Abstract

本发明提供一种便携式电子装置壳体,包括一盖体及一本体,所述盖体上设置有至少一卡钩,所述便携式电子装置壳体包括数量与卡钩数量对应的卡合件,所述卡合件装设于本体上,每一卡合件包括一主体部,所述主体部上设置一卡持部,所述卡持部与相应的卡钩相互卡持,从而将盖体及本体装配在一起。

便携式电子装置壳体
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子装置壳体,尤其涉及一种便携式电子装置壳体。
背景技术
手机、PDA等便携式电子装置壳体元件的装配方法通常有螺钉装配与卡扣结构装配两种。采用螺钉装配的本体元件在装配和拆卸时耗时较长,装配后无法保证各螺钉的拧紧力度完全相同,从而易在本体间产生破坏性的应力。由于便携式电子装置壳体的体积及厚度都很小,很容易受到上述应力的破坏。另外,螺钉的强度对装配质量影响也很大。因此,此种装配方法已由于上述诸多缺点而较少采用。
目前大多数便携式电子装置壳体都采用卡扣结构装配,即在盖体一端设置一对卡钩,另一端设置一卡锁销,对应的在本体一端设置一对卡槽,另一端设置一扣锁孔。安装时,先将盖体的卡钩插入本体的卡槽,再将盖体以该卡槽为轴朝向本体方向旋转并按压盖体直至盖体的卡锁销卡入本体的扣锁孔中。显然,该种卡扣结构涉及元件数量较多,结构较为复杂,制造及组装较为不便。
发明内容
针对上述问题,有必要提供一种装配简单的便携式电子装置壳体。
一种便携式电子装置壳体,包括一盖体及一本体,所述盖体上设置有至少一卡钩,所述便携式电子装置壳体包括数量与卡钩数量对应的卡合件,所述卡合件装设于本体上,每一卡合件包括一主体部,所述主体部上设置一卡持部,所述卡持部与相应的卡钩相互卡持,从而将盖体及本体装配在一起。
相较于现有技术,本发明所述的便携式电子装置壳体通过设置一卡合件,该卡合件上设置一卡持部。且通过将卡合件固定至本体上,使得后续将盖体组装至本体上时,仅需垂直按下该盖体,使得设置于盖体上的卡钩与卡持部相卡合即可。其组装方式较为简单,且与现有技术相比,本发明的便携式电子装置壳体不需要设置结构复杂的现有卡扣结构,其结构简单,有效地降低了便携式电子装置壳体的组装成本。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一种便携式电子装置壳体,其适用于移动电话、PDA等便携式电子装置。请参阅图1,本发明一较佳实施例的便携式电子装置壳体100包括一盖体10、一本体20及二卡合件30,该卡合件30同时装配至盖体10及本体20上,从而使该盖体10及本体20通过卡合件30装配在一起。
该盖体10大致呈平板状,其外侧设置一大致呈台阶状的安装部12,该安装部12上凸设至少一卡钩122。
该本体20大致呈平板状,其具体形状及尺寸与盖体10相匹配。该本体20包括一配合面21及一安装面22,所述配合面21上开设一大致呈台阶状的配合部211,该配合部211与安装部12相配合,用以将盖体10可重叠地装配于本体20上。该安装面22与配合面21大致垂直设置,其边缘一部分凹陷形成有数量与卡钩122数量相应且大致呈半圆柱状的容置部221,该容置部221内部开设有相应的容置槽222。容置部221两侧的本体20分别向内凹陷形成一安装槽223,该安装槽223内设置有一凸起224,该凸起224邻近配合面21的一侧形成一顶壁225,邻近安装面22的一侧形成一底壁226。
请一并参阅图2,该卡合件30为一片体,可由一金属板经过冲压加工一体成型,其可拆卸地装设于本体20上。该卡合件30包括一主体部31及二延伸臂33。该主体部31为一直条形平板,其一侧沿与主体部31表面大致平行的方向折回延伸而形成一卡持部311,该卡持部311为与主体部31表面大致平行的片体。二延伸臂33分别设置在所述主体部31的两侧。每一延伸臂33包括一过渡段331、一连接段332及一抵持段333。每一过渡段331为一直条状板体,二过渡段331分别从主体部31的两端延伸而出,并均有一侧与主体部31一边缘平齐。该连接段332与过渡段331的端部垂直连接,且与主体部31大致平行设置。该连接段332与主体部31相隔一定距离设置,且卡持部311与连接段332之间形成一大致呈“U”形的卡合槽334。该连接段332的自由端弯折成弧形,以形成一卡合部335,所述卡合部335与卡持部311位于同一侧,用于与本体20中凸起224的顶壁225相卡持,进而将所述卡合件30装设于该本体20上。该抵持段333为一片状体,其位于连接段332的一侧。该抵持段333的末端朝卡合部335及卡持部311的一侧弯折一定角度,对应的形成一抵持部336。该抵持部336用于与所述凸起224的底壁226相抵持,以进一步固定该卡合件30。
请一并参阅图3及图4,组装该便携式电子装置壳体100时,首先将卡合件30装设于本体20上。具体地,先将该卡合件30中的卡持部311、卡合部335及抵持部336分别对准该容置槽222、顶壁225及底壁226,并使得该卡合部335与该顶壁225相卡合,该抵持部336抵持该底壁226。此时,该卡持部311容置于容置槽222内。接着,请结合参阅图4及图6,将盖体10的安装部12对准本体20上的配合部211,垂直按下所述盖体10,使得所述盖体10的各个卡钩122前端滑过该卡持部311,并对应地与该卡持部311的端部相卡持,从而使得所述卡钩122与卡持部311相互配合组装于一起,以将盖体10装配于本体20上,即完成该便携式电子装置壳体100的组装。
可以理解,本发明的便携式电子装置壳体100不需要再额外于本体20上设置与卡钩122相对应的卡扣等元件,从而使整体结构得到明显的简化。
显然,本发明所述的便携式电子装置壳体100通过设置一卡合件30,该卡合件30上设置一卡持部311及卡合部335,所述卡合部335与本体20中的顶壁225相卡合,以固定在所述本体20上。后续将盖体10组装至本体20上时,仅需垂直按下该盖体10,使得设置于盖体10上的卡钩122与卡持部311相卡合即可。其组装方式较为简单,且与现有技术相比,本发明的便携式电子装置壳体100不需要设置元件较多的现有卡扣结构,其结构简单,有效地降低了便携式电子装置壳体100的组装成本。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明权利要求公开的范围和精神内做其它形式和细节上的各种修改、添加和替换。当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的各种修改、添加和替换等变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围内。

