  1. A carcaça antirresíduos de coleiro de bordas com prefusor integrado, compreendida por parte superior onde é acoplado mecanicamente (1) o prefusor para adesivos do tipo "Hot-Melt" Poliuretano Reativo (PUR), onde em sua parte inferior (2), através de pequeno chanfro (7) positivo obtido através de usinagem de precisão micrométrica, é acoplada também mecanicamente a carcaça inferior do equipamento (3) em área de encaixe com borda (9) obtida através de processo de fresamento com precisão micrométrica, que confere perfeito encaixe mecânico entre as partes, sem a necessidade da utilização de quaisquer juntas ou adesivos secundários para o correto acoplamento mecânico e vedação. A carcaça inferior possui estrutura para conexão (4) do coleiro com o equipamento da linha de produção do usuário, bem como ao sistema de aplicação do adesivo utilizado (5). A carcaça antirresíduos é caracterizada pelo fato de que a estrutura interna (6) de ambas as partes da carcaça do coleiro (superior e inferior) foram desenvolvidas utilizando tecnologias de usinagem não tradicionais que permitem a construção sem cantos vivos como usinagem negativa de precisão e acabamento interno realizado através de eletroerosão de precisão, possibilitando o correto fluxo (6) do meio adesivo liquefeito por aquecimento pelo prefusor, conforme exemplificam as visões internas detalhadas da carcaça superior na Fig. 6 e da carcaça inferior Fig. 7. Após o meio adesivo HotMelt Poliuretano Reativo (PUR) liquefeito e aquecido entrar na cavidade da carcaça superior em (6), ele descerá por inércia passando a janela inferior (2) da parte superior da carcaça, e que dá acesso à parte inferior da carcaça antirresíduos do coleiro, que está acoplada mecanicamente à carcaça inferior, onde o adesivo liquefeito e aquecido é conduzido por leve curva (8) com tendência positiva e de fluxo contínuo para o sistema aplicador (5), que realiza a transferência do adesivo para a peça que recebe o adesivo liquefeito e aquecido para a respectiva colagem.
