一种用于锻压机床上的安全防护结构 技术领域
本发明涉及锻压机床技术领域,尤其是一种用于锻压机床上的安全防护结构。
背景技术
锻压是锻造和冲压的合称,是利用锻压机械的锤头、砧块、冲头或通过模具对坯料施加压力,使之产生塑性变形,从而获得所需形状和尺寸的制件的成形加工方法。热锻压是常见的锻压方式,在金属再结晶温度以上进行的锻压,提高温度能改善金属的塑性,有利于提高工件的内在质量,使之不易开裂。
同时锻压件容易产生氧化、脱碳等产生飞溅废渣,且废渣温度,容易烫伤使用者,废渣也在堆积在工作台上,造成使用不方面。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中的不足,提供了一种用于锻压机床上的安全防护结构实现在工作前可以将防护罩降下。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:一种用于锻压机床上的安全防护结构包括工作台、锻压板和液压缸,所述锻压板的动力为液压缸,在锻压板正下方设置工作台,所述工作台通过弹性件连接夹具台,所述工作台上设有槽,在所述工作台一侧设有通槽,在锻压板上侧设有挡板,设置防护罩在挡板上侧,所述防护罩下侧设有推动组件。
上述方案中,优选的是,所述推动组件包括滑块、推板、拉伸弹簧、第一滑轮、第二滑轮和第三滑轮,所述推板穿过轨道连接所述滑块,所述滑块一端连接所述拉伸弹簧,所述滑块另一端连接牵引绳通过第一滑轮,再将牵引绳通过第二滑轮,将通过第二滑轮的牵引绳通过第三滑轮,所述牵引绳进入管道连 接所述传动组件。

本发明的有益效果是:通过在锻压板上侧设有挡板,通过挡板抵住的防护罩,在防护罩上侧设置传动组件,在防护罩下侧设有推动组件,在锻压板下降时,防护罩先卡入所述,所述锻压板继续将下压对工件进行加工,在锻压前所述防护罩就可落下,起到防护作用;同时在锻压板上升的时候所述挡板会上升带动传动组件运行,将推动装置的推板将所述通槽一侧移动,实现可以将废渣移动至所述通槽内,使得废渣不会堆积在工作台上。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:参见图1-图8,包括工作台1、锻压板2和液压缸3,所述锻压板2的动力为液压缸3,在锻压板2正下方设置工作台1,所述工作台1通过弹性件41连接夹具台4,所述工作台1上设有槽12,在所述工作台1一侧设有通槽11,在锻压板2上侧设有挡板21,设置防护罩4在挡板21上侧,所述防护罩5下侧设有推动组件51。
在普通的锻压机上,锻压板2通过液压缸3的运行来对放置在工作台1上的工件进行锻压,锻压板2与液压缸3本身有一段多出的距离,即常露端,在这里距离中设置所述挡板21,将防护罩5放置在挡板21上,就可以实现在锻压板2下降时防护罩5先落至工作台,在完成锻压时,所述锻压板2上升时,所述挡板21没有第一时间接触到所述防护罩4,即防护罩5依旧在原地,利用这个特性,在这里时间差内,在防护罩5底部设有推动组件21。
所述推动组件21包括滑块511、拉伸弹簧512、推板513、第一滑轮514、第二滑轮515和第三滑轮516,所述推板513穿过轨道连接所述滑块511,所述滑块511一端连接所述拉伸弹簧512,所述滑块511另一端连接牵引绳通过第一滑轮514,再将牵引绳通过第二滑轮515,将通过第二滑轮515的牵引绳通过第三滑轮516,所述牵引绳进入管道517连接所述传动组件。
所述推板513在没有外力的情况下磁性连接在所述防护罩底端的金属片上,在所述工作台1上设有可以放置所述防护罩5的槽12,以增加所述防护罩5在工作台1上的稳定性,所述滑块511一端连接的拉伸弹簧512,另一端连接牵引绳,所述牵引绳通过第一滑轮514,所述第一滑轮514将所述牵引绳的力的方向改变了,将牵引绳通过第二滑轮515又将方向改变,通过第三滑轮516将所述 牵引绳置入所述管道517中,且将所述牵引绳连接所述传动组件52。
所述传动组件52设置防护罩5的上端在挡板21上设有第一齿条522,所述第一齿条522垂直方向啮合连接转动连接在防护罩5上侧的盒体521内的第一齿轮523,所以所述挡板21随所述锻压板2上升时,会先将所述第一齿条522向上移动,在所述盒体521内设置的第一齿轮523同轴连接第二齿轮524,所述第二齿轮524转动带动第二齿条525的水平移动。
所述工作台1上通过弹性件41连接的夹具台4,将工件放置在夹具台4上,将所述锻压板2向下对所述工件锻压,此时的夹具台4在弹性的作用下向下,在锻压板2离开后,所述弹性件41恢复,如若此时在推板513在可以在所述工作台上废渣向一侧移动,将其推入至所述工作台一侧的通槽11,进入通槽11下侧的收集筒中,且防护罩5的四周为透明材质。
工作原理:通过在锻压板2上侧设置的挡板21,所述挡板21上设置防护罩,5所述防护罩5抵在所述挡板21上,工作时,所述锻压板2向下移动同时带动所述挡板21向下移动,即所述防护罩5卡在所述工作台1上的槽12中,所述锻压板2继续向下移动,设置在挡板21上的第一齿条522在垂直方向向下移动,即第二齿轮524带动所述第二齿条525向后移动,所述牵引绳在拉伸弹簧512的恢复力下将所述推板513推到通槽11的对侧,完成工作后,所述锻压板2上升同时将所述挡板21也上升,所述挡板21在抵住所述防护罩5前,会先将所述第一齿条522向上移动,第一齿轮523转动同时带动同轴的第二齿轮524,第二齿轮524将第二齿条525向前移动,将牵引绳向前移动,所述推板513在工作台1推动,此时的拉伸弹簧512处在拉伸状态,即废渣被推至所述所述通槽11处,将所述工作台上的废渣推至所述通槽11下侧的收集筒,而所述挡板21将所述防护罩5抵住,防护罩5将上升。
