本发明的优点在于:
1)本发明中巧克力球型糖果经过糖块整理盘进行整理后进入到落糖通孔内,并在转盘的驱动下转动到待包装区,包装纸经过输纸模块裁断后覆盖到巧克力糖上,然后在顶糖杆和送糖杆的配合下将巧克力糖和糖纸一起送至夹爪上,然后夹爪旋转到折叠工位处通过折纸单元进行折叠包装,完成折叠包装后再经过夹爪的旋转输送至输出工位处进入到揉搓模块中进行揉搓;从而实现了半球形糖果的糖纸的自动包装,相应的也降低了人工劳动强度,提高了工作效率。

如图1至图5所示的一种滚动型巧克力糖贴体揉搓包装机,包括 糖块整理盘1、输纸模块2、包装模块3、揉搓模块4和机架5;机架1上设置有放置糖块整理盘1的台阶面。
糖块整理盘1通过支撑座设置在机架上,糖块整理盘包括转盘11、外罩12和挡板13;转盘11呈圆台结构且设置在外罩12内,转盘11上沿着周向设置有若干导向筋,转盘11的边缘处沿着周向设置有圆形落糖通孔,挡板13水平设置在糖块整理盘1上将糖块整理盘1划分为整理区和待包装区;外罩12的底端与转盘11的底端留有间隙,巧克力糖落入落糖孔内在转盘11的驱动下由整理区转移至待包装区。
输纸模块2的输出端位于糖块整理盘1的待包装区;输纸模块2包括压紧辊组21、切断辊组22、辊组座23和输送平台24;压紧辊组21包括第一压紧辊211和第二压紧辊212;第一压紧辊211与第二压紧辊212沿竖直方向上下设置;第一压紧辊211与第二压紧辊212的一端通过支座连接在机架5上,第一压紧辊211与第二压紧辊212的另一端连接在辊组座23上;第一压紧辊211上沿第一压紧辊211轴线方向依次设置有若干环形凸起,相邻的环形凸起之间形成容纳输送平台24穿过的间隙;第一压紧辊211的环形凸起与第二压紧辊212之间留有容纳糖纸穿过的间隙。
切断辊组22包括第一切断辊221和第二切断辊222;第一切断辊221与第二切断辊222沿竖直方向上下设置;第一切断辊221与第二切断辊222的一端通过轴承连接在机架5上,第一切断辊211与第二切断辊222的另一端连接在辊组座23上;第一切断辊221与第二 切断辊222沿轴线方向上分别设置有一容纳切刀25的切刀槽;切刀槽的旁侧垂直于切刀槽的方向在第一切断辊221与第二切断辊222上设置有切刀锁紧孔;切刀槽内设置有切刀25。
包装模块3包括顶糖杆31、送糖杆32、卡爪33、折纸单元34和导向板35;顶糖杆31呈弧形结构且顶糖杆31的一端与回转轴相连,并可有回转轴带动上下转动,顶糖杆31的另一端在回转轴的带动下穿过糖块整理盘1的待包装区的落糖通孔将落糖通孔内的巧克力糖顶起;送糖杆32呈L型结构,且送糖杆32的一端部设置有容纳巧克力糖的凹槽且与顶糖杆的端部配合,送糖杆2的另一端连接有转动轴,在转动轴的带动下与送糖杆31同步运动将巧克力糖输送至卡爪33上;卡爪33具有四组均匀安装在一环形安装座上,且该环形安装座与一设置在机架5上的转轴连接并由转轴驱动旋转;折纸单元34设置在机架5上且位于卡爪33的一侧,折纸单元34包括驱动主轴341、传动连杆342和抄纸刀343;驱动主轴431上设置有一对传动连杆342,且传动连杆342的输出端连接有一对抄纸刀343,抄纸刀343位于卡爪33的折叠工位处且在驱动主轴341的驱动下从两侧将位于卡爪33内带有包装纸的巧克力糖进行折叠;导向板35为弧形结构且设置在卡爪33的周向。
