背景技术

现有的插座在安装时比较困难,很难一次到位,即使是利用治具也不是很好放置。
并且,现有的插座在安装时,需要利用烙铁融化塑胶固定,太过复杂,并且还会带来如下缺陷:
1.烙铁产生的烟雾对人体有害。
2.烙铁如果烫到别的地方,会让内部缺胳膊少腿。
3.烙铁容易对员工产生伤害,用烙铁的人是会经常被烙铁烫到手的。
4.既使是用一个热熔机器替代烙铁,但是烟雾+人体意外伤害还是没法避免。
5.融化塑胶柱子的程度要刚好能够固定五金弹片座子,并且不能让内部的安全门有松动。
6.返修或维修太过麻烦,基本类似于整个外壳直接报废。

本申请提供一种技术方案:
一种模块化插座结构,配置成插座,插座包括外壳。模块化插座结构包括第一安全门、第二安全门、弹性件、弹片固定座及固定座盖。弹性件的两端分别与第一安全门和第二安全门连接,第一安全门和第二安全门分别与弹片固定座连接,固定座盖与弹片固定座连接,以将第一安全门、第二 安全门及弹性件限制于固定座盖与弹片固定座之间。弹片固定座或固定座盖配置成与外壳可拆卸地连接。
可选地,所述弹性件的两端分别与所述第一安全门和所述第二安全门可拆卸地连接,所述第一安全门和所述第二安全门分别与所述弹片固定座可拆卸地连接,所述固定座盖与所述弹片固定座可拆卸地连接。

可以理解的是,本实施例提供的模块化插座结构10配置成插座,插座包括外壳。也就是说,将本实施例提供的模块化插座结构10与外壳配合可以组装成插座。
本实施例提供的模块化插座结构10包括第一安全门100、第二安全门200、弹性件300、弹片固定座400及固定座盖500。
弹性件300的两端分别与第一安全门100和第二安全门200连接,第一安全门100和第二安全门200分别与弹片固定座400连接,固定座盖500与弹片固定座400连接,以将第一安全门100、第二安全门200及弹性件300限制于固定座盖500与弹片固定座400之间。
其中,第一安全门100和第二安全门200可以分别安装在弹片固定座400的外表面上,也可以分别安装在弹片固定座400上的容置空间401中,固定座盖500与弹片固定座400的连接方式可以为可拆卸地连接,也可以为固定连接等任意适合的方式。
本实施例中,弹片固定座400或固定座盖500配置成与外壳可拆卸地连接,连接方式可以为螺纹连接,也可以为卡合连接等任意适合的方式,以将本实施例提供的模块化插座结构10可拆卸地安装在外壳上,便于拆装。
需要说明的是,本实施方式提供的模块化插座结构10在组装制备插座的过程中:
首先,将弹性件300的两端分别与第一安全门100和第二安全门200连接,以形成一个可以整体进行装配的安全门整体。
然后,将第一安全门100、第二安全门200及弹性件300组成的整体安装于弹片固定座400上。
需要说明的是,将第一安全门100、第二安全门200及弹性件300组成的整体安装于弹片固定座400上的技术方案中,既可以是将第一安全门100与弹片固定座400进行连接装配,此时,优选地,第二安全门200与弹片固定座400抵持,以增加第一安全门100和第二安全门200与弹片固定座400之间的连接稳定性;也可以是将第二安全门200与弹片固定座400进行连接装配,此时,优选地,第一安全门100与弹片固定座400抵持,以增加第一安全门100和第二安全门200与弹片固定座400 之间的连接稳定性;还可以是将弹性件300与弹片固定座400进行连接装配,此时,优选地,第一安全门100和第二安全门200与弹片固定座400进行抵持,以增加第一安全门100和第二安全门200与弹片固定座400之间的连接稳定性。

可以理解的是,第一安全门100和第二安全门200在与弹性件300连接时,既可以是连接为一体,以保证第一安全门100与弹性件300和第二安全门200与弹性件300的整体性;也可以是弹性件300分别与第一安全门100和第二安全门200可拆卸地连接,以便于组装和拆卸,提供更佳的灵活性。
在本实施例中,弹性件300的两端分别与第一安全门100和第二安全门200可拆卸地连接,连接方式可以为卡合连接,也可以为螺纹连接等任意适合的方式。
请结合参阅图2和图3,本实施例提供的第一安全门100设置有与弹性件300连接的第一限位部110,第二安全门200设置有与弹性件300连接的第二限位部210。通过第一限位部110和第二限位部210可以将弹性件300与第一安全门100和第二安全门200可拆卸地进行连接。
