本发明的目的在于提供一种酒店用污水处理设备,以解决上述背景技术中提出污水处理设备在对酒店有厨房污水处理时,未将含大颗粒物的污水和普通污水分开处理,混合处理时大颗粒物不仅会影响处理效率,还可能对处理设备进行堵塞;对厨房污水内存在一定的大颗粒物和油脂,大的颗粒物多为食物碎屑,难以被微生物分解利用,而且在处理过程中容易造成处理设备堵塞,处理大颗粒时,需要人工进行清除,给使用者带来不便;动植物油会阻隔大气中的氧气进入到水体,在处理过程中油类还会包裹在微生物周围造成其缺氧死亡,影响处理效果,给处理带来困难,还可能会带来二次污染;现有的污水处理设备对污水处理时缺少多级滤网,污水中颗粒物可能会进入带到下一层,对净化装置进行堵塞,即使有安装滤网,现有设备上的滤网拆卸较为复杂,影响使用者对其进行更换,影响工作效率的问题。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:包括机柜,所述机柜的顶端固定安装有入料池,所述入料池的左端固定安装有挡板,所述入料池的前端活动安装有连接板,所述入料池的内部中间位置处活动安装有隔板,所述入料池的右下方固定安装有净化池,所述净化池的左端活动安装有第一滤网,所述净化池的右端底部固定安装有第一出水管,所述机柜的右端固定安装有水箱,所述机柜的前表面固定安装有散热格栅,所述散热格栅的左侧固定安装有控制台,所述入料池的正下方固定安装有放料板,所述放料板的中间位置处上方固定安装有扣盒,所述入料池的内部底端活动安装有第二滤网,所述净化池的内部中间位置处活动安装有净化板,所述水箱的内部中间位置处活动安装有亲油疏水膜,所述水箱的下方固定安装有水泵,所述水泵的右端固定安装有第二出水管,所述机柜内左端底部固定安装有马达,所述入料池上固定安装有第一卡槽,所述隔板的底端固定安装有卡头,所述卡头的上方固定安装有密封条,所述挡板上开设有弧形槽,所述第二滤网上固定安装有滑杆,所述连接板的底端活动安装有支撑杆,所述支撑杆的右端活动安装有齿轮,所述连接板靠近底端中间位置处活动安装有调节块,所述放料板的下方固定安装有外壳体,所述外壳体的内部活动安装有第一转子,所述第一转子的右上方活动安装有第二转子,所述第二转子右上方固定安装有进料口,所述外壳体内右端底部固定安装有电机,所述净化池上固定安装有第二卡槽,所述第一滤网的左端固定安装有竖杆,所述水泵马达和电机均与控制台通过电性连接。
作为本发明的进一步方案,所述隔板为长方体结构,所述隔板的宽度与入料池的宽度相同,所述隔板与入料池之间通过第一卡槽卡头和密封条相互配合卡合密封连接。
作为本发明的进一步方案,所述调节块的中间位置处设置有转轴,所述调节块与连接板之间通过转轴转动连接,所述扣盒为L型结构,所述调节块与扣盒之间通过卡合固定。
作为本发明的进一步方案,所述齿轮与支撑杆一体成型,所述齿轮与马达之间通过链条传动连接。
作为本发明的进一步方案,所述弧形槽共设置有两组,所述滑杆共设置有一组,所述滑杆贯穿于第一滤网的内部,所述滑杆的左右两端对应安装有一组弧形槽,所述挡板与第一滤网之间通过弧形槽和滑杆相互配合滑动连接。
作为本发明的进一步方案,所述第一转子和第二转子上均安装有锤头,所述锤头共设置有十组,所述其中五组锤头均匀分布在第一转子上,所述另外五组锤头均匀分布在第二转子上。
作为本发明的进一步方案,所述第一转子与电机之间过皮带和皮带轮相互配合传动连接,所述第一转子与第二转子之间过皮带和皮带轮相互配合传动连接。
作为本发明的进一步方案,所述竖杆共设置有两组,所述两组竖杆对称分布在第二滤网的左右两端,所述净化池与第二滤网之间通过第二卡槽和竖杆相互配合卡合连接。
作为本发明的进一步方案,所述第一出水管共设置有两组,所述两组第一出水管均匀分布在净化池的右端底部,所述两组第一出水管上均设置有阀门。
