本申请涉及电子雾化器技术领域,特别是涉及一种雾化芯的制造方法、雾化芯及其电子雾化装置。
背景技术
目前,电子雾化装置中的陶瓷雾化芯大多采用导液和发热为一体的结构配置,其中发热元件的主流形式有发热丝和发热膜两种。发热丝类型的陶瓷雾化芯产品可以达到气道线路短、结构简单、雾化效率高的效果,但其大部分的发热丝在陶瓷基体内部,只有极少部分显露甚至完全不显露,大大降低了产品的热效率;发热膜类型的陶瓷雾化芯产品可以达到表面雾化、热效率高的效果,但其气道一般存在转折、线路较长,明显降低了用户吸食气溶胶的热感,出气效率低。然而,陶瓷雾化芯产品普遍存在无法兼顾这两种优点的问题,导致不能完全满足用户对气溶胶含量和口感的需求。另一方面,现有大量的雾化芯产品需要保护气氛高温(烧结温度大于1100摄氏度)烧结,有些甚至需要经过多次反复的高温烧结,工艺复杂、生产成本高。
发明内容
本申请主要解决的技术问题是提供一种雾化芯的制造方法、雾化芯及其电子雾化装置,解决现有技术中雾化芯制造工艺复杂、高成本的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请采用的第一个技术方案是:提供一种雾化芯的制造方法,该制造方法包括:制备多孔片层生胚,并在多孔片层生胚上制得发热线路;将多孔片层生胚卷绕在模具上形成预制内层管;其中,发热线路设置于预制内层管的内壁上;在预制内层管外壁形 成预制外层管;去除模具,将预制外层管、预制内层管和发热线路整体进行烧结。
其中,去除模具,将预制外层管、预制内层管和发热线路整体进行烧结的步骤具体包括:将置于模具中的预制外层管、预制内层管和发热线路整体在常压下静置;将模具沿内层管的轴向方向褪出;在空气氛围中,将预制外层管、预制内层管和发热线路整体在700~1000摄氏度条件下进行常压烧结。
其中,制备多孔片层生胚,并在多孔片层生胚上制得发热线路的步骤具体包括:将用于形成多孔片层生胚的原材料制成第一浆料;将第一浆料通过流延工艺制成多孔片层生胚,多孔片层生胚的厚度为0.075~0.5毫米;在多孔片层生胚上通过丝印方式制得发热线路。

其中,形成多孔片层生胚的原材料包括第一粉体和第一溶剂,第一粉体包括陶瓷粉、第一烧结助剂和造孔剂,第一烧结助剂占第一粉体质量的百分比为1~40%,造孔剂的质量百分比不超过陶瓷粉和第一烧结助剂总质量的两倍;第一溶剂包括分散剂、粘结剂、增塑剂和偶联剂中的至少一种,粘结剂的质量百分比为第一粉体的1~40%。
其中,形成预制外层管的原材料包括第二粉体和第二溶剂,第二粉体包括陶瓷粉、第二烧结助剂和造孔剂,第二烧结助剂的质量百分比为第二粉料总质量的2~40%,造孔剂的质量百分比为第二粉体总质量的5~80%,第二烧结助剂包括骨架成型剂,骨架成型剂的质量百分比为第二粉体总质量的5~150%。
其中,形成预制外层管的原材料包括第二粉体和第二溶剂,第二粉体包括陶瓷粉、第二烧结助剂和造孔剂,第二烧结助剂的质量百分比为第二粉体总质量的2~40%,造孔剂的质量百分比为第二粉体总质量的5~80%,第二烧结助剂包括有机单体,有机单体的质量百分比为第二粉 体总质量的0.1~20%。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请采用的第二个技术方案是:提供一种雾化芯,该雾化芯包括:管状多孔基体,管状多孔基体形成有雾化腔,管状多孔基体用于将管状多孔基体外的液体导入到雾化腔;发热件,发热件设置在管状多孔基体内壁上,发热件用于对导入雾化腔的液体进行加热雾化。
其中,管状多孔基体包括内层管和外层管,外层管套设于内层管上,且内层管的外壁与外层管的内壁紧贴,内层管内形成雾化腔;发热件设置于内层管的内壁上。
其中,管状多孔基体的材料包括多孔陶瓷,多孔陶瓷的孔隙率为30~80%,且孔径为10~150微米。
其中,发热件包括发热膜,发热膜的金属成分包括铂、金、银、银钯、银铂中的至少一种。
其中,内层管的壁厚为0.075~0.5毫米;外层管的壁厚为0.2~3.0毫米。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请采用的第三个技术方案是:提供一种电子雾化装置,该电子雾化装置包括:用于存储雾化介质的储液腔和根据上述任一项的雾化芯,储液腔中的雾化介质能够经管状多孔基体传递至雾化腔。