具体地,如图2所示,第一安装门100包括第一支撑件130和第一连接件140,第一支撑件130的延伸方向与第一连接件140的延伸方向垂直;第一连接件140固定在第一支撑件130上,并且第一连接件140的上表面与第一支撑件130的上表面平齐,沿第一连接件140的延伸方向,第一连接件140的两端分别凸出于第一支撑件130;第一连接件140的外轮廓为立方体状,第一连接件140的第一端上设有第一限位部,第一限位部包括开口槽112,开口槽112的开口设置在第一连接件140的第一端上,并且沿开口槽112的延伸方向,开口槽112的两端分别与第一连接件140的上表面和下表面贯穿设置,开口槽中设置有限位柱;第一连接件140的顶面上设有孔洞,孔洞的形状为矩形。第一支撑件130的顶面132由靠近第一连接件140的第一端的一侧朝向远离第一连接件140的第一端的一侧逐渐向下倾斜,沿第一支撑件130的延伸方向,第一支撑件130的两端上分别形成第一凸起131,并且第一支撑件130的底面上设有第一安装部,第一安装部为块状,并且第一安装部的底面的一端向上倾斜,以便于第一安装部与弹片固定座400卡接。
如图3所示,第二安全门200包括第二支撑件230和第二连接件240,第二支撑件230的延伸方向与第二连接件240的延伸方向垂直。第二连接件240固定在第一连接件140的顶面的中部位置上,第二连接件240的上表面与第二支撑件230的上表面平齐,沿第二连接件240的延伸方向,第二连 接件240的第一端与第二支撑件230的侧壁基本平齐,第二连接件240的第二端凸出与第二支撑件230的侧壁,第二连接件240的第一端与第一连接件140的第一端相对间隔设置,第一连接件140上设有第二限位部210,第二限位部包括容置部211,容置部21包括容置凹槽2111和限位凹槽2112,容置凹槽2111的一端与第二连接件240的第一端贯穿设置,限位凹槽2112与容置凹槽2111连通,并且限位凹槽2112的宽度小于容置凹槽2111的宽度,限位凹槽2112的两个侧壁上分别设有挡板2113,沿限位凹槽2112的延伸方向,两个挡板2113交错设置。第二连接件240的两侧的第二支撑件230的顶面上分别形成凹槽,且凹槽的底面由靠近第二连接件240的第一端的一端朝向远离第一连接件140的第一端的一端逐渐向下倾斜,并且第二支撑件230的底面上设有第二安装部,第二安装部为块状,并且第二安装部的底面的一端向上倾斜,以便于第二安装部与弹片固定座400卡接。
在本实施例中,弹性件300为弹簧,弹簧为中空的螺旋状结构,第一限位部110和第二限位部210可以通过弹簧两个端部的孔将弹簧进行限位,从而将第一安全门100、弹簧和第二安全门200依次连接起来。
当然,弹性件300也并不仅限于上述的弹簧,在本申请的其他实施例中,弹性件300也可以为其他的弹性结构,比如由橡胶制成的条状结构,第一限位部110和第二限位部210均为可使该条状结构插入并进行限位的限位槽等。当然,该条状结构的端部也可以开设限位槽,第一限位部110和第二限位部210为与该限位槽配合的凸起等。
在本实施例中,第一限位部110设置有供弹性件300套设的限位柱111,第二限位部210设置有容置弹性件300的容置部211。
也就是说,将弹簧的一端套设于限位柱111上进行限位固定,将弹簧的另一端容置于容置部211进行限位固定,更具体地,将弹簧的另一端穿过容置凹槽2111后伸入限位凹槽2112中,限位凹槽2112对弹簧的另一端进行限位固定,并且限位凹槽2112上的挡板2113能够防止弹簧的另一端由限位凹槽2112中脱出,以便将弹簧与第一安全门100和第二安全门200连接固定。
请参阅图4,在本实施例中,弹片固定座400设置有容置空间401,固定座盖500配置成将第一安全门100、第二安全门200及弹性件300限位于容置空间401内。
同时,还需要说明的是,容置空间401的的两个相对设置的侧壁的形状分别与第一安装门100和第二安全门200的形状像适配,第一安全门100和第二安全门200可选地抵持在容置空间401的侧壁上,以进一步对第一安全门100和第二安全门200进行固定。
第一安装门100和第二安装门200可以分别通过紧固件安装在容置空间401内,也可以分别通过粘接剂粘接在容置空间401内。
