本申请涉及转接结构技术领域,特别涉及一种转接件、手柄组件和手持云台。
背景技术
目前,手持云台通常通过电池给云台结构进行供电,从而使得云台结构的电机能够带动安装在云台结构上的拍摄设备进行运动以实现多角度以及跟随拍摄。在相关技术中,手持云台的电池都是单独地给云台结构进行供电而无法给外部的其它元件或者设备进行供电,其作用较为单一。
发明内容
本申请的实施方式提供一种转接件、手柄组件和手持云台。
本申请实施方式的转接件包括:
安装部,所述安装部能够可拆卸地连接于手持云台的电池;以及
转接接头,所述转接接头与所述安装部固定连接,并且所述转接接头包括接口电路;
其中,当所述安装部可拆卸地连接于所述电池时,所述接口电路与所述电池电连接,所述接口电路被配置为通过外部转接线与外部设备连接以使所述电池向所述外部设备供电。
在某些实施方式中,所述安装部朝向所述电池的一侧设置有第一触点,所述第一触点与所述接口电路电连接,当所述安装部可拆卸地连接于所述电池时,所述第一触点能够与所述电池上的第二触点电连接。
在某些实施方式中,所述转接件还包括锁紧结构,所述锁紧结构位于所述安装部的一侧且可活动地连接所述安装部;
所述锁紧结构用于在朝所述安装部所在的一侧运动时能够使所述安装部与所述电池锁定,进而使所述转接件相对于所述电池固定;
所述锁紧结构还用于在朝背离所述安装部所在的一侧运动时能够使所述安装部与所述电池解锁,进而使所述转接件与所述电池能够分离。
在某些实施方式中,所述转接接头和所述锁紧结构分别位于所述安装部的相背两侧。

可以理解,在相关技术中,手持云台通常通过电池给云台结构进行供电,从而使得云台结构的电机能够带动安装在云台结构上的拍摄设备进行运动以实现多角度以及跟随拍摄。在相关技术中,手持云台的电池都是单独地给云台结构进行供电而无法给外部的其它元件或者设备进行供电,其作用较为单一。
在本申请实施方式的转接件100中,转接件100的安装部10能够拆卸地安装在手持云台2000的电池200上,转接件100的转接接头20包括接口电路21,当安装部10可拆卸地连接于电池200时,接口电路21与电池200电连接,以使电池200能够通过接口电路21和外部转接线300向外部设备供电,例如接口电路21可通过外部转接线300外接手机、云台结构3000(见图1)等外部设备从而使得电池200能够给手机和云台结构3000等外部设备进行供电。如此,手持云台2000的电池200可以通过转接件100的转接接头20给多种外部设备进行供电,扩大了手持云台2000的电池200的使用功能,丰富了手持云台2000的电池200的使用场景。
具体地,本实施方式中,电池200可为手持云台2000的手柄电池,也即是说,电池200即可充当手持云台2000的手柄也可用于供电,而无需设置另外的手持部或者电池。当然,可以理解的,其它实施方式中,手柄组件2000也可包括手持部,电池200可设置在手持部内,具体在此不作限制。

进一步地,请参阅图7和图8,顶紧块41上形成有通孔411,安装部10形成有安装孔11,通孔411与安装孔11相对设置。锁紧装置42包括螺纹连接件421和旋钮部422,螺纹连接件421与旋钮部422固定连接,螺纹连接件421穿设通孔411且与安装孔11螺纹连接。旋钮部422用于带动螺纹连接件421在安装孔11内转动,从而使锁紧装置42沿安装孔11的轴向方向运动,进而带动顶紧块41运动以抵紧电池200,或者释放顶紧块41以使顶紧块41能够与电池200分离。

具体地,在这样的实施方式中,顶紧块41与安装部10滑动连接,螺纹连接件421穿过顶紧块41上的通孔411后与安装部10上的安装孔11螺纹连接,在需要将转接件100锁定在电池200上时,可通过旋钮部422带动螺纹连接件421在安装孔11内转动从而使得螺纹连接件421和旋钮部422沿安装孔11的轴线向安装部10所在的一侧运动,螺纹连接件421或者旋钮部422逐渐靠近顶紧块41,然后抵持顶紧块41,随后带动顶紧块41一起朝安装部10所在的一侧运动,进而使得顶紧块41顶紧电池200,从而实现转接件100与电池200的锁定,在这样的状态下,顶紧块41相对安装部10固定。
可以理解,在需要将转接件100从电池200上拆卸下来时,只需要通过旋钮部422带动螺纹连接件421反向转动,从而使得螺纹连接件421和旋钮部422逐渐朝远离安装部10所在的一侧运动以释放顶紧块41,在这样的状态下,顶紧块41可相对安装部10移动,这样,只需往背离安装部10所在的一侧推动顶紧块41即可与电池200分离,从而解除转接件100与电池200的锁定,使得转接件100能够从电池200上拆卸下来。