本申请的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,提供的一种雾化芯的制造方法、雾化芯及其电子雾化装置,该制造方法包括在准备的多孔片层生胚上制得发热线路;将多孔片层生胚卷绕在模具上形成预制内层,发热线路设置于预制内层管的内壁上;在预制内层管远离发热线路的一侧形成预制外层管;去除模具,将预制外层管、预制内层管和发热线路整体进行烧结。本申请提供的雾化芯的制造方法,通过在多孔片层生胚上形成发热线路并卷绕形成预制内层管,在预制内层管的外围形成预制外层管,将带有发热线路的预制内层管以及外侧形成的预制外层管整体进行烧结,降低了在预制内层管内壁制成发热线路的加工难度,简化了雾化芯的加工工艺,节约了制造成本。

S11:制备多孔片层生胚,并在多孔片层生胚上制得发热线路。
具体地,将用于形成多孔片层生胚1011的原材料制成第一浆料通过流延工艺形成薄片状的多孔片层生胚1011,具体的,流延工艺指将具有流动性的浆料置于一承载平面上,通过刮平或辊压方式形成厚度一致的薄片;将第一浆料通过流延工艺制成多孔片层生胚1011,多孔片层生胚1011的厚度为0.075~0.5毫米;在多孔片层生胚1011上印刷发热线路20(请参阅图2(a))。其中,形成多孔片层生胚1011的原材料包括第一粉体和第一溶剂,第一粉体包括陶瓷粉、第一烧结助剂和造孔剂,第一烧结助剂占第一粉体质量的百分比为1~40%,造孔剂的质量百分比小于或等于陶瓷粉和第一烧结助剂总质量的两倍;第一溶剂包括分散 剂、粘结剂、增塑剂和偶联剂中的至少一种,粘结剂的质量百分比为第一粉体的1~40%。
S12:将多孔片层生胚卷绕在模具上形成预制内层管;其中,发热线路设置于预制内层管的内壁上。
具体地,将上述所得的多孔片层生胚1011卷绕在模具50上形成预制内层管101(请参阅图2(b))。其中,模具50为环形柱体结构,将多孔片层生胚1011卷绕在环形模具50的内层环上,使印刷有发热线路20的多孔片层生胚1011的一侧贴近环形模具50的内层环。其中,内层环可以是空心结构,也可以是实心结构。
S13:在预制内层管外壁形成预制外层管。
具体地,在预制内层管外壁通过注模工艺形成预制外层管。将用于形成预制外层管102的原材料制成第二浆料;将第二浆料注入在预制内层管101远离发热线路20的一侧,预制外层管102的内壁与预制内层管101的外壁紧贴,预制外层管102的厚度为0.2~3.0毫米(请参阅图2(c))。形成预制外层管102的原材料包括第二粉体和第二溶剂,第二粉体包括陶瓷粉、第二烧结助剂和造孔剂,第二烧结助剂的质量百分比为第二粉料总质量的2~40%,造孔剂的质量百分比为第二粉体总质量的5~80%,第二烧结助剂包括骨架成型剂,骨架成型剂的质量百分比为第二粉体总质量的5~150%。在一可选实施例中,形成预制外层管102的原材料包括第二粉体和第二溶剂,第二粉体包括陶瓷粉、第二烧结助剂和造孔剂,第二烧结助剂的质量百分比为第二粉体总质量的2~40%,造孔剂的质量百分比为第二粉体总质量的5~80%,第二烧结助剂包括有机单体,有机单体的质量百分比为第二粉体总质量的0.1~20%。
S14:去除模具,将预制外层管、预制内层管和发热线路整体进行烧结。
具体地,将置于模具50中的预制外层管102、预制内层管101和发热线路20整体在常压下静置;将模具50沿预制内层管101的轴向方向褪出(请参阅图2(d));预制内层管101的内腔形成雾化腔30。在空气氛围中,将预制外层管102、预制内层管101和发热线路20整体在 700~1000摄氏度条件下进行常压烧结,。
本实施例中提供的雾化芯的制造方法通过在多孔片层生胚上形成发热线路并卷绕形成预制内层管,在预制内层管的外围形成预制外层管,将带有发热线路的预制内层管以及外侧形成的预制外层管整体进行烧结,降低了在预制内层管内壁制成发热线路的加工难度,简化了雾化芯的加工工艺,节约了制造成本。
请参阅图3,图3是本申请提供的雾化芯的制造方法另一实施例的流程示意图。本实施例中,雾化芯的制造方法包括如下步骤。
S21:将用于形成多孔片层生胚的原材料制成第一浆料。
