本申请的一些实施例中,所述第一弯折部的两端分别具有背向所述滑动腔凸出的第一凸起部和第二凸起部,所述第一支架设于所述第一凸起部与所述第二凸起部之间。
本申请的一些实施例中,所述第二弯折部的两端分别具有背向所述滑动腔凸出的第三凸起部和第四凸起部,所述第二支架设于所述第三凸起部与所述第四凸起部之间。
本申请的一些实施例中,所述上轨的后端具有朝向所述第一腔体凸出的第五凸起部,所述上轨的前端设有调节螺丝,所述第一支架设于所述第五凸起部与所述调节螺丝之间。
本申请的一些实施例中,所述底轨的两端分别具有朝向所述第二腔体凸出的第六凸起部和第七凸起部,所述第二支架设于所述第六凸起部与所述第七凸起部之间。
本申请的一些实施例中,所述上轨的前端还设有限位件,所述限位件包括与所述第一腔体相适配的卡接部以及设于所述卡接部前端的挡板,所述卡接部插入所述第一腔体内,以实现所述限位件与所述上轨的连接。
本申请的一些实施例中,所述底轨具有竖向设置的安装板,所述安装板设有若干连接孔。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种柜子,其包括柜体、抽屉以及上述的滑轨组件,所述抽屉设于所述柜体的内部,所述底轨固定于所述柜体的内侧面,所述上轨固定于所述抽屉的底面。
本发明提供了一种滑轨组件,与现有技术相比,其有益效果在于:
上轨与中轨通过第一滚动件实现相对滑动,中轨与底轨通过第二滚动件实现相对滑动,如此,本发明提供的滑轨组件可满足抽屉抽出来和推进去的需求;由于上轨限定有第一腔体,底轨限定有第二腔体, 中轨的第一弯折部插入第一腔体内,中轨的第二弯折部插入第二腔体内,从而降低了整个滑轨组件的高度,减少了滑轨组件对抽屉下方空间的占用,进而增加了抽屉的安装空间,使得抽屉的尺寸可以更大,能够存放更多的物品,满足较高的存储要求;此外,由于第一支架的第一齿形边与第二支架的第二齿形边之间设有与二者相啮合的齿轮,从而使得上轨、中轨以及底轨可以联动,滑轨组件运行起来更加稳定、更加静音、更加顺滑。
另外,本发明还提供了一种柜子,由于其采用了上述的滑轨组件,因而具有储存量大、噪音小、品质好等优点。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
应当理解的是,本发明中采用术语“第一”、“第二”等来描述各种信息,但这些信息不应限于这些术语,这些术语仅用来将同一类型的信息彼此区分开。例如,在不脱离本发明范围的情况下,“第一”信息也可以被称为“第二”信息,类似的,“第二”信息也可以被称为“第一”信息。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。此外,本申请中的上、下、内、外等方位名词,均是基于滑轨组件安装于柜体上的方位进行的描述。
如图1至图7所示,本发明实施例提供一种滑轨组件,其包括从上往下依次设置的上轨1、中轨2以及底轨3。上轨1限定有第一腔体101,上轨1设有与第一腔体101相连通的第一开口102;底轨3限定有第二腔体301,底轨3设有与第二腔体301相连通的第二开口302;第一开口102和第二开口302相对设置;中轨2包括依次相连的第一弯折部201、过渡部202和第二弯折部203,三者共同围成一滑动腔204;第一弯折部201从第一开口102插入第一腔体101内,第二弯折部203 从第二开口302插入第二腔体301内。第一弯折部201与上轨1之间设有分隔二者的第一支架4,第一支架4设有第一孔位,第一孔位内设有与第一弯折部201和上轨1相接触的第一滚动件5;第二弯折部203与底轨3之间设有分隔二者的第二支架6,第二支架6设有第二孔位,第二孔位内设有与第二弯折部203和底轨3相接触的第二滚动件7;第一支架4具有沿其长度方向延伸的第一齿形边401,第二支架6具有沿其长度方向延伸的第二齿形边601,第一齿形边401与第二齿形边601之间设有与二者相啮合的齿轮8,齿轮8通过转轴9连接于过渡部202上。
基于上述结构,上轨1与中轨2通过第一滚动件5实现相对滑动,中轨2与底轨3通过第二滚动件7实现相对滑动,如此,本发明提供的滑轨组件可满足抽屉抽出来和推进去的需求;由于上轨1限定有第一腔体101,底轨3限定有第二腔体301,中轨2的第一弯折部201插入第一腔体101内,中轨2的第二弯折部203插入第二腔体301内,从而降低了整个滑轨组件的高度,减少了滑轨组件对抽屉下方空间的占用,进而增加了抽屉的安装空间,使得抽屉的尺寸可以更大,能够存放更多的物品,满足较高的存储要求;此外,由于第一支架4的第一齿形边401与第二支架6的第二齿形边601之间设有与二者相啮合的齿轮8,从而使得上轨1、中轨2以及底轨3可以联动,滑轨组件运行起来更加稳定、更加静音、更加顺滑。
