本发明涉及水果加工设备技术领域,特别涉及一种自动取椰子水的装置及其使用方法。
背景技术
椰子全身都是宝,椰壳、椰子水、椰肉等三者浪费掉任何一样皆为可惜,特别是椰子水,清凉、甘甜、可口。
而目前,要取用椰子水,往往是无章可循,归纳起来有7种方法:1.用尖锐物件弄开一小口将果汁引出来;2.用刀敲击法,一只手将除去椰棕的椰子托在掌心中,并放置一大碗或一盆在其手正下面,另一只手用适当重量的刀背敲其椰子,使椰壳破碎并取出椰子水;3.用坚硬的边棱弄破椰子让其椰子水溢出;4.螺丝锥,塑料袋破椰法;5.电钻倒出椰子水的方法;6.穿透椰子上的软眼儿,把椰汁引流到碗里;7.用机械手动打孔取椰子水方法。
椰子取水操作工艺过于粗糙、简单,在取水过程中椰子水与空气接触氧化变质,因此,存在以下问题:1.生产效率低;2.劳动负荷大;3.椰壳破碎无规律,降低了利用价值;4.破壳时椰水飞浅或溢漏,降低了利用率;5.存在安全隐患;6.不能保质保量。例如专利号为CN202010501099.9的一种椰子汁收集装置,公开了支撑架,其顶部连接有底板;挡料罩,底板顶部一侧连接有挡料罩;放置架,挡料罩内的两侧均连接有放置架;切割机构,底板远离挡料罩的一侧连接有切割机构;倾倒机构,底板顶部靠近挡料罩一侧的两侧均连接有倾倒机构。在取水中,需要通过放置架对椰子进行夹持固定,并利用切割机构将椰子劈开, 使椰子水从裂口流出,椰子取水方式简单粗糙,椰子水容易被空气氧化,存在椰子水飞溅或杂质进入椰子水的情况,致使获取的椰汁水质量较差。

鉴以此,本发明提出一种自动取椰子水的装置及其使用方法,从椰子取水到存放都在封闭系统内进行,避免与空气接触,最大限度地保证了椰子水的原有价值,且自动化生产代替人工操作,提高安全性、提高生产率、减轻劳动负荷。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种自动取椰子水的装置,包括取水针和固定施压装置,所述取水针固定于所述固定施压装置上,所述固定施压装置用于固定椰子、并将椰子压至所述取水针的针尖处,使所述取水针插入椰子的内腔取水,所述取水针远离针尖的一端连通有补压管和储存装置。

本发明提供的一种自动取椰子水的装置及其使用方法,通过取水针和固定施压装置的配合,使得从椰子取水到椰子水存放的过程都在封闭空间内进行,避免椰子水与空气接触,最大限度地保证了椰子水的原有价值,且自动化生产代替人工操作,提高安全性、提高生产率、减轻劳动负荷,同时避免了椰壳破碎无规律,可实现对椰壳的利用。