在上述实施方式中,在锁定的过程中,旋钮部422和螺纹连接件421先运动,再抵持顶紧块41后带动顶紧块41运动,进而使得顶紧块41顶紧电池200以实现锁定,在解锁过程中,旋钮部422和螺纹连接件421释放顶紧块41,用户可推动顶紧块41以使 其与电池200分离,从而实现解锁。可以理解,在其它实施方式中,也可以是在旋钮部422和螺纹连接件421运动的同时,顶紧块41也跟随运动从而顶紧电池200以实现锁定或者与电池200分离以实现解锁,例如,在这样的实施方式中,在螺纹连接件421上可形成有限位部(图未示出),螺纹连接件421的一端穿过顶紧块41后与旋钮部422固定连接,顶紧块41安装在限位部和旋钮部422之间,旋钮部422和限位部夹持顶紧块41,顶紧块41不能相对旋钮部422和限位部运动,旋钮部422可带动螺纹连接件421相对顶紧块41转动,这样,在螺纹连接件421在安装孔11内转动时,顶紧块41、螺纹连接件421和旋钮部422作为一个整体同时运动从而使得顶紧块41抵紧电池200或者释放顶紧块41以使顶紧块41与电池200分离。
另外,在上述实施方式中,锁紧结构40是通过螺纹连接件421和旋钮部422带动顶紧块41运动从而实现对安装部10与电池200锁定与解锁。可以理解的是,在其它实施方式中,锁紧结构40也采用其它的方式进行锁定和解锁,例如,在一个可能的实施方式中,锁紧结构40可包括顶紧块41和弹性装置(图未示出),弹性装置分别连接安装部10和顶紧块41,弹性装置用于给顶紧块41施加作用力以使顶紧块41保持向安装部10所在的一侧运动的趋势。这样,在转接件100安装在电池200上时,顶紧块41在弹性装置的作用下抵紧电池200,从而实现转接件100与电池200的锁定,在需要将转接件100从电池200上拆卸下来时,可给顶紧块41施加作用力以使其克服弹性装置施加的作用力朝背离安装部10所在的一侧运动,从而使得顶紧块41与电池200分离以实现转接件100与电池200的解锁。可以理解的是,锁紧结构40的具体结构不限于上述实施方式,只需要能够实现对转接件100与电池200锁定和解锁即可。
进一步地,请参阅图8,某些实施方式中,螺纹连接件421的一端位于安装孔11内,另一端位于旋钮部422内且另一端形成有螺纹孔4211。锁紧装置42还包括螺纹紧固件423,螺纹紧固件423和螺纹连接件421分别位于旋钮部422的相背两侧,并且螺纹紧固件423与螺纹孔4211螺纹连接。
如此,可通过螺纹紧固件423对螺纹连接件421和旋钮部422进行固定,在需要对旋钮部422或者螺纹连接件421进行更换时,只需要将螺纹紧固件423拧下即可将旋钮部422从螺纹连接件421上拆卸下来,而无需更换整个锁紧装置42,节约维修成本。具体地,在本申请的实施方式中,螺纹连接件421和螺纹紧固件423均可为螺钉或者螺栓等紧固元件。
当然,可以理解的是,在其它实施方式中,旋钮部422也可以是通过其它方式与螺纹连接件421固定连接,例如,旋钮部422可与螺纹连接件421的一端通过焊接或者是过盈配合等方式固定连接,也可以是直接在螺纹连接件421的一端上注塑成型形成旋钮 部422,具体连接方式在此不作限制。
请参阅图2和图8,在某些实施方式中,顶紧块41形成有抵持部412,电池200形成有凹槽202。锁紧装置42用于在朝安装部10所在的一侧运动时能够带动顶紧块41运动以使得抵持部412抵紧凹槽202的内壁,从而使安装部10与电池200锁定。
如此,可通过抵持部412与凹槽202的配合限制转接件100和电池200的相对运动以实现两者之间的锁定,实现结构较为简单。
具体地,在这样的实施方式中,凹槽202的形状与抵持部412的形状相匹配,也即是说,凹槽202内壁的形状与抵持部412外壁的形状相配合,在转接件100和电池200处于锁定状态时,抵持部412能够基本容置在凹槽202内且基本凹槽202的内壁贴合。
进一步地,请继续参阅图2和图8,在某些实施方式中,安装部10内形成有第一安装槽12,第一安装槽12用于与电池200的凸起部201配合以将转接件100安装在电池200上,顶紧块41位于第一安装槽12的一侧,并且顶紧块41的朝向第一安装槽12的一侧形成有抵持部412,凸起部201形成有凹槽202。
