在本申请的实施方式中,将配重组件100安装在云台1000的电机202上可以使得配重组件100产生的力臂较大,可以用质量较小的配重块20来进行重心的调节,节约了成本。
具体地,在本申请的实施方式中,配重组件100可以通过夹持结构10可拆卸地夹持在电机202的定子上。如此,在电机202转动时,配重组件100不会跟随对应的电机 202的转动而转动,从而能够减小电机202工作的阻力。
在本实施方式中,配重块20可拆卸地连接夹持结构10,可方便更换不同的配重块20,以满足对不同质量的拍摄装置2000的平衡调节,可以提升云台1000的兼容性,以使云台1000适用于各种尺寸、质量不同的拍摄装置2000。
请参阅图1和图2,在某些实施方式中,轴组件200包括俯仰轴组件203、翻滚轴组件204和偏航轴组件205。俯仰轴组件203包括俯仰轴轴臂2031和俯仰轴电机2032,翻滚轴组件204包括翻滚轴轴臂2041和翻滚轴电机2042,偏航轴组件205包括偏航轴轴臂2051和偏航轴电机2052。俯仰轴轴臂2031的一端连接俯仰轴电机2032的转子,另一端用于连接拍摄装置2000。翻滚轴轴臂2041的一端连接翻滚轴电机2042的转子,另一端连接俯仰轴电机2032的定子。偏航轴轴臂2051的一端连接偏航轴电机2052的转子,另一端连接翻滚轴电机2042的定子,偏航轴电机2052的定子用于连接外部元件。其中,配重组件100通过夹持结构10可拆卸地夹持在俯仰轴电机2032、翻滚轴电机2042和偏航轴电机2052的至少一个上。
如此,可以在俯仰轴电机2032、翻滚轴电机2042和偏航轴电机2052的至少一个上安装配重组件100,以使得配重组件100能够对云台1000的重心进行调节,从而能够对云台1000和拍摄装置2000进行平衡调节,以使云台1000能够对拍摄装置2000进行稳定的增稳和姿态调节,以获取更好的拍摄效果。
请参阅图1,在一个例子中,拍摄装置2000安装在云台1000上,拍摄装置2000为相机,由于相机的重量大,翻滚轴电机2042转动以使云台1000安装有拍摄装置2000的一侧下沉,因此需要借助配重组件100对云台1000和拍摄装置2000进行平衡调节。在图2中,将配重组件100夹持在俯仰轴电机2032上,以对翻滚轴电机2042进行平衡调节,使云台1000和拍摄装置2000处于平衡位置,从而使得云台1000上电启动后能够为拍摄装置2000提供稳定的增稳和姿态调节。可以发现,设置在翻滚轴轴臂2041上的配重组件100到翻滚轴电机2042的距离相对于设置在俯仰轴电机2032上的配重组件100到翻滚轴的距离小,因此相同重量的配重组件100,设置在俯仰轴电机2032上的配重组件100的力臂更大,能够提供更大的调节力以使对拍摄装置2000和云台1000进行平衡调节。也即是说,在需要相同大小的调节力的情况下,设置在俯仰轴电机2032处的配重组件100相对于设置在翻滚轴轴臂2041处的配重组件100可以有更小的重量。因此,将配重组件100设置在云台1000的电机202处有利于提升配重组件100调节平衡的效果,即有利于减少配重组件100的重量,以降低云台1000整体的重量,尤其是当云台1000为手持云台时,降低云台1000的重量能够提升用户体验。因此,在本申请实施方式中,优选将配重组件100安装在云台1000的电机202上。
此外,需要说明的是,在本申请实施方式的云台1000可为正交云台也可为非正交云台,具体在此不作限制。具体地,云台1000为正交云台时,俯仰轴轴臂2031、翻滚轴轴臂2041和偏航轴轴臂2051的转动轴线两两正交,云台1000为正交云台时,俯仰轴轴臂2031、翻滚轴轴臂2041和偏航轴轴臂2051的转动轴线两两非正交或者其中两个 轴臂的转动轴线正交而另外一个轴臂的转动轴线与其它轴臂的转动轴线非正交。