具体的,所述取水针1包括内管2、外管3和针头4,所述针头4与所述外管3的输入端拆卸连接,该连接方式可选择螺纹连接,所述内管2设于所述外管3的内部,所述内管2与所述外管3之间设有导流腔5,所述外管3的输入端设有若干入水孔6,所述外管3的输出端与所述储存装置16连通,所述内管2的输入端与所述补压管15连通,所述补压管15连接有第一电控气阀21,所述内管2的输出端设有若干出气孔7。取水针1插入椰子28的内腔时,可通过补压管15向椰子28的腔体内补压,使椰子水通过入水孔6进入导流腔5的内部,并通过导流腔5进入储存装置16储存,在椰子28取水与储存过程中,椰子水不与空气接触,避免椰子水被氧化,使椰子水保持原汁原味。
具体的,所述储存装置16包括椰子水管17和储水罐18,所述外管3的输出端通过所述椰子水管17与所述储水罐18连通,所述储水罐18通过负压管负压管19与真空负压装置20连通,所述负压管负压管19连接有第二电控气阀22。导流腔5内的椰子水通过取水针1的输出端流入椰子水管17,处于负压状态下的储水罐18可将椰子水管17的椰子水吸入其内,储水罐18的输出口设有手动水阀30,储水罐18的内部设有水位传感器31,用于获取储水罐18内椰子水的液位,避免因椰子水过满而流入负压管19,其中真空负压装置20为真空发生器,为现有技术。
具体的,所述弹性支撑台9包括放置台10和固定座11,所述放置台10通过若干弹性伸缩件12固定于所述固定座11的上方。其中若干弹性伸缩件12的数量可选4组,弹性伸缩件12包括支撑弹簧12-1和伸缩导杆12-2,椰子28置于放置台10上,向下按压椰子28时,支撑弹簧12-1和伸缩导杆12-2受压收缩, 取水针1接触椰子28并插入椰子28的内部取水,在失去压板14的施压下,支撑弹簧12-1和伸缩导杆12-2可使放置台10复位,取水针1从椰子28中退出,便于本发明进入下个椰子28取水。
具体的,位于所述放置台10的侧边处安装有第一行程开关23和第二行程开关24。在放置台10下行的过程中,放置台10依次碰触第一行程开关23和第二行程开关24,当放置板碰到第一行程开关23,第一电控气阀21打开,通过补压管15向椰子28的内腔补充压力,放置台10碰到第二行程开关24,压板14停止下行,静止一段时间,待椰子水全部流出之后,压板14上升复位失去对放置板施压,放置板上升,第一行程开关23和第二行程开关24分别与控制器(未标出)信号连接,控制器用于控制第一电控气阀21、第二电控气阀22的开/关以及控制压板14上下移动,控制器(未标出)可选AT89S51型号。
具体的,所述取水针1的外侧设有固定法兰盘25,所述取水针1通过所述固定法兰盘25固定于所述固定座11上。可起到固定取水针1的作用,便于取水针1插入椰子28的内部。
具体的,所述内管2远离所述针头4的一端外侧设有用于封闭所述外管3下端的法兰盘一26和法兰盘二27,所述法兰盘一26和所述法兰盘二27之间设有密封圈28。通过法兰盘一26、法兰盘二27和密封环三者之间的配合密封导流腔5下端的出口,有效避免椰子水泄漏。
一种自动取椰子水的装置的使用方法,
S1:启动真空负压装置20,使储水罐18处于真空负压状态;
S2:通过自动进料方式将椰子28传送至放置台10上方的自动定心圈13-1内,控制压板14下移,压住固定放置台10上的椰子28;
S3:放置台10受压向下运行压缩弹性伸缩件12,取水针1伸出通孔13插 入椰子28的内腔,同时放置台10受压下降的过程碰到第一行程开关23,第一电控气阀21打开,通过补压管15向椰子28的内腔补充压力,椰子水依次通过取水针1和出水管流入负压的储水罐18内;
S4:放置台10受压继续下降碰到第二行程开关24,压板14停止下行,静止一段时间,待椰子水全部流出之后,压板14快速上升复位;
S5:放置台10失去来自压板14施加的压力,在弹性伸缩件12的作用下复位,且当放置台10回升瞬间电控气阀自动关闭,使补压管15停止向椰子28的内腔补压,同时放置台10复位使得椰子28上升,取水针1从椰子28中退出;
S6:椰子28被推出放置台10,完成了一个椰子28的取水工作周期,自动进入下一个椰子28的取水,重复上述步骤,不断实现椰子28密闭取水。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种自动取椰子水的装置,其特征在于:包括取水针和固定施压装置,所述取水针固定于所述固定施压装置上,所述固定施压装置用于固定椰子、并将椰子压至所述取水针的针尖处,使所述取水针插入椰子的内腔取水,所述取水针远离针尖的一端连通有补压管和储存装置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种自动取椰子水的装置,其特征在于:所述固定施压装置包括弹性支撑台和压板,所述压板设于所述弹性支撑台的上方,所述取水针设于所述弹性支撑台的下部,所述弹性支撑台设有对应于所述取水针的通孔,所述通孔的外侧周边设有固定于所述弹性支撑台上的自动定心圈,所述通孔的中心轴与所述自动定心圈的中心轴在同一直线上。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种自动取椰子水的装置,其特征在于:所述取水针包括内管、外管和针头,所述针头与所述外管的输入端拆卸连接,所述内管设于所述外管的内部,所述内管与所述外管之间设有导流腔,所述外管的输入端设有若干入水孔,所述外管的输出端与所述储存装置连通,所述内管的输入端与所述补压管连通,所述补压管连接有第一电控气阀,所述内管的输出端设有若干出气孔。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种自动取椰子水的装置,其特征在于:所述储存装置包括椰子水管和储水罐,所述外管的输出端通过所述椰子水管与所述储水罐连通,所述储水罐通过负压管与真空负压装置连通,所述负压管连接有第二电控气阀。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的一种自动取椰子水的装置,其特征在于:所述弹性支撑台包括放置台和固定座,所述放置台通过若干弹性伸缩件固定于所述固定座的上方。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种自动取椰子水的装置,其特征在于:位于所述放置台的侧边处安装有第一行程开关和第二行程开关。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的一种自动取椰子水的装置,其特征在于:所述取水针的外侧设有固定法兰盘,所述取水针通过所述固定法兰盘固定于所述固定座上。
  8. 如权利要求3所述的一种自动取椰子水的装置,其特征在于:所述内管远离所述针头的一端外侧设有用于封闭所述外管下端的法兰盘一和法兰盘二,所述法兰盘一和所述法兰盘二之间设有密封圈。
  9. 一种自动取椰子水的装置的使用方法,其特征在于:
    S1:启动真空负压装置,使储水罐处于真空负压状态;
    S2:通过自动进料方式将椰子传送至放置台上方的自动定心圈内,控制压板下移,压住固定放置台上的椰子;
    S3:放置台受压向下运行压缩弹性伸缩件,取水针伸出通孔插入椰子的内腔,同时放置台受压下降的过程碰到第一行程开关,第一电控气阀打开,通过补压管向椰子的内腔补充压力,椰子水依次通过取水针和出水管流入负压的储水罐内;
    S4:放置台受压继续下降碰到第二行程开关,压板停止下行,静止一段时间,待椰子水全部流出之后,压板快速上升复位;
    S5:放置台失去来自压板施加的压力,在弹性伸缩件的作用下复位,且当放置台回升瞬间电控气阀自动关闭,使补压管停止向椰子的内腔补压,同时放置台复位使得椰子上升,取水针从椰子中退出;
    S6:椰子被推出放置台,完成了一个椰子的取水工作周期,自动进入下一个椰子的取水,重复上述步骤,不断实现椰子密闭取水。
