Abstract
本发明提供一种电池盖卡锁结构,其包括一壳体、一可拆卸地装设于壳体上的盖体及二卡持组件,所述壳体包括二侧壁,所述盖体包括与二侧壁相配合的二侧板,所述二卡持组件分别固定地安装于二侧壁上,每一卡持组件包括一卡柱,每一所述侧壁上开设一通孔,每一所述侧板上设有一卡扣,所述卡柱可滑动地穿过所述通孔并与卡扣相卡持。本发明所述的电池盖卡锁结构卡合牢固,盖体与壳体之间不易出现松动。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电池盖卡锁结构,尤其涉及一种用于卡持金属电池盖的电池盖卡锁结构
背景技术
随着移动电话、个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)等便携式电子装置的应用日益广泛,人们对便携式电子装置品质的要求逐渐提高,越来越多地便携式电子装置采用金属材料的电池盖,如铝合金、不锈钢等。
然而,当上述的金属电池盖安装到壳体上后,由于金属电池盖的刚度较大,电池盖两侧与壳体两侧之间易存在间隙,而难以扣紧,从而导致电池盖与壳体之间容易产生松动。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种卡合较为紧密的电池盖卡锁结构。
一种电池盖卡锁结构,其包括一壳体、一可拆卸地装设于壳体上的盖体及二卡持组件,所述壳体包括二侧壁,所述盖体包括与二侧壁相配合的二侧板,所述二卡持组件分别固定地安装于二侧壁上,每一卡持组件包括一卡柱,每一所述侧壁上开设一通孔,每一所述侧板上设有一卡扣,所述卡柱可滑动地穿过所述通孔并与卡扣相卡持。
相较于现有技术,所述电池盖卡锁结构在壳体的二侧壁上分别固定装设一卡持组件,并通过设于卡持组件上的卡柱与设于盖体侧板上的卡扣相卡持,以实现盖体与壳体上的紧密卡合。该电池盖卡锁结构卡合牢固,盖体与壳体之间不易出现松动。

具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种电池盖卡锁结构,其适用卡持由金属制成的盖体。在本实施例中,以移动电话电池盖为例加以说明。
请参阅图1和图2,本发明的电池盖卡锁结构100包括一壳体10、二卡持组件20及一盖体40。该卡持组件20安装于壳体10上并抵持于盖体40上。
所述壳体10由塑性材料制成,其内装设有电路板(图未示)等移动电话组件,壳体10包括一第一端部12、一第二端部14、一底壁16及相对设置的二侧壁18。壳体10上开设有一电池槽122,该电池槽122用于容置移动电话的电池。第一端部12上设有二第一卡锁孔(图未示)。第二端部14与第一端部12相对设置,且该第二端部14上开设有二第二卡锁孔142。
所述二侧壁18连接于第一端部12和第二端部14之间,每一侧壁18包括一第一侧面182和一与第一侧面182相反的第二侧面184。第一侧面182上凹设有一大致呈长方形的凹槽186,该凹槽186的底壁于两端分别延伸有一凸柱1862,该凸柱1862与该壳体10一体成型。第二侧面184上开设一与凹槽186中间位置相对准的滑槽1842,该滑槽1842呈楔形状,其靠近底壁16的一端的深度略小于远离底壁16的一端,以便于盖体40与壳体10相配合。该滑槽1842的底壁上开设有一通孔188,该通孔188贯通凹槽186和滑槽1842。
每一卡持组件20包括一弹片22及一卡柱24。弹片22由弹性材料制成,其本体大致呈狭长的条状,两端及中间均与该本体弧形相接。该弹片22上开设有二装配孔26及一定位孔28。二装配孔26对称地设置于所述弹片22的两端,并与二凸柱1862相配合。定位孔28位于弹片22的中间,当该弹片22容置在凹槽186时,该定位孔28与通孔188相对。卡柱24一端径向尺寸略小于通孔188的径向尺寸,该端可通过过盈配合装配于定位孔28内,以使该卡柱24固定于弹片22上。卡柱24的另一端直径与通孔188的直径大小相当,以便该端可滑动容置在该通孔188内。在本实施例中,卡柱24可由一现有的钢珠经加工而成,并通过焊接的方式固定于弹片22的中部;该弹片22的两端可通过热熔的方式分别固定于二凸柱1862上。可以理解,卡柱24也可为其他形状,如圆台体等,相应的定位孔28也可以省略,该卡柱24可直接焊接于弹片22上。