具体地,准备形成多孔生胚的原材料,将准备的原材料混合均匀制成第一浆料。其中,形成多孔生胚的原材料包括第一粉体、第一溶剂、第一粉体包括陶瓷粉、第一烧结助剂和造孔剂,第一烧结助剂占第一粉体的质量百分比1~40%,造孔剂的质量百分比不超过陶瓷粉和第一烧结助剂总质量的两倍,第一溶剂包括分散剂、粘结剂、增塑剂和偶联剂中的至少一种,粘结剂的质量百分比为第一粉体的1~40%。其中,可以根据需求预制内层管的烧结收缩率确定第一烧结助剂、造孔剂及粘结剂的质量配比。
在一具体实施例中,陶瓷粉包括二氧化硅、石英砂、硅藻土、氧化铝、氧化镁、高岭土、莫来石、堇青石中的一种或几种;烧结助剂包括无水碳酸钠、无水碳酸钾、钠长石、钾长石、粘土、膨润土、玻璃粉中的一种或几种;造孔剂包括木屑、漂珠、石墨粉、淀粉、面粉、核桃粉、聚苯乙烯球、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯球中的至少一种。粘结剂包括聚乙酸乙烯酯、聚乙烯醇缩醛、乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚树脂、氯乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚树脂、过氯乙烯树脂、聚丙烯酸酯、聚酰胺、聚砜中的一种或几种。骨架成型剂包括石蜡、微晶石蜡、植物油、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、无规聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸脂、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物中的一种或几种。有机单体包括琼脂、琼脂糖、明胶、琼胶、果胶、壳聚糖、蛋白质、海藻酸钠、丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酸烷基酯、甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯、甲基丙烯酸丙酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯中的一种或几种。
S22:将第一浆料通过流延工艺制成多孔片层生胚。
具体地,将上述制成的第一浆料通过流延工艺制成多孔片层生胚,即形成多孔片层薄板。在一可选实施例中,也可以将上述制成的第一浆料通过轧膜的方式形成多孔片层生胚。其中,多孔片层生胚的厚度可以为0.075~0.5毫米。
S23:在多孔片层生胚上通过丝印方式制得发热线路。
具体地,在多孔片层生胚的一侧表面印刷发热线路。在一具体实施例中,发热线路的材料可以为银、银钯、银铂,也可以为金、铂材料中的任意一种。由于发热线路的材料的耐热性能好,其可以与预制内层管和预制外层管整体在700~1000摄氏度的条件下进行共烧;其中,发热线路的制备还可以通过溅射、蒸镀、丝印、涂覆、喷墨打印中的任意一种方法制成,通过其它方法也可以制备发热线路,只要能够制得符合要求的发热线路即可。
S24:将多孔片层生胚卷绕在模具上形成预制内层管。
具体地,将印刷有发热线路的多孔片层生胚卷绕在模具上形成预制内层管。将多孔片层生胚围绕着模具的内层环形成中空管状结构,即形成预制内层管。其中,多孔片层生胚上印刷发热线路的一侧贴近内层环的结构。
S25:将用于形成预制外层管的原材料制成第二浆料。
具体地,准备形成预制外层管的原材料,根据预设的比例将准备的形成预制外层管的原材料混合均匀制成第二浆料;将第二浆料注入在预制内层管远离发热线路的一侧,预制外层管的内壁与预制内层管的外壁紧贴,预制外层管的厚度为0.2~3.0毫米。第二浆料的原材料包括第二粉体和第二溶剂,第二粉体包括陶瓷粉、第二烧结助剂和造孔剂,第二烧结助剂的质量百分比为第二粉料总量的2~40%,造孔剂的质量百分含量为第二粉体总量的5~80%,第二烧结助剂包括骨架成型剂,骨架成型剂的质量百分含量为第二粉体总量的5~150%。第二烧结助剂还包括表面活性剂、增塑剂和偶联剂。其中,可以根据需求的预制外层管的烧结收缩率确定第二烧结助剂、造孔剂及骨架成型剂的质量配比。