在上述实施方式中,云台1000为三轴云台,云台1000的三个轴组件的轴臂均可转动,从而带动拍摄装置2000在空间内任意运动,这样,在对云台1000进行调节平衡时,可根据实际情况将配重组件100至少安装在俯仰轴电机2032、翻滚轴电机2042和偏航轴电机2052。可以理解的是,在其它实施方式中,云台1000也可为双轴云台,例如,云台1000可具备俯仰轴组件203、翻滚轴组件204和偏航轴组件205的至少两个,或者说,在图中所示的云台中,只有两个轴组件可以进行运动,配重组件100可夹持至少一个轴组件的电机上以对重心进行调节,具体安装方式可根据实际情况确定,例如,在图示的实施方式中,可对偏航轴电机2052进行锁定,云台1000可通过俯仰轴电机2032和翻滚轴电机2042带动拍摄装置运动,这样,可将配重组件200安装在俯仰轴电机2032和/或翻滚轴电机2042上以调节重心。
当然,在一些实施方式中,云台1000也可为单轴云台,即云台1000只具备俯仰轴组件203、翻滚轴组件204和偏航轴组件205的一个,或者说,在图中所示的云台中,只有一个轴组件可以进行运动,例如,在图示的实施方式中,可对翻滚轴电机2042和偏航轴电机2052进行锁定,云台1000只能通过俯仰轴电机2032带动拍摄装置运动,这样,可将配重组件200安装在俯仰轴电机2032上以调节重心。
请参阅图1-3,在某些实施方式中,夹持结构10包括本体11和锁紧机构12。配重块20可拆卸地连接本体11,锁紧机构12设置在本体11的一侧且可活动地连接本体11。其中,锁紧机构12能够在朝向本体11所在一侧活动时与本体11配合以将夹持结构10锁定在电机202上,锁紧机构12还能够在朝背离本体11所在一侧活动时以使得夹持结构10从电机202上解锁。
如此,可以通过锁紧机构12的活动以将夹持结构10安装于电机202上,或者将夹持结构10从电机202上卸下,便于配重组件100的拆装。
具体地,在将配重组件100安装到电机202的过程中,可以先通过锁紧机构12将夹持结构10锁定在电机202上,再将配重块20安装到本体11上,在需要将配重组件100从电机202上拆卸下来时,只需要通过锁紧机构12将夹持结构10与电机202解锁即可,拆装较为简单,方便。
进一步地,请参阅图3和图4,在某些实施方式中,锁紧机构12包括顶紧块121和锁紧件122。顶紧块121位于本体11的一侧且能够相对本体11运动,锁紧件122位于顶紧块121的背离本体11的一侧。其中,锁紧件122能够朝向本体11所在的一侧活动以驱动顶紧块121运动以使顶紧块121顶紧电机202,从而使得顶紧块121与本体11配合以将夹持结构10锁定在电机202上。锁紧件122还能够朝背离本体11所在的一侧活动释放顶紧块121,从而使得顶紧块121能够与电机202分离以使夹持结构10从电机202上解锁。
如此,可以通过锁紧件122的移动,以控制顶紧块121的运动,从而实现顶紧块121与本体11配合将夹持结构10锁定在电机202上,或者实现夹持结构10从电机202上 解锁。
再进一步地,请参阅图4,在某些实施方式中,顶紧块121上形成有通孔1211,本体11形成有第一安装孔111。锁紧件122包括螺纹部1221和旋钮部1222,螺纹部1221穿设通孔1211且与第一安装孔111螺纹连接,旋钮部1222安装在螺纹部1221上且与螺纹部1221螺纹连接,旋钮部1222能够在螺纹部1221上运动。其中,在旋钮部1222朝向本体11所在的一侧运动时,旋钮部1222能够驱动顶紧块121运动以使顶紧块121顶紧电机202,在旋钮部1222朝向背离本体11所在的一侧运动时,旋钮部1222释放顶紧块121以使顶紧块121能够与电机202分离。
