孔之间。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种防漏型雾化装置,其特征在于,所述隔油套外侧设有第一密封件,以使隔油套与安装管之间密封。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种防漏型雾化装置,其特征在于,所述雾化组件包括支架,设于支架的发热体;所述进油孔设于支架,并且所述发热体近于进油孔设置;所述隔油套设于支架外侧。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种防漏型雾化装置,其特征在于,所述油 杯的一端设有底座;所述安装管、支架均与底座固定连接;所述底座设有与发热体连通的进气孔。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种防漏型雾化装置,其特征在于,所述油杯内壁、安装管及底座之间形成有所述的储油腔。
  10. 一种雾化设备,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至9任一项所述的防漏型雾化装置,及与雾化组件电性连接的电源组件;所述防漏型雾化装置与电源组件固定连接或可拆卸式连接。
