其中,固定安装在所述工作台1上的抛光组件3,对称安装在所述工作台1上的一组限位组件2,与所述抛光组件3连接、且设置在所述工作台1上的上料组件4,与所述上料组件4连接的剔除组件6,与所述剔除组件6连接的暂存板8,对称安装在所述工作台1两侧、且与所述上料组件4连接的一组上料盘5,以及与所述暂存板8连接的搬运组件7,当需要将垫圈安装在圆管的两罐时,此时可将圆管放置在支撑部307上,进而完成对圆管的放置工作,使其能够位于指定位置。
所述抛光组件3包括对称安装在所述工作台1上的一组传动电机304,设置在所述传动电机304输出端的滑动支架302,与所述滑动支架302滑动连接、且固定安装在所述工作台1上的水平滑轨306,以及设置在所述滑动支架302上的抛光装置305。当完成对圆管的限位工作后,此时传动电机304开始工作,进而运动的传动电机304能够带动滑动支架302开始工作,进而运动的滑动支架302能够在水平滑轨306上运动,此时能够调整滑动支架302在水平滑轨306上的位置,进而调整抛光装置305进入圆管中的深度,进而当抛光装置305位于指定区域后,此时抛光装置305开始工作,进而运动的抛光装置305能够完成对圆管内壁的抛光工作,然后驱动装置204控制支架205向相反方向运动,使两支架205之间的距离增加,进而完成对圆管的抛光工作,在进一步实施例中,当圆管的内壁太过粗糙,进而会导致垫圈不能被放置在该圆管的内壁中,进而使得垫圈安装工作的失败,因此通过对称设置在工作台1上的一组抛光装置305,进而能够同时完成对圆管两端内壁抛光工作,进而使垫圈能够顺利的被放置在圆管中。在进一步实施例中,为了满足不同的连接效果,进而垫圈会采用不同的尺寸,进而通过设置的传动电机304,进而能够调整抛光装置305在圆管中的位置,这样的话即使使用不同尺寸垫圈,抛光装置305都能够根据垫圈的尺寸完成对圆管上对应区域的抛光工作。
所述抛光组件3还包括与所述工作台1固定连接的驱动部301,位于所述工作台1上、且与所述驱动部301输出端连接的驱动板303,对称安装在所述驱动板303上的一组定位板310,设置在所述驱动板303两端、且位于所述工作台1上的一组支撑部307,对称安装在所述支撑部307上的一组随动轴承308,以及与所述支撑部307固定连接的挡块309;所述支撑部307与所述工作台1滑动连接,所述定位板310上设有通孔、且与所述工作台1固定连接,所述定位板310一端设有既定角度的斜面、所述定位板310的另一端设有一个定位槽;当装置完成对圆管的抛光工作后,此时传动电机304反向工作,进而运动的传动电机304能够带动抛光装置305远离圆管,然后驱动部301开始工作,进而运动的驱动部301能够带动驱动板303开始工作,进而运动的驱动板303能够在定位板310上的通孔中开始运动,同时运动的驱动板303能够带动支撑部307在工作台1上运动,进而运动的支撑部307能够带动圆管开始工作,进而在圆管运动过程中并且在该定位板310斜面和挡块309的作用下,进而能够使圆管位于定位板310上,并且能够使圆管位于该斜面的最高点,然后在圆管自身重力下,圆管能够在定位板310上滚动,进而滚动至定位板310上所设置的定位槽内,进而使圆管能够位于定位板310上的指定位置。在进一步实施例中,当抛光装置305完成对圆管的抛光工作后,此时支撑部307会使圆管开始转动,进而此时圆管会对支撑部307造成挤压,进而容易导致圆管的损坏,因此在支撑部307上设有一组随动轴承308,所述轴承不仅能够起到对圆管的支撑工作,而且当圆管开始转动时,随动轴承308也会和圆管同步转动,进而使得圆管和随动轴承308之间处于一个相对静止的状态,进而避免了圆管的损坏,在进一步实施例中,为了使圆管能够顺利的运动至定位板310上,进而在定位板310的一端上设有一倾斜的斜面,随着圆管在驱动部301的带动下开始运动,进而此时圆管与斜面相互接触,随着驱动部301的继续运动,进而定位板310会给圆管与其运动方向相反的一个力,进而会使圆管脱离支撑部307,因此在所述支撑部307上设有挡块309,进而能够抵消掉该定位板310对圆管的分力,进而使圆管能够顺利的运动至定位板310上斜面的最高点处。在进一步实施例中,为了后续检测工作的顺利进行,进而需要圆管能够位于定位板310上的指定区域,进而实现对圆管位置的定位工作,因此在定位板310的另一端设有一个定位槽,进而当运动的圆管运动至该定位槽处时,能够停留在该定位槽处,进而完成度圆管的定位工作。
