Abstract

本发明公开了一种防水涂料,由以下重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸弹性乳液110~145份、水泥20~50份、纳米氧化硅1~5份、惰性无机粉料8~15份、分散剂1~3份、消泡剂1~10份、阻燃剂1~5份、重质碳酸钙1~5份、硅烷偶联剂1~3份、水7~18份。本发明的涂料具有很好的韧性,附着力强、不易脱落,该种涂料不含致癌化合物,无毒环保,能应用于屋顶的防水补漏、墙面的渗水、卫生间的防渗水等方面,具有防水效果好,耐候性好的特点。

防水涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑材料,具体涉及一种防水涂料。
背景技术
随着我国经济的发展,城市建设发展突飞猛进,高楼大厦、桥梁工程等越来越多。很多建筑施工单位为了加快工程进度和降低成本,加上酸雨等自然因素,建成的建筑常出现屋顶漏水、墙面渗水或是卫生间地面渗水等现象。这些给人们的生活带来极大困扰,影响生活的品质。因此,房屋补漏是一种较为普遍的工作,也是一项极为重要的工作,而选择一款防水性能好的防水涂料也较为重要。防水涂料是涂刷在建筑物表面上,经溶剂或水分的挥发或两种组分的化学反应形成一层薄膜,使建筑物表面与水隔绝,从而起到防水、密封的作用,这些涂刷的粘稠液体称为防水涂料。防水涂料经固化后形成的防水薄膜具有一定的延伸性、弹塑性、抗裂性、抗渗性及耐候性,能起到防水、防渗和保护作用。防水涂料有良好的温度适应性,操作简便,易于维修与维护,被广泛地应用在房屋的防水方面。
目前,市场尚待防水材料有两大类:一是聚氨酯类防水涂料。这类材料一般是由聚氨酯与煤焦油作为原材料制成,其所挥发的焦油气毒性大,且不容易清除,因此于2000年在我国被禁止使用。尚在销售的聚氨脂防水涂料,是用沥青代替煤焦油作为原料。但在使用这种涂料时,一般采用含有甲苯、二甲苯等有机溶剂来稀释,因而也含有毒性;另一类为聚合物水泥基防水涂料。它由多种水性聚合物合成的乳液与掺有各种添加剂的优质水泥组成,聚合物(树脂)的柔性与水泥的刚性结为一体,使得它在抗渗性与稳定性方面表现优异。但该种防水涂料存在断裂延伸性略差,成本高的缺陷。
发明内容
针对上述的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供应用于屋顶和墙面的漏水或卫生间等渗水的防水涂料,该种涂料在使用过程中无毒环保,具有高韧性、强氧化性以及良好的防水性能。
为解决上述问题,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
防水涂料,由以下重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸弹性乳液110~145份、水泥20~50份、纳米氧化硅1~5份、惰性无机粉料8~15份、分散剂1~3份、消泡剂1~10份、阻燃剂1~5份、重质碳酸钙1~5份、硅烷偶联剂1~3份、水7~18份。
上述防水涂料,进一步优选地,由以下重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸弹性乳液125份、水泥30份、纳米氧化硅2份、惰性无机粉料11份、分散剂2份、消泡剂7份、阻燃剂4份、重质碳酸钙3份、硅烷偶联剂1.5份、水15份。
上述方案中,所述阻燃剂可以由聚磷酸铵、氢氧化铝、硼酸锌和磷酸二氢铵按相同重量配比混合而成。
上述方案,进一步地,所述惰性无机粉料可以为轻钙、滑石粉、高岭土、石英粉中的一种或两种。
本发明的防水涂料的制备方法按常规的工艺进行,以及辅助用料也按常规用量添加。
与现有的防水涂料相比,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的涂料具有很好的韧性,附着力强、不易脱落,该种涂料不含致癌化合物,无毒环保,能应用于屋顶的防水补漏、墙面的渗水、卫生间的防渗水等方面,具有防水效果好,耐候性好的特点。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的解释说明,但不局限于这些实施例。
实施例1
防水涂料,由以下重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸弹性乳液110份、水泥20份、纳米氧化硅1份、惰性无机粉料8份、分散剂3份、消泡剂1份、阻燃剂1份、重质碳酸钙5份、硅烷偶联剂3份、水18份;其中所述阻燃剂由聚磷酸铵、氢氧化铝、硼酸锌和磷酸二氢铵按相同重量配比混合而成,所述惰性无机粉料为轻钙和石英粉、两者可以按1:2或1:1的重量比混合而成。
上述防水涂料的制备方法可以为:按重量份称取所述原料,放入搅拌机内充分搅拌,研磨20分钟后,于20℃恒温静置30分钟即可。
实施例2
防水涂料,由以下重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸弹性乳液145份、水泥50份、纳米氧化硅5份、惰性无机粉料15份、分散剂1份、消泡剂10份、阻燃剂5份、重质碳酸钙1份、硅烷偶联剂1份、水7份;其中所述阻燃剂由聚磷酸铵、氢氧化铝、硼酸锌和磷酸二氢铵按相同重量配比混合而成,所述惰性无机粉料为滑石粉。
上述防水涂料的制备方法可以为:按重量份先将水、丙烯酸酯弹性乳液、钛酸酯偶联剂、水泥和消泡剂加入配料缸中,通过分散搅拌机在600转/分速度下进行搅拌7分钟,然后将搅拌速度提高至800转/分,再按所述重量份加入纳米氧化硅、惰性无机粉料、分散剂、阻燃剂、重质碳酸钙,继续搅拌10分钟,直至成粘糊状的均匀浆料,再将该浆料送至三辊机上研磨2次,每次12分钟,最后加入浆料0.01%的粘合剂,均匀搅拌10分钟,即得成品。
实施例3
防水涂料,由以下重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸弹性乳液125份、水泥30份、纳米氧化硅2份、惰性无机粉料11份、分散剂2份、消泡剂7份、阻燃剂4份、重质碳酸钙3份、硅烷偶联剂1.5份、水15份;其中所述阻燃剂由聚磷酸铵、氢氧化铝、硼酸锌和磷酸二氢铵按相同重量配比混合而成,所述惰性无机粉料为高岭土和石英粉、两者可以按1:2或1:1的重量比混合而成。
上述防水涂料的制备方法与实施例2的相同。
本发明防水涂料的技术性能测试结果如下表1:
从上表可看出,本发明的防水涂料不仅防渗漏效果好,也具有阻燃作用,且抗拉伸性能好,有很好的韧性,环保健康,值得推广。

1.防水涂料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸弹性乳液110~145份、水泥20~50份、纳米氧化硅1~5份、惰性无机粉料8~15份、分散剂1~3份、消泡剂1~10份、阻燃剂1~5份、重质碳酸钙1~5份、硅烷偶联剂1~3份、水7~18份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水涂料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸弹性乳液125份、水泥30份、纳米氧化硅2份、惰性无机粉料11份、分散剂2份、消泡剂7份、阻燃剂4份、重质碳酸钙3份、硅烷偶联剂1.5份、水15份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防水涂料,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂由聚磷酸铵、氢氧化铝、硼酸锌和磷酸二氢铵按相同重量配比混合而成。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的防水涂料,其特征在于:所述惰性无机粉料为轻钙、滑石粉、高岭土、石英粉中的一种或两种。