在本实施例中,容置空间401的底壁上设置有第一连接部410和第二连接部420,第一安全门100设置有与第一连接部410连接的第一安装部120,第二安全门200设置有与第二连接部420连接 的第二安装部220,以使第一安全门100和第二安全门200分别安装在容置空间401内。
作为一种实施方式,第一连接部410为第一卡块,第一安装部120为与之配合的第一凹槽,第一卡快和第一凹槽能够配合卡接,第一卡块的顶面的一端向下倾斜;第二连接部420为第二凹槽,第二安装部220为与之配合的第二卡块,第二凹槽和第二卡块能够配合卡接,第二卡块的底面的一端向上倾斜。
固定座盖500可以通过紧固件固定在弹片固定座400上,也可以通过卡扣固定在弹片固定座400上,本实施例中,固定座盖500盖合在容置空间401上,以使第一安全门100和第二安全门200限制在固定座盖500和弹片固定座400之间。
请参阅图5,在本实施例中,固定座盖500设置有第一卡扣部510,弹片固定座400设置有与第一卡扣部510卡接的第二卡扣部430。
具体地,如图5所示,固定座盖500包括顶板和多个侧板,多个侧板分别固定在顶板上,并且多个侧板的位置分别与第二卡扣部430相对应,顶板上设有三个孔洞,三个孔洞分别能够露出第一连接件140的顶面上的孔洞以及第二连接件240的两侧的第二支撑件230的顶面上形成的两个凹槽,每个侧板上分别设有矩形孔,并且每个侧板的内壁上设有第一卡扣部510,在顶板盖合在容置空间401上后,每个侧板上的矩形孔分别能够套设在第二卡扣部430的外侧,并且第一卡扣部510能够与第二卡扣部430配合卡接。
在本实施例中,第一卡扣部510为四个,且第一卡扣部510两两相对设置,第二卡扣部430的位置与第一卡扣的位置相对应。
其中,弹片固定座400或固定座盖500与外壳连接,连接方式可以为固定连接,也可以为可拆卸地连接等任意适合的方式。
需要说明的是,本实施例提供的模块化插座结构10是与外壳可拆卸连接的,其可拆卸连接的方式可以是螺栓连接、卡接等。
在本实施例中,弹片固定座400远离固定座盖500的一端还设置有配置成与外壳卡接的卡接部,以使弹片固定座400能够与外壳固定(图未示)。
在另一种实施方式中,固定座盖500远离弹片固定座400的一端设置有配置成与外壳卡接的卡接部,以使固定座盖500能够与外壳固定(图未示)。
本实施例提供的模块化插座结构10的有益效果:
将弹性件300的两端分别与第一安全门100和第二安全门200连接,以形成一个可以整体进行装配的安全门整体。将第一安全门100、第二安全门200及弹性件300组成的整体安装于弹片固定座400上。将固定座盖500与弹片固定座400连接安装,以将第一安全门100、第二安全门200及弹性件300限位于弹片固定座400和固定座盖500之间。将固定座盖500或者弹片固定座400与外 壳连接,以完成插座的组装制备。本实施方式提供的模块化插座组件能够采用模块化的安装方式,避免了插座在组装过程中安全门卡位困难,并且无需使用烙铁,组装和拆卸都很简单,进而便于维修和部件的更换。
请结合参阅图1至图5,本实施例提供了一种模块化插座(图未示),其结构简单、装配方便。同时,其还具有清洁无污染和维修方便的特点。
本实施例提供的模块化插座包括第一壳体(图未示)、第二壳体(图未示)及如第一实施例提供的模块化插座结构100。
模块化插座结构10包括第一安全门100、第二安全门200、弹性件300、弹片固定座400及固定座盖500。弹性件300的两端分别与第一安全门100和第二安全门200连接,第一安全门100和第二安全门200分别与弹片固定座400连接,固定座盖500与弹片固定座400连接,以将第一安全门100、第二安全门200及弹性件300限制于固定座盖500与弹片固定座400之间。
弹片固定座400与第一壳体可拆卸地连接,固定座盖500与第二壳体可拆卸地连接。
本实施例提供的模块化插座的制备工艺包括:
将弹性件300分别与第一安全门100和第二安全门200连接;
将第一安全门100和第二安全门200与弹片固定座400连接;
将固定座盖500与弹片固定座400连接;
将弹片固定座400与第一壳体连接,并将第二壳体扣合于固定座盖500上。
其中,弹片固定座400可以与第一壳体连接可拆卸地连接,能够便于模块化插座的拆装,便于维修。
