技术领域
本公开涉及一种脚垫，特别涉及一种汽车用防滑脚垫。
背景技术
为提高乘坐人(使用者)的舒适度，通常在汽车地板脚踩的部位都铺设有毛绒地毯，但毛绒地毯容易藏污纳垢且不容易拆卸下来清洗，于是人们常常在毛绒地毯上另外铺设一块由软质塑料模塑而成的汽车脚垫用来保护毛绒地毯，但汽车脚垫与毛绒地毯之间的摩擦力并不大，汽车脚垫经常随着使用者的脚部动作而朝向某个方向相对于毛绒地毯滑动，从而影响乘坐的舒适性和行车的安全性。
于是，现有的软质汽车脚垫通常在其底部设置一些突起以增加摩擦力起到防滑作用，但由于这些突起同样由软质材料制成，故防滑效果不够理想。
公开内容
为克服现有技术的不足，本公开提供一种结构简单、防滑效果好的汽车用防滑脚垫。
本公开所采用的技术方案是：
一种汽车用防滑脚垫，该汽车用防滑脚垫包括由软质的热塑性塑料模塑而成的本体，并且所述本体呈扁平形状，其中该本体的顶面具有待与使用者的脚部接触的凹凸部，该本体的底面具有待与汽车地板接触的多个尖锥状防滑钉，其中所述多个防滑钉中的至少一部分是由硬质的热塑性塑料模塑而成的防滑钉。
在所述汽车用防滑脚垫中，所述由硬质的热塑性塑料模塑而成的防滑钉是由硬质塑料经二次模塑而与所述本体成为一体。
在所述汽车用防滑脚垫中，所述由硬质的热塑性塑料模塑而成的防滑钉与所述本体可分离地装配到一起。
所述汽车用防滑脚垫还包括钉板，所述由硬质的热塑性塑料模塑而成的防滑钉一体地形成或设置在所述钉板上，所述钉板与所述本体可分离地装配到一起。
在所述汽车用防滑脚垫中，所述钉板呈网格形状。
在所述汽车用防滑脚垫中，在所述本体的底面的与所述钉板对应的部位形成有容纳所述钉板的钉板容纳槽，所述钉板通过所述钉板容纳槽与所述本体嵌装到一起。
在所述汽车用防滑脚垫中，所述钉板容纳槽的深度与所述凹凸部的深度之和小于所述本体的厚度以防止所述钉板容纳槽与所述凹凸部干涉。
在所述汽车用防滑脚垫中，所述钉板通过铆钉固定、超声焊接或粘合剂粘结方式附接至所述本体。
本公开相比现有技术的有益之处在于：本汽车用防滑脚垫的本体采用软质塑料，提高使用者脚部的舒适性，而本体下面具有硬质的防滑钉，硬质的防滑钉可刺入汽车的毛绒地毯后与毛绒地毯紧密结合而彼此固定，防止本汽车用防滑脚垫相对于毛绒地毯移动位置，从而提高乘坐的舒适性和行车的安全性。

具体实施方式
下面，结合附图以具体实施例对本公开作进一步描述。
参见图1－4，本公开提供一种汽车用防滑脚垫1，该汽车用脚垫1包括由软质的热塑性塑料模塑而成的呈扁平形状的本体2，并且本体2易于弯折变形，使用者脚踩上去可以很好地贴合鞋底，该本体2的顶面具有待与使用者的脚部接触且用于防滑和刮去脚底泥土的凹凸部3，该本体2的底面具有待与汽车地板接触且防止与汽车地板的毛绒地毯相对滑动的多个尖锥状防滑钉4。凹凸部3包括从本体2的顶面凹陷的凹陷部和/或凸出的凸出部。
但由于在多个尖锥状防滑钉4的材料与本体2一致(均为软质的热塑性塑料)的情况下，防滑钉4易于变形，与汽车地板的毛绒地毯结合或接触时摩擦力不够，故多个防滑钉4中的至少一部分是由硬质的热塑性塑料模塑而成的防滑钉(也称为硬质防滑钉)41。
在实施例中，所述由硬质的热塑性塑料模塑而成的防滑钉41由硬质塑料经二次模塑而与本体2形成为一体。
另外，在实施例中，所述由硬质的热塑性塑料模塑而成的防滑钉41由硬质塑料经另外的工艺单独模塑，然后附装到本体2。例如，所述由硬质的热塑性塑料模塑而成的防滑钉41与所述本体2可分离地装配到一起。
在实施例中，所述汽车用防滑脚垫1还包括钉板6，将多个由硬质的热塑性塑料模塑而成的防滑钉41通过模塑方式一体地形成或设置到钉板6上，然后将该钉板6附装到本体2上。
在实施例中，所述钉板6呈网格形状。
在实施例中，在将钉板6附接到本体2上之前，需要在本体2的底面的与所述钉板6对应的部位预先制造出容纳该钉板6的钉板容纳槽7，然后将该钉板6嵌套在本体2上的钉板容纳槽7内，如图4中的点划线5所示。
需要注意的是，钉板容纳槽7的深度与凹凸部3(或其凹陷部)的深度之和小于本体2的厚度以防止钉板容纳槽7与凹凸部3干涉。
所述模塑有硬质防滑钉41的钉板6与由软质塑料模塑而成的本体2的附装方式还可以是选自以下所列的任一方式：
1、在该钉板6与本体2的对应部位打孔，然后用热塑性材料的铆钉固定(图中未示出)；
2、在该钉板6与本体2的接触面进行超声焊接(图中未示出)；
3、在该钉板6与本体2的接触面用粘合剂粘结(图中未示出)。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种汽车用防滑脚垫，该汽车用防滑脚垫包括由软质的热塑性塑料模塑而成的本体，并且所述本体呈扁平形状，其中该本体的顶面具有待与使用者的脚部接触的凹凸部，该本体的底面具有待与汽车地板接触的多个尖锥状防滑钉，其中所述多个防滑钉中的至少一部分是由硬质的热塑性塑料模塑而成的防滑钉。
  2. 根据权利要求1的汽车用防滑脚垫，其中，所述由硬质的热塑性塑料模塑而成的防滑钉是由硬质塑料经二次模塑而与所述本体成为一体。
  3. 根据权利要求1的汽车用防滑脚垫，其中，所述由硬质的热塑性塑料模塑而成的防滑钉与所述本体可分离地装配到一起。
  4. 根据权利要求3的汽车用防滑脚垫，还包括钉板，所述由硬质的热塑性塑料模塑而成的防滑钉一体地形成或设置在所述钉板上，所述钉板与所述本体可分离地装配到一起。
  5. 根据权利要求4的汽车用防滑脚垫，其中，所述钉板呈网格形状。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5的汽车用防滑脚垫，其中，在所述本体的底面的与所述钉板对应的部位形成有容纳所述钉板的钉板容纳槽，所述钉板通过所述钉板容纳槽与所述本体嵌装到一起。
  7. 根据权利要求6的汽车用防滑脚垫，其中，所述钉板容纳槽的深度与所述凹凸部的深度之和小于所述本体的厚度以防止所述钉板容纳槽与所述凹凸部干涉。
  8. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项的汽车用防滑脚垫，其中，所述钉板通过铆钉固定、超声焊接或粘合剂粘结方式附接至所述本体。
