Abstract

本发明提供一种手持云台及拍摄组件。一种手持云台,包括:转轴机构、夹持机构与锁定机构。所述转轴机构包括电机。所述夹持机构用于夹持拍摄装置。所述夹持机构与转轴机构连接,并且所述电机能够带动所述夹持机构转动。所述锁定机构设置于所述转轴机构与夹持机构中的一个。所述转轴机构与夹持机构中的另外一个设有限位部。其中,所述锁定机构与所述限位部相配合时,能够锁定所述夹持机构,以阻止所述夹持机构的自由转动。所述锁定机构与所述限位部分离时,能够解锁所述夹持机构,所述夹持机构能够自由转动。所述锁定机构与所述限位部相配合时,所述夹持机构不可转动,方便组装拍摄装置,增加了安装的便利性。

Description

手持云台及拍摄组件 技术领域
本发明涉及云台技术领域,尤其涉及一种手持云台及拍摄组件。
背景技术
云台是用于安装拍摄装置的支撑工作台。拍摄装置安装于云台上,通过对云台姿态的调整,调整拍摄装置的镜头姿态以进行拍摄。相关的云台包括多个臂部,多个臂部之间可以相互转动,以调节拍摄装置的镜头的角度。末端的臂部通过夹持机构夹持固持件来固持拍摄装置,固持件安装时由于末端臂部上的夹持机构容易随末端臂部的电机转动,导致安装不便。
发明内容
本发明提供一种手持云台及拍摄组件,所述手持云台的锁定机构与所述限位部相配合时,能够锁定所述夹持机构,以阻止所述夹持机构的自由转动,以方便安装固持件及拍摄装置。
本发明提供一种手持云台,包括:转轴机构、夹持机构与锁定机构,所述转轴机构包括电机,所述夹持机构用于夹持拍摄装置,所述夹持机构与转轴机构连接,并且所述电机能够带动所述夹持机构转动,所述锁定机构设置于所述转轴机构与夹持机构中的一个,所述转轴机构与夹持机构中的另外一个设有限位部,其中,所述锁定机构与所述限位部相配合时,能够锁定所述夹持机构,以阻止所述夹持机构的自由转动,所述锁定机构与所述限位部分离时,能够解锁所述夹持机构,所述夹持机构能够自由转动。
本发明的另一个方面提供一种拍摄组件,包括拍摄装置以及上述的手持云台,所述拍摄装置夹持固定于所述夹持机构。
本发明手持云台通过锁定机构使得所述夹持机构可在锁定状态与解锁状态之间切换,锁定状态时,所述夹持机构不可转动,方便组装固持件及拍摄装置,增加了安装的便利性。

本发明手持云台通过锁定机构使得所述夹持机构可在锁定状态与解锁状态之间切换,锁定状态时,所述夹持机构不可转动,方便组装拍摄装置,增加了安装的便利性。下面结合附图,对本发明的手持云台及拍摄组 件进行详细说明。在不冲突的情况下,下述的实施方式及实施方式中的特征可以相互组合。
本发明提供一种手持云台,包括:转轴机构、夹持机构与锁定机构,所述转轴机构包括电机,所述夹持机构用于夹持拍摄装置,所述夹持机构与转轴机构连接,并且所述电机能够带动所述夹持机构转动,所述锁定机构设置于所述转轴机构与夹持机构中的一个,所述转轴机构与夹持机构中的另外一个设有限位部,其中,所述锁定机构与所述限位部相配合时,能够锁定所述夹持机构,以阻止所述夹持机构的自由转动,所述锁定机构与所述限位部分离时,能够解锁所述夹持机构,所述夹持机构能够自由转动。
本发明的另一个方面提供一种拍摄组件,包括拍摄装置以及上述的手持云台,所述拍摄装置固定于所述夹持机构。
参见图1所示,在第一实施方式中,本发明拍摄组件包括手持云台以及组装于手持云台的拍摄装置。手持云台包括云台手柄9、组装于云台手柄9的转轴机构1以及组装于转轴机构1的夹持机构2。所述手持云台还包括固持件8,所述固持件8用于固持拍摄装置。所述夹持机构2可在锁定状态与解锁状态之间切换。所述夹持机构2处于锁定状态时,不可转动,方便组装固持件8及拍摄装置。所述夹持机构2处于解锁状态时,所述夹持机构2可自由转动,以调节拍摄装置的拍摄角度。所述转轴机构1包括云台轴臂105。所述云台轴臂105直接或者间接连接于所述云台手柄9,以把所述转轴机构1直接或者间接连接于所述云台手柄9。
参见图2至图4所示,在第二实施方式中,所述手持云台包括组装在一起的夹持机构2与转轴机构1以及组装于夹持机构2的锁定机构3。所述锁定机构3包括锁定件31与拨动件32。夹持机构2可在锁定状态与解锁状态之间切换,锁定状态时,所述夹持机构2不可转动。解锁状态时,所述夹持机构2可自由转动。第二实施方式与第一实施方式的区别在于:所述固持件8可拆卸地组装于所述夹持机构2,第二实施方式的手持云台 的云台手柄以及转轴机构1与云台手柄的连接关系可参照第一实施方式。
