使用时,将需要维修的真空泵放置在放置壳11内,开启气缸13,气缸13带动调节杆14移动,调节杆14移动带动滑套16移动,同时调节杆14移动带动连接杆24和活动板23移动,当压板20位于真空泵的顶部时,关闭 气缸13并开启电机2,电机2与第一螺纹杆3配合带动螺纹套5移动,螺纹套5移动带动调节槽7移动,调节槽7与调节轮12配合使放置壳11向上移动,当真空泵的顶部与压板20接触时,关闭电机2,转动手轮18,手轮18转动带动第二螺纹杆19转动,第二螺纹杆19与螺纹孔配合使压板20向下移动,压板20与放置壳11夹持住真空泵,防止在维修过程中真空泵发生位移。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种真空泵维修用固定装置,包括底座(1),其特征在于:所述底座(1)内腔的底部固定连接有电机(2),所述电机(2)输出端的两侧均固定连接有第一螺纹杆(3),所述第一螺纹杆(3)远离电机(2)的一侧活动连接有固定块(4),所述固定块(4)的底部与底座(1)的内壁固定连接,所述第一螺纹杆(3)的表面套设有螺纹套(5),所述螺纹套(5)的顶部固定连接有调节块(6),所述调节块(6)的顶部开设有调节槽(7),所述电机(2)的顶部固定连接有限位盒(8),所述限位盒(8)的内腔设置有限位板(9),所述限位板(9)的顶部固定连接有伸缩杆(10),所述伸缩杆(10)的顶部贯穿至底座(1)的外侧并固定连接有放置壳(11),所述放置壳(11)底部的两侧均固定连接有调节轮(12),所述调节轮(12)的底部贯穿至底座(1)并延伸至调节槽(7)的内腔,所述底座(1)内腔的两侧均固定连接有气缸(13),两个气缸(13)相对一侧的输出端的均固定连接有调节杆(14),两个固定块(4)相反的一侧均固定连接有滑杆(15),两个滑杆(15)相反的一侧均与底座(1)的内壁固定连接,所述滑杆(15)的表面套设有滑套(16),所述滑套(16)的顶部与调节杆(14)固定连接,所述调节杆(14)的顶部贯穿至底座(1)的外侧,两个调节杆(14)相对一侧的顶部均固定连接有固定板(17),所述固定板(17)的顶部设置有手轮(18),所述手轮(18)的底部固定连接有第二螺纹杆(19),所述第二螺纹杆(19)的底部贯穿固定板(17)并活动连接有压板(20),所述底座(1)顶部的两侧均固定连接有稳定杆(21),所述稳定杆(21)的顶部固定连接有控制盒(22),所述控制盒(22)的内腔设置有活动板(23),两个活动板(23)相对的一侧均固定连接有连接杆(24),两个连接杆(24)相对的一侧均贯穿控制盒(22)并与调节杆(14)固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种真空泵维修用固定装置,其特征在于:所述第一螺纹杆(3)远离电机(2)的一侧与固定块(4)的连接处通过第 一轴承活动连接,所述螺纹套(5)的底部固定连接有滑块,所述底座(1)内腔底部的两侧均开设有与滑块配合使用的滑槽。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种真空泵维修用固定装置,其特征在于:所述限位盒(8)的顶部与底座(1)的连接处均开设有与伸缩杆(10)配合使用的第一开口,所述调节轮(12)的底部与调节槽(7)的内壁接触。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种真空泵维修用固定装置,其特征在于:所述底座(1)的顶部且位于伸缩杆(10)的两侧均开设有与调节轮(12)配合使用的第二开口,所述滑杆(15)的表面与滑套(16)滑动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种真空泵维修用固定装置,其特征在于:所述底座(1)顶部的两侧均开设有与调节杆(14)配合使用的活动开口,所述固定板(17)的顶部开设有与第二螺纹杆(19)配合使用的螺纹孔,所述第二螺纹杆(19)的底部与压板(20)的连接处通过第二轴承活动连接。
