Abstract

本申请提供了一种显示面板及音箱。所述显示面板包括:屏体、盖板、凸起部、第一粘合部以及第二粘合部。通过使第一粘合部填充于盖板未被凸起部遮盖的区域和屏体之间,且使第二粘合部填充于凸起部和屏体之间,使盖板和屏体之间以及凸起部和屏体之间不会产生间隙,从而使屏体和盖板在脱泡处理后能够消除人眼可见的气泡,从而提高显示面板的显示效果。

Description

显示面板和音箱 技术领域
本申请涉及显示器件和音箱技术领域,具体涉及一种显示面板和音箱。
发明背景
为了避免屏体在长期使用过程中产生划痕,需要在屏体发出显示光的一侧表面贴合用于保护屏体的盖板。然而在将屏体和盖板贴合时,贴合后的屏体和盖板之间容易产生气泡,且脱泡处理也无法彻底消除人眼可见的气泡,从而影响屏体的显示效果与贴合精度。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请实施例提供了一种显示面板和音箱,解决了贴合后的屏体和盖板在脱泡处理后无法彻底消除人眼可见的气泡,从而影响屏体的显示效果与贴合精度的问题。
根据本申请的一个方面,本申请的实施例提供了一种显示面板,包括:屏体;盖板,与所述屏体层叠设置;凸起部,设置在所述盖板靠近所述屏体的一侧表面;第一粘合部,填充于所述盖板未被所述凸起部遮盖的区域且位于所述盖板和所述屏体之间;以及第二粘合部,填充于所述凸起部和所述屏体之间。
根据本申请的另一个方面,本申请的实施例提供了一种音箱,包括:发声器件,用于发出声音;壳体,容纳所述发声器件;以及如上述实施例中任一所述的显示面板,设置在所述壳体表面。
本申请实施例提供的一种显示面板和音箱,通过使第一粘合部填充于盖板未被凸起部遮盖的区域,且位于盖板和屏体之间,且使第二粘合部填充于凸起部和屏体之间,使盖板和屏体之间以及凸起部和屏体之间完全被第一粘合部和第二粘合部填充,即盖板和屏体之间以及凸起部和屏体之间不会产生间隙,从而使贴合后的屏体和盖板在脱泡处理后能够彻底消除人眼可见的气泡,从而提高显示面板的显示效果与贴合精度。

实施本发明的方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
如图1所示,显示面板1包括:屏体11、盖板12、凸起部13、第一粘合部14以及第二粘合部15。
屏体11可以包括发光器件和驱动器件。发光器件用于发出显示光,例如LCD显示屏、LED显示屏或OLED显示屏等,其中OLED显示屏包括硬屏和柔性屏;驱动器件用于驱动发光器件发出显示光,例如液晶驱动电路或薄膜晶体管驱动电路。
在一实施例中,屏体11可以是柔性屏体,柔性屏体可以根据被贴合的物体的外观进行弯曲,适应各种外观造型,提高用户的使用体验。屏体11也可以是刚性屏,屏体11的种类可根据不同的应用场景进行选择,只要能满足显示功能即可,本申请对屏体11的种类不做具体限定。
如图1所示,盖板12与屏体11层叠设置。盖板12的材质可以是亚克力,也可以是其它透明材质,盖板12的材质可根据不同的应用场景进行选择,只要是透明材质即可,本申请对盖板12的材质不做具体限定。
如图1所示,凸起部13设置在盖板12靠近屏体11的一侧表面。凸起部13可以是通过喷漆、丝印或移印等工艺在盖板12表面形成的凸起,也可以是通过其 他工艺在盖板12表面形成的凸起,凸起部13的形成工艺可根据具体的需求进行选择,本申请对凸起部13的形成工艺不做具体限定。
在本申请一实施例中,凸起部13的厚度可以在0.05mm至0.2mm之间,既能起到遮光和装饰的作用,又不会浪费原材料,节约成本。
在本申请一实施例中,凸起部13的材质可以是油墨,也可以是油漆,凸起部13的材质可以根据不同的应用场景进行选择,只要是能起到遮光和装饰作用即可,本申请对凸起部13的材质不做具体限定。
在一实施例中,屏体11包括显示区和围绕显示区且用于走线的非显示区。凸起部13在盖板12所在平面的投影可以是矩形框。凸起部13在屏体11所在平面的投影可以覆盖屏体11的非显示区。
如图1所示,第一粘合部14填充于盖板12未被凸起部13遮盖的区域,且位于盖板12与屏体11之间,第二粘合部15,填充于凸起部13和屏体11之间。
在本申请一实施例中,第一粘合部14的材质可以是透明的粘合剂,方便屏体11发出的光穿过第一粘合部14和盖板12。第二粘合部15的材质可以是透明的粘合剂,也可以是不透明的粘合剂,只要能粘合凸起部13和屏体11即可,本申请对第一粘合部14和第二粘合部15的材质不做具体限定。