所述手持云台使用时,可先把固持件8组装于夹持机构2,再把拍摄装置组装于固持件,也可把拍摄装置与固持件8组装在一后,再把固持件组装于夹持机构。锁定状态时,所述夹持机构2不可转动,方便组装于拆卸固持件8或者拍摄装置。锁定件31用于阻止夹持机构2的转动。通过操作所述拨动件32使得锁定件31在锁定状态与解锁状态之间切换。
参见图4所示,所述固持件8包括主体部80、自主体部80延伸的第二延伸部81与夹持部(未图示)以及自第二延伸部81延伸的第二扣持部82。所述第二扣持部82可设置为一个或多个,本发明并不对第二扣持部82的数量进行限制,可根据实际需要进行设置。当所述第二扣持部82设置为多个时,多个第二扣持部82沿所述第二延伸部81的周向方向均匀分布。夹持部与第二延伸部81位于主体部80的前后两侧。所述夹持部用于夹持固定拍摄装置。所述第二扣持部82用于和夹持机构2扣持,以把固持件8限位于夹持机构2。
参见图2至图3所示,所述转轴机构1包括第一壳体10以及组装于第一壳体10的电机11与固定件12。所述电机11能够带动所述夹持机构2转动。所述电机11包括定子110与转子111。所述夹持机构2包括第二壳体20以及组装于第二壳体20的轴承22、弹性件23与盖板24。所述锁定件31以及所述拨动件32组装于所述第二壳体20。
参见图5至图6所示,所述第一壳体10包括底壁101以及自底壁101延伸的侧壁102与定位柱103。所述底壁101与侧壁102围成收纳空间104。所述定位柱103位于所收纳空间104内。所述定子110以及转子111位于所述收纳空间104内。所述侧壁102设有轨道槽1020、多个限位部1022以及用于隔断轨道槽1020的第一抵挡部1021。所述轨道槽1020位于所述限位部1022的上方。在图示实施方式中,所述限位部1022包括凹槽,多个凹槽沿所述侧壁102的周向方向间隔设置。
参见图7至图8所示,所述第二壳体20包括基部201、自基部201向上延伸的第一延伸部202与侧墙203、自基部201向下延伸的转子轴204与第二抵挡部205以及设置于第一延伸部202的第一扣持部206。所述基部201设有连通的第一凹陷槽2010与第二凹陷槽2011、位于第一凹陷槽2010内的一对导引柱2012以及贯穿所述第二抵挡部205的贯穿孔2013。所述贯穿孔2013位于一对导引柱2012之间。所述侧墙203设有穿孔2030。所述第一扣持部206可设置为一个或多个,本发明并不对第一扣持部206的数量进行限制,可根据实际需要进行设置。当所述第一扣持部206设置为多个时,多个第一扣持部206沿所述第一延伸部202的周向方向均匀分布。所述导引柱2012也可设置为一个。
所述第一扣持部206用于和所述固持件8的第二扣持部82扣持,以把固持件8可拆卸地限位于第二壳体20。当所述第一扣持部206以及第二扣持部82设置为多个时,所述固持件8与所述夹持机构2组装时,所述第二延伸部81套设于所述第一延伸部202,所述第二扣持部82组装入两个第一扣持部206之间的间隙后,所述固持件8转动后,使得所述第二扣持部82移动至所述第一扣持部206的下方以与所述第一扣持部206扣持,即可把所述固持件8限位于所述夹持机构2的第二壳体20。当需要取下所述固持件8时,转动所述固持件8,当所述第二扣持部82移动至与两个第一扣持部206之间的间隙对齐时,拉动固持件8,使得第二扣持部82沿所述间隙离开所述第二壳体20即可。如此设计,可增加所述固持件8与所述夹持机构2固持的稳定性,且方便拆卸与组装。
参见图9至图10所示,所述锁定件31包括压接部310、自压接部310延伸的锁定部311、设置于所述压接部310的第一抵持部3101、倾斜部3102与第二凹陷3103以及设置于所述第一抵持部3101的第一凹陷31010。所述第一凹陷31010与第二凹陷3103分别位于所述倾斜部3102的两侧。所述压接部310设有容纳槽3104与贯穿的一对通孔3105。容纳 槽3104位于一对通孔3105之间。
