作为本发明再进一步的方案:清洗槽的中部还设置有筛选组件,筛选组件包括筛网,筛网设有两组,且筛网关于清洗槽的竖直中轴线对称设置,筛网相互靠近的一侧低、相互远离一侧高倾斜设置,筛网和清洗槽的侧壁转动连接,筛网连接有升降组件,升降组件设置在升降板的底部,且升降组件和升降板之间通过螺栓固定连接。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:升降组件包括升降座,升降座上对称开设有两个铰接槽,铰接槽内活动安装有铰接块,铰接槽内还设置有用于保护铰接块的缓冲弹簧,缓冲弹簧和铰接块之间固定连接,铰接块铰接有筛网。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:夹持组件包括夹持座,夹持座通过螺栓与清洗槽的侧壁固定连接,夹持座内安装有螺杆,螺杆和夹持座之间通过轴承转动连接,螺杆的顶部固定安装有调节螺母,螺杆上对称设置有两段旋向相反、螺距相同的外螺纹,每段所述的外螺纹上套设有夹持板,夹持板和螺杆之间通过螺纹连接。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:清洗槽的底部设置有搅拌组件,搅拌组件包括伺服电机和转轴,伺服电机固定安装在顶板的底部,且伺服电机的外部套设有防水罩,伺服电机的输出端固定连接有转轴,转轴上纵向均布有多个搅拌桨,相邻所述的搅拌桨之间安装有螺旋扰流桨。
有益效果
综上所述,本发明的有益效果是:本发明实施例设置了扰流组件,扰流组件的设置实现了对清洗槽内清洗液的扰流,增加了清洗液和材料之间的接触面积,提高了清洗效率,同时搅拌桨和螺旋扰流桨配合工作实现了对清洗槽底部清洗液的充分搅拌混合,不但起到了增加材料和清洗液的接触面积,同时避免了清洗槽底部杂质的堆积,保证了清洗槽的洁净度。

实施例1
如图1-2所示,本发明实施例中,一种纺织用安全防护纺织材料冲洗装置,包括顶板1和清洗槽2,清洗槽2的顶部设置有顶板1,顶板1上设置驱动组件,驱动组件的两侧对称设置有扰流组件17,清洗槽2的中部设置有用于放置材料的材料承重板18,材料承重板18的两侧对称设置有用于对材料限位的夹持组件;
驱动组件包括液压缸安装座15和液压缸16,液压缸安装座15固定安装在顶板1上,液压缸安装座15上安装有液压缸16,液压缸16的伸缩端固定连接有升降板23,升降板23的两侧对称设置有两个竖直齿条24,升降板23和竖直齿条24之间通过螺栓固定连接;
如图3-4所示,扰流组件17包括齿轮25和主动转轮26,齿轮25和主动转轮26之间通过连接杆固定连接,且齿轮25的后侧与清洗槽2的侧壁转动连接,齿轮25和竖直齿条24之间啮合传动,主动转轮26远离竖直齿条24的一侧设置有从动转轮28,从动转轮28和液压缸16之间通过传送带27连接,从动转轮28的后侧固定连接有扰流辊29,扰流辊29的外壁均布有多个扰流带30,扰流带30采用弹性体材质,且扰流带30上均布有多个清洗毛刷31;
需要强化清洗效果时,开启液压缸16,液压缸16带动升降板23和竖直齿条24上下移动,从而使得竖直齿条24带动齿轮25转动,齿轮25带动主动转轮26和从动转轮28转动,从动转轮28带动扰流辊29转动,进而使得扰流辊29带动扰流带30和清洗毛刷31转动,从而实现了对清洗槽2内清洗液的扰流,增加了清洗液和材料之间的接触面积,提高了清洗效率。
清洗槽2的中部还设置有筛选组件,筛选组件包括筛网9,筛网9设有两组,且筛网9关于清洗槽2的竖直中轴线对称设置,筛网9相互靠近的一侧低、相互远离一侧高倾斜设置,筛网9和清洗槽2的侧壁转动连接,筛网9连接有升降组件10,升降组件10设置在升降板23的底部,且升降组件10和升降板23之间通过螺栓固定连接;
如图7所示,升降组件10包括升降座11,升降座11上对称开设有两个铰接槽12,铰接槽12内活动安装有铰接块13,铰接槽12内还设置有用于保护铰接块13的缓冲弹簧14,缓冲弹簧14和铰接块13之间固定连接,铰接块13铰接有筛网9;
升降板23上下移动能够带动升降座11上下移动,从而使得升降座11带动铰接块13移动,进而使得铰接块13带动筛网9摆动的目的,实现了对清洗液的过滤,避免杂质污染材料。
实施例2
如图1-2所示,本发明实施例中,一种纺织用安全防护纺织材料冲洗装置,包括顶板1和清洗槽2,清洗槽2的顶部设置有顶板1,顶板1上设置驱动组件,驱动组件的两侧对称设置有扰流组件17,清洗槽2的中部设置有用于放置材料的材料承重板18,材料承重板18的两侧对称设置有用于对材料限位的夹持组件;