如此,可以通过旋转旋钮部1222以使旋钮部1222在螺纹部1221上朝本体11所在的一侧移动以进一步驱动顶紧块121朝本体11所在的一侧运动以顶紧电机202,从而实现顶紧块121顶紧电机202以和本体11配合将夹持结构10锁定在电机202上,同时也可以通过旋转旋钮部1222以使旋钮部1222在螺纹部1221上朝背离本体11所在的一侧移动以释放顶紧块121,从而使得顶紧块121能够与电机202分离以使夹持结构10从电机202上解锁。
具体地,在这样的实施方式中,螺纹部1221和第一安装孔111螺纹连接且相对本体11固定,旋钮部1222套设在螺纹部1221上且与螺纹部1221螺纹连接,在需要将夹持结构10锁定在电机202上时,可旋转旋钮部1222以使得旋钮部1222在螺纹部1221上沿第一安装孔111的轴向向本体11所在一侧移动时,在运动过程中,旋钮部1222逐渐靠近顶紧块121然后抵持顶紧块121,进而驱动顶紧块121向本体11所在的一侧移动以顶紧电机202,从而使得顶紧块121和本体11配合以将夹持结构10锁定在电机202上,在这样的状态下,顶紧块121与本体11固定。
在需要将夹持结构10与电机202解锁时,可反向转动旋钮部1222以使旋钮部1222在螺纹部1221朝背离本体11所在的一侧移动,从而使得旋钮部1222逐渐释放顶紧块121,在这样的状态下,顶紧块121可相对本体11移动,这样,只需往背离本体11所在的一侧推动顶紧块121即可使顶紧块121与电机202分离,从而解除夹持结构10与电机202的锁定。
此外,在一些实施方式中,旋钮部1222的外围可以形成有防滑区,用于增大在转动旋钮部1222时和旋钮部1222之间的摩擦力,可以方便用户更容易地转动旋钮部1222。
请继续参阅图4,在一些实施方式中,螺纹部1221可以为螺钉,旋钮部1222可以为套设在螺钉螺纹段上且与其螺纹连接,当然,在其它实施方式中,螺纹部1221也可为螺栓等具有螺纹段的元件,具体在此不作限制,只需要在转动旋钮部1222时旋钮部1222能够在螺纹布1221上移动即可。
在某些实施方式中,在旋钮部1222和顶紧块121之间还可以设置有平垫片和弹性垫圈,这样,在旋钮部1222锁紧顶紧块121时,弹性垫圈存在一定的弹性以抵持螺纹部1222和顶紧块121从而有效地防止旋钮部1222在受到外界振动时松脱。
可以理解,在其它实施方式中,螺纹部1221也可以和旋钮部1222固定设置,即当 旋钮部1222旋转时,螺纹部1221跟随旋钮部1222转动以使螺纹部1221和旋钮部1222整体沿第一安装孔111的轴线方向移动。因此,当螺纹部1221和旋钮部1222转动以朝向本体11所在的一侧移动时,旋钮部1222逐渐靠近顶紧块121,然后抵持顶紧块121以一起带动顶紧块121向本体11所在的一侧运动,以使顶紧块121顶紧电机202,从而将夹持结构10锁定在电机202上。当螺纹部1221和旋钮部1222转动以向背离本体11所在的一侧移动时,旋钮部1222释放顶紧块121,以使顶紧块121能够在外力的作用下向背离本体11所在的一侧运动,从而与电机202分离以解除夹持结构10与电机202的锁定。
此外,在上述实施方式中,在锁定的过程中,旋钮部1222先运动,再抵持顶紧块121后带动顶紧块121运动,进而使得顶紧块121顶紧电机202以实现锁定,在解锁过程中,旋钮部1222释放顶紧块121,用户可推动顶紧块121以使其与电机202分离,从而实现解锁。可以理解,在其它实施方式中,也可以是在旋钮部1222和螺纹部1221运动的同时,顶紧块121也跟随运动从而顶紧电机202以实现锁定或者与电机202分离以实现解锁,例如,在这样的实施方式中,在螺纹部1221上可形成有限位部(图未示出),螺纹部1221的一端穿过顶紧块121后与旋钮部1222固定连接,顶紧块121安装在限位部和旋钮部1222之间,旋钮部1222和限位部夹持顶紧块121,顶紧块121不能相对旋钮部1222和限位部运动,旋钮部1222可带动螺纹部1221相对顶紧块121转动,这样,在螺纹部1221在安装孔11内转动时,顶紧块121、螺纹部1221和旋钮部1222作为一个整体同时运动从而使得顶紧块121抵紧电机202或者释放顶紧块121以使顶紧块121与电机202分离。