可选的,如图6所示,在本实施例中,第一支架4上设有三组第一滚动单元,第一滚动单元由若干沿第一支架4的长度方向排列的第一滚动件5组成;三组第一滚动单元在第一支架4的横截方向上呈倒立的品字形分布,其中两组第一滚动单元设于第一弯折部201的上方,另一组第一滚动单元设于第一弯折部201的下方。类似的,第二支架6上设有三组第二滚动单元,第二滚动单元由若干沿第二支架6的长度方向排列的第二滚动件7组成;三组第二滚动单元在第二支架6的横截方向上呈正立的品字形分布,其中两组第二滚动单元设于第二弯折 部203的下方,另一组第二滚动单元设于第二弯折部203的上方。如此,呈品字形分布的第一滚动单元和第二滚动单元可使得滑轨组件受力均匀,从而改善了滑轨组件工况,延长了滑轨组件的使用寿命,同时还提高了滑轨组件运行时的稳定性。
可选的,如图5和图6所示,在本实施例中,为了进一步地提高滑轨组件运行时的稳定性,第一弯折部201背向滑动腔204的一侧设有两条沿其长度方向延伸的第一导向槽,二者分别用于容置设于第一弯折部201上方的两组第一滚动单元的第一滚动件5;第一弯折部201朝向滑动腔204的一侧设有一条沿其长度方向延伸的第一导向槽,其用于容置设于第一弯折部201下方的一组第一滚动单元的第一滚动件5。第二弯折部203背向滑动腔204的一侧设有两条沿其长度方向延伸的第二导向槽,二者分别用于容置设于第二弯折部203下方的两组第二滚动单元的第二滚动件7,第二弯折部203朝向滑动腔204的一侧设有一条沿其长度方向延伸的第二导向槽,其用于容置设于第二弯折部203上方的一组第二滚动单元的第二滚动件7。
可选的,在本实施例中,第一滚动件5和第二滚动件7优选滚动性好、承载力高的钢珠,当然,在其他实施例中,钢珠可用圆柱形的钢柱或其他可滚动的零件代替。
可选的,如图7所示,在本实施例中,第一弯折部201的两端分别具有背向滑动腔204凸出的第一凸起部2012和第二凸起部2011,第一支架4被限制在第一凸起部2012与第二凸起部2011之间。第二弯折部203的两端分别具有背向滑动腔204凸出的第三凸起部2032和第四凸起部2033,第二支架6被限制在第三凸起部2032与第四凸起部2033之间。如此,第一支架4和第二支架6不会从中轨2上脱落,提高了滑轨组件的可靠性。
可选的,如图8至图10所示,在本实施例中,上轨1的后端具有朝向第一腔体101凸出的第五凸起部103,上轨1的前端设有可上下运动的调节螺丝10,第一支架4被限制在第五凸起部103与调节螺丝10 之间。底轨3的两端分别具有朝向第二腔体301凸出的第六凸起部303和第七凸起部304,第二支架6被限制在第六凸起部303与第七凸起部304之间。如此,第一支架4不会从第一腔体101内滑出,第二支架6不会从第二腔体301内滑出,进一步地提高了滑轨组件的可靠性;此外,调节螺丝10还可用于调整抽屉的安装高度。
可选的,如图9所示,在本实施例中,上轨1的前端还设有限位件11,限位件11包括与第一腔体101相适配的卡接部1101以及设于卡接部1101前端的挡板1102,卡接部1101插入第一腔体101内,以实现限位件11与上轨1的连接。基于此,挡板1102可在上轨1的前端与底轨3的前端平齐时与底轨3的前端相抵接,以防止上轨1继续向后滑动而造成脱轨,从而进一步地提高了滑轨组件的可靠性;此外,限位件11还可防止灰尘、杂物等外界物质进入第一腔体101内而影响滑轨组件的滑动,同时使得滑轨组件更加美观。
可选的,如图4和图10所示,在本实施例中,底轨3具有竖向设置的安装板305,安装板305用于柜体相连接,以实现底轨3的固定;安装板305设有若干供紧固螺丝穿过的连接孔。
综上,本发明实施例提供了一种滑轨组件,其包括从上往下依次设置的上轨1、中轨2以及底轨3。与现有技术相比,该滑轨组件具有如下有益效果:
1、高度低,减少了对抽屉下方空间的占用,增加了抽屉的安装空间,使得抽屉的尺寸可以更大,能够存放更多的物品,满足较高的存储要求;
2、上轨1、中轨2以及底轨3可以联动,运行起来更加稳定、更加静音、更加顺滑;
3、受力均匀,使用寿命长,运行时的稳定性好,可靠性高。
另外,本发明实施例还提供一种柜子,其包括柜体、抽屉以及上述的滑轨组件,抽屉设于柜体的内部,底轨3通过安装板305固定于柜体的内侧面,上轨1通过紧固螺丝固定于抽屉的底面。与现有技术 相比,该柜子具有储存量大、噪音小、品质好等优点。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“顶”、“底”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种滑轨组件,其特征在于,包括从上往下依次设置的上轨、中轨以及底轨;