所述限位组件2包括对称安装在所述工作台1上的一组驱动装置204,与所述驱动装置204输出端连接的升降装置203,对称安装在所述工作台1上的一组滑轨201,与所述滑轨201滑动连接的多个滑块202,固定安装在所述滑块202上的支架205,与所述支架205固定连接的升降电机206,以及设置在所述升降电机206输出端的夹持块207;所述升降装置203位于支架205上、且与所述支架205滑动连接,所述驱动装置204可在工作台1上滑动,当圆管位于指定区域后,此时驱动装置204开始工作,进而运动的驱动装置204能够带动支架205开始运动,此时运动的支架205在滑块202的配合下能够在滑轨201上滑动,进而能够调整支架205在滑轨201上的位置,直至圆管位于夹持块207、支架205和升降装置203三者形成的区域,此时支架205停止在滑轨201上运动,然后驱动装置204能够带动升降装置203开始工作,进而运动的升降装置203开始在支架205上运动,进而能够调整升降装置203在支架205上的位置,同时升降电机206也开始运动,进而运动的升降电机206能够带动夹持块207开始运动,进而通过夹持块207和升降装置203的工作,进而完成对圆管的限位工作。在进一步实施例中,在实际的对圆管内壁进行抛光的过程中,当抛光装置305运动至圆管的最高点时,此时抛光装置305会给圆管一个向上的力,进而会导致圆管发生运动,进而导致圆管发生弹跳现象,进而不仅容易使圆管偏移既定的抛光轨道,进而导致抛光工作的失败,而且当弹跳起的圆管落下时,会与随动轴承308发生碰撞,进而导致圆管的损坏,因此在工作台1上设有一组限位组件2,该限位组件2位于支撑部307与抛光装置305之间,进而当抛光装置305对圆管进行抛光工作时,限位组件2能够避免圆管发生运动,进而避免了圆管发生弹跳现象,保证了圆管和装置的安全。在进一步实施例中,在实际的生产过程中,圆管的直径是不同的,进而为了更好的完成对圆管的夹持工作,进而则需要对限位组件2的限位区域可以进行调整工作,进而通过夹持块207和升降装置203的运动,进而能够实现对夹持区域的调整,进而保证夹持工作的顺利运行。
所述上料组件4包括与所述工作台1固定连接、且与所述定位板310连接的一组下限位块402,与所述下限位块402连接的支撑架407,固定安装在所述支撑架407上的检测装置403,与所述支撑架407固定连接的上限位块401和安装气缸404,设置在所述安装气缸404输出端的传动件405,安装在所述传动件405输出端的推动装置406,以及固定安装在所述工作台1上的抬升装置408;所述上料盘5的出料处位于所述支撑架407上;当圆管位于定位板310上的指定位置后,此时检测装置403开始工作,进而完成对圆管内壁的检测,当检测结果符合既定的标准后,此时抬升装置408开始工作,进而运动的抬升装置408能够将圆管抬升,进而在圆管上升运动的过程中,圆管会与分隔块605相接触,进而分隔块605与分选架603之间的夹角由刚开始的180度进而在不断的减小,进而会使分隔块605在传动杆604上转动,直至圆管与分隔块605脱离,然后分隔块605在自身弹力的因素下能够恢复至原有的位置,进而与所述分选架603之间的夹角为180度,此时抬升装置408停止工作,然后上料盘5开始工作,进而运动的上料盘5能够将垫圈运送至指定的区域,然后安装气缸404能够带动传动件405开始工作,进而运动的传动件405能够带动推动装置406在支撑架407上运动,进而所述推动装置406能够将垫圈安装在圆管上,进而当抬升装置408下降时,圆管能够位于分隔块605上,并在自身重力的影响下,圆管能够运动至分选架603上,然后圆管从分选架603运动至暂存板8上,进而完成将垫圈安装在圆管上的工作。在进一步实施例中,当圆管的内壁太过粗糙,进而会导致垫圈不能被放置在该圆管的内壁中,进而使得垫圈安装工作的失败,因此需要对抛光后的圆管内壁进行检测,进而将不合格产品进行剔除,然后在将垫圈安装在符合标准的圆管上,进而完成垫圈的安装工作。