另外,在上述实施方式中,锁紧机构12是通过螺纹部1221和旋钮部1222带动顶紧块121运动从而实现对夹持结构10的锁定。可以理解的是,在其它实施方式中,锁紧机构12也可以采用其它的方式进行锁定和解锁,例如,在一个可能的实施方式中,锁紧机构12可以包括顶紧块121和弹性装置(图未示出),弹性装置分别连接本,11和顶紧块121,弹性装置用于给顶紧块121施加作用力以使顶紧块121保持向本体11一侧运动的趋势。这样,顶紧块121在弹性装置的作用下和本体11配合以将夹持结构10锁定在电机202上。在需要将夹持结构10从电机202上解锁时,可以将顶紧块121往背离本体11的方向拉动以使顶紧块121和电机202分离,从而将夹持结构10与电机202上解锁。可以理解的是,锁紧机构12的具体结构不限于上述实施方式,只需要能够实现对夹持结构10和电机202的锁定和解锁即可。
请参阅图4和图5,在某些实施方式中,所述本体11包括安装部112和第一夹持部113。所述配重块20可拆卸地安装在所述安装部112上,所述顶紧块121和所述第一夹持部113连接在所述安装部112的相背两侧,所述第一夹持部113相对所述安装部112朝向所述顶紧块121所在的一侧弯折。所述顶紧块121包括第二夹持部1212。所述第一夹持部113和所述第二夹持部1212相对设置。在所述夹持结构10锁定在所述电机202上时,所述第一夹持部113和所述第二夹持部1212夹紧所述电机202。
如此,可以通过锁紧夹持结构10,以使第一夹持部113可以和第二夹持部1212夹紧电机202,以将配重组件100安装在电机202上。
在某些实施方式中,第一夹持部113和第二夹持部1212的内表面均呈圆弧状,电机202的边缘表面呈圆形,在第一夹持部113和第二夹持部1212夹紧电机202时,第一夹持部113和第二夹持部1212的内表面与电机202的边缘表面配合。
如此,第一夹持部113和第二夹持部1212圆弧状的内表面能够和电机202的边缘配合,增大第一夹持部113、第二夹持部1212电机202的边缘的接触面积,使配重组件100能够可靠地安装在电机202上。并且能够将第一夹持部113和第二夹持部1212的夹持力均匀的分布在接触的面积上,不会导致局部夹持力过大而损坏电机202的外壳。
请参阅图5,在某些实施方式中,配重组件100还包括柔性垫30,柔性垫30设置在第一夹持部113和第二夹持部1212的内表面上,在夹持结构10锁定在电机202上时,第一夹持部113和第二夹持部1212通过柔性垫30夹紧电机202。
如此,在第一夹持部113和第二夹持部1212夹紧电机202的情况下,柔性垫30能够对电机202的外壳和第一夹持部113、第二夹持部1212起到保护作用,能够避免因夹持力过大而造成的外表漆面或者结构上的损坏。
具体地,柔性垫30可以包括但不限于橡胶垫、棉垫等可以对电机202外壳起到保护作用的垫子。
请参阅图5,在某些实施方式中,本体11形成有第二安装孔114,配重块20朝向本体11的一侧形成有安装柱21,安装柱21与第二安装孔114螺纹连接。
如此,可以通过螺纹连接的方式将配重块20安装到本体11上,方便配重块20的安装和拆卸。螺纹连接的方式还可以方便调节安装柱21配合到第二安装孔114的进给量,从而可以对配重块20的位置进行微调,以对云台1000和拍摄装置2000的平衡进行微调。
具体地,配重块20的外围可以形成有防滑部,防滑部用于增大在转动配重块20时和配重块20之间的摩擦力,可以方便用户更徒手对配重块20进行拆装。