在另一可选实施例中,第二浆料的原材料包括第二粉体和第二溶剂,第二粉体包括陶瓷粉、第二烧结助剂和造孔剂,第二烧结助剂的质量百分比为第二粉体总量的2~40%,造孔剂的质量百分比为第二粉体总量的5~80%,第二烧结助剂包括有机单体,有机单体的质量百分比为第二粉体总量的0.1~20%。第二烧结助剂还包括去离子水、交联剂、引发剂、分散剂、PH值调节剂等。其中,可以根据需求的预制外层管的烧结收缩率确定第二烧结助剂、造孔剂及有机单体的质量配比。
在一具体实施例中,陶瓷粉包括二氧化硅、石英砂、硅藻土、氧化铝、氧化镁、高岭土、莫来石、堇青石中的一种或几种;烧结助剂包括无水碳酸钠、无水碳酸钾、钠长石、钾长石、粘土、膨润土、玻璃粉中的一种或几种;造孔剂包括木屑、漂珠、石墨粉、淀粉、面粉、核桃粉、聚苯乙烯球、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯球中的至少一种。粘结剂包括聚乙酸乙烯酯、聚乙烯醇缩醛、乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚树脂、氯乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚树脂、过氯乙烯树脂、聚丙烯酸酯、聚酰胺、聚砜中的一种或几种。骨架成型剂包括石蜡、微晶石蜡、植物油、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、无规聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸脂、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物中的一种或几种。有机单体包括琼脂、琼脂糖、明胶、琼胶、果胶、壳聚糖、蛋白质、海藻酸钠、丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酸烷基酯、甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯、甲基丙烯酸丙酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯中的一种或几种。
另一可选实施例中,预制内层管的烧结收缩率和预制外层管的烧结收缩率相近。在一优选实施例中,预制内层管的烧结收缩率和预制外层管的烧结收缩率相同。
S26:将第二浆料注入在预制内层管远离发热线路的一侧形成预制外层管。
具体地,将第二浆料注入在预制内层管远离发热线路的一侧形成预制外层管,预制外层管的内壁与预制内层管的外壁紧贴,预制外层管的厚度为0.2~3.0毫米。
S27:去除模具,将预制外层管、预制内层管和发热线路整体进行烧结。
具体地,将置于模具中的预制外层管、预制内层管和发热线路整体在常压下静置;将模具沿内层管的轴向方向褪出;在空气氛围中,将预制外层管、预制内层管和发热线路整体在700~1000摄氏度条件下进行常压烧结。在一具体实施例中,待第二浆料形成预制外层管的操作完成后,使整个预制结构在常压条件下静置15min后,去除模具,保留预制结构,在空气条件下将预制外层管、预制内层管和发热线路整体进行常压烧结,烧结温度为700~1000摄氏度。待烧结完成后,将发热件的两个电极从雾化腔远离连通出气通道的一端引出,便于发热件通过电极与电源连接。
本实施例中提供的雾化芯的制造方法包括在准备的多孔片层生胚上印刷发热线路;将多孔片层生胚卷绕在模具上形成预制内层,使发热线路贴近模具;在预制内层管远离发热线路的一侧注模形成预制外层管;去除模具,在空气条件下将预制外层管、预制内层管和发热线路整体进行常压烧结得到雾化芯。通过在多孔片层生胚上形成发热线路并卷绕形成预制内层管,在预制内层管的外围形成预制外层管,将带有发热线路的预制内层管以及外侧形成的预制外层管整体进行烧结,降低了在预制内层管内壁制成发热线路的加工难度,简化了雾化芯的加工工艺,节约了制造成本。
请参阅图4和图5,图4是本申请提供的雾化芯一实施例的结构示意图。图5是图4提供的雾化芯的俯视图。本实施例中,提供一种雾化芯100,该雾化芯100包括:管状多孔基体10和发热件20。