所述剔除组件6包括与所述工作台1固定连接的剔除电机601,设置在所述剔除电机601输出端的连接杆602,位于所述连接杆602上的三个分选架603,与所述分选架603另一端连接的传动杆604,以及设置在所述传动杆604上、且与所述分选架603连接的多个分隔块605;所述传动杆604设置在支撑架407上;当检测装置403对圆管的检测结果不符合既定的标准后,此时抬升装置408开始工作,进而运动的抬升装置408能够将圆管抬升与所述上限位板7086接触,进而在圆管上升运动的过程中,圆管会与分隔块605相接触,进而分隔块605与分选架603之间的夹角由刚开始的180度进而在不断的减小,进而会使分隔块605在传动杆604上转动,直至圆管与分隔块605脱离,然后分隔块605在自身弹力的因素下能够恢复至原有的位置,进而与所述分选架603之间的夹角为180度,然后剔除电机601开始工作,进而运动的剔除电机601能够带动连接杆602开始工作,进而运动的连接杆602能够带动分选架603开始工作,进而运动的分选架603能够带动分隔块605开始运动,此时分选架603的另一端位于所述暂存板8的下方,进而当抬升装置408下降时,圆管能够位于分隔块605上,并在自身重力的影响下,能够被运送至指定区域,进而完成对不合格产品的剔除工作。在进一步实施例中,为了完成对不合格产品的剔除工作,进而设有剔除电机601,进而当检测装置403检测到不合格的产品时,检测装置403能够开始工作,进而运动的检测装置403能够调整分选架603的倾斜角度,进而运动的分选架603能够调整分隔块605的角度,进而能够使分选架603与暂存板8分离,进而能够使不合格产品运输至指定得到废料放置区域,进而保证了剔除工作的顺利进行。
所述搬运组件7包括设置在所述暂存板8两侧的一组支柱701,与所述支柱701固定连接的传动滑轨709,设置在所述传动滑轨709上的驱动电机702,与所述驱动电机702输出端连接的传动丝杆703,套接在所述传动丝杆703上的驱动件704,与所述驱动件704固定连接、且位于所述传动滑轨709上的滑动板705,与所述滑动板705固定连接的升降设备706,设置在所述升降设备706输出端的升降部707,以及与所述升降部707连接的夹持装置708;当圆管位于暂存板8上后,此时驱动电机702开始工作,进而运动的驱动电机702能够带动传动丝杆703开始运动,此时运动的传动丝杆703能够带动驱动件704开始运动,此时运动的驱动件704能够带动滑动板705在传动滑轨709上运动,进而能够调整夹持装置708在传动滑轨709上的水平位置,当夹持装置708位于指定位置后,此时升降设备706能够带动升降部707开始运动,进而能够调整夹持装置708的垂直位置,完成对夹持装置708的位置调整工作。通过设置的驱动电机702和升降设备706能够调整夹持装置708的位置,进而能够完成对圆管的搬运工作,进而使位于暂存上的圆管能够被搬运至既定位置,同时通过设置的一组搬运组件7,进而通过两点确定一条直线的原理,进而能够保证圆管搬运的顺利进行。
所述夹持装置708包括与所述升降部707固定连接的连接板7081,对称安装在所述连接板7081上的一组夹持电机7082,设置在所述夹持电机7082输出端的转动部7083,位于所述转动部7083上、且与所述转动部7083转动连接的抓取架7084,对称安装在所述连接板7081上的一组限位装置7085,以及与所述限位装置7085连接的限位板7086,;当完成对夹持装置708的位置调整工作后,此时夹持电机7082开始运动,进而工作的夹持电机7082能够带动转动部7083开始工作,进而运动的转动部7083能够带动抓取架7084开始工作,进而完成对圆管的限位工作,然后限位装置7085开始工作,进而运动的限位装置7085能够带动限位板7086开始工作,进而能够使限位板7086与圆管接触,进而完成对圆管的夹持工作,然后驱动电机702方向工作,进而能够将圆管运送至指定位置,进而完成对圆管的搬运工作。通过设置的一组抓取架7084和限位板7086进而能够保证圆管在抓取架7084上不会发生位移,进而保证了圆管在搬运过程中不会掉落,进而保证了装置和圆管的安全。
