Abstract

CARCAÇA ANTIRRESÍDUOS PARA COLEIRO DE BORDAS COM PREFUSOR INTEGRADO. Conjunto da carcaça para coleiro de bordas que utiliza adesivos do tipo "Hot-Melt" Poliuretano Reativo (PUR) com sistema de prefusão, é compreendida por duas partes alongadas e verticalizadas onde o prefusor de adesivo é acoplado em sua parte superior. As partes superior e inferior da carcaça anti resíduos são acopladas de forma mecânica, sem a necessidade do uso de juntas ou adesivos. Seu processo de engenharia de construção, utilizando tecnologias de usinagem de precisão, garantem o perfeito fluxo do adesivo liquefeito e aquecido em seu interior nas partes superior e inferior até o aplicador do adesivo. A fixação do equipamento completo na linha de produção do usuário ocorre através de conexão mecânica padronizada e pode possuir diferentes configurações, de acordo com as características da linha de produção, posicionando o equipamento para a esquerda, para a direita ou centralizado em relação à peça que irá receber o adesivo.