揉搓模块4设置在卡爪的输出工位处;揉搓模块4包括支撑侧板41、驱动电机42、主动齿轮43、从动齿轮44、柔性带45、导向槽46和揉搓单元47;支撑侧板41竖直设置,驱动电机42安装在支撑侧板41的背面,且驱动电机42的输出端穿过支撑侧板41延伸至支 撑侧板41的正面;主动齿轮43与从动齿轮44均通过回转轴承安装在支撑侧板41的正面上,且主动齿轮43与从动齿轮44分别位于支撑侧板41的正面两端上;主动齿轮43与驱动电机42的输出端相连通过驱动电机42驱动转动;柔性带45缠绕在主动齿轮43与从动齿轮44上,且柔性带45的背面设置有与主动齿轮43以及与从动齿轮44配合的齿条。
导向槽46与支撑侧板41平行且安装在支撑侧板41的正面上,导向槽46位于柔性带45的下方;导向槽46上开有呈半圆柱形结构的通槽且导向槽46上的通槽与柔性带支撑形成容纳球型巧克力糖通过的间隙。
揉搓单元47具有若干个并呈等高度等间距设置在支撑侧板的正面上,揉搓单元47位于主动齿轮43与从动齿轮44之间且还位于柔性45带内侧;揉搓单元47包括基座471、活动块472、弹簧473和揉搓板474;基座471垂直设置在支撑侧板41的正面上;活动块472的中间位置铰接在基座471上;活动块472的一端顶部与基座471之间连接有弹簧473;弹簧473驱动活动块绕着铰接点在竖直平面内摆动;揉搓板474水平固定连接在活动块472的底端上,揉搓板474的底端面与柔性带45的内侧贴合。
输纸模块2的输出端与糖块整理盘1的衔接处设置有夹纸机构。
卡爪33由两个对称设置的夹爪共同构成,在两个夹爪之间留有容顶糖杆31及送糖杆32通过的间隙,夹爪的尾端与与环形安装座相连,两个夹爪的前端共同构成一抱住巧克力糖的凹槽,且两个夹爪可 由驱动缸驱动进行开合。
本发明的工作原理是:巧克力球型糖果经过糖块整理盘进行整理后进入到落糖通孔内,并在转盘的驱动下转动到待包装区,包装纸经过输纸模块裁断后覆盖到巧克力糖上,然后在顶糖杆和送糖杆的配合下将巧克力糖和糖纸一起送至夹爪上,然后夹爪旋转到折叠工位处通过折纸单元进行折叠包装,完成折叠包装后再经过夹爪的旋转输送至输出工位处进入到揉搓模块中进行揉搓。
本行业的技术人员应该了解,本发明不受上述实施例的限制,上述实施例和说明书中描述的只是说明本发明的原理,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的前提下,本发明还会有各种变化和改进,这些变化和改进都落入要求保护的本发明范围内。本发明要求保护范围由所附的权利要求书及其等效物界定。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种滚动型巧克力糖贴体揉搓包装机,其特征在于:包括糖块整理盘、输纸模块、包装模块、揉搓模块和机架;所述机架上设置有放置糖块整理盘的台阶面;
    所述糖块整理盘通过支撑座设置在机架上,所述糖块整理盘包括转盘、外罩和挡板;所述转盘呈圆台结构且设置在外罩内,所述转盘上沿着周向设置有若干导向筋,所述转盘的边缘处沿着周向设置有圆形落糖通孔,所述挡板水平设置在糖块整理盘上将糖块整理盘划分为整理区和待包装区;所述外罩的底端与转盘的底端留有间隙,巧克力糖落入落糖孔内在转盘的驱动下由整理区转移至待包装区;
    所述输纸模块的输出端位于糖块整理盘的待包装区;所述输纸模块包括压紧辊组、切断辊组、辊组座和输送平台;所述压紧辊组包括第一压紧辊和第二压紧辊;所述第一压紧辊与第二压紧辊沿竖直方向上下设置;所述第一压紧辊与第二压紧辊的一端通过支座连接在机架上,第一压紧辊与第二压紧辊的另一端连接在辊组座上;所述第一压紧辊上沿第一压紧辊轴线方向依次设置有若干环形凸起,相邻的环形凸起之间形成容纳输送平台穿过的间隙;所述第一压紧辊的环形凸起与第二压紧辊之间留有容纳糖纸穿过的间隙;
