本发明涉及一轨道灯,特别指一种可预防掉落的轨道灯。
背景技术
常见轨道灯主要结构包括有轨道结构以及光源安装座,当光源安装座安装在轨道结构,仅只透过轨道结构以及光源安装座分别设置且可互扣的卡扣结构进行固定,当长期使用或是结构老旧导致卡扣结构不密合时,又或者在安装固定时,因未确实安装,导致光源安装座极可能会因为卡扣不确实而掉落,造成行经下方的人员发生意外导致伤残。
如何解决上述问题,即为相关业者所必须思考的问题所在。
发明内容
有鉴于上述问题,本发明一实施例提出一种轨道灯,其特征在于:一轨道结构,其包含一安装座、一由所述安装座一侧弯折延伸的第一侧壁及一由所述安装座另一侧弯折延伸且与所述第一侧壁对应的第二侧壁,其中所述第一侧壁一端界定一第一卡固部,所述第二侧壁一端界定一第二卡固部,而靠近所述安装座处朝所述第二卡固部方向延伸一限位件,而所述第二侧壁对应所述限位件处则界定为一限位部,所述限位件与所述限位部间界定一限位空间;
一光源安装座,其两侧分别设置一与所述第一卡固部固定的第一对卡部及一与所述第二卡固部固定的第二对卡部,其中靠近所述第二对卡部位置延伸一供插置于所述限位空间的限位结构,所述限位结构至少包含一与所述限位件对应设置的第一对位部及一与所述限位部对应设置的第二对位部,其中所述第一对位部与所述第二对位部之间界定一吊扣槽;及
一吊扣结构,其由所述第二侧壁靠近所述第二卡固部延伸且供所述吊扣槽吊扣,所述吊扣结构包含:由所述第二侧壁横向延伸的延伸壁及一由所述延伸壁朝所述限位件方向延伸的吊挂壁。
根据上述轨道灯的一种优选实施方式,所述限位件末端界定一弯折部。
根据上述轨道灯的一种优选实施方式,所述第一对位部更包括一与所述弯折部对应设置的抵止部。
根据上述轨道灯的一种优选实施方式,更包括一光源模组,其装设于所述光源安装座。
综上所述,根据本发明实施例的轨道灯,具有下列特色,当第一卡固部与第一对卡部或是第二卡固部与第二对卡部脱钩时,利用限位件或限位部与限位结构的结构限制,可起 到避免轨道结构与光源安装座脱离而掉落造成危险。

请参考图1及图2,是本发明轨道灯的立体结构示意图及是图1轨道灯的A-A剖面结构示意图。本发明是一种轨道灯,轨道灯1主要包括:轨道结构10及光源安装座12,其中轨道结构10包含安装座100、一由安装座100一侧弯折延伸的第一侧壁101及一由安装座100另一侧弯折延伸且与第一侧壁101对应的第二侧壁102,其中第一侧壁101一端界定第一卡固部1010,第二侧壁102一端界定第二卡固部1020,第二侧壁102靠近安装座100处朝第二卡固部1020方向延伸有限位件1022,而第二侧壁102对应限位件1022处则界定为一限位部1024,限位件1022与限位部1024间界定一限位空间1026。
光源安装座12部分则在两侧分别设置与第一卡固部1010固定的第一对卡部120及与第二卡固部1020固定的第二对卡部122,其中靠近第二对卡部122位置延伸一供插置于限位空间1026的限位结构124,限位结构124至少包含一与限位件1022对应设置的第一对位部1240及一与限位部1024对应设置的第二对位部1242。
前述中的限位件1022末端界定一弯折部1028。第一对位部1240更包括一与弯折部1028对应设置的抵止部1246。由弯折部1028及抵止部1246,能够让限位结构124在插置于限位空间1026具有导引效果,同时可让结构抵触上不会有单点接触的破坏问题。
更包括有光源模组14,光源模组14装设于光源安装座12上。
前述中第一对位部1240与第二对位部1242之间界定一吊扣槽1244,第二侧壁102靠 近第二卡固部1020延伸一供吊扣槽1244吊扣的吊扣结构1021。其中吊扣结构1021包括:一由第二侧壁102横向延伸的延伸壁1021a及一由延伸壁1021a朝限位件1022方向延伸的吊挂壁1021b。
