Claims (1)

A carcaça inferior possui estrutura para conexão (4) do coleiro com o equipamento da linha de produção do usuário, bem como ao sistema de aplicação do adesivo utilizado (5). A carcaça antirresíduos é caracterizada pelo fato de que a estrutura interna (6) de ambas as partes da carcaça do coleiro (superior e inferior) foram desenvolvidas utilizando tecnologias de usinagem não tradicionais que permitem a construção sem cantos vivos como usinagem negativa de precisão e acabamento interno realizado através de eletroerosão de precisão, possibilitando o correto fluxo (6) do meio adesivo liquefeito por aquecimento pelo prefusor, conforme exemplificam as visões internas detalhadas da carcaça superior na Fig. 6 e da carcaça inferior Fig. 7.