    所述切断辊组包括第一切断辊和第二切断辊;所述第一切断辊与第二切断辊沿竖直方向上下设置;所述第一切断辊与第二切断辊的一端通过轴承连接在机架上,第一切断辊与第二切断辊的另一端连接在辊组座上;所述第一切断辊与第二切断辊沿轴线方向上分别设置有一 容纳切刀的切刀槽;所述切刀槽的旁侧垂直于切刀槽的方向在第一切断辊与第二切断辊上设置有切刀锁紧孔;所述切刀槽内设置有切刀;
    所述包装模块包括顶糖杆、送糖杆、卡爪、折纸单元和导向板;所述顶糖杆呈弧形结构且顶糖杆的一端与回转轴相连,并可有回转轴带动上下转动,顶糖杆的另一端在回转轴的带动下穿过糖块整理盘的待包装区的落糖通孔将落糖通孔内的巧克力糖顶起;所述送糖杆呈L型结构,且送糖杆的一端部设置有容纳巧克力糖的凹槽且与顶糖杆的端部配合,送糖杆的另一端连接有转动轴,在转动轴的带动下与送糖杆同步运动将巧克力糖输送至卡爪上;所述卡爪具有四组均匀安装在一环形安装座上,且该环形安装座与一设置在机架上的转轴连接并由转轴驱动旋转;所述折纸单元设置在机架上且位于卡爪的一侧,所述折纸单元包括驱动主轴、传动连杆和抄纸刀;所述驱动主轴上设置有一对传动连杆,且传动连杆的输出端连接有一对抄纸刀,所述抄纸刀位于卡爪的折叠工位处且在驱动主轴的驱动下从两侧将位于卡爪内带有包装纸的巧克力糖进行折叠;所述导向板为弧形结构且设置在卡爪的周向;
    所述揉搓模块设置在卡爪的输出工位处;所述揉搓模块包括支撑侧板、驱动电机、主动齿轮、从动齿轮、柔性带、导向槽和揉搓单元;所述支撑侧板竖直设置,所述驱动电机安装在支撑侧板的背面,且驱动电机的输出端穿过支撑侧板延伸至支撑侧板的正面;所述主动齿轮与从动齿轮均通过回转轴承安装在支撑侧板的正面上,且主动齿轮与从动齿轮分别位于支撑侧板的正面两端上;所述主动齿轮与驱动电机 的输出端相连通过驱动电机驱动转动;所述柔性带缠绕在主动齿轮与从动齿轮上,且柔性带的背面设置有与主动齿轮以及与从动齿轮配合的齿条;
    所述导向槽与支撑侧板平行且安装在支撑侧板的正面上,所述导向槽位于柔性带的下方;所述导向槽上开有呈半圆柱形结构的通槽且导向槽上的通槽与柔性带支撑形成容纳球型巧克力糖通过的间隙;
    所述揉搓单元具有若干个并呈等高度等间距设置在支撑侧板的正面上,所述揉搓单元位于主动齿轮与从动齿轮之间且还位于柔性带内侧;所述揉搓单元包括基座、活动块、弹簧和揉搓板;所述基座垂直设置在支撑侧板的正面上;所述活动块的中间位置铰接在基座上;所述活动块的一端顶部与基座之间连接有弹簧;所述弹簧驱动活动块绕着铰接点在竖直平面内摆动;所述揉搓板水平固定连接在活动块的底端上,所述揉搓板的底端面与柔性带的内侧贴合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种滚动型巧克力糖贴体揉搓包装机,其特征在于:所述输纸模块的输出端与糖块整理盘的衔接处设置有夹纸机构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种滚动型巧克力糖贴体揉搓包装机,其特征在于:所述卡爪由两个对称设置的夹爪共同构成,在两个夹爪之间留有容顶糖杆及送糖杆通过的间隙,夹爪的尾端与与环形安装座相连,两个夹爪的前端共同构成一抱住巧克力糖的凹槽,且两个夹爪可由驱动缸驱动进行开合。