驱动组件包括液压缸安装座15和液压缸16,液压缸安装座15固定安装在顶板1上,液压缸安装座15上安装有液压缸16,液压缸16的伸缩端固定连接有升降板23,升降板23的两侧对称设置有两个竖直齿条24,升降板23和竖直齿条24之间通过螺栓固定连接;
如图3-4所示,扰流组件17包括齿轮25和主动转轮26,齿轮25和主动转轮26之间通过连接杆固定连接,且齿轮25的后侧与清洗槽2的侧壁转动连接,齿轮25和竖直齿条24之间啮合传动,主动转轮26远离竖直齿条24的一侧设置有从动转轮28,从动转轮28和液压缸16之间通过传送带27连接,从动转轮28的后侧固定连接有扰流辊29,扰流辊29的外壁均布有多个扰流带30,扰流带30采用弹性体材质,且扰流带30上均布有多个清洗毛刷31;
需要强化清洗效果时,开启液压缸16,液压缸16带动升降板23和竖直齿条24上下移动,从而使得竖直齿条24带动齿轮25转动,齿轮25带动主动转轮26和从动转轮28转动,从动转轮28带动扰流辊29转动,进而使得扰流辊29带动扰流带30和清洗毛刷31转动,从而实现了对清洗槽2内清洗液的扰流,增加了清洗液和材料之间的接触面积,提高了清洗效率。
清洗槽2的中部还设置有筛选组件,筛选组件包括筛网9,筛网9设有两组,且筛网9关于清洗槽2的竖直中轴线对称设置,筛网9相互靠近的一侧低、相互远离一侧高倾斜设置,筛网9和清洗槽2的侧壁转动连接,筛网9连接有升降组件10,升降组件10设置在升降板23的底部,且升降组件10和升降板23之间通过螺栓固定连接;
如图7所示,升降组件10包括升降座11,升降座11上对称开设有两个铰接槽12,铰接槽12内活动安装有铰接块13,铰接槽12内还设置有用于保护铰接块13的缓冲弹簧14,缓冲弹簧14和铰接块13之间固定连接,铰接块13铰接有筛网9;
升降板23上下移动能够带动升降座11上下移动,从而使得升降座11带动铰接块13移动,进而使得铰接块13带动筛网9摆动的目的,实现了对清洗液的过滤,避免杂质污染材料。
如图5-6所示,夹持组件包括夹持座19,夹持座19通过螺栓与清洗槽2的侧壁固定连接,夹持座19内安装有螺杆21,螺杆21和夹持座19之间通过轴承转动连接,螺杆21的顶部固定安装有调节螺母20,螺杆21上对称设置有两段旋向相反、螺距相同的外螺纹,每段所述的外螺纹上套设有夹持板22,夹持板22和螺杆21之间通过螺纹连接;
需要对材料进行夹持时,转动调节螺母20,调节螺母20带动螺杆21转动,从而使得螺杆21带动夹持板22同向或异向移动,进而实现了对材料的夹持限位,利于对材料的清洗。
清洗槽2的底部设置有搅拌组件,搅拌组件包括伺服电机4和转轴7,伺服电机4固定安装在顶板1的底部,且伺服电机4的外部套设有防水罩,伺服电机4的输出端固定连接有转轴7,转轴7上纵向均布有多个搅拌桨6,相邻所述的搅拌桨6之间安装有螺旋扰流桨8,搅拌桨6和螺旋扰流桨8配合工作实现了对清洗槽2底部清洗液的充分搅拌混合,不但起到了增加材料和清洗液的接触面积,同时避免了清洗槽2底部杂质的堆积,保证了清洗槽2的洁净度。
清洗槽2的底部固定安装有导流板5,清洗槽2的两侧对称设置有两个用于排渣的排污口3,清洗槽2和排污口3之间连通。
综上所述,本发明的工作原理是:需要强化清洗效果时,开启液压缸16,液压缸16带动升降板23和竖直齿条24上下移动,从而使得竖直齿条24带动齿轮25转动,齿轮25带动主动转轮26和从动转轮28转动,从动转轮28带动扰流辊29转动,进而使得扰流辊29带动扰流带30和清洗毛刷31转动,从而实现了对清洗槽2内清洗液的扰流,增加了清洗液和材料之间的接触面积,提高了清洗效率。
需要对材料进行夹持时,转动调节螺母20,调节螺母20带动螺杆21转动,从而使得螺杆21带动夹持板22同向或异向移动,进而实现了对材料的夹持限位,利于对材料的清洗。
升降板23上下移动能够带动升降座11上下移动,从而使得升降座11带动铰接块13移动,进而使得铰接块13带动筛网9摆动的目的,实现了对清洗液的过滤,避免杂质污染材料。
