飞机客舱玻璃的维护属于飞机定检的例行工作,该工作目的在于检查飞机运行周期内造成的玻璃内、外层的损伤情况,避免玻璃损伤超限,增加飞机运行风险。当发现玻璃出现划痕过多,以及深度超限时,将对其进行人工修复或者直接更换新玻璃。在重新安装玻璃前需要对其组件进行清洁,一是为了保证玻璃的透明度,二是在清洁的过程中进行二次检查,避免出现遗漏。玻璃组件由内层玻璃,外层玻璃,中间支撑圆环,橡胶密封套组成,将四个部件用玻璃水及风枪洗净吹干后,进行组装,由于安装时需要将橡胶固定套的固定胶皮翻起才能使内、外层玻璃插入,但是这个过程工作人员需要极其小心的操作,避免在安装过程中杂质、手印等污染物留在内、外层玻璃的内侧,进而造成二次返工,该工作又去缺乏专用工具,极大的浪费工作人员时间,工作效率低下。

进一步的,上述橡胶皮翻边机构两个夹臂,两个夹臂通过销轴铰接形成X形,夹臂的尾端通过夹臂弹簧相连,所述夹臂的头端设置有与橡胶密封套的圆弧拐角曲率相匹配的圆弧夹杆,两个夹臂的两侧分别设置有固定于中间框架上的支架,所述支架的内侧端设置有橡胶块,所述橡胶块中设置有与对应的圆弧拐角相垂直的滑槽,所述滑槽中延其长度方向间隔设置有若干与销轴外径相匹配的插孔,两个夹臂两侧的销轴分别插装于同侧对应的插孔中,在夹臂弹簧的弹力下两个圆弧夹杆分别夹紧于橡胶密封套圆弧拐角处前后两侧,且圆弧夹杆将同侧的橡胶皮向外翻开后夹紧。
进一步的,上述主轴锁止装置包括锁定手柄以及滑杆,所述主轴内沿其轴向设置有通孔,所述导轨Ⅱ中延其长度方向设置有长孔,主轴的头端设置有外螺纹Ⅰ,主轴的头端穿过长孔,滑杆沿主轴的轴向插装于主轴的通孔中,滑杆上设置有螺纹段,螺母Ⅰ旋合于螺纹段上,螺母Ⅱ旋合于外螺纹Ⅰ上,螺母Ⅱ中设置有圆孔,滑杆的头端穿过螺母Ⅱ的圆孔后与锁定手柄连接固定,弹簧Ⅱ套装于滑杆,其一端与螺母Ⅱ相接触,其另一端与螺母Ⅰ相接触,所述滑块Ⅰ的外侧端设置有两个与锁定手柄厚度相匹配的卡槽,两个卡槽相互呈十字形设置,当锁定手柄旋转90度后,其插装于对应的卡槽中。
为了方便操作,活动杆的头端设置有外螺纹Ⅱ,所述外螺纹Ⅱ上旋合有六角螺母。
本发明的有益效果是:将内层玻璃通过橡胶吸盘吸附固定于一侧的主轴上,将外层 玻璃通过橡胶吸盘吸附固定于另一侧的主轴上,之后转动主轴使外侧玻璃和内层玻璃均转动至水平状态,转动到位后通过主轴锁止装置将主轴锁止固定,此时可以方便对内层玻璃和外层玻璃进行清洁,清洁完成后,解除主轴的锁止,将主轴转动90°,此时内层玻璃和外层玻璃均转动至竖直状态,再次通过主轴锁止装置将主轴锁止固定。之后向内侧移动主轴,使主轴通过滑块Ⅱ沿导轨Ⅰ滑动,通过滑块Ⅰ沿导轨Ⅱ滑动。由于橡胶皮翻边机构在中间框架中将橡胶密封套四个圆弧拐角处前后两侧的橡胶皮分别向外侧翻开,因此将内层玻璃和外层玻璃滑动装入橡胶密封套的开口中,之后接触橡胶皮翻边机构对橡胶皮的作用,橡胶皮恢复原始状态后将内层玻璃和外层玻璃包裹固定。之后解除固定装置后即可将安装好的玻璃组件从中间框架中拆下,提高了飞机客舱玻璃的清洁和安装的效率,有效避免了安装过程中对玻璃的污染。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1、附图2对本发明做进一步说明。