一种酒店用污水处理设备的使用方法,该使用方法具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一:当使用者需要对使用酒店用污水处理设备对污水进行净化处理时,首先需要将入料池进行隔开,分隔成两个独立的区域,将不同类的污水进行分别处理,对隔板进行安装,推动隔板底端的卡头与入料池上的第一卡槽进行卡合,卡合结束后,密封条对卡头与第一卡槽的连接处进行密封,然后对第一滤网进行安装,将竖杆通过第二卡槽从上向下滑动,两组竖杆与两组第二卡槽对应卡合后,最后对净化板和亲油疏水膜进行安装,净化板和亲油疏水膜分别通过净化池和水箱内的凹槽进行卡合固定,安装完成后,旋转调节块,调节块与扣盒进行卡合,防止连接板发生晃动,打开第一出水管上的阀门,保证第一出水管的正常畅通;
步骤二:各零部件安装完成后,向入料池放入污水,将含有大颗粒的污水排入有连接板的池中,污水经过第二滤网进行初步过滤,大颗粒物被阻拦在第二滤网上,污水通过第一滤网再次过滤后流入净化池内,在净化池内净化板对污水进行净化处理,处理完成后的污水通过第一出水管流入水箱,进入到水箱内的污水经过亲油疏水膜后,进行油水分层,将污水中油污进行隔绝,油污漂浮在上层,可打开阀门将油污进行单独排放,接通电源,按下控制平台上的启动开关,水泵正常运转,水泵通过内部管道将净化完成的水通过第二排水管排出;
步骤三:当第二滤网上堆积了一定量的杂物时,转动调节块,打开连接板,连接板通过转轴进行转动,马达开始运转,马达通过链条和齿轮的相互配合带动支撑杆和第二滤网进行转动,滑杆在弧形槽内进行滑动,将第二滤网上的杂物通过放料板排放到进料口,电机正常运转,电机通过皮带和皮带轮相互配合带动第一转子进行高速转动,第一转子通过皮带和皮带轮相互配合带动第二转子进行转动,第一转子和第二转子上的锤头对大颗粒杂物进行粉碎处理,粉碎完成后从出料口排出,方便杂物进行分解,净化结束后,按下控制平台上的关闭开关,断开电源,污水处理设备停止运转,对处理设备内部进行冲洗,以便下次使用。
有益效果
通过设置了隔板,对入料池进行隔开,分隔成两个独立的区域,将含大颗粒物的污水和普通污水分开处理,方便对含有大颗粒污水进行单独处理,不仅可以提高净化效率,还可以防止大颗粒杂物堵塞处理设备,给使用带来便利;
通过在水箱内设置了亲油疏水膜,亲油疏水膜可以将水箱内的污水进行油水分层,防止在处理过程中油类包裹在微生物周围造成其缺氧死亡,提高处理效果;
通过在入料池和净化池内设置了第一滤网和第二滤网,避免了污水中颗粒物进入带到下一层,对净化装置进行堵塞的情况发生,提高了净化率,同时通过设置了第二卡槽和竖杆,方便了第一滤网的拆卸和安装,提高了工作效率,避免了二次污染;
通过在放料板下方设置了粉碎机,马达通过链条和齿轮的相互配合带动支撑杆和第二滤网进行转动,高速转动的第一转子和第二转子对大颗粒杂物进行粉碎处理,无需人工对大颗粒物进行清除,粉碎完成后从出料口排出,方便杂物进行分解,给使用者带来便利。

一种酒店用污水处理设备的使用方法,该使用方法具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一:当使用者需要对使用酒店用污水处理设备对污水进行净化处理时,首先需要将入料池4进行隔开,分隔成两个独立的区域,将不同类的污水进行分别处理,对隔板3进行安装,推动隔板3底端的卡头21与入料池4上的第一卡槽20进行卡合,卡合结束后,密封条22对卡头21与第一卡槽20的连接处进行密封,然后对第一滤网5进行安装,将竖杆34通过第二卡槽33从上向下滑动,两组竖杆34与两组第二卡槽33对应卡合后,最后对净化板15和亲油疏水膜16进行安装,净化板15和亲油疏水膜16分别通过净化池6和水箱8内的凹槽进行卡合固定,安装完成后,旋转调节块27,调节块27与扣盒13进行卡合,防止连接板2发生晃动,打开第一出水管7上的阀门,保证第一出水管7的正常畅通;
步骤二:各零部件安装完成后,向入料池4放入污水,将含有大颗粒的污水排入有连接板2的池中,污水经过第二滤网14进行初步过滤,大颗粒物被阻拦在第二滤网14上,污水通过第一滤网5再次过滤后流入净化池6内,在净化池6内净化板15对污水进行净化处理,处理完成后的污水通过第一出水管7流入水箱8,进入到水箱8内的污水经过亲油疏水膜16后,进行油水分层,将污水中油污进行隔绝,油污漂浮在上层,可打开阀门将油污进行单独排放,接通电源,按下控制平台11上的启动开关,水泵18正常运转,水泵18通过内部管道将净化完成的水通过第二排水管17排出;