管状多孔基体10形成有雾化腔30,管状多孔基体10用于将管状多孔基体10外的液体导入到雾化腔30。雾化腔30与吸嘴的出气通道连通。在一可选实施例中,管状多孔基体10包括内层管101和外层管102,外层管102套设于内层管101上,且内层管101的外壁与外层管102的内壁紧贴,内层管101内形成雾化腔30;发热件20设置于内层管101内壁上。其中,内层管101的壁厚为0.075~0.5毫米。其中,外层管102的壁厚为0.2~3.0毫米。在一具体实施例中,管状多孔基体10的材料包括多孔陶瓷,多孔陶瓷的孔隙率为30%~80%,且孔径为10~150微米。 在一可选实施例中,内层管101上的孔径小于外层管102上的孔径,可以进一步调节导入雾化腔30中液体的流动速率,避免导入液体的速度过快,影响雾化效果。在一具体实施例中,内层管101和外层管102的陶瓷成分相似,且材料的收缩率相似,能够相互匹配,在烧结后内层管101和外层管102能够相互贴合形成为一体结构。
发热件20,发热件20设置在管状多孔基体10内壁上,发热件20用于对导入雾化腔30的液体进行加热雾化。在一具体实施例中,发热件20包括S形设置的发热线路,也可以为环形设置的发热线路。其中,发热件20包括发热膜,发热膜的金属成分包括铂、金、银、银钯、银铂中的至少一种。发热件20还包括电极,电极与发热线路的两端连接。电极从雾化腔30远离连通出气通道的一端引出。本实施例中的液体为雾化介质(油、叶、花、草/液体类花类油类膏类)。
本实施例提供的雾化芯,通过设置的管状多孔基体将储液腔中的雾化介质导入到雾化腔,通过加热件对雾化腔中的雾化介质进行加热,雾化介质雾化后直接从雾化腔进入出气通道,之后直接进入用户口中,整个的气道线路短,结构简单,且雾化效率高。可以满足用户对气溶胶量和口感的需求。
请参阅图6,图6是本申请提供的电子雾化装置一实施例的结构示意图。本实施例提供一种电子雾化装置1,该电子雾化装置1包括用于存储雾化介质的储液腔200和雾化芯100、吸嘴400,储液腔200中的雾化介质能够经管状多孔基体10传递至雾化腔30。其中,雾化芯100的结构如上述实施例所述。在一可选实施例中,雾化芯100的雾化腔30与吸嘴400的出气通道401直接连通。
在另一具体实施例中,雾化芯100包括管状多孔基体10和发热件20。其中,管状多孔基体10包括内层管101和外层管102,外层管102套设在内层管101上,且内层管101和外层管102可一体设置。发热件20包括发热线路201和电极202,电极202与发热线路201的两端电连接。发热线路201设置与内层管101的内壁,电极202设置于雾化腔30中。雾化芯100的外围设置有储液腔200,储液腔200用于储存雾化介 质,储液腔200中的雾化介质通过管状多孔基体10导入到雾化芯100的雾化腔30。
电子雾化装置1还包括电源300。电源300可以设置于雾化芯100的底部,电源300与电极202电连接;吸嘴400设置于雾化芯100的顶部,吸嘴400包括出气通道401,出气通道401与雾化芯100的雾化腔30连通。
当用户使用电子雾化装置1时,打开电源300,加热线路201对雾化腔30的雾化介质进行雾化,雾化的雾化介质在雾化腔30中通过吸嘴400的出气通道401进入用户的口中,整个的气道线路短,可以满足用户对气溶胶量和口感的需求。
本实施例提供的电子雾化装置,通过设置的雾化芯将储液腔中的雾化介质导入到雾化腔,通过加热件对雾化腔中的雾化介质进行加热,雾化介质雾化后直接从雾化腔进入吸嘴的出气通道,之后直接进入用户口中,整个的气道线路短,结构简单,且雾化效率高,可以满足用户对气溶胶量和口感的需求。

  1. 一种雾化芯的制造方法,其中,所述雾化芯的制造方法包括:
    制备多孔片层生胚,并在所述多孔片层生胚上制得发热线路;
    将所述多孔片层生胚卷绕在模具上形成预制内层管;其中,所述发热线路设置于所述预制内层管的内壁上;
    在所述预制内层管外壁形成预制外层管;
    去除所述模具,将所述预制外层管、所述预制内层管和所述发热线路整体进行烧结。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化芯的制造方法,其中,所述去除所述模具,将所述预制外层管、所述预制内层管和所述发热线路整体进行烧结的步骤具体包括:
    将置于所述模具中的所述预制外层管、所述预制内层管和所述发热线路整体在常压下静置;
    将所述模具沿所述内层管的轴向方向褪出;
