鞋垫是鞋子中必不可少的附件,鞋垫具有保持鞋内底清洁、覆盖内底的凹凸不平,以改善脚感的作用,由于脚部运动量大、出汗较多,而且鞋内的环境呈封闭状式,容易滋生细菌,容易对脚部的健康产生不利影响,比如易感染上各类皮肤病,如脚气、脚汗、脚臭是日常生活中常见的病症,是由真菌感染而引起的皮肤病,给人们日常生活带来诸多不便。

针对现有技术存在的不足,发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌透气鞋材及其制造方法。

(2)、将二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯倒入B料罐进行加热备用,其中加热温度为45℃;
(3)、按配方将步骤(1)和步骤(2)得到的物料混合均匀;
(4)、将步骤(3)的混合得到物料注入到浇注机的模具内,待材料熟化后即可得到抗菌透气鞋材。

(3)、按配方将步骤(1)和步骤(2)得到的物料混合均匀,其中聚醚多元醇过少会造成制品过软,没有弹性;聚醚多元醇过多,则造成过高制品过硬,产品质量不稳,同时会造成成本浪费;
(4)、将步骤(3)的混合得到物料注入到浇注机的模具内,待材料熟化后即可得到抗菌透气鞋材。

从上述检查可知,本发明在对鞋材的抗菌性能和溶出性检查中,明显高于参考标准的技术指标,具有良好抗菌性能。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌透气鞋材,其特征是:所述催化剂为由质量分数为70%的双(二甲氨基乙基)醚与30%一缩二丙二醇配成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌透气鞋材,其特征是:所述交联剂为醇胺类交联剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌透气鞋材,其特征是:所述抗菌剂为两亲性非离子抗菌剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌透气鞋材,其特征是:所述发泡剂为戊烷。
7.根据权利要求1~6任意一项所述的一种抗菌透气鞋材的制造方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)、按配方将聚醚多元醇、硅油乳化剂、催化剂、交联剂、抗菌剂和发泡剂搅拌均匀后;混匀后导入A料罐中进行加热搅拌备用,其加热温度为50-60℃;
(2)、将二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯倒入B料罐进行加热备用,其中加热温度为45℃;
(3)、按配方将步骤(1)和步骤(2)得到的物料混合均匀;
(4)、将步骤(3)的混合得到物料注入到浇注机的模具内,待材料熟化后即可得到抗菌透气鞋材。
