Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines vernetzten Lignins in Partikelform über eine hydrothermale Behandlung einer aus Schwarzlauge hergestellten Flüssigkeit, die Lignin und einen Vernetzer oder eine Vorstufe davon enthält und eine elektrische Leitfähigkeit in einem Bereich von größer als 15 mS/cm, bevorzugt größer als 25 mS/cm, bis 400 mS/cm aufweist, sowie das damit erzeugte vernetzte Lignin. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner vernetzte Ligninpartikel, die eine Glasübergangstemperatur Tg von wenigstens 160°C oder keine Glasübergangstemperatur und eine STSA-Oberfläche von wenigstens 10 m2/g aufweisen sowie Gummiartikel, insbesondere technische Gummiartikel oder Reifen, die vernetzte Ligninpartikel als Füllstoff umfassen.