参见图11所示,所述拨动件32包括阻挡部320、自阻挡部320延伸的操作部321与第二抵持部322。所述第二抵持部322设有凸出部3220。所述操作部321与所述第二抵持部322位于所述阻挡部320的两侧。参见图3所示,所述拨动件32组装于第二壳体20时,所述拨动件32部分收容于所述第二壳体20的第二凹陷槽2011,所述操作部321穿过所述第二壳体20的穿孔2030并从所述穿孔2030露出,以方便操作所述操作部321。所述拨动件32的阻挡部320与所述第二壳体20的侧墙203抵持,以防止拨动件32脱离所述第二壳体20。
参见图12所示,所述轴承22位于所述第二壳体20的转子轴204围成的空间内并与所述转子轴204固定在一起,所述转子111套设于所述转子轴204的外围并与所述转子轴204固定在一起,所述转子111位于所述第一壳体10的收纳空间104内,所述轴承22套设于所述第一壳体10的定位柱103,使得所述转子111转动时可带动所述转子轴204转动,进一步带动所述夹持机构2转动。所述固定件12固定于所述定位柱103的顶端并位于所述第二壳体20的基部201的上方,以把第一壳体10限位于所述第二壳体20。
参见图13至图14所示,所述锁定件31用于和所述限位部1022配合,所述拨动件32可被操作以带动所述锁定件31移动,以使所述锁定件31处于与所述限位部1022相配合的状态或者与所述限位部1022相分离的状态。所述锁定机构3与所述限位部1022相配合时,能够锁定所述夹持机构2,以阻止所述夹持机构2的自由转动;所述锁定机构3与所述限位部1022分离时,能够解锁所述夹持机构2,所述夹持机构2能够自由转动。在其他实施方式中,所述限位部1022还可设置于所述夹持机构2,对应地,所述锁定机构3设置于所述转轴机构1。
所述锁定件31部分收容于所述第二壳体20的第一凹陷槽2010,所 述锁定件31的压接部310与所述第二壳体20抵持,以防止锁定件31脱离所述第二壳体20。所述第二壳体20的一对导引柱2012分别组装入所述锁定件31的一对通孔3105内,以引导锁定件31的上下移动。所述锁定件31的锁定部311从所述第二壳体20的贯穿孔2013内穿出。所述弹性件23的一端与所述盖板24抵持,另一端与所述锁定件31抵持。所述弹性件23部分收容于所述锁定件31的容纳槽3104,以确保弹性件23不会脱离所述锁定件31。所述锁定件31的锁定部311与所述第一壳体10的限位部1022配合,使得所述夹持机构2止转,以把所述夹持机构2限位于锁定状态。所述限位部1022包括凹槽,所述锁定部311向下移动进入所述凹槽,以锁定所述夹持机构2,所述锁定部311向上移动脱离所述凹槽,以解锁所述夹持机构2。所述第二抵持部322脱离所述第一抵持部3101后,若所述锁定部311位于相邻的两个凹槽之间,所述夹持机构2的转动能够带动所述锁定部311移动至凹槽的上方并向下落入所述凹槽。
参见图15与图16所示,解锁时,推动所述拨动件32的操作部321,所述拨动件32的第二抵持部322沿所述锁定件31的倾斜部3102移动至所述锁定件31的第一抵持部3101的下方,以支撑所述第一抵持部3101,以使得所述锁定部311处于脱离所述限位部1022的第一位置;在此过程中,所述锁定件31向上移动以脱离与所述限位部1022的配合且压缩所述弹性件23,所述夹持机构2可自由转动。所述夹持机构2处于解锁状态时,所述拨动件32的凸出部3220收容于所述第一抵持部3101的第一凹陷31010内,防止拨动件32受不当外力时移动,导致所述夹持机构2向锁定状态转换。
当需要使得夹持机构2处于锁定状态时,推动所述拨动件32的操作部321,所述拨动件32的凸出部3220从所述第一抵持部3101的第一凹陷31010内移出,所述拨动件32的第二抵持部322沿所述锁定件32的倾斜部3102移动,所述第二抵持部322脱离所述锁定件32的第一抵持部3101, 所述锁定件32受重力以及弹性件23的抵顶力的作用向下移动,使得所述锁定部311从所述第一位置运动至与所述限位部1022配合的第二位置,使得所述夹持机构2止转。所述夹持机构2处于锁定状态时,所述拨动件32的凸出部3230收容于所述锁定件32的第二凹陷3103内,防止拨动件32受不当外力时移动,导致所述夹持机构2向解锁状态转换。
