一种刀具制作用定位夹具,包括夹具主板(1),所述夹具主板(1)的一端设置有安装板(3),所述夹具主板(1)的另一端表面开设有调节滑槽(5),所述调节滑槽(5)的上侧设置有限位板(7),所述限位板(7)的下表面连接有丝杆螺母座(11),所述调节滑槽(5)的内部通过轴承转动连接有调节丝杆(14),所述丝杆螺母座(11)套设在调节丝杆上(14),所述调节滑槽(5)一端的一侧开设有调节槽(16);通过设计的丝杆螺母座(11)、涡轮(13)、调节丝杆(14)和蜗杆(15),在对刀具进行固定时只需通过调节手轮转动蜗杆(15),通过涡轮(13)的传动带动调节丝杆(14)转动,从而使丝杆螺母座(11)移动并带动限位板(7)移动对刀具进行固定,在固定时更加稳定,且通过蜗杆(15)和涡轮(13)的自锁效果防止出现固定后松动的现象。
Description
本实用新型涉及刀具制作技术领域,尤其涉及一种刀具制作用定位夹具。
一个刀款都是特别订制的钢胚。每一个刀胚都经过热锻造之后,让刀胚保有特别的硬度以及刚性,温度多高、加热多快、降温多快都是经验的累积。根据材料、硬度、厚度、大小来选择设备。刀具材料是决定刀具切削性能的根本因素,对于加工效率、加工质量、加工成本以及刀具耐用度影响很大。刀具材料越硬,其耐磨性越好,硬度越高,冲击韧性越低,材料越脆。硬度和韧性是一对矛盾,也是刀具材料所应克服的一个关键。
现有的一种刀具制作用定位夹具在使用的时候,需要对不同长度的刀具进行固定,在调节时通常采用螺栓调节夹具位置会出现调节位置不准确的现象。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种刀具制作用定位夹具。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:
一种刀具制作用定位夹具,包括夹具主板,所述夹具主板的一端设置有安装板,所述夹具主板的另一端表面开设有调节滑槽,所述调节滑槽的上侧设置有限位板,所述限位板的下表面连接有丝杆螺母座,所述调节滑槽的内部通过轴承转动连接有调节丝杆,所述丝杆螺母座套设在调节丝杆上,所述调节滑槽一端的一侧开设有调节槽,所述调节槽的内部通过轴承转动连接有蜗杆,所述调节丝杆的一端固定连接有涡轮,且涡轮与蜗杆啮合。
优选的,所述丝杆螺母座的上端设置有连接插块,所述限位板的一端下表面开设有连接插槽,所述连接插槽的一端设置有连接紧压块,所述限位板的一端旋合有第二旋钮螺丝,所述第二旋钮螺丝的一端与连接紧压块通过轴承转动连接。
优选的,所述连接插块的形状设置为燕尾状,且连接插槽的一侧开设有可供连接插块通过的开口,所述连接紧压块和连接插槽的一端分别卡合在连接插块的两端。
优选的,所述限位板的一端开设有限位槽,所述限位槽的内侧设置有固定板,所述限位板的内侧通过轴承转动连接有固定丝杆,所述限位板的一侧设置有固定旋钮且与固定丝杆的一端固定连接,所述固定丝杆的外侧套设有固定丝杆螺母,所述固定板与固定丝杆螺母固定连接。
优选的,所述安装板的内侧设置有固定夹板,所述固定板外侧旋合有第一旋扭螺丝,所述第一旋扭螺丝的一端穿过安装板与固定夹板连接。
优选的,所述固定板的一端内侧设置为倾斜面,且固定板的另一端内侧设置为平面。
本实用新型至少具备以下有益效果:
1.通过设计的丝杆螺母座、涡轮、调节丝杆和蜗杆,在对刀具进行固定时只需通过调节手轮转动蜗杆,通过涡轮的传动带动调节丝杆转动,从而使丝杆螺母座移动并带动限位板移动对刀具进行固定,在固定时更加稳定,且通过蜗杆和涡轮的自锁效果防止出现固定后松动的现象。
2.通过设计的连接插槽、连接紧压块和连接插块,在使用夹具时可以根据刀具的形状不同对限位板的进行更换,且通过连接紧压块紧压在连接插块上对限位板进行固定,更换时只需手动转动第二旋钮螺丝即可,更加方便快捷。
为了更清楚地说明本实用新型实施例技术方案,下面将对实施例描述中所需要使用的附图作简单地介绍,显而易见地,下面描述中的附图是本实用新型的一些实施例,对于本领域普通技术人员来讲,在不付出创造性劳动的前提下,还可以根据这些附图获得其他的附图。

为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
参照图1-3,一种刀具制作用定位夹具,包括夹具主板1,夹具主板1的一端设置有安装板3,夹具主板1的另一端表面开设有调节滑槽5,调节滑槽5的上侧设置有限位板7,限位板7的下表面连接有丝杆螺母座11,调节滑槽5的内部通过轴承转动连接有调节丝杆14,丝杆螺母座11套设在调节丝杆14上,调节滑槽5一端的一侧开设有调节槽16,调节槽16的内部通过轴承转动连接有蜗杆15,调节丝杆14的一端固定连接有涡轮13,且涡轮13与蜗杆15啮合。
本方案具备以下工作过程:
在使用时根据刀具的形状和大小,通过转动第二旋钮螺丝9带动连接紧压块20在连接插槽21内移动,在连接紧压块20从连接插块12一端移开后把限位板7从丝杆螺母座11上拆卸,然后更换对应形状的限位板7,把连接插块12插入新的限位板7上的连接插槽21内,旋合第二旋钮螺丝9推动连接紧压块20卡合在连接插块12上即可,使用时把刀具把放在固定夹板4之间通过旋合第一旋扭螺丝2推动固定夹板4紧压在刀把上固定,然后转动调节手轮8带动蜗杆15转动,蜗杆15带动涡轮13转动,从而使涡轮13带动调节丝杆14转动,使丝杆螺母座11沿着调节丝杆14移动,从而带动限位板7移动卡合在刀具的另一端,然后旋转固定旋钮10带动固定丝杆18转动,使固定丝杆螺母19在固定丝杆18上移动,并带动固定板17对刀具固定。
根据上述工作过程可知:
在对刀具进行固定时只需通过调节手轮8转动蜗杆15,通过涡轮13的传动带动调节丝杆14转动,从而使丝杆螺母座11移动并带动限位板7移动对刀具进行固定,在固定时更加稳定,且通过蜗杆15和涡轮13的自锁效果防止出现固定后松动的现象。
进一步的,丝杆螺母座11的上端设置有连接插块12,限位板7的一端下表面开设有连接插槽21,连接插槽21的一端设置有连接紧压块20,限位板7的一端旋合有第二旋钮螺丝9,第二旋钮螺丝9的一端与连接紧压块20通过轴承转动连接。
进一步的,连接插块12的形状设置为燕尾状,且连接插槽21的一侧开设有可供连接插块12通过的开口,连接紧压块20和连接插槽21的一端分别卡合在连接插块12的两端。
进一步的,限位板7的一端开设有限位槽6,限位槽6的内侧设置有固定板17,限位板7的内侧通过轴承转动连接有固定丝杆18,限位板7的一侧设置有固定旋钮10且与固定丝杆18的一端固定连接,固定丝杆18的外侧套设有固定丝杆螺母19,固定板17与固定丝杆螺母19固定连接。
进一步的,安装板3的内侧设置有固定夹板4,安装板3外侧旋合有第一旋扭螺丝2,第一旋扭螺丝2的一端穿过安装板3与固定夹板4连接。
进一步的,固定板17的一端内侧设置为倾斜面,且固定板17的另一端内侧设置为平面。

- 一种刀具制作用定位夹具,包括夹具主板(1),其特征在于,所述夹具主板(1)的一端设置有安装板(3),所述夹具主板(1)的另一端表面开设有调节滑槽(5),所述调节滑槽(5)的上侧设置有限位板(7),所述限位板(7)的下表面连接有丝杆螺母座(11),所述调节滑槽(5)的内部通过轴承转动连接有调节丝杆(14),所述丝杆螺母座(11)套设在调节丝杆(14)上,所述调节滑槽(5)一端的一侧开设有调节槽(16),所述调节槽(16)的内部通过轴承转动连接有蜗杆(15),所述调节丝杆(14)的一端固定连接有涡轮(13),且涡轮(13)与蜗杆(15)啮合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种刀具制作用定位夹具,其特征在于,所述丝杆螺母座(11)的上端设置有连接插块(12),所述限位板(7)的一端下表面开设有连接插槽(21),所述连接插槽(21)的一端设置有连接紧压块(20),所述限位板(7)的一端旋合有第二旋钮螺丝(9),所述第二旋钮螺丝(9)的一端与连接紧压块(20)通过轴承转动连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种刀具制作用定位夹具,其特征在于,所述连接插块(12)的形状设置为燕尾状,且连接插槽(21)的一侧开设有可供连接插块(12)通过的开口,所述连接紧压块(20)和连接插槽(21)的一端分别卡合在连接插块(12)的两端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种刀具制作用定位夹具,其特征在于,所述限位板(7)的一端开设有限位槽(6),所述限位槽(6)的内侧设置有固定板(17),所述限位板(7)的内侧通过轴承转动连接有固定丝杆(18),所述限位板(7)的一侧设置有固定旋钮(10)且与固定丝杆(18)的一端固定连接,所述固定丝杆(18)的外侧套设有固定丝杆螺母(19),所述固定板(17)与固定丝杆螺母(19)固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种刀具制作用定位夹具,其特征在于,所述安装板(3)的内侧设置有固定夹板(4),所述安装板(3)外侧旋合有第一旋扭螺丝(2),所述第一旋扭螺丝(2)的一端穿过安装板(3)与固定夹板(4)连接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种刀具制作用定位夹具,其特征在于,所述固定板(17)的一端内侧设置为倾斜面,且固定板(17)的另一端内侧设置为平面。