工作原理说明:当需要将垫圈安装在圆管的两罐时,此时可将圆管放置在支撑部307上,进而完成对圆管的放置工作,使其能够位于指定位置;当圆管位于指定区域后,此时驱动装置204开始工作,进而运动的驱动装置204能够带动支架205开始运动,此时运动的支架205在滑块202的配合下能够在滑轨201上滑动,进而能够调整支架205在滑轨201上的位置,直至圆管位于夹持块207、支架205和升降装置203三者形成的区域,此时支架205停止在滑轨201上运动,然后驱动装置204能够带动升降装置203开始工作,进而运动的升降装置203开始在支架205上运动,进而能够调整升降装置203在支架205上的位置,同时升降电机206也开始运动,进而运动的升降电机206能够带动夹持块207开始运动,进而通过夹持块207和升降装置203的工作,进而完成对圆管的限位工作;当完成对圆管的限位工作后,此时传动电机304开始工作,进而运动的传动电机304能够带动滑动支架302开始工作,进而运动的滑动支架302能够在水平滑轨306上运动,此时能够调整滑动支架302在水平滑轨306上的位置,进而调整抛光装置305进入圆管中的深度,进而当抛光装置305位于指定区域后,此时抛光装置305开始工作,进而运动的抛光装置305能够完成对圆管内壁的抛光工作,然后驱动装置204控制支架205向相反方向运动,使两支架205之间的距离增加,进而完成对圆管的抛光工作;当装置完成对圆管的抛光工作后,此时传动电机304反向工作,进而运动的传动电机304能够带动抛光装置305远离圆管,然后驱动部301开始工作,进而运动的驱动部301能够带动驱动板303开始工作,进而运动的驱动板303能够在定位板310上的通孔中开始运动,同时运动的驱动板303能够带动支撑部307在工作台1上运动,进而运动的支撑部307能够带动圆管开始工作,进而在圆管运动过程中并且在该定位板310斜面和挡块309的作用下,进而能够使圆管位于定位板310上,并且能够使圆管位于该斜面的最高点,然后在圆管自身重力下,圆管能够在定位板310上滚动,进而滚动至定位板310上所设置的定位槽内,进而使圆管能够位于定位板310上的指定位置;当圆管位于定位板310上的指定位置后,此时检测装置403开始工作,进而完成对圆管内壁的检测,当检测结果符合既定的标准后,此时抬升装置408开始工作,进而运动的抬升装置408能够将圆管抬升至指定位置,此时抬升装置408停止工作,然后上料盘5开始工作,进而运动的上料盘5能够将垫圈运送至指定的区域,然后安装气缸404能够带动传动件405开始工作,进而运动的传动件405能够带动推动装置406在支撑架407上运动,进而所述推动装置406能够将垫圈安装在圆管上,进而当抬升装置408下降时,圆管能够位于分隔块605上,并在自身重力的影响下,圆管能够运动至分选架603上,然后圆管从分选架603运动至暂存板8上,进而完成将垫圈安装在圆管上的工作;当检测装置403对圆管的检测结果不符合既定的标准后,此时抬升装置408开始工作,进而运动的抬升装置408能够将圆管抬升与所述上限位板7086接触,进而在圆管上升运动的过程中,圆管会与分隔块605相接触,进而分隔块605与分选架603之间的夹角由刚开始的180度进而在不断的减小,进而会使分隔块605在传动杆604上转动,直至圆管与分隔块605脱离,然后分隔块605在自身弹力的因素下能够恢复至原有的位置,进而与所述分选架603之间的夹角为180度,然后剔除电机601开始工作,进而运动的剔除电机601能够带动连接杆602开始工作,进而运动的连接杆602能够带动分选架603开始工作,进而运动的分选架603能够带动分隔块605开始运动,此时分选架603的另一端位于所述暂存板8的下方,进而当抬升装置408下降时,圆管能够位于分隔块605上,并在自身重力的影响下,能够被运送至指定区域,进而完成对不合格产品的剔除工作;当圆管位于暂存板8上后,此时驱动电机702开始工作,进而运动的驱动电机702能够带动传动丝杆703开始运动,此时运动的传动丝杆703能够带动驱动件704开始运动,此时运动的驱动件704能够带动滑动板705在水平滑轨306上运动,进而能够调整夹持装置708在水平滑轨306上的水平位置,当夹持装置708位于指定位置后,此时升降设备706能够带动升降部707开始运动,进而能够调整夹持装置708的垂直位置,完成对夹持装置708的位置调整工作;当完成对夹持装置708的位置调整工作后,此时夹持电机7082开始运动,进而工作的夹持电机7082能够带动转动部7083开始工作,进而运动的转动部7083能够带动抓取架7084开始工作,进而完成对圆管的限位工作,然后限位装置7085开始工作,进而运动的限位装置7085能够带动限位板7086开始工作,进而能够使限位板7086与圆管接触,进而完成对圆管的夹持工作,然后驱动电机702方向工作,进而能够将圆管运送至指定位置,进而完成对圆管的搬运工作。

