Abstract
Un dispositif d'inspection de masque selon la présente invention comprend : une table ; une unité d'éclairage installée au-dessus de la table, l'unité d'éclairage comprenant une partie de montage transmettant la lumière sur laquelle un corps de masque peut être placé et une lampe qui est installée sous la partie de montage et émet de la lumière vers la partie de montage ; une unité de vision qui acquiert une image capturée en capturant une image du corps de masque de manière à permettre de vérifier si des substances étrangères sont présentes ou non sur le corps de masque placé sur la partie de montage ; et une unité d'inspection de bande qui comprend une première barre mobile installée dans la table de manière à pouvoir se déplacer dans une direction s'éloignant ou se rapprochant de la partie de montage afin d'appliquer une tension à une bande, fixée à un côté du corps de masque, en tirant la bande dans une direction s' éloignant du corps de masque, une seconde barre mobile installée dans la table de manière à pouvoir se déplacer dans une direction s'éloignant ou se rapprochant de la partie de montage afin d'appliquer une tension à une bande, fixée à un autre côté du corps de masque, en tirant la bande dans une direction s'éloignant du corps de masque, et une partie d'entraînement qui fournit une force motrice à chacune de la première barre mobile et de la seconde barre mobile.
