一种净化空气的免光触媒聚氨酯泡沫塑料属泡沫塑料领域,用于净化空气中的化学气体污染和生物气体污染,本发明的目的是消除泡沫塑料本身产生的有害气体和空气中的有害化学气体。聚氨酯泡沫塑料包括塑料原料、添加剂,其特征在于聚氨酯泡沫塑料的配方分中添加了重量百分比为:免光触媒2~8%、偶联剂0.5~2%和分散剂5~15%。本发明方案生产的免光触媒聚氨酯泡沫塑料,能起到净化空气的作用,同时,此泡沫塑料还能制成各种环保产品。

一种净化空气的免光触媒聚氨酯泡沫塑料
技术领域
一种净化空气的免光触媒聚氨酯泡沫塑料属发泡塑料领域,用于净化空气中的化学气体污染和生物气体污染,更可作为净化空气的功能原材料.。
背景技术
泡沫塑料的组分中含有塑料和不同的化学添加剂,在加工过程中或成品会产生大量对人体有害的气体.为消除这些有害气体,现有的方法,一种是在成品泡沫塑料上用胶粘剂粘上活性炭吸附污染气体. 活性炭只能吸附气体.并不能消除有害气体,会造成二次污染.所以是被淘汰的技术.另一种是将光触媒添加在胶粘剂中粘在成品泡沫塑料上. 光触媒能分解有害气体,其缺点是光触媒需要有紫外线照射的条件下才有效,但是,紫外线照射只能在泡沫塑料表面,不能到达泡沫塑料体内部,所以效率不高.另一个缺点是胶粘剂容易脱落.导致光触媒脱离泡沫塑料体,而失去光触媒的作用,最近有一种免光触媒,名称为“超分子免光触媒及其制备方法”的发明专利,专利号为“ZL 2014 1 0145139.5”。该发明生产的免光触媒,不用紫外线照射也能净化空气,将该产品添加进泡沫塑料材料中一起生产泡沫塑料,所得产品能够克服上述泡沫塑料成品的缺点.并能够净化空气的新功能材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在生产聚氨酯泡沫塑料原料的组分中添加免光触媒,不但能消除泡沫塑料本身所产生的有害气体,还可以净化空气中的化学气体污染物和生物气体污染物。
一种净化空气的免光触媒聚氨酯泡沫塑料,生产聚氨酯泡沫塑料的组分含有塑料原料和添加剂,其特征在于所述的生产聚氨酯泡沫塑料的组分中还添加了重量百分比 为:免光触媒2~8%、偶联剂0.5~2%和分散剂5~15%。
所述的一种净化空气的免光触媒聚氨酯泡沫塑料,其特征在于所述的发泡塑料原料是聚醚多元醇,添加剂是:甲苯二异氰酸脂、水、三乙烯二胺、辛酸亚锡、硅油、二氯甲烷;其组分的重量百分比是:50-60%聚醚多元醇、20-30%甲苯二异氰酸脂、1-3%水、0.1-0.2%三乙烯二胺、0.2-0.4%辛酸亚锡、0.5-1.5%硅油、1.5-2.5%二氯甲烷、免光触媒2~8%、偶联剂0.5~2%和分散剂5~15%。
生产过程是,按配方中的组分配比准备材料,所有材料经搅拌均匀后,按发泡工艺生产。
本发明方案生产的免光触媒聚氨酯泡沫塑料,能起到净化空气的作用,同时,此泡沫塑料还能制成各种环保产品。

具体实施方式
现以聚氨酯泡沫塑料的原料是聚醚多元醇举例说明本技术方案,例子中使用的免光触媒是采用名称为“超分子免光触媒及其制备方法”专利号为“ZL 2014 1 0145139.5”的产品。
聚氨酯泡塑料配方中组分的重量百分比为:聚醚多元醇60%、甲苯二异氰酸脂24%、水2%、三乙烯二胺0.13%、辛酸亚锡0.15%、硅油06%、二氯甲烷1%;
在上述生产聚氨酯泡塑料配方中增加免光触媒、偶联剂和分散剂三组分生产免光触媒聚氨酯泡沫塑料,所添加的重量百分比是:
实施案例(一): 2%的免光触媒、1%的偶联剂(KH-550)和8%的分散剂(TH904)。生产出来的免光触媒聚氨酯泡沫塑料,除甲醛率为85%.(见附图检测报告)
实施方案(二): 5%的免光触媒、1.5%的偶联剂(KH-560)和10%分散剂(5040)。生产出来的免光触媒聚氨酯泡沫塑料,除甲醛率为90%。(见附图检测报告)
实施方案(三): 8%的免光触媒、2%的偶联剂(KH570)和15%分散剂(P30)。生产出来的免光触媒聚氨酯泡沫塑料,除甲醛率为92%。(见附图检测报告)
本产品经中国广州分析测试中心检测,数据显示除甲醛率远大于标准,效果很好(见附图1-6的检测报告书)。

Claims (2)

1.一种净化空气的免光触媒聚氨酯泡沫塑料,生产聚氨酯泡沫塑料的组分含有塑料原料和添加剂,其特征在于所述的生产聚氨酯泡沫塑料的组分中还添加了重量百分比为:免光触媒2~8%、偶联剂0.5~2%和分散剂5~15%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种净化空气的免光触媒聚氨酯泡沫塑料,其特征在于所述的发泡塑料原料是聚醚多元醇,添加剂是:甲苯二异氰酸脂、水、三乙烯二胺、辛酸亚锡、硅油、二氯甲烷;其组分的重量百分比是:50-60%聚醚多元醇、20-30%甲苯二异氰酸脂、1-3%水、0.1-0.2%三乙烯二胺、0.2-0.4%辛酸亚锡、0.5-1.5%硅油、1.5-2.5%二氯甲烷、免光触媒2~8%、偶联剂0.5~2%和分散剂5~15%。
