本发明属于镀锌板加工设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种镀锌板用新型印章装置。
背景技术
镀锌板带钢产品主要应用于建筑、轻工、汽车、农牧渔业及商业等行业。其中建筑行业主要用于制造防腐蚀的工业及民用建筑屋面板、屋顶格栅等;轻工行业用其制造家电外壳、民用烟囱、厨房用具等,汽车行业主要用于制造轿车的耐腐蚀部件等;农牧渔业主要用做粮食储运、肉类及水产品的冷冻加工用具等;商业主要用作为物资的储运、包装用具等。
目前镀锌板加工合格后需进行印章封存,备运,因而用到印章装置。
但是现有的印章装置还存在着无法根据印章操作需求进行调整镀锌板高度,镀锌板表面不干净影响印章清晰度,无法多位置调节印章位置影响印章需求和印章染料滴落容易污染环境的问题。
因此,发明一种镀锌板用新型印章装置显得非常必要。
发明内容

优选的,所述的镀锌板印章高度位置调节支杆结构包括活动调节座,升降座,高度调节螺杆,手轮,手柄,长螺母和锁紧螺母,所述的活动调节座横向螺栓连接在升降座的上端;所述的升降座轴承连接在高度调节螺杆的上端;所述的高度调节螺杆的下端键连接手轮的内部中间部位;所述的手轮的右下侧螺纹连接有手柄;所述的长螺母和锁紧螺母螺纹连接在高度调节螺杆的外壁。
优选的,所述的印章位置移动调节机结构包括移动电机,旋转调节螺杆,移动螺母,移动架,回型滑块,直线滑轨和限位开关,所述的移动电机的输出轴右端通过联轴器连接旋转调节螺杆的左端;所述的旋转调节螺杆横向螺纹连接在移动螺母的内部;所述的移动螺母横向镶嵌在移动架的内部上侧;所述的移动架纵向下端螺栓连接在回型滑块的上端;所述的回型滑块滑动套接在直线滑轨的外壁;所述的直线滑轨的左右两端均螺钉连接有限位开关。
优选的,所述的印章漆料遗落收集过滤防污箱结构包括收集斗,伸缩调节 管,防污收集箱,清理底盖,排料阀,漆料遗落过滤网和拆卸螺栓,所述的伸缩调节管一端螺纹连接在防污收集箱的上部进口处,另一端螺纹连接收集斗的下端;所述的防污收集箱的底部出口处螺纹连接有清理底盖;所述的清理底盖的下部中间部位出口处螺纹连接有排料阀;所述的防污收集箱的内侧上部横向设置有漆料遗落过滤网,并通过拆卸螺栓紧固连接设置。
优选的,所述的衔接座横向右端螺栓连接在左侧设置的所述的回型支撑立座的左上侧中间部位。
优选的,所述的缓冲弹簧位于固定套管和倒U型轮架之间。
优选的,所述的长螺母位于锁紧螺母的上端,并且所述的长螺母采用四个,均镶嵌在机架的内部四角部位。