  1. 一种用于圆管垫圈的安装设备,其特征是,包括:
    工作台,与所述工作台固定连接的抛光组件,对称安装在所述工作台上的一组限位组件,与所述抛光组件连接、且设置在所述工作台上的上料组件,对称安装在所述工作台两侧、且与所述上料组件连接的一组上料盘,与所述上料组件连接的剔除组件,与所述剔除组件连接的暂存板,以及与所述暂存板连接的搬运组件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于圆管垫圈的安装设备,其特征是:所述抛光组件包括对称安装在所述工作台上的一组传动电机,设置在所述传动电机输出端的滑动支架,与所述滑动支架滑动连接、且固定安装在所述工作台上的水平滑轨,以及设置在所述滑动支架上的抛光装置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于圆管垫圈的安装设备,其特征是:所述抛光组件还包括与所述工作台固定连接的驱动部,位于所述工作台上、且与所述驱动部输出端连接的驱动板,对称安装在所述驱动板上的一组定位板,设置在所述驱动板两端、且位于所述工作台上的一组支撑部,对称安装在所述支撑部上的一组随动轴承,以及与所述支撑部固定连接的挡块;所述支撑部与所述工作台滑动连接,所述定位板上设有通孔、且与所述工作台固定连接,所述定位板一端设有既定角度的斜面、所述定位板的另一端设有一个定位槽。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于圆管垫圈的安装设备,其特征是:所述限位组件包括对称安装在所述工作台上的一组驱动装置,与所述驱动装置输出端连接的升降装置,对称安装在所述工作台上的一组滑轨,与所述滑轨滑动连接的多个滑块,固定安装在所述滑块上的支架,与所述支架固定连接的升降电机,以及设置在所述升降电机输出端的夹持块;所述升降装置位于支架上、且与所述支架滑动连接,所述驱动装置可在工作台上滑动。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种用于圆管垫圈的安装设备,其特征是:所述上料组件包括与所述工作台固定连接、且与所述定位板连接的一组下限位块,与所述下限位块连接的支撑架,固定安装在所述支撑架上的检测装置,与所述支撑架固定连接的上限位块和安装气缸,设置在所述安装气缸输出端的传动件,安装在所述传动件输出端的推动装置,以及固定安装在所述工作台上的抬升装置;所述上料盘的出料处位于所述支撑架上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于圆管垫圈的安装设备,其特征是:所述剔除组件包括与所述工作台固定连接的剔除电机,设置在所述剔除电机输出端的连接杆,位于所述连接杆上的三个分选架,与所述分选架另一端连接的传动杆,以及设置在所述传动杆上、且与所述分选架连接的多个分隔块;所述传动杆设置在支撑架上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于圆管垫圈的安装设备,其特征是:所述搬运组件包括设置在所述暂存板两侧的一组支柱,与所述支柱固定连接的传动滑轨,设置在所述传动滑轨上的驱动电机,与所述驱动电机输出端连接的传动丝杆,套接在所述传动丝杆上的驱动件,与所述驱动件固定连接、且位于所述传动滑轨上的滑动板,与所述滑动板固定连接的升降设备,设置在所述升降设备输出端的升降部,以及与所述升降部连接的夹持装置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种用于圆管垫圈的安装设备,其特征是:所述夹持装置包括与所述升降部固定连接的连接板,对称安装在所述连接板上的一组夹持电机,设置在所述夹持电机输出端的转动部,位于所述转动部上、且与所述转动部转动连接的抓取架,对称安装在所述连接板上的一组限位装置,以及与所述限位装置连接的限位板。