所述凸出部3220也可设置于所述锁定件31,相应地,所述第一凹陷31010与第二凹陷3103设置于所述拨动件32。所述夹持机构2转动的过程中,所述第二壳体20的第二抵挡部205沿所述第一壳体10的轨道槽1020移动,当所述第二抵挡部205与所述第一壳体10的第一抵挡部1021抵持时,所述夹持机构2停止继续转动,所述夹持机构2可朝向相反的方向继续转动,以防止夹持机构2过度转动。
本发明手持云台通过锁定机构3使得所述夹持机构2可在锁定状态与解锁状态之间切换,锁定状态时,所述夹持机构2不可转动,方便组装固持件8或者拍摄装置,增加了安装的便利性;由于所述夹持机构2不可转动,组装固持件8或者拍摄装置时,可握持所述转轴机构1,相对于仅握持所述夹持机构2,增大了握持的面积,方便握持,增加了组装的便利性;同时,也可握持所述云台轴臂105,由于所述云台轴臂105比较长,更加方便握持,进一步地增加了安装的便利性。

Claims (25)

  1. 一种手持云台,其特征在于,包括:
    转轴机构,包括电机;
    夹持机构,用于夹持拍摄装置,所述夹持机构与转轴机构连接,并且所述电机能够带动所述夹持机构转动;
    锁定机构,设置于所述转轴机构与夹持机构中的一个,所述转轴机构与夹持机构中的另外一个设有限位部;
    其中,所述锁定机构与所述限位部相配合时,能够锁定所述夹持机构,以阻止所述夹持机构的自由转动;所述锁定机构与所述限位部分离时,能够解锁所述夹持机构,所述夹持机构能够自由转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手持云台,其特征在于,所述锁定机构包括锁定件与拨动件,所述锁定件用于和所述限位部配合,所述拨动件可被操作以带动所述锁定件移动,以使所述锁定件处于与所述限位部相配合的状态或者与所述限位部相分离的状态。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的手持云台,其特征在于,所述锁定件包括第一抵持部,所述拨动件包括第二抵持部,所述第二抵持部与所述第一抵持部抵持,以使得所述锁定件处于与所述限位部相分离的状态,所述第二抵持部脱离所述第一抵持部,以使得所述锁定件能够处于与所述限位部配合的状态。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的手持云台,其特征在于,所述锁定件包括倾斜部,所述拨动件相对所述锁定件滑动,以使得所述第二抵持部沿所述倾斜部移动以与所述第一抵持部相抵持或者脱离所述第一抵持部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的手持云台,其特征在于,所述第一抵持部与所述第二抵持部其中之一包括凸出部,另一个包括第一凹陷,所述夹持机构处于解锁状态时,所述凸出部位于所述第一凹陷内。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的手持云台,其特征在于,所述第一抵持部与 所述第二抵持部其中之一包括凸出部,另一个包括第一凹陷与第二凹陷,所述夹持机构解锁时,所述凸出部位于所述第一凹陷内,所述夹持机构锁定时,所述凸出部位于所述第二凹陷内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的手持云台,其特征在于,所述第一凹陷与第二凹陷分别位于所述倾斜部的两侧。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的手持云台,其特征在于,所述限位部包括凹槽,所述锁定件向下移动进入所述凹槽,以锁定所述夹持机构,所述锁定件向上移动脱离所述凹槽,以解锁所述夹持机构。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的手持云台,其特征在于,所述转轴机构设有多个凹槽,多个凹槽沿所述转轴机构的周向方向间隔设置。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的手持云台,其特征在于,所述第二抵持部脱离所述第一抵持部后,若所述锁定件位于相邻的两个凹槽之间,所述夹持机构的转动能够带动所述锁定件移动至凹槽的上方并向下落入所述凹槽。