本发明实施例设置了扰流组件17,扰流组件17的设置实现了对清洗槽2内清洗液的扰流,增加了清洗液和材料之间的接触面积,提高了清洗效率,同时搅拌桨6和螺旋扰流桨8配合工作实现了对清洗槽2底部清洗液的充分搅拌混合,不但起到了增加材料和清洗液的接触面积,同时避免了清洗槽2底部杂质的堆积,保证了清洗槽2的洁净度。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种纺织用安全防护纺织材料冲洗装置,包括顶板(1)和清洗槽(2),清洗槽(2)的顶部设置有顶板(1),顶板(1)上设置驱动组件,其特征在于,驱动组件的两侧对称设置有扰流组件(17),清洗槽(2)的中部设置有用于放置材料的材料承重板(18),材料承重板(18)的两侧对称设置有用于对材料限位的夹持组件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的纺织用安全防护纺织材料冲洗装置,其特征在于,驱动组件包括液压缸安装座(15)和液压缸(16),液压缸安装座(15)固定安装在顶板(1)上,液压缸安装座(15)上安装有液压缸(16),液压缸(16)的伸缩端固定连接有升降板(23),升降板(23)的两侧对称设置有两个竖直齿条(24),升降板(23)和竖直齿条(24)之间通过螺栓固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的纺织用安全防护纺织材料冲洗装置,其特征在于,扰流组件(17)包括齿轮(25)和主动转轮(26),齿轮(25)和主动转轮(26)之间通过连接杆固定连接,且齿轮(25)的后侧与清洗槽(2)的侧壁转动连接,齿轮(25)和竖直齿条(24)之间啮合传动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的纺织用安全防护纺织材料冲洗装置,其特征在于,主动转轮(26)远离竖直齿条(24)的一侧设置有从动转轮(28),从动转轮(28)和液压缸(16)之间通过传送带(27)连接,从动转轮(28)的后侧固定连接有扰流辊(29),扰流辊(29)的外壁均布有多个扰流带(30),扰流带(30)采用弹性体材质,且扰流带(30)上均布有多个清洗毛刷(31)。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4任一所述的纺织用安全防护纺织材料冲洗装置,其特征在于,清洗槽(2)的中部还设置有筛选组件,筛选组件包括筛网(9),筛网(9)设有两组,且筛网(9)关于清洗槽(2)的竖直中轴线对称设置,筛网(9)相互靠近的一侧低、相互远离一侧高倾斜设置,筛网(9)和清洗槽(2)的侧壁转动连接,筛网(9)连接有升降组件(10),升降组件(10)设置在升降板(23)的底部,且升降组件(10)和升降板(23)之间通过螺栓固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的纺织用安全防护纺织材料冲洗装置,其特征在于,升降组件(10)包括升降座(11),升降座(11)上对称开设有两个铰接槽(12),铰接槽(12)内活动安装有铰接块(13),铰接槽(12)内还设置有用于保护铰接块(13)的缓冲弹簧(14),缓冲弹簧(14)和铰接块(13)之间固定连接,铰接块(13)铰接有筛网(9)。
  7. 根据权利要求2-4任一所述的纺织用安全防护纺织材料冲洗装置,其特征在于,夹持组件包括夹持座(19),夹持座(19)通过螺栓与清洗槽(2)的侧壁固定连接,夹持座(19)内安装有螺杆(21),螺杆(21)和夹持座(19)之间通过轴承转动连接,螺杆(21)的顶部固定安装有调节螺母(20),螺杆(21)上对称设置有两段旋向相反、螺距相同的外螺纹,每段所述的外螺纹上套设有夹持板(22),夹持板(22)和螺杆(21)之间通过螺纹连接。
  8. 根据权利要求2-4任一所述的纺织用安全防护纺织材料冲洗装置,其特征在于,清洗槽(2)的底部设置有搅拌组件,搅拌组件包括伺服电机(4)和转轴(7),伺服电机(4)固定安装在顶板(1)的底部,且伺服电机(4)的外部套设有防水罩,伺服电机(4)的输出端固定连接有转轴(7),转轴(7)上纵向均布有多个搅拌桨(6)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的纺织用安全防护纺织材料冲洗装置,其特征在于,相邻所述的搅拌桨(6)之间安装有螺旋扰流桨(8)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的纺织用安全防护纺织材料冲洗装置,其特征在于,清洗槽(2)的底部固定安装有导流板(5),清洗槽(2)的两侧对称设置有两个用于排渣的排污口(3),清洗槽(2)和排污口(3)之间连通。
