Abstract

L'ensemble boîtier de dispositif de collage de bords qui utilise des adhésifs de type thermofusible avec polyuréthane réactif (PUR), comprend deux parties allongées et verticales où le système de pré-fusion vient s'accoupler. Les parties supérieure et inférieure du boîtier antirésidus sont accouplées mécaniquement, sans nécessité d'utiliser des moyens de jonction ou des adhésifs. Son procédé d'ingénierie de construction utilisant des technologies d'usinage de précision, garantit un écoulement parfait de l'adhésif liquéfié et chauffé à l'intérieur dans les parties supérieure et inférieure jusqu'à l'applicateur de l'adhésif. La fixation de l'équipement complet dans la ligne de production de l'utilisateur est réalisée par raccordement mécanique standard et peut présenter différentes configurations, selon les caractéristiques de la ligne de production, l'équipement étant positionné vers la gauche, vers la droite ou centré par rapport à la pièce appelée à recevoir l'adhésif.