所述盖体40由金属材料制成,其包括一底壁42及由底壁42相对的二边缘延伸弯折形成的二侧板44。底壁42未设侧板44的一端设有与二第一卡锁孔相配合的二第一卡钩46,另一端设有与二第二卡锁孔142相配合的二第二卡钩48。二侧板44分别与二侧壁18相配合,该二侧板44的内表面分别相对凸设有一卡扣442,该卡扣442相对靠近第二卡钩48设置并与所述卡柱24相卡持。
请一并参阅图3和图4,组装所述电池盖卡锁结构100时,首先将卡柱24的一端穿过弹片22的定位孔28并通过焊接等方式固定于弹片22上,再使弹片22的二装配孔26穿过二凸柱1862,并通过热熔等方式使卡持组件20固定于二凸柱1862上,同时,使卡柱24较大直径一端穿过通孔188。
然后,将设于盖体40上的二第一卡钩46插入二第一卡锁孔,再以二第一卡钩46为支点向下按压盖体40。当盖体40的二侧板44靠近二侧壁18时,卡柱24将阻挡卡扣442,继续用力按压盖体40,卡扣442将挤压卡柱24,卡柱24作用于所述弹片22并使弹片22发生弹性形变,继而带动卡柱24向壳体10的内侧方向缩回,使卡扣442越过卡柱24。弹片22恢复弹性形变使得卡柱24伸出通孔188,使卡扣442与卡柱24一侧相卡持。同时,设于盖体40上的二第二卡钩48将与二第二卡锁孔142相配合。如此,即将盖体40固定装设于壳体10上。
拆卸盖体40时,沿向二第二卡锁孔142的方向向盖体40施加一作用力,使得第二卡钩48与第二卡锁孔142分离。继而以二第一卡钩46为支点向上拉动盖体40,此时卡扣442挤压卡柱24使弹片22发生形变,该弹片22带动卡柱24沿所述第一侧面182的方向缩回,使卡扣442通过所述卡柱24。最后再将盖体40上的第一卡钩46从所述第一卡锁孔中脱出,至此,可取下盖体40。
所述电池盖卡锁结构100通过设于盖体40上的卡扣442与装设于壳体10侧壁上的卡持组件20相配合,实现盖体40与壳体10的紧密卡合。所述电池盖卡锁结构100可防止盖体40相对壳体10出现松动的现象,且操作方便,卡合牢固。
Claims (6)
1.一种电池盖卡锁结构,其包括一壳体及一可拆卸地装设于壳体上的盖体,所述壳体包括二侧壁,所述盖体包括与二侧壁相配合的二侧板,其特征在于:所述侧壁包括一第一侧面,所述第一侧面凹设有一凹槽,所述电池盖卡锁结构还包括分别固定地安装于二侧壁上的二卡持组件,每一卡持组件包括一卡柱及一弹片,所述弹片固定于凹槽内并为卡柱的滑动提供弹力,每一所述侧壁上开设一通孔,每一所述侧板上设有一卡扣,所述卡柱可滑动地穿过所述通孔并与卡扣相卡持。
2.如权利要求1所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述凹槽的底壁两端设置有二凸柱;所述弹片两端设有二装配孔,所述二装配孔分别与所述二凸柱相配合。
3.如权利要求2所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述弹片的两端通过热熔的方式固定于所述二凸柱上。
4.如权利要求1所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述侧壁还包括一与第一侧面相反的第二侧面,所述第二侧面上开设一与所述凹槽位置相对的滑槽,所述滑槽呈楔形状。
5.如权利要求4所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述通孔贯通所述凹槽和滑槽。
6.如权利要求1所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述弹片上还设有一与所述通孔位置相对的定位孔;所述卡柱一端装配于定位孔内并通过焊接的方式固定于所述弹片上,另一端滑动地容置于通孔内。