在本申请一实施例中,第一粘合部14可以是光学胶,第二粘合部15可以是泡棉胶。透明的光学胶可以透过屏体11发出的光,而泡棉胶可以粘合凸起部13和屏体11,且泡棉胶相对于有透光功能的透明粘合剂价格较低,节约了生产成本。
由此可见,通过使第一粘合部14填充于盖板12未被凸起部13遮盖的区域和屏体11之间,且使第二粘合部15填充于凸起部13和屏体11之间,使盖板12和屏体11之间以及凸起部13和屏体11之间完全被第一粘合部14和第二粘合部15填充,即盖板12和屏体11之间凸起部13和屏体11之间不会产生间隙,从而使贴合后的屏体11和盖板12在脱泡处理后能够彻底消除人眼可见的气泡,从而提高显示面板的显示效果与贴合精度。
在一实施例中,第一粘合部14和第二粘合部15可选用相同的材质,可以都是透明的粘合剂,使第一粘合部14和第二粘合部15可以为一体结构,从而使第一粘合部14和第二粘合部15可以一体制备而成,简化工艺。同时,由于第一粘合部14和第二粘合部15可以为一体结构,使第一粘合部14和第二粘合部15之间无缝连接,当屏体弯折时,第一粘合部14和第二粘合部15也不容易断裂,提高了粘合的可靠性。
在一实施例中,第一粘合部14和第二粘合部15可以为一体结构,通过对该一体结构进行脱泡处理实现贴合,其中,进行脱泡处理前的该一体结构的厚度可大于或等于凸起部13的凸起高度,这样在进行脱泡处理后,该粘合层可以充分填充盖板12和屏体11之间以及凸起部13和屏体11之间的间隙,从而形成填充于 盖板12未被凸起部13遮盖的区域和屏体11的第一粘合部14和填充于凸起部13和屏体11之间的第二粘合部15。
具体地,脱泡处理是在一定的温度下将光学胶软化,使光学胶具有流动性,再通过一定的压力将气泡打散成人眼不可见的小气泡或排出粘合层。例如,可以将贴合后的盖板12和屏体11在温度为50°,压力在500Mp的环境中保持半小时,从而达到脱泡的目的。
在一实施例中,第一粘合部14和第二粘合部15为分体结构,且第一粘合部14的厚度大于第二粘合部15的厚度,从而减小屏体11和盖板12之间由于凸起部13造成的高度差,使盖板12和屏体11贴合后盖板12的表面更加平整,提高了用户的使用体验。
如图2所示,凸起部13的高度与第二粘合部15的厚度之和等于第一粘合部14的厚度,使屏体11与盖板12贴合后不会产生间隙,从而在进行脱泡处理后,不会产生人眼可见的气泡。同时,使屏体11能保持平面的状态,不需要因与盖板12贴合而弯曲,使贴合后的外形更加美观,提高用户的使用体验。
如图3所示,显示面板1制备方法的步骤如下:
301:在盖板12上制备凸起部13。
具体地,可以通过喷漆、丝印或移印等工艺在盖板12表面形成的凸起,也可以是通过其他工艺在盖板12表面形成的凸起,凸起部13的形成工艺可根据具体的需求进行选择,本申请对凸起部13的形成工艺不做具体限定。
凸起部13的喷漆、丝印或移印厚度可以在0.05mm至0.2mm之间,既能起到遮光和装饰的作用,又不会浪费喷漆、丝印或移印的材料,节约成本。
凸起部13的材质可以是油墨,也可以是油漆,凸起部13的材质可以根据不同的应用场景进行选择,只要是能起到遮光和装饰作用即可,本申请对凸起部13的材质不做具体限定。
302:在盖板12靠近凸起部13的一侧表面制备粘合层16。
具体地,粘合层16的材质可以是透明的粘合剂。如图4所示,粘合层16的厚度大于或等于凸起部13的凸起高度,使在进行脱泡处理后,粘合层16可以充分填充盖板12和屏体11之间的间隙17。例如,凸起部13的凸起高度小于0.05mm,且粘合层16的厚度在0.05mm至0.5mm之间,在进行脱泡处理后,粘合层16可以充分填充盖板12和屏体11之间的间隙17。
在一实施例中,由于粘合层16的材质不同等原因,如果凸起部13的凸起高度大于0.2mm,可能存在即使粘合层16的厚度大于0.5mm也无法完全填充间隙17的情况。这种情况下,需要对粘合层16进一步加工以形成第一粘合部14和第二粘合部15以克服上述问题。
303:对制备好粘合层16的盖板12进行滚压和脱泡处理,形成第一粘合部 14和第二粘合部15。
滚压是在进行脱泡处理前,对制备好粘合层16的盖板12进行的预处理,即通过对制备好粘合层16的盖板12施加一定的压力,使一部分气泡被挤出粘合层16和盖板12之间的间隙17。
如图4所示,由于凸起部13已经制备在盖板12上,当粘合层16制备在盖板12靠近凸起部13的一侧表面时,粘合层16在凸起部13和未被凸起部13遮盖的交界处会产生间隙17。如果粘合层16的厚度小于凸起部13的凸起高度,在进行滚压和脱泡处理后,粘合层16无法充分填充盖板12和屏体11之间的间隙17。当粘合层16的厚度大于或等于凸起部13的凸起高度时,对制备好粘合层16的盖板12进行滚压和脱泡处理时,粘合层16在一定的温度、压力和时间作用下具有流动性,且有足够的粘合剂流入间隙17,从而充分填充凸起部13和未被凸起部13遮盖的交界处的间隙17,从而使贴合产生的气泡变成人眼不可见的小气泡或排出间隙17。