一种用于飞机客舱玻璃组件清洁与组装的辅助工装,包括:机架,其由竖直设置于左侧端的左框架1、竖直设置于右侧端的右框架2以及连接于左框架1与右框架2的中间支架3构成,左框架1、右框架2与中间框架3在俯视方向上形成H形结构;导轨Ⅰ 6,沿前后方向水平设置于左框架1中;导轨Ⅱ 7,沿前后方向水平设置于右框架2中;橡胶密封套9,通过固定装置固定于中间框架3中,中间框架3中且位于橡胶密封套9的四个圆弧拐角处的外侧端分别设置有橡胶皮翻边机构,橡胶皮翻边机构将对应的橡胶密封套9的圆弧拐角处前后两侧的橡胶皮分别向外侧翻开;两个滑块Ⅱ 17,其内部设置有与导轨Ⅰ 6相匹配的 滑孔Ⅱ 18,两个滑块Ⅱ 17分别位于中间框架3的前后两端;两个滑块Ⅰ 15,其内部设置有与导轨Ⅱ 7相匹配的滑孔Ⅰ 20,两个滑块Ⅰ 15分别位于中间框架3的前后两端;同侧的滑块Ⅰ 15与滑块Ⅱ 17之间沿左右方向设置有主轴4,主轴4上设置有若干橡胶吸盘5,滑块Ⅰ 15与滑块Ⅱ 17中分别设置有与主轴4外径相匹配的圆孔19,主轴4两端分别转动安装于同侧对应的圆孔19中,一端橡胶吸盘5吸附固定有内层玻璃8,另一端的橡胶吸盘5吸附固定有外层玻璃32;以及主轴锁止装置,设置于滑块Ⅰ 15上,当主轴4转动90°后主轴锁止装置将主轴4相对滑块Ⅰ 15锁止固定。使用时,将内层玻璃8通过橡胶吸盘5吸附固定于一侧的主轴4上,将外层玻璃32通过橡胶吸盘5吸附固定于另一侧的主轴4上,之后转动主轴4使外侧玻璃32和内层玻璃8均转动至水平状态,转动到位后通过主轴锁止装置将主轴4锁止固定,此时可以方便对内层玻璃8和外层玻璃32进行清洁,清洁完成后,解除主轴4的锁止,将主轴4转动90°,此时内层玻璃8和外层玻璃32均转动至竖直状态,再次通过主轴锁止装置将主轴4锁止固定。之后向内侧移动主轴4,使主轴4通过滑块Ⅱ 17沿导轨Ⅰ 6滑动,通过滑块Ⅰ 15沿导轨Ⅱ 7滑动。由于橡胶皮翻边机构在中间框架3中将橡胶密封套9四个圆弧拐角处前后两侧的橡胶皮分别向外侧翻开,因此将内层玻璃8和外层玻璃32滑动装入橡胶密封套9的开口中,之后接触橡胶皮翻边机构对橡胶皮的作用,橡胶皮恢复原始状态后将内层玻璃8和外层玻璃32包裹固定。之后解除固定装置后即可将安装好的玻璃组件从中间框架3中拆下,提高了飞机客舱玻璃的清洁和安装的效率,有效避免了安装过程中对玻璃的污染。
固定装置可以为如下结构,其包括水平设置于中间框架3右侧端的固定杆12、竖直设置于中间框架3下端的固定杆12、沿竖直方向滑动插装于中间框架3上端的活动杆29以及沿水平方向滑动插装于中间框架3左侧端的活动杆29,固定杆12的内侧端设置有插头31,插头31插入橡胶密封套9中间部位沿圆周方向设置的卡槽27中,活动杆29中部位设置有圆环形的凸台30,弹簧Ⅰ 14套装于活动杆29上,其上端与中间框架3相连接,其下端与凸台30相连,活动杆29的内侧端设置有插头31,在弹簧Ⅰ 14的弹力下,插头31插入橡胶密封套9中间部位沿圆周方向设置的卡槽27中,四个插头31的头端与卡置于卡槽27中的支撑圆环28的外侧端相接触。装夹时,将中间框架3上方和左侧的活动杆29向外拉动从而压缩弹簧Ⅰ 14,将橡胶密封头9至于中间框架3中后使其下侧端通过中间框架3下端的固定杆12上的插头31插入卡槽27中,中间框架3右端的固定杆12上的插头31插入卡槽27中,之后松开活动杆29,从而在弹簧Ⅰ 14的弹力下,活动杆29上的插头31插入橡胶密封套中的卡槽27的上端和左侧端,实现了上下左右四个方向的夹紧固定,当将内 层玻璃8和外层玻璃32装入橡胶密封套9中后,向外拉动活动杆29使插头31从卡槽27中脱离后即可将橡胶密封套9取出,使用简单便捷。
橡胶皮翻边机构可以为如下结构,其包括两个夹臂11,两个夹臂11通过销轴34铰接形成X形,夹臂11的尾端通过夹臂弹簧35相连,夹臂11的头端设置有与橡胶密封套9的圆弧拐角曲率相匹配的圆弧夹杆36,两个夹臂的两侧分别设置有固定于中间框架3上的支架10,支架10的内侧端设置有橡胶块37,橡胶块37中设置有与对应的圆弧拐角相垂直的滑槽38,滑槽38中延其长度方向间隔设置有若干与销轴34外径相匹配的插孔39,两个夹臂11两侧的销轴34分别插装于同侧对应的插孔39中,在夹臂弹簧35的弹力下两个圆弧夹杆36分别夹紧于橡胶密封套9圆弧拐角处前后两侧,且圆弧夹杆36将同侧的橡胶皮向外翻开后夹紧。