Abstract

本发明提供一种抗菌PU鞋材,其重量份组成为:多元醇35~50份,扩链剂1~4份,异氰酸酯40~60份,纳米氧化锌2~6份,偶联剂0.5~3份,分散剂0.5~2份,交联剂0.1~3份,催化剂0.2~2份。本发明还公开了该抗菌PU鞋材的制造方法。本发明提供的抗菌PU鞋材具备较好的抗菌性能。

一种抗菌PU鞋材及其制造方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种鞋材,特别是涉及一种抗菌PU鞋材及其制造方法。
背景技术:
多年以来,鞋内的异味以及细菌是困扰人们的一个难题。人体的出汗容易在鞋内积累滋生细菌,使鞋产生异味,甚至导致脚气的引发。脚气会影响人的正常工作和生活,还容易传染给他人造成不良影响。为了解决脚气的产生,人们采取了很多办法,包括采用具有吸汗功能的鞋垫、用中药浸泡处理过的鞋垫、竹纤维鞋垫等,这些办法短期内可起到一定作用,但是效果持续时间较短。
发明内容:
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗菌PU鞋材,具备较好的抗菌性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种抗菌PU鞋材,其重量份组成为:
优选地,本发明所述多元醇为聚酯多元醇或聚碳酸酯多元醇。
优选地,本发明所述扩链剂为1,4-丁二醇或乙二醇。
优选地,本发明所述异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯。
优选地,本发明所述偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂。
优选地,本发明所述分散剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
优选地,本发明所述交联剂为三羟甲基丙烷。
优选地,本发明所述催化剂为叔胺类或有机锡类催化剂。
本发明要解决的另一技术问题是提供上述抗菌PU鞋材的制造方法。
为解决上述技术问题,技术方案是:
一种抗菌PU鞋材的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)用分散剂溶解偶联剂,搅拌均匀后加入纳米氧化锌,超声波振荡搅拌15分钟,洗涤过滤并烘干,得到改性纳米氧化锌;
(2)将多元醇和异氰酸酯分别烘烤干燥,备用;
(3)将配方中的其他组份以及步骤(1)中得到的改性纳米氧化锌加入烘干后的多元醇,混合均匀形成混合料;
(4)将步骤(3)中得到的混合料与烘干后的异氰酸酯混合浇注成型,得到抗菌PU鞋材。
由上可见,与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
纳米氧化锌具有光催化性能,在阳光特别是紫外线照射下,当电子能量达到或超过其带隙能时可以生成电子-空穴对,产生的电子-空穴对可迅速到达表面与表面吸附的水、空气反应,产生极强的化学活性氧和自由基,能与多种有机物(包括细菌内的有机物)发生氧化反应,从而杀死病菌和病毒;此外氧化锌中游离出的锌离子和细菌体接触时,会与细菌体内的活性蛋白酶相结合使其失去活性,从而杀死细菌,因此纳米氧化锌具有很好的抗菌功能,PU中加入纳米氧化锌后也具有了抗菌性能;然而纳米氧化锌颗粒表面能高,处于热力学非稳定状态,极易团聚,且其表面亲水疏油,呈强极性,在PU中难以分散均匀,与PU之间没有结合力,因此本发明通过偶联剂对纳米氧化锌进行了表面改性,消除了其表面高能势,调节其疏水性,使其与PU之间的润湿性和结合力得到大幅度提高,从而充分发挥其抗菌性能。

下面将结合具体实施例来详细说明本发明,在此本发明的示意性实施例以及说明用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1
一种抗菌PU鞋材,其重量份组成为:
其制造方法包括以下步骤:
(1)用分散剂溶解偶联剂,搅拌均匀后加入纳米氧化锌,超声波振荡搅拌15分钟,洗涤过滤并烘干,得到改性纳米氧化锌;
(2)将多元醇和异氰酸酯分别烘烤干燥,备用;
(3)将配方中的其他组份以及步骤(1)中得到的改性纳米氧化锌加入烘干后的多元醇,混合均匀形成混合料;
(4)将步骤(3)中得到的混合料与烘干后的异氰酸酯混合浇注成型,得到抗菌PU鞋材。
实施例2
一种抗菌PU鞋材,其重量份组成为:
其制造方法包括以下步骤:
(1)用分散剂溶解偶联剂,搅拌均匀后加入纳米氧化锌,超声波振荡搅拌15分钟,洗涤过滤并烘干,得到改性纳米氧化锌;

(3)将配方中的其他组份以及步骤(1)中得到的改性纳米氧化锌加入烘干后的多元醇,混合均匀形成混合料;
(4)将步骤(3)中得到的混合料与烘干后的异氰酸酯混合浇注成型,得到抗菌PU鞋材。

8.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌PU鞋材,其特征在于:所述催化剂为叔胺类或有机锡类催化剂。
9.根据权利要求1~8任意一项所述的一种抗菌PU鞋材的制造方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)用分散剂溶解偶联剂,搅拌均匀后加入纳米氧化锌,超声波振荡搅拌15分钟,洗涤过滤并烘干,得到改性纳米氧化锌;
(2)将多元醇和异氰酸酯分别烘烤干燥,备用;
(3)将配方中的其他组份以及步骤(1)中得到的改性纳米氧化锌加入烘干后的多元醇,混合均匀形成混合料;
(4)将步骤(3)中得到的混合料与烘干后的异氰酸酯混合浇注成型,得到抗菌PU鞋材。