  9. 一种用于圆管垫圈的安装设备的工作方法,其特征是,包括:
    S1:当需要将垫圈安装在圆管的两罐时,此时可将圆管放置在支撑部上,进而完成对圆管的放置工作,使其能够位于指定位置;
    S2:当圆管位于指定区域后,此时驱动装置开始工作,进而运动的驱动装置能够带动支架开始运动,此时运动的支架在滑块的配合下能够在滑轨上滑动,进而能够调整支架在滑轨上的位置,直至圆管位于夹持块、支架和升降装置三者形成的区域,此时支架停止在滑轨上运动,然后驱动装置能够带动升降装置开始工作,进而运动的升降装置开始在支架上运动,进而能够调整升降装置在支架上的位置,同时升降电机也开始运动,进而运动的升降电机能够带动夹持块开始运动,进而通过夹持块和升降装置的工作,进而完成对圆管的限位工作;
    S3:当完成对圆管的限位工作后,此时传动电机开始工作,进而运动的传动电机能够带动滑动支架开始工作,进而运动的滑动支架能够在水平滑轨上运动,此时能够调整滑动支架在水平滑轨上的位置,进而调整抛光装置进入圆管中的深度,进而当抛光装置位于指定区域后,此时抛光装置开始工作,进而运动的抛光装置能够完成对圆管内壁的抛光工作,然后驱动装置控制支架向相反方向运动,使两支架之间的距离增加,进而完成对圆管的抛光工作;
    S4:当装置完成对圆管的抛光工作后,此时传动电机反向工作,进而运动的传动电机能够带动抛光装置远离圆管,然后驱动部开始工作,进而运动的驱动部能够带动驱动板开始工作,进而运动的驱动板能够在定位板上的通孔中开始运动,同时运动的驱动板能够带动支撑部在工作台上运动,进而运动的支撑部能够带动圆管开始工作,进而在圆管运动过程中并且在该定位板斜面和挡块的作用下,进而能够使圆管位于定位板上,并且能够使圆管位于该斜面的最高点,然后在圆管自身重力下,圆管能够在定位板上滚动,进而滚动至定位板上所设置的定位槽内,进而使圆管能够位于定位板上的指定位置;
    S5:当圆管位于定位板上的指定位置后,此时检测装置开始工作,进而完成对圆管内壁的检测,当检测结果符合既定的标准后,此时抬升装置开始工作,进而运动的抬升装置能够将圆管抬升至指定位置,此时抬升装置停止工作,然后上料盘开始工作,进而运动的上料盘能够将垫圈运送至指定的区域,然后安装气缸能够带动传动件开始工作,进而运动的传动件能够带动推动装置在支撑架上运动,进而所述推动装置能够将垫圈安装在圆管上,进而当抬升装置下降时,圆管能够位于分隔块上,并在自身重力的影响下,圆管能够运动至分选架上,然后圆管从分选架运动至暂存板上,进而完成将垫圈安装在圆管上的工作;
    S6:当检测装置对圆管的检测结果不符合既定的标准后,此时抬升装置开始工作,进而运动的抬升装置能够将圆管抬升与所述上限位板接触,进而在圆管上升运动的过程中,圆管会与分隔块相接触,进而分隔块与分选架之间的夹角由刚开始的180度进而在不断的减小,进而会使分隔块在传动杆上转动,直至圆管与分隔块脱离,然后分隔块在自身弹力的因素下能够恢复至原有的位置,进而与所述分选架之间的夹角为180度,然后剔除电机开始工作,进而运动的剔除电机能够带动连接杆开始工作,进而运动的连接杆能够带动分选架开始工作,进而运动的分选架能够带动分隔块开始运动,此时分选架的另一端位于所述暂存板的下方,进而当抬升装置下降时,圆管能够位于分隔块上,并在自身重力的影响下,能够被运送至指定区域,进而完成对不合格产品的剔除工作;
    S7:当圆管位于暂存板上后,此时驱动电机开始工作,进而运动的驱动电机能够带动传动丝杆开始运动,此时运动的传动丝杆能够带动驱动件开始运动,此时运动的驱动件能够带动滑动板在传动滑轨上运动,进而能够调整夹持装置在传动滑轨上的水平位置,当夹持装置位于指定位置后,此时升降设备能够带动升降部开始运动,进而能够调整夹持装置的垂直位置,完成对夹持装置的位置调整工作;
    S8:当完成对夹持装置的位置调整工作后,此时夹持电机开始运动,进而工作的夹持电机能够带动转动部开始工作,进而运动的转动部能够带动抓取架开始工作,进而完成对圆管的限位工作,然后限位装置开始工作,进而运动的限位装置能够带动限位板开始工作,进而能够使限位板与圆管接触,进而完成对圆管的夹持工作,然后驱动电机方向工作,进而能够将圆管运送至指定位置,进而完成对圆管的搬运工作。