如此,在安装转接件100时,可先将凸起部201插入至第一安装槽12内,然后通过锁紧装置42带动顶紧块41运动以使顶紧块41上的抵持部412与凸起部201上凹槽202配合从而实现对转接件100的锁定。
具体地,在图示的实施方式中,抵持部412为形成在顶紧块41上的凸起,凸起的截面基本呈三角形,凹槽202为形成在凸起部201上的凹陷,凹槽202的截面也基本呈三角形。当然,可以理解,在其它实施方式中,抵持部412和凹槽202的截面形状也可为其它形状,例如梯形、长方形或者正方形以及圆形等规则图形或者是其它不规则图形,只需要抵持部412能够与凹槽202的形状相匹配以使两者能够配合在一起从而限制转接件100与电池200的运动即可。
另外,可以理解的是,在其它实施方式中,也可以是电池200上形成有抵持部412,顶紧块41上形成有凹槽202,具体在此不作限制。
请参阅图3以及图6至图8,在某些实施方式中,安装部10形成有第二安装槽13,第二安装槽13用于安装外部设备。
如此,外部设备可通过第二安装槽13安装在转接件100上,以使转接件100能够对外部设备进行支撑。
具体地,在这样的实施方式中,第二安装槽13形成在安装部10的顶部,第二安装槽13可为冷靴槽,冷靴槽可为燕尾槽,第二安装槽13可用于以外部设备上的安装部进行配合以将外部设备安装在转接件100上,例如,第二安装槽13可与安装有手机等外部设备的装置进行配合连接以将对手机等外部设备进行支撑和承载。可以理解,一个可 能的实施方式中,安装在第二安装槽13的外部设备也可以通过外部转接线300与转接接头20的接口电路21电连接从而使得电池200能够给外部设备进行供电,这样可以实现在对外部设备供电的同时也能够对其进行支撑。当然,可以理解的是,在一些实施方式中,通过外部转接线300与转接接头20连接的外部设备的类型与安装在第二安装槽13上的外部设备的类型也可以相同,也可以不同,例如,连接转接接头20的外部设备可为手持云台2000的云台结构3000,放置在第二安装槽13上的外部设备可为相机或者手机等拍摄装置,具体在此不作限制。
请继续参阅图3以及图6至图8,在某些实施方式中,安装部10形成有定位孔14,定位孔14用于对外部设备进行定位。
如此,在需要在转接件100上安装外部设备时,可先通过定位孔14对外部设备进行定位,然后通过螺钉等紧固元件或者外部设备上自带的紧固元件将外部设备固定安装在转接件100上。
此外,在某些实施方式中,在安装部10的侧壁上也可形成有第二安装槽13或者定位孔14,这样,外部设备也可通过形成在安装部10的各个侧壁上的第二安装槽13和定位孔14安装在安装部10的侧壁上,具体在此不作限制。
另外,在图示的实施方式中,转接接头20的数量为1个并设置在安装部10的周向侧壁上,可以理解,在其它实施方式中,转接接头20的数量也可为两个或者多于两个,多个转接接头20可以设置在安装部10的不同周向侧壁上或者设置在安装部10的顶部,具体在此不作限制。
请参阅图2和图3,本申请实施方式的手柄组件1000包括电池200和上述任一实施方式的转接件100,转接件100的安装部10可拆卸地安装在电池200上。
在本实施方式的手柄组件1000中,转接件100的安装部10能够拆卸地安装在电池200上,转接件100的转接接头20包括接口电路21,当安装部10可拆卸地连接于电池200时,接口电路21与电池200电连接,以使电池200能够通过接口电路21向外部设备供电,例如接口电路21可外接手机、云台结构3000等外部设备从而使得电池200能够给手机和云台结构3000等外部设备进行供电。如此,手持云台2000的电池200可以给多种外部设备进行供电,扩大了手持云台2000的电池200的使用功能,丰富了手持云台2000的电池200的使用场景。
请参阅图1,本申请实施方式的手持云台2000包括云台结构3000和上述实施方式的手柄组件1000,云台结构3000可用于承载拍摄装置400,例如相机或者手机等具有拍摄功能的电子设备。其中,当安装部10可拆卸地连接于电池200时,接口电路21能够通过外部转接线300电连接云台结构3000,电池200通过转接件100和外部转接线 300给云台结构3000供电,在转接件100从电池200上拆卸下来时,云台结构3000能够安装在电池200上以使电池200直接给云台结构3000供电。