一并参考图3、图4及图5所示,是本发明轨道灯第一种脱钩的使用状态示意图、轨道灯第二种脱钩的使用状态示意图及轨道灯第三种脱钩的使用状态示意图。安装时,轨道结构10固定于墙体上,而后将光源安装座12直接组装于轨道结构10,光源安装座12具体是先将第二对卡部122位置延伸的限位结构124插置于限位空间1026,而后将轨道结构10上的第一卡固部1010及第二卡固部1020分别供光源安装座12上的第一对卡部120与第二对卡部122固定。当一侧边的第一卡固部1010与第一对卡部120脱钩时,光源安装座12则会朝向第一卡固部1010与第一对卡部120脱钩的方向倾斜(箭头方向为倾斜方向),所以限位结构124上的第一对位部1240会与轨道结构10上的限位件1022抵触,透过第一对位部1240与限位件1022的结构设置可起到避免轨道结构与光源安装座脱离而掉落造成危险。
反之,当轨道结构10上的第二卡固部1020与光源安装座12上的第二对卡部122脱钩时,光源安装座12则会朝向第二卡固部1020与第二对卡部122脱钩的方向倾斜(箭头方向为倾斜方向),所以限位结构124上的第二对位部1242会与轨道结构10上的限位部1024抵触,透过第二对位部1242与限位部1024的结构设置可起到避免轨道结构与光源安装座脱离而掉落造成危险。
值得一提的是,在光源安装座12的限位结构124上设置的吊扣槽1244会对应于第二侧壁102靠近第二卡固部1020延伸一的吊扣结构1021,当轨道结构10与光源安装座12完全脱钩时,也就是轨道结构10上的第一卡固部1010及第二卡固部1020与光源安装座12上的第一对卡部120与第二对卡部122相互不固定时,透过吊扣槽1244与第二侧壁102靠近第二卡固部1020延伸一的吊扣结构1021吊挂,因此可起到避免轨道结构与光源安装座脱离而掉落造成危险。
需要说明的是,尽管在本文中已经对上述各实施例进行了描述,但并非因此限制本发明的专利保护范围。因此,基于本发明的创新理念,对本文所述实施例进行的变更和修改,或利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换,直接或间接地将以上技术方案运用在其他相关的技术领域,均包括在本发明专利的保护范围之内。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种轨道灯,其特征在于:一轨道结构,其包含一安装座、一由所述安装座一侧弯折延伸的第一侧壁及一由所述安装座另一侧弯折延伸且与所述第一侧壁对应的第二侧壁,其中所述第一侧壁一端界定一第一卡固部,所述第二侧壁一端界定一第二卡固部,而靠近所述安装座处朝所述第二卡固部方向延伸一限位件,而所述第二侧壁对应所述限位件处则界定为一限位部,所述限位件与所述限位部间界定一限位空间;
    一光源安装座,其两侧分别设置一与所述第一卡固部固定的第一对卡部及一与所述第二卡固部固定的第二对卡部,其中靠近所述第二对卡部位置延伸一供插置于所述限位空间的限位结构,所述限位结构至少包含一与所述限位件对应设置的第一对位部及一与所述限位部对应设置的第二对位部,其中所述第一对位部与所述第二对位部之间界定一吊扣槽;及
    一吊扣结构,其由所述第二侧壁靠近所述第二卡固部延伸且供所述吊扣槽吊扣,所述吊扣结构包含:由所述第二侧壁横向延伸的延伸壁及一由所述延伸壁朝所述限位件方向延伸的吊挂壁。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的轨道灯,其特征在于:所述限位件末端界定一弯折部。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的轨道灯,其特征在于:所述第一对位部更包括一与所述弯折部对应设置的抵止部。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的轨道灯,其特征在于:更包括一光源模组,其装设于所述光源安装座。