304:将屏体11通过第一粘合部14和第二粘合部15分别与盖板12和凸起部13贴合。
305:对贴合后的屏体11和盖板12进行脱泡处理。
具体地,将屏体11通过第一粘合部14和第二粘合部15与盖板12进行贴合时,屏体11与第一粘合部14和第二粘合部15之间也会产生气泡,因此,也需要进行脱泡处理。
在一实施例中,第一粘合部14和第二粘合部15可以是通过粘合层16一体成型,然后切割成分离的第一粘合部14和第二粘合部15后,再对空隙17部分进行贴合在盖板12或屏体11上,也可以是直接在盖板12或屏体11上分别制备第一粘合部14和第二粘合部15,本申请对第一粘合部14和第二粘合部15的制备方式不做具体限定。
在一实施例中,第一粘合部14和第二粘合部15的材质可以是相同的,也可以是不同的,本申请对第一粘合部14和第二粘合部15的材质不做具体限定。
图5所示实施例与图3所示实施例的不同之处在于,图3所示实施例是先将粘合层16制备在盖板12上,再与屏体11贴合,而图5所示实施例是先将粘合层16制备在屏体11上,再与盖板12贴合。图5所示实施例中显示面板1制备方法的具体步骤如下:
501:在盖板12上制备凸起部13。
502:在屏体11上制备粘合层16。
503:对屏体11和粘合层16进行脱泡处理。
具体地,粘合层16制备在屏体11上时,屏体11和粘合层16之间也会产生气泡,因此,也需要进行脱泡处理。
504:将屏体11通过粘合层16与盖板12靠近凸起部13的一侧表面贴合。
505:对包含粘合层16的屏体11和盖板12进行滚压和脱泡处理,形成第一粘合部14和第二粘合部15。
具体地,如图6所示,由于凸起部13已经制备在盖板12上,当屏体11通过粘合层16贴合在盖板12靠近凸起部13的一侧表面时,粘合层16在凸起部13和未被凸起部13遮盖的交界处会产生间隙17。如果粘合层16的厚度小于凸起部13的凸起高度,在进行滚压和脱泡处理后,粘合层16无法充分填充盖板12和屏体11之间的间隙17。当粘合层16的厚度大于或等于凸起部13的凸起高度时,对包括粘合层16的的屏体11和盖板12进行滚压和脱泡处理时,粘合层16在一定的温度、压力和时间作用下具有流动性,且有足够的粘合剂流入间隙17,从而充分填充凸起部13和未被凸起部13遮盖的交界处的间隙17,从而使贴合产生的气泡变成人眼不可及的小气泡或排出间隙17。
在一实施例中,第一粘合部14和第二粘合部15可以是在基板上一体成型,然后切割成分离的第一粘合部14和第二粘合部15后,再贴合在盖板12或屏体11上,也可以是直接在盖板12或屏体11上分别制备第一粘合部14和第二粘合部15,本申请对第一粘合部14和第二粘合部15的制备方式不做具体限定。
在一实施例中,第一粘合部14和第二粘合部15的材质可以是相同的,也可以是不同的,本申请对第一粘合部14和第二粘合部15的材质不做具体限定。
如图7所示,音箱2包括:发声器件、壳体22以及如上实施例中任一的显示面板1。
具体地,发声器件用于发出声音。壳体22用于容纳发声器件。显示面板1设置在壳体22的表面,用于展示与用户的交互信息。
通过将显示面板1贴合在音箱2的壳体22的表面,能够把人机交互的参数展现出来,提高人机交互的效果,提高用户的使用体验。同时,显示面板1表面无气泡,提高了显示面板1的显示效果,进一步提高了用户的使用体验。
如图8、图9、图10和图11所示,发声器件21包括:电磁激励器211、发声板212以及软胶垫213。
具体地,电磁激励器211用于产生振动。发声板212与电磁激励器211贴合,用于传递电磁激励器211产生的振动。软胶垫213与发声板212远离电磁激励器211的表面贴合,用于与发声板212共振发声。
具体地,发声板212与软胶垫213通过胶层214粘合。发声板212可以是亚克力板,也可以是碳纤维板或蜂窝板,本申请对发声板212的材质不做具体限定。
在一实施例中,如图9所示,屏体11可以是柔性屏体,显示面板1可以是以弧形曲面的状态与壳体22贴合,使音箱2的外形更加美观。
在一实施例中,如图10、图11、图12和图13所示发声器件21包括两个电 磁激励器211,两个电磁激励器211分别位于壳体22的两端。壳体22包括多个开孔221,多个开孔221分布于壳体22的两端的表面。通过在壳体22的两端的表面设置多个开孔221,提高了音箱2发出的声音的音量和音质。
