Abstract
本发明提供一种聚合物水泥基防水涂料,属于防水涂料领域。按重量份计,其原料组分包括:丙烯酸酯乳液60‑70份、分散剂7‑10份、成膜助剂8‑1 0份、流平剂3 ‑5份、催干剂4 ‑6份、减水剂0.05‑0.2份、水泥50‑55份、填充助剂40‑60份、水3‑7份。其中,所述丙烯酸酯乳液中固含量为30‑60%。其中,所述减水剂为聚羧酸系减水剂、聚醚聚羧酸系减水剂中的任意一种。其中,填充助剂为石英砂粉、草酸镁、高岭土的混合物,所述混合物中石英砂粉、草酸镁、高岭土的质量比为2:1‑2:1‑2。本发明还提供了一种上述防水涂料的制备方法。本发明提供的制备方法简单易操作,防水涂料的原料价格低廉,机械性能、防水性能和耐候性好。
Description
本发明涉及防水涂料领域 ,具体是涉及一种聚合物水泥基防水涂料及其制备方法。
聚合物水泥基防水涂料,又称JS复合防水涂料。聚合物水泥基防水涂料基于有机聚合物乳液失水,而形成具有黏结性、连续性的弹性膜层,水泥吸收乳液中的水而硬化,柔性聚合物与水泥硬化体相互贯穿而牢固地粘结成一个坚固有弹性的防水层,柔性聚合物填充在水泥硬化体的空隙中,使水泥硬化体更加致密而富有弹性,涂膜具有较好的延伸率,水泥硬化体填充在聚合物相中,使其具有更好的户外耐久性和更好的基层适应性。因此,既有刚性,又有一定的韧性,并且具有更好的粘结性,涂层可以做的很薄,再加上这种防水涂料是一种环境友好型涂料,对环境不会造成影响,所以愈发收到人们青睐,成为近几年来防水涂料发展的热点。
本发明的目的是提供一种聚合物水泥基防水涂料及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种聚合物水泥基防水涂料,按重量份计,其原料组分包括:丙烯酸酯乳液60-70份、分散剂7-10份、成膜助剂8-10份、流平剂3-5份、催干剂4-6份、减水剂0 .05-0 .2份、水泥50-55份、填充助剂40-60份、水3-7份。
其中,所述丙烯酸酯乳液中固含量为30-60%。
其中,所述减水剂为聚羧酸系减水剂、聚醚聚羧酸系减水剂中的任意一种。
其中,填充助剂为石英砂粉、草酸镁、高岭土的混合物,所述混合物中石英砂粉、草酸镁、高岭土的质量比为2:1-2:1-2。
需要声明的是,其余原料均为市售常用材料。
本发明还提供了一种聚合物水泥基防水涂料的制备方法,具体步骤包括:
按重量份将丙烯酸酯乳液、分散剂、成膜助剂、流平剂、催干剂和减水剂倒入搅拌釜中搅拌,搅拌时间为6-7分钟,再加入水泥、填充助剂和水继续搅拌至均匀,即得成品。
本发明制备的聚合物水泥基防水涂料机械性能好,具有较好的抗拉伸强度和粘结强度,耐候性能好,干结时间短。其原料价格低廉,制备工艺简单,对生产设备要求低,防水性能好。本发明中,利用石英砂粉、草酸镁、高岭土的协同作用,提升了防水涂料的机械性能。

实施例1
一种聚合物水泥基防水涂料,按重量份计,其原料组分包括:丙烯酸酯乳液65份、分散剂8份、成膜助剂9份、流平剂4份、催干剂5份、减水剂0.15份、水泥50份、填充助剂5份、水5份。
其中,所述丙烯酸酯乳液中固含量为30-60%。
其中,所述减水剂为聚羧酸系减水剂、聚醚聚羧酸系减水剂中的任意一种。
其中,填充助剂为石英砂粉、草酸镁、高岭土的混合物,所述混合物中石英砂粉、草酸镁、高岭土的质量比为2:1:1。
一种聚合物水泥基防水涂料的制备方法,具体步骤包括:
按重量份将丙烯酸酯乳液、分散剂、成膜助剂、流平剂、催干剂和减水剂倒入搅拌釜中搅拌,搅拌时间为6-7分钟,再加入水泥、填充助剂和水继续搅拌至均匀,即得成品。
实施例2
一种聚合物水泥基防水涂料,按重量份计,其原料组分包括:丙烯酸酯乳液60份、分散剂7份、成膜助剂8份、流平剂3份、催干剂4份、减水剂0.05份、水泥50份、填充助剂40份、水3份。
其中,填充助剂为石英砂粉、草酸镁、高岭土的混合物,所述混合物中石英砂粉、草酸镁、高岭土的质量比为2:2:1。

实施例3
一种聚合物水泥基防水涂料,按重量份计,其原料组分包括:丙烯酸酯乳液70份、分散剂10份、成膜助剂10份、流平剂5份、催干剂6份、减水剂0.2份、水泥55份、填充助剂60份、水7份。
其中,填充助剂为石英砂粉、草酸镁、高岭土的混合物,所述混合物中石英砂粉、草酸镁、高岭土的质量比为2:1:2。

其中,填充助剂为石英砂粉、草酸镁的混合物,所述混合物中石英砂粉、草酸镁的质量比为2:1。

其中,填充助剂为石英砂粉、草酸镁、高岭土的混合物,所述混合物中石英砂粉、草酸镁、高岭土的质量比为1:2:2。

根据GB/T 23445-2009对上述实施例和对比例制备的聚合物基防水涂料进行性能测试,结果如表1所示。

由表1可知,实施例1-3制备的聚合物水泥基防水涂料机械性能好,具有较好的抗拉伸强度和粘结强度,耐候性能好,干结时间短,防水性能好。由对比例1-3与实施例1对比可知,石英砂粉、草酸镁、高岭土中的任意两种的组合相较于三种的混合,制备的防水涂料机械性能较差,并且防水性能、耐候性差。对比例4与实施例1对比可知,当石英砂粉、草酸镁、高岭土的质量比为2:3:3时,防水涂料的抗拉伸强度相差不大,粘结强度和延伸性能有所下降,但防水性能较差。对比例5与实施例1对比可知,当石英砂粉、草酸镁、高岭土的质量比为1:2:2时,防水涂料的抗拉伸强度相差不大,粘结强度和延伸性能有所下降,其耐候性有较大下降。

- 一种聚合物水泥基防水涂料,其特征在于,按重量份计,其原料组分包括:丙烯酸酯 乳液60-70份、分散剂7-10份、成膜助剂8-10份、流平剂3-5份、催干剂4-6份、减水剂0 .05- 0 .2份、水泥50-55份、填充助剂40-60份、水3-7份。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种聚合物水泥基防水涂料,其特征在于:所述丙烯酸酯乳液 中固含量为30-60%。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种聚合物水泥基防水涂料,其特征在于:所述减水剂为聚羧 酸系减水剂、聚醚聚羧酸系减水剂中的任意一种。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种聚合物水泥基防水涂料,其特征在于:所述填充助剂为石 英砂粉、草酸镁、高岭土的混合物。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种聚合物水泥基防水涂料,其特征在于:所述混合物中石英 砂粉、草酸镁、高岭土的质量比为2:1-2:1-2。
- 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的一种聚合物水泥基防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在 于:具体步骤包括:按重量份将丙烯酸酯乳液、分散剂、成膜助剂、流平剂、催干剂和减水剂倒入搅拌釜中 搅拌,搅拌时间为6-7分钟,再加入水泥、填充助剂和水继续搅拌至均匀,即得成品。
