现在很多服装生产定制的用户,多在服装上胶印图案、字母等,字母尤其是球衣用户,喜欢把球员的名字、号码、球队名称印制在球衣上面。而目前最常用的印制方式是胶印,即将有颜色、有图案的胶质膜通过烫压的方式固定在服装表面,实现用户的私人定制。当前,胶膜的放置又分为人工放置与使用机械臂放置,工去放置是很容易放偏、放歪的,工人是无法保证其放置位置,同时,工人需要花很长时间,在一个订单的诸多印制素材中找到应用于这一件的素材并放在对应位置上,现有技术使用的方案是真空吸盘吸取胶膜,缺点在于只能应用于小型的胶膜、速率慢,并且一个真空吸盘一次只能吸取一个胶膜,而一件球衣往往会进行3-5处印制,往返的取送使得工作效率低下,缺少一种有效的机械臂夹具来稳定、高效地夹取不同类型的胶膜;另外,胶膜的烫压采用人工烫压,烫压效率低,烫压不精准,服装定制生产效率低。
因此,针对现有技术存在的不足,有必要设计一种服装定制用胶膜烫压一体机,以解决上述问题,提高生产效率。

S9:将服装托盘自动推至压烫机下进行烫印,同时将下一托盘推至工作区域;
S10:如有需要,对服装反面进行相同操作;
S11:对下一件服装进行同样操作,直到所有服装完成加工。
有益效果
本发明提出一种服装定制用胶膜烫压一体机,机体上安装有机械手、素材放料盘、抓取装置、拍照识别装置和烫压装置,集服装胶膜选取、胶膜定位,胶膜烫压功能为一体,生产效率高,胶膜效率高,胶膜精度高,胶膜效率好;抓取装置针对球衣上需要印制小型胶膜、大型胶膜以及条状胶膜,设计了三种不同的夹具头,机械手进行抓取时可一次性抓取多种胶膜,提高了生产效率;素材放料盘节省空间,并使得机械臂工作范围缩小,减小机械臂工作误差;烫压装置采用气缸驱动,自动化程度高,烫压效果好。

  1. 一种服装定制用胶膜烫压一体机,其特征在于,包括:机架(1),所述机架(1)的下侧安装有机箱(2),所述机箱(2)上侧的机架(1)内连接有机械手(3)和素材放料盘(4),所述机械手(3)上安装有抓取装置(5),所述机架(1)的两侧分别设有烫压架体(6),所述烫压架体(6)的上端之间安装有滑轨(7),所述滑轨(7)上滑动连接有烫压支撑板(8),所述滑轨(7)的两端分别安装有烫压支撑板限位块(9),所述烫压架体(1)的上侧分别连接有烫压装置(10),所述机架(1)的上端安装有照相识别装置(11),所述照相识别装置(11)位于滑轨(7)的正上方,所述机架(1)的下端安装有万向轮(12);
    所述抓取装置(5)呈箱形结构,所述抓取装置(5)包括安装面(13)、第一抓取面(14)、第二抓取面(15)和第三抓取面(16),所述安装面(13)通过法兰(17)与机械手(3)相连接,所述第一抓取面(14)上安装有第一真空吸盘(18)和维修窗口(19),所述第二抓取面(15)的一侧通过固定支架(20)安装有第二真空吸盘(21),所述第二抓取面(15)的另一侧连接有旋转气缸(22),所述旋转气缸(22)上转动连接有第三真空吸盘(23),所述第三抓取面(16)的四周分别安装有第四真空吸盘(24),所述箱型结构的内部安装有真空发生器(25);
    所述第二真空吸盘(21)和第三真空吸盘(22)用于抓取小型胶膜;
    所述第二真空吸盘(21)和第三真空吸盘(22)用于抓取长条状胶膜,所述第二真空吸盘(221)和所述第三真空吸盘(22)之间的距离可调;
    所述第三抓取面(16)上的第四真空吸盘(24)用于抓取大型并呈矩形状胶膜;
    所述素材放料盘(4)包括底座(26),所述底座(26)上安装有斜面框架(27),所述斜面框架(27)上安装有若干料盘(28),所述料盘(28)上侧的素材安装板(4)安装有限位杆(29);
    所述烫压支撑板(8)包括第一支撑板(30)和第二支撑板(31),所述第 一支撑板(30)和第二支撑板(31)的前端分别连接有把手(32),所述第一支撑板(30)和第二支撑板(31)上分别安装有服装托盘(33);
    所述烫压装置(10)包括冲压气缸控制安装箱体(34),所述冲压气缸控制安装箱体(34)上安装有冲压气缸(35),所述冲压气缸(35)的下端通过气缸杆(36)弹簧杆支架(37),所述弹簧杆支架(37)的四周安装有弹簧杆(38),所述弹簧杆(38)的下端与烫压板(39)相连接;
    所述照相识别装置(11)包括控制板(40),所述控制板(40)的上方安装有摄像头安装架(41),所述摄像头安装架(41)上安装有识别摄像头(42),所述控制板(40)的下方安装有光源板(43);
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种服装定制用胶膜烫压一体机,其特征在于:所述料盘(28)具有不同规格,可放置小型胶膜叠放层、大型胶膜叠放层和条状胶膜叠放层。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种服装定制用胶膜烫压一体机,其特征在于:所述机架(1)的左侧还连接有可编程控制器(44)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种服装定制用胶膜烫压一体机的使用方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
    S1:工人将整个待定制服装用的所有印制素材,按照顺序放置于料盘处;
    S2:工人按顺序将第一件服装正面平铺于服装托盘;
    S3:系统通过照相识别装置识别出服装以平铺托盘上,读取后台数据确定需要摆放哪些素材;
    S4:系统通过照相识别装置识别出服装所被摆放的准确位置和朝向;
    S5:系统读取后台数据,确定所有素材需要摆放的相对于服装的准确位置;
    S6:系统计算出所有素材需要摆放的相对于机械臂的准确位置;
    S7:机械臂于素材料盘处通过素材抓手上的真空吸盘抓取素材;
    S8:机械臂将素材放置于服装上;
    S9:将服装托盘自动推至压烫机下进行烫印,同时将下一托盘推至工作区域;
    S10:如有需要,对服装反面进行相同操作;
    S11:对下一件服装进行同样操作,直到所有服装完成加工。
