本申请是以申请号为202011053408.7、申请日为 2020年9月29日的中国专利申请为基础,并主张其优先权,该申请的全部内容在此作为整体引入本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及汽车配件,更具体地说是一种车载空调坐垫。
背景技术
随着生活水平的显著提高,轿车成为不少家庭的必备出行工具,给人们的日常生活提供了极大的便利。但是,当需要长时间连续用车时,车内司机或乘车人员长时间坐于车内,天气炎热时下身容易出汗,散发异味,滋生大量细菌,严重甚至导致皮肤病等问题。天气寒冷时,虽然没有了出汗的困扰,但是长时间乘坐下身与坐垫接触,密不透风,也会给健康造成不良影响。尤其是酷暑和寒冬等恶劣天气条件下,下身舒适和安全状况更加糟糕。
申请内容
本申请的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种车载空调坐垫。
为实现上述目的,本申请采用以下技术方案:一种车载空调坐垫,包括坐垫部、传输部和能控部;坐垫部通过传输部与能控部连接;
能控部可拆卸式安装于车载空调出风口处,通过传输部形成气流通路将车载空调的冷气/热气传输至坐垫部以对人体降温/供暖。
其进一步技术方案为,所述能控部依照装配顺序依次包括PVC开关片、空调罩后盖、PCBA控制主板、第一高速离心风扇和空调罩前盖;
所述空调罩前盖和空调罩后盖为对应的壳状结构,所述空调罩前盖和空调罩后盖装配后中间区域形成周圈密封的容置腔体,所述PCBA控制主板和第一高速离心风扇安装于容置腔体内并固定。
其进一步技术方案为,所述能控部还包括手机支架磁铁,所述手机支架磁铁设于容置腔体内且紧贴所述空调罩前盖内表面。
其进一步技术方案为,所述空调罩后盖外侧设有车载支架五金扣,所述车载支架五金扣将所述能控部可拆式连接于车载空调出风口处;所述车载支架五金扣外圈套设有橡胶固定位。
其进一步技术方案为,所述坐垫部包括PE坐垫和纺织布套/皮套;所述纺织布套/皮套套设于所述PE坐垫外部。
其进一步技术方案为,所述PE坐垫上部贴合人体入座后的裆部位置处设有出风组件,所述出风组件底部设有连接线盖、第二高速离心风扇和PCBA连接线板;所述纺织布套/皮套上对应出风组件处开有通孔,通孔上方设有出风盖。
其进一步技术方案为,所述PE坐垫上下表面设有若干均匀分布的镂空区域,镂空区域间形成风道供放大后的车载空调风量传输。
其进一步技术方案为,所述PE坐垫左右两侧边角位置处设有对称的坐垫入风口,坐垫入风口连接所述传输部的出风端部,右侧的坐垫入风口供驾驶位使用,左侧的坐垫入风口供副驾驶位使用。
其进一步技术方案为,所述传输部为PE空调导风软管,所述PE空调导风软管为PE软管/橡胶软管/硅胶软管/纤维软管。
其进一步技术方案为,所述能控部通过USB电源线与外设汽车点烟器连接,并由汽车点烟器供电及通过汽车点烟器内的线控开关对能控部进行多档位控制。
本申请与现有技术相比的有益效果是:本申请提供的车载空调坐垫,将车载空调的出风余量转化放大,根据车内实时温控状况对乘车人下身坐垫进行温度调节,避免了过冷或过热情况,提高乘车舒适度。冬暖夏凉,舒适清爽,有效防汗抗菌。通过车载空调坐垫的温度调节,减少因热量堆积导致身体疲劳、容易犯困,引发交通事故的危险情况。由于将车载空调风能进行二次转化使用,有效地节约了能源,提升汽车产品的使用价值和经济效益。

请参阅附图1,具体实施例1提供一种车载空调坐垫,包括坐垫部、传输部和能控部;坐垫部通过传输部与能控部连接;
能控部可拆卸式安装于车载空调出风口处,通过传输部形成气流通路将车载空调的冷气/热气传输至坐垫部以对人体降温/供暖。
能控部依照装配顺序依次包括PVC开关片3、空调罩后盖4、PCBA控制主板、第一高速离心风扇6和空调罩前盖7;