如图14所示,音箱2包括:显示面板1,发声器件21、壳体22、主板23、按键24、充电接口25、电池26、下盖27、固定件28和各种连接线。
具体地,显示面板1包括盖板12、凸起部、第二粘合部15、第一粘合部14和屏体11,显示面板各部件之间的连接或位置关系如上述实施例所示,在此不再赘述。
发声器件21用于发出声音,发声器件21的电磁激励器211位于壳体22内,并穿过下盖27,与发声器件21的发声板212贴合,发声板212通过胶层214与软胶垫213粘合。电磁激励器211产生振动,并将振动传递给发声板212,发声板212与粘合在一起的软胶垫213共振发声。
主板23作为音箱2的控制部分,与发声器件21、按键24、充电接口25和电池26电连接,用于控制各部件完成各自功能。按键24包括电源按键和音量按键,用于开关机和调节音量大小。充电接口25用于与外部电源电连接,为电池26充电。电池26用于储存电能,为音箱2的运转提供电能。下盖27用于与壳体22配合,防止灰尘等进入发声器件21,延长音箱的使用寿命。固定件28位于软胶垫213和下盖27之间,用于固定软胶垫213和下盖27。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种显示面板,包括:
    屏体;
    盖板,与所述屏体层叠设置;
    凸起部,设置在所述盖板靠近所述屏体的一侧表面;
    第一粘合部,填充于所述盖板未被所述凸起部遮盖的区域且位于所述盖板和所述屏体之间;以及
    第二粘合部,填充于所述凸起部和所述屏体之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其中,所述第一粘合部和所述第二粘合部材质相同。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的显示面板,其中,所述第一粘合部和所述第二粘合部为一体结构,通过对该一体结构进行脱泡处理后令该一体结构贴合于所述屏体。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其中,所述第一粘合部和所述第二粘合部为分体结构,且所述第一粘合部的厚度大于所述第二粘合部的厚度。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的显示面板,其中,所述凸起部的高度与所述第二粘合部的厚度之和等于所述第一粘合部的厚度。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的显示面板,其中,所述第一粘合部包括透明的粘合剂。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的显示面板,其中,所述第一粘合部包括光学胶。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2所述的显示面板,其中,所述第二粘合部包括泡棉胶。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2所述的显示面板,其中,所述屏体包括柔性屏体。
  10. 根据权利要求1或2所述的显示面板,其中,所述凸起部的材质包括油墨。
  11. 根据权利要求1或2所述的显示面板,其中,所述凸起部的厚度在0.05mm至0.2mm之间。
  12. 根据权利要求1或2所述的显示面板,其中,所述屏体包括显示区和围绕所述显示区且用于走线的非显示区;其中,所述凸起部在所述屏体所在平面的投影覆盖所述非显示区。
  13. 一种音箱,包括:
    发声器件,用于发出声音;
    壳体,容纳所述发声器件;以及
    如权利要求1至12中任一所述的显示面板,设置在所述壳体表面。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的音箱,其中,所述发声器件包括:
    电磁激励器,用于产生振动;
    发声板,与所述电磁激励器贴合,用于传递所述电磁激励器产生的所述振动;以及
    软胶垫,与所述发声板远离所述电磁激励器的表面贴合,用于与所述发声板共振发声。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的音箱,其中,所述发声器件包括:
    两个电磁激励器,两个所述电磁激励器分别位于所述壳体的两端;
    其中,所述壳体包括多个开孔,所述多个开孔分布于所述壳体的两端的表面。