Claims (7)

1.一种便携式电子装置壳体,其包括一盖体及一本体,所述盖体上设置有至少一卡钩,其特征在于:所述便携式电子装置壳体包括数量与卡钩数量对应的卡合件,所述卡合件装设于本体上,每一卡合件包括一主体部及二延伸臂,所述主体部沿与所述主体部表面大致平行的方向折回延伸而形成一卡持部,所述二延伸臂分别设置在所述主体部的两侧,每一延伸臂包括一连接段,所述连接段的自由端弯折成弧形以形成一卡合部,所述卡合部卡合于本体上,所述卡持部与相应的卡钩相互卡持,从而将盖体及本体装配在一起。
2.如权利要求1所述的便携式电子装置壳体,其特征在于:所述盖体外侧设置一安装部,所述卡钩设置在所述安装部上,所述本体上设置一配合部,所述配合部与安装部配合,以将盖体装配于本体上。
3.如权利要求1所述的便携式电子装置壳体,其特征在于:所述主体部为一平板。
4.如权利要求1所述的便携式电子装置壳体,其特征在于:每一延伸臂包括一过渡段,所述过渡段为一直条状板体,由主体部的两端延伸而出,并均有一侧与主体部一边缘平齐,且垂直连接所述连接段。
5.如权利要求1所述的便携式电子装置壳体,其特征在于:所述本体包括一安装面,所述安装面上凹陷形成数量与卡钩数量相应的容置部,每一容置部内开设一相应的容置槽,所述容置槽用于与卡钩配合,以容置所述卡钩。
6.如权利要求5所述的便携式电子装置壳体,其特征在于:所述容置部两侧的本体上分别凹陷形成一安装槽,该安装槽内设置有一凸起,该凸起的一侧形成一顶壁,所述顶壁与所述卡合部相卡合。
7.如权利要求6所述的便携式电子装置壳体,其特征在于:每一延伸臂包括一抵持段,所述抵持段为一片状体,设置于所述连接段的一侧,所述抵持段的末端朝一侧弯折一定角度,对应的形成一抵持部,所述凸起邻近安装面的一侧形成一底壁,所述抵持部抵持所述底壁。