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的手持云台,其特征在于,所述夹持机构包括与所述锁定件抵持的弹性件,所述第二抵持部与所述第一抵持部抵持时,所述锁定件挤压所述弹性件,所述第二抵持部脱离所述第一抵持部时,所述弹性件抵顶所述锁定件,使得所述锁定件与所述限位部保持于配合状态。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的手持云台,其特征在于,所述转轴机构包括位于所述凹槽上方的轨道槽以及位于轨道槽内的第一抵挡部,所述夹持机构包括第二抵挡部,所述第二抵挡部部分收容于所述轨道槽内,所述夹持机构转动时,所述第二抵挡部沿所述轨道槽滑动,当所述第二抵挡部与所述第一抵挡部抵持时,所述夹持机构停止转动。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的手持云台,其特征在于,所述第二抵挡部设有贯穿孔,所述锁定件包括用于和所述限位部配合的锁定部,所述锁定部穿入所述贯穿孔并从所述贯穿孔露出。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的手持云台,其特征在于,所述夹持机构 设有位于所述贯穿孔一侧的导引柱,所述锁定件设有通孔,所述导引柱收容于所述通孔。
  15. 根据权利要求1至14中任一项所述的手持云台,其特征在于,所述转轴机构包括第一壳体,所述第一壳体围成收纳空间,所述电机包括容纳于所述收纳空间内的转子,所述转子用于驱动所述夹持机构转动,所述限位部设置于所述第一壳体。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的手持云台,其特征在于,所述夹持机构包括第二壳体,所述第二壳体形成有与所述转子配合的转子轴,所述转子用于驱动所述转子轴转动,来驱动所述夹持机构转动,所述锁定机构组装于所述第二壳体。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的手持云台,其特征在于,所述第一壳体包括定位柱,所述转子轴套设于所述定位柱,所述转子轴能够绕所述定位柱转动。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的手持云台,其特征在于,所述手持云台包括设置于所述定位柱和所述转子轴之间的轴承。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的手持云台,其特征在于,所述手持云台包括组装于所述定位柱的固定件,以把所述夹持机构限位于所述转轴机构。
  20. 根据权利要求16所述的手持云台,其特征在于,所述手持云台包括可拆卸地组装于夹持机构的第二壳体的固持件,所述固持件用于固定拍摄装置。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的手持云台,其特征在于,所述第二壳体包括第一扣持部,所述固持件包括第二扣持部,所述第一扣持部与第二扣持部扣持,以把固持件限位于夹持机构。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的手持云台,其特征在于,所述第二壳体包括第一延伸部以及沿第一延伸部的周向方向设置的至少两个第一扣持部,所述固持件包括第二延伸部以及沿第二延伸部的周向方向设置的至少两个第二扣持部,所述固持件与所述夹持机构组装后,所述第二延伸部套设于 所述第一延伸部,所述第二扣持部位于所述第一扣持部的下方,以与所述第一扣持部扣持。
  23. 根据权利要求15所述的手持云台,其特征在于,其特征在于,所述手持云台包括云台手柄,所述转轴机构直接或者间接组装于所述云台手柄。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的手持云台,其特征在于,所述转轴机构包括连接于所述第一壳体的云台轴臂,所述云台轴臂直接或者间接组装于所述云台手柄。
  25. 一种拍摄组件,其特征在于,包括拍摄装置以及如权利要求1至24中任一项所述的手持云台,所述拍摄装置固定于所述夹持机构。