1.本发明中,所述的挡帽,缓冲杆,固定套管,衔接座,缓冲弹簧,倒U型轮架和灰尘清理轮体的设置,有利于对镀锌板表面的灰尘进行清理,保证印章清晰度,镀锌板通过回型支撑立座进入装置内部时,可通过灰尘清理轮体进行吸附清理镀锌板表面的灰尘,通过缓冲弹簧在缓冲杆外壁的动作,可使得缓冲杆驱动倒U型轮架和灰尘清理轮体在固定套管内部移动,即可使得灰尘清理轮体进行缓冲清理灰尘操作,通过挡帽起到阻挡作用,保证清理效果,提高印章清晰度。
2.本发明中,所述的活动调节座,升降座,高度调节螺杆,手轮,手柄,长螺母和锁紧螺母的设置,有利于根据镀锌板的后续或者印章 需求进行调节镀锌板的高度位置,保证印章效果,镀锌板清理后进入装置内部,可通过放松锁紧螺母,手持手柄旋转手轮调节高度调节螺杆在长螺母内部动作,可使得升降座带动活动调节座驱动镀锌板进行移动,确定高度位置后,即可锁紧锁紧螺母,保证印章稳定性,满足印章需求。
3.本发明中,所述的移动电机,旋转调节螺杆,移动螺母,移动架,回型滑块,直线滑轨和限位开关的设置,有利于对印章位置进行移动调节,可进行连续印章操作,通过控制面板控制移动电机驱动旋转调节螺杆旋转,可使得移动螺母带动移动架向右移动,同时使得移动架驱动回型滑块在直线滑轨外壁进行移动,即可使得自动推杆驱动倒U型支架移动,同时经由自动推杆进行调节倒U型支架的下移位置,并使得印章辊接触镀锌板,可进行连续印章工作,通过蘸料辊不断将漆料盒内部的漆料导出,并蘸取至印章辊表面,以保证印章效果,通过限位开关可进行限位工作,保证印章回位效果。
4.本发明中,所述的收集斗,伸缩调节管,防污收集箱,清理底盖,排料阀,漆料遗落过滤网和拆卸螺栓的设置,有利于收集遗落的漆料染料,避免环境污染,通过收集斗可进行收集镀锌板表面印章遗落的漆料染料,并通过伸缩调节管导入防污收集箱内部,同时漆料染料可通过防污收集箱内部的漆料遗落过滤网过滤,可便于进行二次利用,避免浪费,通过取下拆卸螺栓和清理底盖,可对漆料遗落过滤网进行清理或者更换,方便操作,保证收集、清理操作便捷性。
5.本发明中,所述的回型横梁,回型支撑立座,机架和支撑腿的设置,有利于起到良好的支撑稳定性,保证支撑效果。
6.本发明中,所述的连接座的设置,有利于起到良好的支撑稳定性,保证支撑效果。
7.本发明中,所述的控制面板的设置,有利于控制各级设备进行动作,保证操控便捷性。

  3. 如权利要求1所述的镀锌板用新型印章装置,其特征在于,所述的印章位置移动调节机结构(14)包括移动电机(141),旋转调节螺杆(142),移动螺母(143),移动架(144),回型滑块(145),直线滑轨(146)和限位开关(147),所述的移动电机(141)的输出轴右端通过联轴器连接旋转调节螺杆(142)的左端;所述的旋转调节螺杆(142)横向螺纹连接在移动螺母(143)的内部;所述的移动螺母(143)横向镶嵌在移动架(144)的内部上侧;所述的移动架(144)纵向下端螺栓连接在回型滑块(145)的上端;所述的回型滑块(145)滑动套接在直线滑轨(146)的外壁;所述的直线滑轨(146)的左右两端均螺钉连接有限位开关(147)。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的镀锌板用新型印章装置,其特征在于,所述的印章漆料遗落收集过滤防污箱结构(15)包括收集斗(151),伸缩调节管(152),防污收集箱(153),清理底盖(154),排料阀(155),漆料遗落过滤网(156)和拆卸螺栓(157),所述的伸缩调节管(152)一端螺纹连接在防污收集箱(153)的上部进口处,另一端螺纹连接收集斗(151)的下端;所述的防污收集箱(153)的底部出口处螺纹连接有清理底盖(154);所述的清理底盖(154)的下部中间部位出口处螺纹连接有排料阀(155);所述的防污收集箱(153)的内侧上部横向设置有漆料遗落过滤网(156),并通过拆卸螺栓(157)紧固连接设置。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的镀锌板用新型印章装置,其特征在于,所述的衔接座(124)横向右端螺栓连接在左侧设置的所述的回型支撑立座(2)的左上侧 中间部位。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的镀锌板用新型印章装置,其特征在于,所述的缓冲弹簧(125)位于固定套管(123)和倒U型轮架(126)之间。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的镀锌板用新型印章装置,其特征在于,所述的长螺母(136)位于锁紧螺母(137)的上端,并且所述的长螺母(136)采用四个,均镶嵌在机架(3)的内部四角部位。
  8. 如权利要求3所述的镀锌板用新型印章装置,其特征在于,所述的移动电机(141)横向螺栓连接在回型横梁(1)的上部左侧。
  9. 如权利要求3所述的镀锌板用新型印章装置,其特征在于,所述的移动架(144)纵向活动设置在回型横梁(1)的内部。
  10. 如权利要求3所述的镀锌板用新型印章装置,其特征在于,所述的直线滑轨(146)横向螺栓连接在回型支撑立座(2)之间的内侧上部。