本实施方式提供的模块化插座采用模块化的安装方式进行插座的组装制备,避免了现有插座在组装过程中安全门卡位困难,并且无需使用烙铁,组装和拆卸都很简单,进而便于维修和部件的更换。
请结合参阅图1至图5,本实施例提供了一种模块化插座制备方法,配置成制备第一实施例提供的模块化插座结构10。
模块化插座结构10包括第一安全门100、第二安全门200、弹性件300、弹片固定座400及固定座盖500。弹性件300的两端分别与第一安全门100和第二安全门200连接,第一安全门100和第二安全门200分别与弹片固定座400连接,固定座盖500与弹片固定座400连接,以将第一安全门100、第二安全门200及弹性件300限制于固定座盖500与弹片固定座400之间。弹片固定座400或固定座盖500配置成与外壳可拆卸地连接。
本实施例提供的模块化插座制备方法包括:
将弹性件300分别与第一安全门100和第二安全门200连接;
将第一安全门100和第二安全门200与弹片固定座400连接;
将固定座盖500与弹片固定座400连接。
本实施方式提供的模块化插座制备方法能够采用模块化的安装方式进行插座的组装制备,避免了现有插座在组装过程中安全门卡位困难,并且无需使用烙铁,组装和拆卸都很简单,进而便于维修和部件的更换。
可选地,将弹性件300的一端与第一安全门100可拆卸地连接,将弹性件300的另一端与第二安全门200可拆卸地连接;
将第一安全门100和第二安全门200分别与弹片固定座400可拆卸地连接;
将固定座盖500与弹片固定座400可拆卸地连接。
利用可拆卸地连接方式连接模块化插座中的各个部件,能够提高组装和拆卸的便捷性,进一步便于维修和部件的更换。
具体地,将弹性件300的一端固定套设在限位柱111上,将弹性件的另一端穿过容置凹槽2111并伸入限位凹槽2112中,使弹性件的另一端与限位凹槽2112卡接;
将第一安全门100、弹性件300和第二安全门200设置在容置空间401中,使第一连接部410与第一安装部120卡接,使第二连接部420与第二安装部220卡接,并使第一安全门100和第二安全门200分别抵持在容置空间401的侧壁上;
将顶板盖合在容置空间401上,使每个侧板上的矩形孔分别套设在第二卡扣部430的外侧,并且使第一卡扣部510与第二卡扣部430卡接。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种模块化插座结构,配置成插座,所述插座包括外壳,其特征在于,所述模块化插座结构包括第一安全门、第二安全门、弹性件、弹片固定座及固定座盖;
    所述弹性件的两端分别与所述第一安全门和所述第二安全门连接,所述第一安全门和所述第二安全门分别与所述弹片固定座连接,所述固定座盖与所述弹片固定座连接,以将所述第一安全门、所述第二安全门及所述弹性件限制于所述固定座盖与所述弹片固定座之间;
    所述弹片固定座或所述固定座盖配置成与所述外壳可拆卸地连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的模块化插座结构,其特征在于,所述弹性件的两端分别与所述第一安全门和所述第二安全门可拆卸地连接,所述第一安全门和所述第二安全门分别与所述弹片固定座可拆卸地连接,所述固定座盖与所述弹片固定座可拆卸地连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的模块化插座结构,其特征在于,所述第一安全门设置有与所述弹性件连接的第一限位部,所述第二安全门设置有与所述弹性件连接的第二限位部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的模块化插座结构,其特征在于,所述第一限位部设置有供所述弹性件套设的限位柱,所述第二限位部设置有容置所述弹性件的容置部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的模块化插座结构,其特征在于,所述容置部包括容置凹槽和限位凹槽;
    所述容置凹槽和所述限位凹槽的延伸方向平行设置,且所述容置凹槽与所述限位凹槽相互连通;所述容置凹槽的一端与第二安全门的侧壁贯穿设置,且所述限位凹槽的宽度小于所述容置凹槽的宽度;