在本实施方式的手持云台2000中,转接件100的安装部10能够拆卸地安装在手持云台2000的电池200上,转接件100的转接接头20包括接口电路21,当安装部10可拆卸地连接于电池200时,接口电路21与电池200电连接,以使电池200能够通过接口电路21和外部转接线300向外部设备供电,例如接口电路21可通过外部转接线300外接手机、云台结构3000(等外部设备从而使得电池200能够给手机和云台结构3000等外部设备进行供电。如此,手持云台2000的电池200可以通过转接件100的转接接头20给多种外部设备进行供电,扩大了手持云台2000的电池200的使用功能,丰富了手持云台2000的电池20的使用场景。
具体地,在本申请的实施方式中,转接件100具有转接外部设备的功能,在需要将云台结构3000和电池200分开放置时,可云台结构3000从电池200上拆卸下来,然后将转接件100安装至电池200上,然后可通过外部转接线300连接云台结构3000和转接件100上的接口电路21以给云台结构3000进行供电,从而使得云台结构3000和电池200可以分别放置在不同的位置,丰富手持云台2000的使用场景,提高了用户体验。
例如,在需要将手持云台2000应用至车辆以实现拍摄时,可将云台结构3000安装在车辆外部,手柄组件1000放置在车内,然后通过外部转接线300连接云台结构3000和手柄组件1000从而实现供电,这样,手柄组件1000放置在车内可以便于用户操作,例如,用户可通过手柄组件1000上的按键控制云台结构3000的运动姿态等,而无需伸出至车外进行操作,提高了用户的使用体验。
在需要将云台结构3000直接安装在电池200上时,可将转接件100从电池200上拆卸下来,然后将云台结构3000直接安装在电池200上以与电池200电连接从而实现电池200给云台结构3000直接供电。
当然,可以理解的是,在某些实施方式中,在需要将云台结构3000安装在手柄组件1000上时,也可无需将转接件100从电池200上拆卸下来,而是可将云台结构3000直接安装在转接件100上。在这样的实施方式中,云台结构3000可以通过外部转接线300与接口电路21电连接,也可以是直接通过转接接头20与电池200电连接,例如,转接件100上也可形成有用于与云台结构3000电连接的接触触点,在云台结构3000安装在转接件100上时,云台结构3000上的接触触点与转接件100上的接触触点接触,从而使得电池200可直接通过转接件100给云台结构3000供电而无需另外连接外部转接线300,在这样的实施方式中,转接件100上的接口电路21可通过外部转接线300与其它的外部设备连接以给其它设备同时进行供电,例如,在将云台结构3000安装在转接件100上直接实现供电的同时,也可通 过外部转接线300给手机等其它的设备进行供电。
在本说明书的描述中,参考术语“某些实施方式”、“一个实施方式”、“一些实施方式”、“示意性实施方式”、“示例”、“具体示例”、或“一些示例”等的描述意指结合所述实施方式或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点包含于本申请的至少一个实施方式或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施方式或示例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施方式或示例中以合适的方式结合。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个所述特征。在本申请的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种转接件,其特征在于,包括:
    安装部,所述安装部能够可拆卸地连接于手持云台的电池;以及
    转接接头,所述转接接头与所述安装部固定连接,并且所述转接接头包括接口电路;
    其中,当所述安装部可拆卸地连接于所述电池时,所述接口电路与所述电池电连接,所述接口电路被配置为通过外部转接线与外部设备连接以使所述电池向所述外部设备供电。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的转接件,其特征在于,所述安装部朝向所述电池的一侧设置有第一触点,所述第一触点与所述接口电路电连接,当所述安装部可拆卸地连接于所述电池时,所述第一触点能够与所述电池上的第二触点电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的转接件,其特征在于,所述转接件还包括锁紧结构,所述锁紧结构位于所述安装部的一侧且可活动地连接所述安装部;