在某些实施方式中,在配重块20从本体11上拆卸下来时,第二安装孔114能够与外部元件配合以使得配重组件100和外部元件共同调节云台1000的重心。
如此,还可以在夹持结构10上安装除配重块20之外的外部元件,以增加配重组件100的功能性。
具体地,外部元件可以是其它重量的配重块20,也可以是其它辅助设备,如闪光灯、麦克风等,闪光灯可以为拍摄装置2000提供灯光,麦克风可以在拍摄视频时收集声音。如此,在为云台1000和拍摄装置2000提供更多的功能组件的同时,还能协助云台1000和拍摄装置2000的进行平衡调节。
请参阅图5,在某些实施方式中,配重块20背离本体11的一侧形成有第三安装孔22,第三安装孔22用于与外部元件配合以使得配重组件100和外部元件共同调节云台1000的重心。
如此,在一个配重块20的重量不足以使云台1000和拍摄装置2000调节到平衡位置时,可以在第三安装孔22上安装其它外部元件,以使外部元件和配重组件100共同调节云台1000的重心,以使云台1000和拍摄装置2000达到平衡位置。
具体地,安装在第三安装孔22上的外部元件可以为配重块20,或者为其它具有一定功能作用的外部元件,如闪光灯、麦克风等,在协助云台1000和拍摄装置2000平衡调节的同时,还可以为拍摄装置2000提供更多的辅助功能。
请参阅图1和图2,在某些实施方式中,云台1000包括手持云台。手持云台包括手持部,轴组件200安装在手持部上。
如此,用户可以通过手持部拿取手持云台,方便用户随时切换拍摄角度。
具体地,手持部还可以包括按键和显示屏,用户可以通过按键调节云台1000和拍摄装置2000的工作状态,还可以从显示屏上查看云台1000和拍摄装置2000的状态。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种配重组件,用于云台,其特征在于,所述配重组件包括:
    夹持结构;以及
    配重块,所述配重块可拆卸地连接所述夹持结构;
    其中,所述配重组件被配置为通过所述夹持结构可拆卸地夹持在所述云台的电机上来调节所述云台的重心。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的配重组件,其特征在于,所述配重组件通过所述夹持结构可拆卸地夹持在所述云台的俯仰轴电机、翻滚轴电机和偏航轴电机的至少一个上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的配重组件,其特征在于,所述夹持结构包括本体和锁紧机构,所述配重块可拆卸地连接所述本体,所述锁紧机构设置在所述本体的一侧且可活动地连接所述本体;
    其中,所述锁紧机构能够在朝向所述本体所在一侧活动时与所述本体配合以将所述夹持结构锁定在所述电机上,所述锁紧机构还能够在朝背离所述本体所在一侧活动时以使得所述夹持结构从所述电机上解锁。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的配重组件,其特征在于,所述锁紧机构包括顶紧块和锁紧件,所述顶紧块位于所述本体的一侧且能够相对所述本体运动,所述锁紧件位于所述顶紧块的背离所述本体的一侧;
    其中,所述锁紧件能够朝向所述本体所在的一侧活动以驱动所述顶紧块运动以使所述顶紧块顶紧所述电机,从而使得所述顶紧块与所述本体配合以将所述夹持结构锁定在所述电机上;
    所述锁紧件还能够朝背离所述本体所在的一侧活动释放所述顶紧块,从而使得所述顶紧块能够与所述电机分离以使所述夹持结构从所述电机上解锁。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的配重组件,其特征在于,所述顶紧块上形成有通孔,所述本体形成有第一安装孔;
    所述锁紧件包括螺纹部和旋钮部,所述螺纹部穿设所述通孔且与所述第一安装孔螺纹连接,所述旋钮部安装在所述螺纹部上且与所述螺纹部螺纹连接,所述旋钮部能够在所述螺纹部上运动;