步骤三:当第二滤网14上堆积了一定量的杂物时,转动调节块27,打开连接板2,连接板2通过转轴进行转动,马达19开始运转,马达19通过链条和齿轮25的相互配合带动支撑杆26和第二滤网14进行转动,滑杆24在弧形槽23内进行滑动,将第二滤网14上的杂物通过放料板13排放到进料口31,电机32正常运转,电机32通过皮带和皮带轮相互配合带动第一转子29进行高速转动,第一转子29通过皮带和皮带轮相互配合带动第二转子30进行转动,第一转子29和第二转子30上的锤头对大颗粒杂物进行粉碎处理,粉碎完成后从出料口排出,方便杂物进行分解,净化结束后,按下控制平台11上的关闭开关,断开电源,污水处理设备停止运转,对处理设备内部进行冲洗,以便下次使用。
本发明通过设置了隔板3,对隔板3进行安装,推动隔板3底端的卡头21与入料池4上的第一卡槽20进行卡合,卡合结束后,密封条22对卡头21与第一卡槽20的连接处进行密封,对入料池4进行隔开,分隔成两个独立的区域,含大颗粒物的污水和普通污水分开处理,方便对含有大颗粒污水进行单独处理,不仅可以提高净化效率,还可以防止大颗粒杂物堵塞处理设备,给使用带来便利;通过在入料池4和净化池6内设置了第一滤网5和第二滤网14,污水经过第二滤网14进行初步过滤,大颗粒物被阻拦在第二滤网14上,污水通过第一滤网5再次过滤后流入净化池6内,避免了污水中颗粒物进入带到下一层,对净化装置进行堵塞的情况发生,提高了净化率,同时通过设置了第二卡槽33和竖杆34,方便了第一滤网5的拆卸和安装,提高了工作效率。通过在水箱8内设置了亲油疏水膜16,亲油疏水膜16通过水箱8内的凹槽进行卡合固定,亲油疏水膜16可以将水箱8内的污水进行油水分层,防止在处理过程中油类包裹在微生物周围造成其缺氧死亡,提高处理效果,避免了二次污染;通过在放料板13下方设置了粉碎机,旋转打开连接板2,马达19通过链条和齿轮25的相互配合带动支撑杆26和第二滤网14进行转动,将第二滤网14上的杂物排放到进料口31,电机32通过皮带和皮带轮相互配合带动第一转子29和第二转子30进行高速转动对大颗粒杂物进行粉碎处理,无需人工对大颗粒物进行清除,粉碎完成后从出料口排出,方便杂物进行分解,给使用者带来便利。

    步骤一:当使用者需要对使用酒店用污水处理设备对污水进行净化处理时,首先需要将入料池(4)进行隔开,分隔成两个独立的区域,将不同类的污水进行分别处理,对隔板(3)进行安装,推动隔板(3)底端的卡头(21)与入料池(4)上的第一卡槽(20)进行卡合,卡合结束后,密封条(22)对卡头(21)与第一卡槽(20)的连接处进行密封,然后对第一滤网(5)进行安装,将竖杆(34)通过第二卡槽(33)从上向下滑动,两组竖杆(34)与两组第二卡槽(33)对应卡合后,最后对净化板(15)和亲油疏水膜(16)进行安装,净化板(15)和亲油疏水膜(16)分别通过净化池(6)和水箱(8)内的凹槽进行卡合固定,安装完成后,旋转调节块(27),调节块(27)与扣盒(13)进行卡合,防止连接板(2)发生晃动,打开第一出水管(7)上的阀门,保证第一出水管(7)的正常畅通;

    步骤三:当第二滤网(14)上堆积了一定量的杂物时,转动调节块(27),打开连接板(2),连接板(2)通过转轴进行转动,马达(19)开始运转,马达(19)通过链条和齿轮(25)的相互配合带动支撑杆(26)和第二滤网(14)进行转动,滑杆(24)在弧形槽(23)内进行滑动,将第二滤网(14)上的杂物通过放料板(13)排放到进料口(31),电机(32)正常运转,电机(32)通过皮带和皮带轮相互配合带动第一转子(29)进行高速转动,第一转子(29)通过皮带和皮带轮相互配合带动第二转子(30)进行转动,第一转子(29)和第二转子(30)上的锤头对大颗粒杂物进行粉碎处理,粉碎完成后从出料口排出,方便杂物进行分解,净化结束后,按下控制平台(11)上的关闭开关,断开电源,污水处理设备停止运转,对处理设备内部进行冲洗,以便下次使用。