    在空气氛围中,将所述预制外层管、所述预制内层管和所述发热线路整体在700~1000摄氏度条件下进行常压烧结。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化芯的制造方法,其中,所述制备多孔片层生胚,并在所述多孔片层生胚上制得发热线路的步骤具体包括:
    将用于形成多孔片层生胚的原材料制成第一浆料;
    将所述第一浆料通过流延工艺制成所述多孔片层生胚,所述多孔片层生胚的厚度为0.075~0.5毫米;
    在所述多孔片层生胚上通过丝印方式制得所述发热线路。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化芯的制造方法,其中,所述在所述预制内层管外壁形成预制外层管的步骤具体包括:
    将用于形成预制外层管的原材料制成第二浆料;
    将所述第二浆料注入在所述预制内层管远离所述发热线路的一侧,所述预制外层管的内壁与所述预制内层管的外壁紧贴,所述预制外层管的厚度为0.2~3.0毫米。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化芯的制造方法,其中,所述形成多孔片层生胚的原材料包括第一粉体和第一溶剂,所述第一粉体包括陶瓷粉、第一烧结助剂和造孔剂,所述第一烧结助剂占所述第一粉体质量的百分比为1~40%,所述造孔剂的质量百分比不超过所述陶瓷粉和所述第一烧结助剂总质量的两倍;所述第一溶剂包括分散剂、粘结剂、增塑剂和偶联剂中的至少一种,所述粘结剂的质量百分比为所述第一粉体的1~40%。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化芯的制造方法,其中,所述形成预制外层管的原材料包括第二粉体和第二溶剂,所述第二粉体包括陶瓷粉、第二烧结助剂和造孔剂,所述第二烧结助剂的质量百分比为所述第二粉料总质量的2~40%,所述造孔剂的质量百分比为所述第二粉体总质量的5~80%,所述第二烧结助剂包括骨架成型剂,所述骨架成型剂的质量百分比为所述第二粉体总质量的5~150%。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化芯的制造方法,其中,所述形成预制外层管的原材料包括第二粉体和第二溶剂,所述第二粉体包括陶瓷粉、第二烧结助剂和造孔剂,所述第二烧结助剂的质量百分比为所述第二粉体总质量的2~40%,所述造孔剂的质量百分比为所述第二粉体总质量的5~80%,所述第二烧结助剂包括有机单体,所述有机单体的质量百分比为所述第二粉体总质量的0.1~20%。
  8. 一种雾化芯,其中,所述雾化芯包括:
    管状多孔基体,所述管状多孔基体形成有雾化腔,所述管状多孔基体用于将所述管状多孔基体外的液体导入到所述雾化腔;
    发热件,所述发热件设置在所述管状多孔基体内壁上,所述发热件用于对导入所述雾化腔的液体进行加热雾化。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的雾化芯,其中,所述管状多孔基体包括内层管和外层管,所述外层管套设于所述内层管上,且所述内层管的外壁与所述外层管的内壁紧贴,所述内层管内形成所述雾化腔;所述发热件设置于所述内层管的内壁上。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的雾化芯,其中,所述管状多孔基体的材料 包括多孔陶瓷,所述多孔陶瓷的孔隙率为30~80%,且孔径为10~150微米。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的雾化芯,其中,所述发热件包括发热膜,所述发热膜的金属成分包括铂、金、银、银钯、银铂中的至少一种。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的雾化芯,其中,所述内层管的壁厚为0.075~0.5毫米;所述外层管的壁厚为0.2~3.0毫米。
  13. 一种电子雾化装置,其中,所述电子雾化装置包括:用于存储雾化介质的储液腔和根据权利要求8所述的雾化芯,所述储液腔中的雾化介质能够经所述管状多孔基体传递至所述雾化腔。
