发明公开了一种抗菌透气鞋材,包括以下原料组分:聚醚(酯)多元醇100‑90份;二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯30‑50份;硅油乳化剂2‑3份;催化剂1‑2份;交联剂1‑2份;抗菌剂1‑2份;发泡剂1‑2份。本发明还提供一种抗菌透气鞋材的制造方法,生产得到鞋材具有良好的透气性及抗菌性能。

发明涉及鞋垫,更具体地说,它涉及一种抗菌透气鞋材及其制造方法。
背景技术
鞋垫是鞋子中必不可少的附件,鞋垫具有保持鞋内底清洁、覆盖内底的凹凸不平,以改善脚感的作用,由于脚部运动量大、出汗较多,而且鞋内的环境呈封闭状式,容易滋生细菌,容易对脚部的健康产生不利影响,比如易感染上各类皮肤病,如脚气、脚汗、脚臭是日常生活中常见的病症,是由真菌感染而引起的皮肤病,给人们日常生活带来诸多不便。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌透气鞋材及其制造方法。
为实现上述目的,发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种抗菌透气鞋材,包括以下原料组分:
本发明进一步设置:其中所述硅油乳化剂为二甲基硅油乳化剂,
本发明进一步设置:所述催化剂为由质量分数为70%的双(二甲氨基乙基)醚与30%一缩二丙二醇配成。
本发明进一步设置:所述交联剂为醇胺类交联剂,例如,二乙醇胺;
本发明进一步设置:所述抗菌剂为两亲性非离子抗菌剂,例如,非离子水性聚氨酯抗菌剂
本发明进一步设置:所述发泡剂为戊烷。
本发明还提供一种抗菌透气鞋材的制造方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)、按配方将聚醚多元醇、硅油乳化剂、催化剂、交联剂、抗菌剂和发泡剂搅拌均匀后;混匀后导入A料罐中进行加热搅拌备用,其加热温度为50-60℃;
(2)、将二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯倒入B料罐进行加热备用,其中加热温度为45℃;
(3)、按配方将步骤(1)和步骤(2)得到的物料混合均匀;
(4)、将步骤(3)的混合得到物料注入到浇注机的模具内,待材料熟化后即可得到抗菌透气鞋材。
本发明有益效果:聚醚(酯)多元醇和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯通过发泡剂进行发泡,其中催化剂起到催化发泡及凝胶反应,所述交联剂在发泡过程中提高泡沫的机械性能;硅油乳化剂在发泡过程中使泡沫稳定,并控制气泡的大小和结构;抗菌剂可以在发泡过程中参与发泡反应,增加泡孔的开孔率,抗菌结构交叉在交联反应中,赋予材料良好的透气性及抗菌性能。

本发明通过以下实施例做进一步详细说明。
一种抗菌透气鞋材,包括以下原料组分:
所述聚醚(酯)多元醇和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯通过发泡剂进行发泡,其中催化剂起到催化发泡及凝胶反应,所述交联剂在发泡过程中提高泡沫的机械性能;硅油乳化剂在发泡过程中使泡沫稳定,并控制气泡的大小和结构;抗菌剂可以在发泡过程中参与发泡反应,增加泡孔的开孔率,抗菌结构交叉在交联反应中,赋予材料良好的透气性及抗菌性能。
其制造方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)、按配方将聚醚多元醇、硅油乳化剂、催化剂、交联剂、抗菌剂和发泡剂搅拌均匀后;混匀后导入A料罐中进行加热搅拌备用,其加热温度为50-60℃,其中温度过高会造成制品过硬,温度过低会造成制品不易熟化,因此生产过程需要控制好温度;
(2)、将二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯倒入B料罐进行加热备用,其中加热温度为45℃;其中该温度如果过高,会造成所得制品偏硬;温度过低,所得制品偏软,对产品品质影响较大,因此生产过程需要控制好温度;
(3)、按配方将步骤(1)和步骤(2)得到的物料混合均匀,其中聚醚多元醇过少会造成制品过软,没有弹性;聚醚多元醇过多,则造成过高制品过硬,产品质量不稳,同时会造成成本浪费;
(4)、将步骤(3)的混合得到物料注入到浇注机的模具内,待材料熟化后即可得到抗菌透气鞋材。

经测试,实施例1-3的鞋材的抗菌性能和溶出性检查如下表所示,其中,参考标准为QB/T2881-2013附录D震荡法和QB/T2881-2013 附录A进行检查:
从上述检查可知,本发明在对鞋材的抗菌性能和溶出性检查中,明显高于参考标准的技术指标,具有良好抗菌性能。

(1)、按配方将聚醚多元醇、硅油乳化剂、催化剂、交联剂、抗菌剂和发泡剂搅拌均匀后;混匀后导入A料罐中进行加热搅拌备用,其加热温度为50-60℃;
(2)、将二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯倒入B料罐进行加热备用,其中加热温度为45℃;