当固定装置将橡胶密封套9固定后,向内按压两个夹臂11使夹臂弹簧35压缩,使两个圆弧夹杆36张开,之后通过在滑槽38中移动整个夹臂11,由于橡胶块37为橡胶材料制成,因此移动时销轴34挤压各个插孔39变形,可以使其移动到相对应的插孔39中,实现圆弧夹杆36将卡槽27的橡胶皮处夹住,通过移动各个夹臂11从而将橡胶皮翻开。当内层玻璃8和外层玻璃32插入橡胶密封条9的左右两端的开口中后,继续向外侧移动夹臂11使销轴34沿滑槽38中滑动,直至圆弧夹杆36脱离橡胶皮,从而橡胶皮恢复到原位后将内层玻璃8和外层玻璃32包裹固定。
主轴锁止装置可以为如下结构,其包括锁定手柄16以及滑杆22,主轴4内沿其轴向设置有通孔,导轨Ⅱ 7中延其长度方向设置有长孔,主轴4的头端设置有外螺纹Ⅰ 21,主轴4的头端穿过长孔,滑杆22沿主轴4的轴向插装于主轴4的通孔中,滑杆22上设置有螺纹段,螺母Ⅰ 24旋合于螺纹段上,螺母Ⅱ 25旋合于外螺纹Ⅰ 21上,螺母Ⅱ 25中设置有圆孔,滑杆22的头端穿过螺母Ⅱ 25的圆孔后与锁定手柄16连接固定,弹簧Ⅱ 23套装于滑杆22,其一端与螺母Ⅱ 25相接触,其另一端与螺母Ⅰ 24相接触,滑块Ⅰ 15的外侧端设置有两个与锁定手柄16厚度相匹配的卡槽26,两个卡槽26相互呈十字形设置,当锁定手柄16旋转90度后,其插装于对应的卡槽26中。初始状态下锁定手柄16插入水平状态的卡槽26中,此时主轴4转动至其通过橡胶吸盘5吸附固定的内层玻璃8和外层玻璃32处于水平状态,此时可以方便对玻璃进行清洁工作,清洁后,向外拉出锁定手柄16,驱动滑杆22沿主轴4中的通孔向外滑动,由于主轴4的头端固定有螺母Ⅱ 25,因此滑杆22向外滑动的时候移动的螺母Ⅰ 24挤压弹簧Ⅱ 23,实现锁定手柄16从水平状态的卡槽26中脱离,之后通过旋转锁定手柄16使主轴4旋转90°,从而实现驱动内层玻璃8和外层玻璃32由水平装置转动至竖直状态,当转动到位后松开锁定手柄16,在弹簧Ⅱ 23的弹力下,锁定 手柄16插入竖直状态的卡槽26中,实现主轴4旋转到位的锁定,确保处于竖直状态的内层玻璃8和外层玻璃32处于竖直状态。
优选的,活动杆29的头端设置有外螺纹Ⅱ 33,外螺纹Ⅱ 33上旋合有六角螺母13。通过六角螺母13可以方便拉动活动杆29,从而使插头31从卡槽27中脱离,提高了操作的便利性。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种用于飞机客舱玻璃组件清洁与组装的辅助工装,其特征在于,包括:
    机架,其由竖直设置于左侧端的左框架(1)、竖直设置于右侧端的右框架(2)以及连接于左框架(1)与右框架(2)的中间支架(3)构成,左框架(1)、右框架(2)与中间框架(3)在俯视方向上形成H形结构;
    导轨Ⅰ(6),沿前后方向水平设置于左框架(1)中;
    导轨Ⅱ(7),沿前后方向水平设置于右框架(2)中;
    橡胶密封套(9),通过固定装置固定于中间框架(3)中,所述中间框架(3)中且位于橡胶密封套(9)的四个圆弧拐角处的外侧端分别设置有橡胶皮翻边机构,橡胶皮翻边机构将对应的橡胶密封套(9)的圆弧拐角处前后两侧的橡胶皮分别向外侧翻开;
    两个滑块Ⅱ(17),其内部设置有与导轨Ⅰ(6)相匹配的滑孔Ⅱ(18),两个滑块Ⅱ(17)分别位于中间框架(3)的前后两端;
    两个滑块Ⅰ(15),其内部设置有与导轨Ⅱ(7)相匹配的滑孔Ⅰ(20),两个滑块Ⅰ(15)分别位于中间框架(3)的前后两端;