空调罩前盖7和空调罩后盖4为对应的壳状结构,空调罩前盖7和空调罩后盖4装配后中间区域形成周圈密封的容置腔体,PCBA控制主板和第一高速离心风扇6安装于容置腔体内并固定。利用能控部的空调前盖及空调罩后盖4罩盖住汽车车载空调出风口,让冷气或热气经过第一高速离心风扇6对气流进行处理放大,并且通过传输部传输至坐垫部,继而将气流传输作用于人体下身位置。
能控部还包括手机支架磁铁,手机支架磁铁设于容置腔体内且紧贴空调罩前盖7内表面。手机支架磁铁与第一高速离心风扇6间留有一定间隙,防止第一高速离心风扇6工作过程中对手机支架磁铁的磁性造成不良影响。且手机支架磁铁紧贴于空调罩后盖4设置,给手机提供了一个合适的安装位置,方便行程过程中司机手机导航的使用。
空调罩后盖4外侧设有车载支架五金扣8,车载支架五金扣8将能控部可拆式连接于车载空调出风口处;车载支架五金扣8外圈套设有橡胶固定位9。通过橡胶固定位9橡胶材质大摩擦力的特性,保证本车载空调坐垫的能控部更加稳定可靠地夹持安装在车载空调出风口的扇叶上。
坐垫部包括PE坐垫1和纺织布套/皮套11;纺织布套/皮套11套设于PE坐垫1外部。PE坐垫1上下表面设有若干均匀分布的镂空区域,镂空区域间形成风道供放大后的车载空调风量传输。PE坐垫1左右两侧边角位置处设有对称的坐垫入风口10,坐垫入风口10连接传输部的出风端部,右侧的坐垫入风口10供驾驶位使用,左侧的坐垫入风口10供副驾驶位使用。由于内部的PE坐垫1为镂空结构,大量的气体从镂空位置传出,且PE坐垫1材质较硬。在外部套设柔软透气的纺织布套/皮套11,有效过滤及柔和传出的气流,并且提高使用舒适度。并且,套设了纺织布套/皮套11后,也同时有效防止外界水渍、灰尘等杂质侵入PE坐垫1的镂空部,给清洗抗菌带来麻烦。于其他更具体的实施例中,套设于PE坐垫1外围的布套或皮套也可采用其他透气柔软的材料制得。PE坐垫1上部贴合人体入座后的裆部位置处设有出风组件,出风组件底部设有连接线盖13、第二高速离心风扇14和PCBA连接线板15;纺织布套/皮套11上对应出风组件处开有通孔,通孔上方设有出风盖12。
传输部为PE空调导风软管2,PE空调导风软管2为PE软管/橡胶软管/硅胶软管/纤维软管。

空调罩后盖4外侧设有车载支架五金扣8,车载支架五金扣8将能控部可拆式连接于车载空调出风口处;车载支架五金扣8外圈套设有橡胶固定位9。通过橡胶固定位9橡胶材质大摩擦力的特性,保证本车载空调坐垫的能控部更加稳定可靠地夹持安装在车载空调出风口的扇叶上。
坐垫部包括PE坐垫1和纺织布套/皮套11;纺织布套/皮套11套设于PE坐垫1外部。PE坐垫1上下表面设有若干均匀分布的镂空区域,镂空区域间形成风道供放大后的车载空调风量传输。PE坐垫1左右两侧边角位置处设有对称的坐垫入风口10,坐垫入风口10连接传输部的出风端部,右侧的坐垫入风口10供驾驶位使用,左侧的坐垫入风口10供副驾驶位使用。由于内部的PE坐垫1为镂空结构,大量的气体从镂空位置传出,且PE坐垫1材质较硬。在外部套设柔软透气的纺织布套/皮套11,有效过滤及柔和传出的气流,并且提高使用舒适度。并且,套设了纺织布套/皮套11后,也同时有效防止外界水渍、灰尘等杂质侵入PE坐垫1的镂空部,给清洗抗菌带来麻烦。于其他更具体的实施例中,套设于PE坐垫1外围的布套或皮套也可采用其他透气柔软的材料制得。PE坐垫1上部贴合人体入座后的裆部位置处设有出风组件,出风组件底部设有连接线盖13、第二高速离心风扇14和PCBA连接线板15;纺织布套/皮套11上对应出风组件处开有通孔,通孔上方设有出风盖12。
传输部为PE空调导风软管2,PE空调导风软管2为PE软管/橡胶软管/硅胶软管/纤维软管。
能控部通过USB电源线与外设汽车点烟器连接,并由汽车点烟器供电及通过汽车点烟器内的线控开关5对能控部进行多档位控制。