    所述上轨限定有第一腔体,所述上轨设有与所述第一腔体相连通的第一开口,所述底轨限定有第二腔体,所述底轨设有与所述第二腔体相连通的第二开口,所述第一开口和所述第二开口相对设置,所述中轨包括依次相连的第一弯折部、过渡部和第二弯折部,所述第一弯折部从所述第一开口插入所述第一腔体内,所述第二弯折部从所述第二开口插入所述第二腔体内;
    所述第一弯折部与所述上轨之间设有分隔二者的第一支架,所述第一支架设有第一孔位,所述第一孔位内设有与所述第一弯折部和所述上轨相接触的第一滚动件,所述第二弯折部与所述底轨之间设有分隔二者的第二支架,所述第二支架设有第二孔位,所述第二孔位内设有与所述第二弯折部和所述底轨相接触的第二滚动件;
    所述第一支架具有沿其长度方向延伸的第一齿形边,所述第二支架具有沿其长度方向延伸的第二齿形边,所述第一齿形边与所述第二齿形边之间设有与二者相啮合的齿轮,所述齿轮通过转轴连接于所述过渡部上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于,所述第一支架上设有三组第一滚动单元,所述第一滚动单元由若干沿所述第一支架的长度方向排列的所述第一滚动件组成,三组所述第一滚动单元在所述第一支架的横截方向上呈倒立的品字形分布,其中两组所述第一滚动单元设于所述第一弯折部的上方,另一组所述第一滚动单元设于所述第一弯折部的下方;
    所述第二支架上设有三组第二滚动单元,所述第二滚动单元由若干沿所述第二支架的长度方向排列的所述第二滚动件组成,三组所述第二滚动单元在所述第二支架的横截方向上呈正立的品字形分布,其 中两组所述第二滚动单元设于所述第二弯折部的下方,另一组所述第二滚动单元设于所述第二弯折部的上方。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于,所述第一弯折部、所述过渡部、所述第二弯折部共同围成一滑动腔;
    所述第一弯折部背向所述滑动腔的一侧设有两条沿其长度方向延伸的第一导向槽,二者分别用于容置设于所述第一弯折部上方的两组所述第一滚动单元的第一滚动件,所述第一弯折部朝向所述滑动腔的一侧设有一条沿其长度方向延伸的第一导向槽,其用于容置设于所述第一弯折部下方的一组所述第一滚动单元的第一滚动件;
    所述第二弯折部背向所述滑动腔的一侧设有两条沿其长度方向延伸的第二导向槽,二者分别用于容置设于所述第二弯折部下方的两组所述第二滚动单元的第二滚动件,所述第二弯折部朝向所述滑动腔的一侧设有一条沿其长度方向延伸的第二导向槽,其用于容置设于所述第二弯折部上方的一组所述第二滚动单元的第二滚动件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于,所述第一弯折部的两端分别具有背向所述滑动腔凸出的第一凸起部和第二凸起部,所述第一支架设于所述第一凸起部与所述第二凸起部之间。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于,所述第二弯折部的两端分别具有背向所述滑动腔凸出的第三凸起部和第四凸起部,所述第二支架设于所述第三凸起部与所述第四凸起部之间。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于,所述上轨的后端具有朝向所述第一腔体凸出的第五凸起部,所述上轨的前端设有调节螺丝,所述第一支架设于所述第五凸起部与所述调节螺丝之间。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于,所述底轨的两端分别具有朝向所述第二腔体凸出的第六凸起部和第七凸起部,所述第二支架设于所述第六凸起部与所述第七凸起部之间。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于,所述上轨的前端还设有限位件,所述限位件包括与所述第一腔体相适配的卡接部以 及设于所述卡接部前端的挡板,所述卡接部插入所述第一腔体内,以实现所述限位件与所述上轨的连接
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于,所述底轨具有竖向设置的安装板,所述安装板设有若干连接孔。
  10. 一种柜子,其特征在于,包括柜体、抽屉以及如权利要求1-9任一项所述的滑轨组件,所述抽屉设于所述柜体的内部,所述底轨固定于所述柜体的内侧面,所述上轨固定于所述抽屉的底面。