    同侧的滑块Ⅰ(15)与滑块Ⅱ(17)之间沿左右方向设置有主轴(4),所述主轴(4)上设置有若干橡胶吸盘(5),所述滑块Ⅰ(15)与滑块Ⅱ(17)中分别设置有与主轴(4)外径相匹配的圆孔(19),主轴(4)两端分别转动安装于同侧对应的圆孔(19)中,一端橡胶吸盘(5)吸附固定有内层玻璃(8),另一端的橡胶吸盘(5)吸附固定有外层玻璃(32);以及
    主轴锁止装置,设置于滑块Ⅰ(15)上,当主轴(4)转动90°后主轴锁止装置将主轴(4)相对滑块Ⅰ(15)锁止固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于飞机客舱玻璃组件清洁与组装的辅助工装,其特征在于:所述固定装置包括水平设置于中间框架(3)右侧端的固定杆(12)、竖直设置于中间框架(3)下端的固定杆(12)、沿竖直方向滑动插装于中间框架(3)上端的活动杆(29)以及沿水平方向滑动插装于中间框架(3)左侧端的活动杆(29),所述固定杆(12)的内侧端设置有插头(31),所述插头(31)插入橡胶密封套(9)中间部位沿圆周方向设置的卡槽(27)中,所述活动杆(29)中部位设置有圆环形的凸台(30),弹簧Ⅰ(14)套装于活动杆(29)上,其上端与中间框架(3)相连接,其下端与凸台(30)相连,所述活动杆(29)的内侧端设置有插头(31),在弹簧Ⅰ(14)的弹力下,插头(31)插入橡胶密封套(9)中间部位沿圆周方向设置的卡槽(27)中,四个插头(31)的头端与卡置于卡槽(27)中的支撑圆环(28)的外侧端相接触。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的用于飞机客舱玻璃组件清洁与组装的辅助工装,其特征在于:所述橡胶皮翻边机构两个夹臂(11),两个夹臂(11)通过销轴(34)铰接形成X形,夹臂(11)的尾端通过夹臂弹簧(35)相连,所述夹臂(11)的头端设置有与橡胶密封套(9)的圆弧拐角曲率相匹配的圆弧夹杆(36),两个夹臂的两侧分别设置有固定于中间框架(3)上的支架(10),所述支架(10)的内侧端设置有橡胶块(37),所述橡胶块(37)中设置有与对应的圆弧拐角相垂直的滑槽(38),所述滑槽(38)中延其长度方向间隔设置有若干与销轴(34)外径相匹配的插孔(39),两个夹臂(11)两侧的销轴(34)分别插装于同侧对应的插孔(39)中,在夹臂弹簧(35)的弹力下两个圆弧夹杆(36)分别夹紧于橡胶密封套(9)圆弧拐角处前后两侧,且圆弧夹杆(36)将同侧的橡胶皮向外翻开后夹紧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的用于飞机客舱玻璃组件清洁与组装的辅助工装,其特征在于:所述主轴锁止装置包括锁定手柄(16)以及滑杆(22),所述主轴(4)内沿其轴向设置有通孔,所述导轨Ⅱ(7)中延其长度方向设置有长孔,主轴(4)的头端设置有外螺纹Ⅰ(21),主轴(4)的头端穿过长孔,滑杆(22)沿主轴(4)的轴向插装于主轴(4)的通孔中,滑杆(22)上设置有螺纹段,螺母Ⅰ(24)旋合于螺纹段上,螺母Ⅱ(25)旋合于外螺纹Ⅰ(21)上,螺母Ⅱ(25)中设置有圆孔,滑杆(22)的头端穿过螺母Ⅱ(25)的圆孔后与锁定手柄(16)连接固定,弹簧Ⅱ(23)套装于滑杆(22),其一端与螺母Ⅱ(25)相接触,其另一端与螺母Ⅰ(24)相接触,所述滑块Ⅰ(15)的外侧端设置有两个与锁定手柄(16)厚度相匹配的卡槽(26),两个卡槽(26)相互呈十字形设置,当锁定手柄(16)旋转90度后,其插装于对应的卡槽(26)中。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的用于飞机客舱玻璃组件清洁与组装的辅助工装,其特征在于:活动杆(29)的头端设置有外螺纹Ⅱ(33),所述外螺纹Ⅱ(33)上旋合有六角螺母(13)。