与具体实施例1的区别之处在于,空调罩前盖7外圈设有真空吸盘,真空吸盘外形尺寸与车载空调出风口外圈尺寸适配,通过真空吸盘将能控部紧密吸附于车载空调外侧,由于真空吸盘内部预留空间将车载空调出风口完整包覆,有助于将车载空调出风口的全部风量吸纳入能控部内部,经过第一高速离心风扇6的放大作用,增大风量,初次增大后的风量经由传输部的PE空调导风软管2传输至坐垫部,经过PE坐垫1上方预留若干凸起间的镂空通道传输至第二高速离心风扇14,并在第二高速离心风扇14的作用下将风量进一步放大,放大后的风量经由PE坐垫1中部贴合人体裆部的出风组件的出风盖12输出,最大程度地吸取并放大车载空调出风口的风量,并将风量传输至人体裆部,有效保障裆部的降温和干爽,抑制细菌滋生。并且真空吸盘与车载支架五金扣8和橡胶固定位9的共同作用下,保障空调坐垫能控部与车载空调出风口连接的稳定可靠。
具体实施例3提供一种车载空调坐垫,包括坐垫部、传输部和能控部;坐垫部通过传输部与能控部连接;
能控部可拆卸式安装于车载空调出风口处,通过传输部形成气流通路将车载空调的冷气/热气传输至坐垫部以对人体降温/供暖。

与具体实施例1和2的区别之处在于,增设了真空吸盘,省略了车载支架五金扣8和橡胶固定位9,整体结构更为一体化简洁化。空调罩前盖7外圈设有真空吸盘,真空吸盘外形尺寸与车载空调出风口外圈尺寸适配,通过真空吸盘将能控部紧密吸附于车载空调外侧,由于真空吸盘内部预留空间将车载空调出风口完整包覆,有助于将车载空调出风口的全部风量吸纳入能控部内部,经过第一高速离心风扇6的放大作用,增大风量,初次增大后的风量经由传输部的PE空调导风软管2传输至坐垫部,经过PE坐垫1上方预留若干凸起间的镂空通道传输至第二高速离心风扇14,并在第二高速离心风扇14的作用下将风量进一步放大,放大后的风量经由PE坐垫1中部贴合人体裆部的出风组件的出风盖12输出,最大程度地吸取并放大车载空调出风口的风量,并将风量传输至人体裆部,有效保障裆部的降温和干爽,抑制细菌滋生。
与现有技术相比,本实施例提供的车载空调坐垫,将车载空调的出风余量转化放大,根据车内实时温控状况对乘车人下身坐垫进行温度调节,避免了过冷或过热情况,提高乘车舒适度。冬暖夏凉,舒适清爽,有效防汗抗菌。通过车载空调坐垫的温度调节,减少因热量堆积导致身体疲劳、容易犯困,引发交通事故的危险情况。由于将车载空调风能进行二次转化使用,有效地节约了能源,提升汽车产品的使用价值和经济效益。

  6. 根据权利要求5所述的车载空调坐垫,其特征在于,所述PE坐垫上部贴合人体入座后的裆部位置处设有出风组件,所述出风组件底部设有连接线盖、第二高速离心风扇和PCBA连接线板;所述纺织布套/皮套上对应出风组件处开有通孔,通孔上方设有出风盖。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的车载空调坐垫,其特征在于,所述PE坐垫上下表面设有若干均匀分布的镂空区域,镂空区域间形成风道供放大后的车载空调风量传输。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的车载空调坐垫,其特征在于,所述PE坐垫左右两侧边角位置处设有对称的坐垫入风口,坐垫入风口连接所述传输部的出风端部,右侧的坐垫入风口供驾驶位使用,左侧的坐垫入风口供副驾驶位使用。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的车载空调坐垫,其特征在于,所述传输部为PE空调导风软管,所述PE空调导风软管为PE软管/橡胶软管/硅胶软管/纤维软管。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的车载空调坐垫,其特征在于,所述能控部通过USB电源线与外设汽车点烟器连接,并由汽车点烟器供电及通过汽车点烟器内的线控开关对能控部进行多档位控制。