    其中,在所述旋钮部朝向所述本体所在的一侧运动时,所述旋钮部能够驱动所述顶紧块运动以使所述顶紧块顶紧所述电机,在所述旋钮部朝向背离所述本体所在的一侧运动时,所述旋钮部释放所述顶紧块以使所述顶紧块能够与所述电机分离。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的配重组件,其特征在于,所述本体包括安装部和第一夹持部,所述配重块可拆卸地安装在所述安装部上,所述顶紧块和所述第一夹持部连接在所述安装部的相背两侧,所述第一夹持部相对所述安装部朝向所述顶紧块所在的一侧弯折;
    所述顶紧块包括第二夹持部,所述第一夹持部和所述第二夹持部相对设置,在所述夹持结构锁定在所述电机上时,所述第一夹持部和所述第二夹持部夹紧所述电机。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的配重组件,其特征在于,所述第一夹持部和第二夹持部的内表面均呈圆弧状,所述电机的边缘表面呈圆形,在所述第一夹持部和所述第二夹持部夹紧所述电机时,所述第一夹持部和所述第二夹持部的内表面与所述电机的边缘表面配合。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的配重组件,其特征在于,所述配重组件还包括柔性垫,所述柔性垫设置在所述第一夹持部和所述第二夹持部的内表面上,在所述夹持结构锁定在所述电机上时,所述第一夹持部和所述第二夹持部通过所述柔性垫夹紧所述电机。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的配重组件,其特征在于,所述本体形成有第二安装孔,所述配重块朝向所述本体的一侧形成有安装柱,所述安装柱与所述第二安装孔螺纹连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的配重组件,其特征在于,在所述配重块从所述本体上拆卸下来时,所述第二安装孔能够与外部元件配合以使得所述配重组件和所述外部元件共同调节所述云台的重心。
  11. 根据权利要求3所述的配重组件,其特征在于,所述配重块背离所述本体的一侧形成有第三安装孔,所述第三安装孔用于与外部元件配合以使得所述配重组件和所述外部元件共同调节所述云台的重心。
  12. 一种云台,其特征在于,包括:
    轴组件,所述轴组件包括轴臂和电机,所述轴臂用于安装拍摄装置,所述电机连接所述轴臂并用于驱动所述轴臂转动以带动所述拍摄装置运动;和
    权利要求1-11任一项所述的配重组件,所述配重组件通过所述夹持结构可拆卸地夹持在所述电机上来调节所述云台的重心。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的云台,其特征在于,所述轴组件包括俯仰轴组件、翻滚轴组件和偏航轴组件,所述俯仰轴组件包括俯仰轴轴臂和俯仰轴电机,所述翻滚轴组件 包括翻滚轴轴臂和翻滚轴电机,所述偏航轴组件包括偏航轴轴臂和偏航轴电机;
    所述俯仰轴轴臂的一端连接所述俯仰轴电机的转子,另一端用于连接所述拍摄装置;
    所述翻滚轴轴臂的一端连接所述翻滚轴电机的转子,另一端连接所述俯仰轴电机的定子;
    所述偏航轴轴臂的一端连接所述所述偏航轴电机的转子,另一端连接所述翻滚轴电机的定子,所述偏航轴电机的定子用于连接外部元件;
    其中,所述配重组件通过所述夹持结构可拆卸地夹持在俯仰轴电机、翻滚轴电机和偏航轴电机的至少一个上。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的云台,其特征在于,所述云台包括手持云台,所述手持云台包括手持部,所述轴组件安装在所述手持部上。
