Description

一种带防脱落功能的固定装置及具有其的舞台灯光学装置 技术领域
本发明涉及舞台灯技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种带防脱落功能的固定装置及具有其的舞台灯光学装置。
背景技术
在舞台灯光技术领域中,为了实现丰富的舞台灯光效果,通常需要使用到各种光学元件,如图案片、棱镜片等,而为了方便维护,这些光学元件一般采用可插拔的结构设计。现有的棱镜装置一般采用如下结构:棱镜装置通常包括棱镜主体、棱镜座、棱镜组件支架、棱镜座挡板、棱镜座插拔定位结构,棱镜主体装设在棱镜座上,棱镜座上设有限位凸台,棱镜座插进棱镜组件支架后,靠棱镜座插拔定位结构、棱镜座挡板和限位凸台一起作用将所述棱镜座固定。但由于现在对灯具的运输条件越来越严格的情况下,这种结构难以完全保持棱镜主体及棱镜座在运输过程中不会脱落,为了解决这个问题,现有技术中,很多情况下只能是把棱镜座插拔定位结构做得更紧,或者把棱镜挡板做得更高,或者把棱镜限位凸台做得更高,虽然这种技术能够改善脱落情况,但会引起拆装困难,使得可插拔的结构设计不会发挥作用,变成一种摆设。
发明内容
本发明为克服上述现有技术所述的至少一种缺陷,提供一种带防脱落功能的固定装置及具有其的舞台灯光学装置。本发明结构简单,使用方便,可解决舞台灯中可拔插的光学组件易脱落的问题,且能实现易于插拔的效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种带防脱落功能的固定装置,包括座体和主支架,所述座体通过插拔定位结构可拆卸地装设在所述主支架上,其中,所述座体和/或主支架上设有用于防止所述座体从所述主支架上脱落的防脱装置。这样,可以将需要维护或需要经常更换的元件装设在座体上,将主支架固定在用到上述元件的设备主体上,由于座体是通过插拔定位结构可拆卸地装设在所述主支架上的,所以当座体上的元件需要维护或更换时,可以很方便的将座体从主支架上拆下,然后对其上的元件进行维护和更换。另外,座体和/或主支架上设有用于防止所述座体从所述主支架上脱落的防脱装置,这样可以保 证座体装设在主支架上之后不容易脱落,从而使得座体上的元件相对于主支架的固定更可靠。
进一步的,所述防脱装置包括卡扣板,卡扣板可以连接在座体上,也可以连接在主支架上,具体的,所述卡扣板的一端与所述座体或主支架转动连接,卡扣板的另一端设有挡板,所述挡板为U形挡板,所述U形挡板卡套在所述座体与主支架连接处的边缘外周。这样,通过U形挡板可以将座体与主支架连接处的边缘都卡套在U形挡板中,避免插拔定位结构连接不紧时,座体受其他影响而跌落或脱落,具体的,当座体受其他影响将要跌落或脱落时,U形挡板可抵挡其边缘,阻止其继续运动,从而避免座体跌落或脱落。
当卡扣板连接在座体上时,所述卡扣板与所述座体连接的一端设有第一转轴孔,所述座体上与所述第一转轴孔对应的位置设有第二转轴孔,所述卡扣板通过转轴依次穿过所述第一转轴孔和第二转轴孔与所述座体转动连接。所述卡扣板与所述座体之间设有卡扣结构,该卡扣结构包括两种结构形式,第一种为,所述卡扣结构包括设在所述卡扣板上的定位凸点和设在所述座体上的定位孔;第二种为,所述卡扣结构包括设在所述卡扣板上的定位孔和设在所述座体上的定位凸点。将座体通过插拔定位结构安装到主支架上后,通过旋转将卡扣板扣合在座体的边缘部分,并通过卡扣结构固定,这样卡扣板上的U形挡板就卡套在了所述座体与主支架连接处的边缘外周。当需要拆卸座体时,只需将卡扣板的卡扣结构解开,并将该卡扣板旋转使其上的U形挡板脱离座体,就可以给座体的拆卸提供一定空间,方便其拆装。
当卡扣板连接在主支架上时,所述卡扣板与所述主支架连接的一端设有第一转轴孔,所述主支架上与所述第一转轴孔对应的位置设有第二转轴孔,所述卡扣板通过转轴依次穿过所述第一转轴孔和第二转轴孔与所述主支架转动连接。所述卡扣板与所述主支架之间设有卡扣结构,该卡扣结构同样包括两种结构形式,第一种为,所述卡扣结构包括设在所述卡扣板上的定位凸点和设在所述主支架上的定位孔;第二种为,所述卡扣结构包括设在所述卡扣板上的定位孔和设在所述主支架上的定位凸点。该卡扣板的工作原理与上述卡扣板连接在座体上时的工作原理相同。
进一步的,所述防脱装置还包括设在所述主支架上的座体挡板和设在所述座 体上的与所述座体挡板相配合的限位凸台。所述座体挡板的内侧面抵住所述限位凸台,当座体将要跌落或脱落时,限位凸台可通过座体挡板的抵挡来进一步的避免座体的跌落或脱落。

如图2到图4所示,所述卡扣板3与所述座体1连接的一端设有第一转轴孔6,所述座体1上与所述第一转轴孔6对应的位置设有第二转轴孔7,所述卡扣 板3通过转轴5依次穿过所述第一转轴孔6和第二转轴孔7与所述座体1转动连接。所述卡扣板3与所述座体1之间设有卡扣结构,所述卡扣结构包括设在所述卡扣板3上的定位凸点8和设在所述座体1上的定位孔9;当然,所述卡扣结构也可以是包括设在所述卡扣板3上的定位孔9和设在所述座体1上的定位凸点8。将座体1通过插拔定位结构安装到主支架2上后,通过旋转将卡扣板3扣合在座体1的边缘部分,并通过卡扣结构固定,这样卡扣板3上的U形挡板4就卡套在了所述座体1与主支架2连接处的边缘外周。当需要拆卸座体1时,只需将卡扣板3的卡扣结构解开,并将该卡扣板3旋转使其上的U形挡板4脱离座体1,就可以给座体1的拆卸提供一定空间,方便其拆装。