    所述弹性件的一端穿过所述容置凹槽并伸入所述限位凹槽,所述弹性件与所述限位凹槽连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的模块化插座结构,其特征在于,所述限位凹槽的两个侧壁上分别设有挡板,沿所述限位凹槽的延伸方向,两个所述挡板交错设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的模块化插座结构,其特征在于,所述弹片固定座设置有容置空间,所述固定座盖配置成将所述第一安全门、所述第二安全门及所述弹性件限位于所述容置空间内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的模块化插座结构,其特征在于,所述容置空间的底壁上设置有第一连接部和第二连接部,所述第一安全门设置有与所述第一连接部连接的第一安装部,所述第二安全门设置有与所述第二连接部连接的第二安装部。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的模块化插座结构,其特征在于,所述第一连接部为第一卡块,所述第一安装部为与之配合的第一凹槽;所述第二连接部为第二凹槽,所述第二安装部为与之配合的第二卡块。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的模块化插座结构,其特征在于,所述第一安全门和所述第二安全门分 别抵接在所述容置空间的侧壁上。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的模块化插座结构,其特征在于,所述固定座盖设置有第一卡扣部,所述弹片固定座设置有与所述第一卡扣部卡接的第二卡扣部。
  12. 根据根据权利要求11所述的模块化插座结构,其特征在于,所述固定座盖包括顶板和多个侧板;多个所述侧板分别固定在所述顶板上,且多个所述侧板的位置分别与所述第二卡扣部相对应,每个所述侧板上分别设有矩形孔,且每个所述侧板的内壁上分别设有第一卡扣部,每个所述侧板上的矩形孔分别配置成套设在所述第二卡扣部的外侧。
  13. 根据权利要求11或12所述的模块化插座结构,其特征在于,所述第一卡扣部为四个,且所述第一卡扣部两两相对设置,所述第二卡扣部的位置与所述第一卡扣的位置相对应。
  14. 根据权利要求1-13中任一项所述的模块化插座结构,其特征在于,所述弹片固定座远离所述固定座盖的一端还设置有配置成与所述外壳卡接的卡接部。
  15. 根据权利要求1-14中任一项所述的模块化插座结构,其特征在于,所述固定座盖远离所述弹片固定座的一端还设置有配置成与所述外壳卡接的卡接部。
  16. 一种模块化插座,其特征在于,包括第一壳体、第二壳体及如权利要求1-15中任意一项所述的模块化插座结构,所述弹片固定座与所述第一壳体可拆卸地连接,所述固定座盖与所述第二壳体可拆卸地连接。
  17. 一种模块化插座制备方法,其特征在于,配置成制备权利要求1-16中任意一项所述的模块化插座结构,所述模块化插座制备方法包括:
    将弹性件分别与第一安全门和第二安全门连接,并将所述第一安全门和所述第二安全门与弹片固定座连接;
    将固定座盖与弹片固定座连接。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的模块化插座制备方法,其特征在于,所述模块化插座制备方法包括:
    将弹性件分别与第一安全门和第二安全门可拆卸地连接;
    将第一安全门和第二安全门分别与弹片固定座可拆卸地连接;
    将固定座盖与弹片固定座可拆卸地连接。
  19. 根据权利要求17或18所述的模块化插座制备方法,其特征在于,配置成制备权利要求11-15中任一项所述的模块化插座结构,所述模块化插座制备方法包括:
    将弹性件的一端固定套设在限位柱上,将弹性件的另一端穿过容置凹槽并伸入限位凹槽中,使弹性件的另一端与限位凹槽卡接;
    将第一安全门、弹性件和第二安全门设置在容置空间中,使第一连接部与第一安装部卡接,使第二连接部与第二安装部卡接,并使第一安全门和第二安全门分别抵接在容置空间的侧壁上;
    将顶板盖合在容置空间上,使每个侧板上的矩形孔分别套设在第二卡扣部的外侧,并使第一卡扣部与第二卡扣部卡接。