    所述锁紧结构用于在朝所述安装部所在的一侧运动时能够使所述安装部与所述电池锁定,进而使所述转接件相对于所述电池固定;
    所述锁紧结构还用于在朝背离所述安装部所在的一侧运动时能够使所述安装部与所述电池解锁,进而使所述转接件与所述电池能够分离。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的转接件,其特征在于,所述转接接头和所述锁紧结构分别位于所述安装部的相背两侧。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的转接件,其特征在于,所述锁紧结构包括顶紧块和锁紧装置,所述顶紧块安装在所述安装部的一侧且能够相对所述安装部运动,所述锁紧装置可活动地连接所述安装部和所述顶紧块;
    所述锁紧装置用于在朝所述安装部所在的一侧运动时能够带动所述顶紧块运动以抵紧所述电池,从而使所述安装部与所述电池锁定;
    所述锁紧装置还用于在朝背离所述安装部所在的一侧运动时释放所述顶紧块,从而使得所述顶紧块能够与所述电池分离以使所述安装部与所述电池解锁。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的转接件,其特征在于,所述顶紧块上形成有通孔,所述安装 部形成有安装孔,所述通孔与所述安装孔相对设置;
    所述锁紧装置包括螺纹连接件和旋钮部,所述螺纹连接件与所述旋钮部固定连接,所述螺纹连接件穿设所述通孔且与所述安装孔螺纹连接;
    所述旋钮部用于带动所述螺纹连接件在所述安装孔内转动,从而使所述螺纹连接件和所述旋钮部沿所述安装孔的轴向方向运动,进而带动所述顶紧块运动以抵紧所述电池或者释放所述顶紧块以使所述顶紧块能够与所述电池分离。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的转接件,其特征在于,所述螺纹连接件的一端位于所述安装孔内,另一端位于所述旋钮部内且另一端形成有螺纹孔;
    所述锁紧装置还包括螺纹紧固件,所述螺纹紧固件和所述螺纹连接件分别位于所述旋钮部的相背两侧,并且所述螺纹紧固件与所述螺纹孔螺纹连接。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的转接件,其特征在于,所述顶紧块和所述电池的其中一个形成有抵持部,另外一个形成有凹槽;
    所述锁紧装置用于在朝所述安装部所在的一侧运动时能够带动所述顶紧块运动以使得所述抵持部抵紧所述凹槽的内壁,从而使所述安装部与所述电池锁定。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的转接件,其特征在于,所述安装部内形成有第一安装槽,所述第一安装槽用于与所述电池的凸起部配合以将所述转接件安装在所述电池上,所述顶紧块位于所述第一安装槽的一侧,并且所述顶紧块的朝向所述第一安装槽的一侧形成有所述抵持部,所述凸起部形成有所述凹槽。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的转接件,其特征在于,所述安装部上形成有第二安装槽,所述第二安装槽用于安装所述外部设备。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的转接件,其特征在于,所述安装部上形成有定位孔,所述定位孔用于对所述外部设备进行定位。
  12. 一种手柄组件,用于手持云台,其特征在于,所述手柄组件包括:
    电池;和
    权利要求1-11任一项所述的转接件,所述安装部可拆卸地安装在所述电池上。
  13. 一种手持云台,其特征在于,包括:
    云台结构;和
    权利要求12所述的手柄组件;
    其中,当所述安装部可拆卸地连接于所述电池时,所述接口电路能够通过外部转接线电连接所述云台结构,所述电池通过所述转接件和所述外部转接线给所述云台结构供电;
    当所述转接件从所述电池上拆卸下来时,所述云台结构能够安装在所述电池上以使所述电池直接给所述云台结构供电。