如图2、图5、图8和图10所示,所述防脱装置还包括设在所述主支架2上的座体挡板10和设在所述座体1上的与所述座体挡板10相配合的限位凸台11。所述座体挡板10的内侧面抵住所述限位凸台11,当座体1将要跌落或脱落时,限位凸台11可通过座体挡板10的抵挡来进一步的避免座体1的跌落或脱落。
如图2所示,所述插拔定位结构包括设在所述座体1上的带有定位弯折部13的插接部12和设在所述主支架2上的与所述定位弯折部13相配合的定位槽14。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1类似,其区别在于,所述卡扣板3转动连接在主支架2上,所述卡扣板3与所述主支架2连接的一端设有第一转轴孔6,所述主支架2上与所述第一转轴孔6对应的位置设有第二转轴孔7,所述卡扣板3通过转轴5依次穿过所述第一转轴孔6和第二转轴孔7与所述主支架2转动连接。所述卡扣板3与所述主支架2之间设有卡扣结构,所述卡扣结构包括设在所述卡扣板3上的定位凸点8和设在所述主支架2上的定位孔9;当然,所述卡扣结构也可以是包括设在所述卡扣板3上的定位孔9和设在所述主支架2上的定位凸点8。本实施中的其他结构以及卡扣板3的工作原理与实施例1中的其他结构以及卡扣板3的工作原理相同。
实施例3
一种舞台灯光学装置,其中,包括光学组件和实施例1或实施例2所述的固定装置,所述光学组件装设在所述固定装置的座体1上,所述固定装置的主支架 2固定在舞台灯主体上。这样就可以使得舞台灯光学组件易于拔插,便于光学组件的维护,而且还可以解决舞台灯中可拔插的光学组件易脱落的问题。当然,上述的固定装置不仅限于应用在舞台灯上,还可以应用在任何需要具有拔插功能的设备元件上。
本实施例中,所述光学组件为棱镜组件,或雾化组件,或图案组件。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为了清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种带防脱落功能的固定装置,包括座体(1)和主支架(2),所述座体(1)通过插拔定位结构可拆卸地装设在所述主支架(2)上,其特征在于,所述座体(1)和/或主支架(2)上设有用于防止所述座体(1)从所述主支架(2)上脱落的防脱装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述防脱装置包括卡扣板(3),所述卡扣板(3)的一端与所述座体(1)或主支架(2)转动连接,卡扣板(3)的另一端设有挡板(4),所述挡板(4)卡套在所述座体(1)与主支架(2)边缘外周。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述卡扣板(3)与所述座体(1)连接的一端设有第一转轴孔(6),所述座体(1)上与所述第一转轴孔(6)对应的位置设有第二转轴孔(7),所述卡扣板(3)通过转轴(5)依次穿过所述第一转轴孔(6)和第二转轴孔(7)与所述座体(1)转动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述卡扣板(3)与所述座体(1)之间设有卡扣结构,所述卡扣结构包括设在所述卡扣板(3)上的定位凸点(8)和设在所述座体(1)上的定位孔(9),或者所述卡扣结构包括设在所述卡扣板(3)上的定位孔(9)和设在所述座体(1)上的定位凸点(8)。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述卡扣板(3)与所述主支架(2)连接的一端设有第一转轴孔(6),所述主支架(2)上与所述第一转轴孔(6)对应的位置设有第二转轴孔(7),所述卡扣板(3)通过转轴(5)依次穿过所述第一转轴孔(6)和第二转轴孔(7)与所述主支架(2)转动连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述卡扣板(3)与所述主支架(2)之间设有卡扣结构,所述卡扣结构包括设在所述卡扣板(3)上的定位凸点(8)和设在所述主支架(2)上的定位孔(9),或者所述卡扣结构包括设在所述卡扣板(3)上的定位孔(9)和设在所述主支架(2)上的定位凸点(8)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述防脱装置还包括设在所 述主支架(2)上的座体挡板(10)和设在所述座体(1)上的与所述座体挡板(10)相配合的限位凸台(11)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述插拔定位结构包括设在所述座体(1)上的带有定位弯折部(13)的插接部(12)和设在所述主支架(2)上的与所述定位弯折部(13)相配合的定位槽(14)。
  9. 一种舞台灯光学装置,其特征在于,包括光学组件和权利要求1到8任一所述的固定装置,所述光学组件装设在所述固定装置的座体(1)上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的舞台灯光学装置,其特征在于,所述光学组件为棱镜组件,或雾化组件,或图案组件。
